A group of quilters, we have been gathering here at the Hampton for the last 5 years. The staff has been friendly, management accommodating, and the facilities perfect for our needs.

As soon as I walked in o was floored. I've lived in the area since 1999 and this was my first time staying here. Top notch. Breakfast was great, pool. Awesome, rooms HUGE and Clean! Front desk staff and housekeeping/maintenance Grade A++. Thanks for hosting my family.

Stayed at the hotel for one night the staff was super! Had to come back the next night after being involved in a car accident. Emily Rebecca and joanne were marvelous they made everything so much better! the staff at this hotel is terrific I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

My room was clean, efficient, and felt very new/modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average from what I expect from Hampton Inns. It made my business stay very comfortable.

The recent remodel of the rooms is very nice! But the customer service is horrible. The fact that as a long-term Honors member, I asked for bottled water and was told, "We've never given bottled water out to blue or silver members is really bad service. It's not true! For years I received a ottle of water as a silver member. I just signed up for Marriott rewards and am going to start staying at Marriott in the future. The Hilton group should learn from RItz Carlton, where they empower the staff to "Give the customer the pickle for crying out loud! " In other words, for a lousy bottle of water you lost a customer, and especially because you accused me of being a liar when I said I have always received bottle water in the past!

I have been staying at this hotel for many years and have seen it updated a couple times. I am disappointed and confused on some of the decisions of the recent updates. The microwave is at knee level and if you want to use it you have to literally sit on the floor. The fridge is in a completely closed cabinet with no airflow. The light over the sink in the bathroom did not work basically rendering the mirror useless. The very nice shower doors are not hung properly and tend to creep open while taking a shower. I wonder if the designer should maybe spend a night or two in a completed room before updating the rest. Also, I generally like firm mattresses, but the one I had was more like a table. I am glad to finally be home so I can sleep through the night.

I was here on a tour of SUNY Binghamton. The staff is kind, the rooms large, spacious and mine was equipped as a mini suite (as we're most of the others. For parent visiting their college children, I highly recommend it. With a living space, stovetop and two tv's, you can spread out and fix a snack without depending solely on take out.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, the girls at the front desk Emily and Rebecca we wonderful, Emily interacted with my grand daughter and made her experience great, the pool was very clean and warm.

Stayed there for one night. The service was good and the staff was accommodating. The rooms are well kept, the bed was quite comfortable and the shower has a high pressure setting available that gives a nice massage. The gym was small but I never saw it crowded. The breakfast was very nice, it included sausage, eggs, and waffles for a hot breakfast, as well as cereal, danishes, muffins, and fresh fruit if you want something lighter. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone visiting Binghamton.

A nice clean hotel with a great friendly staff. It is not too far away from some restaurants, which can be walked to. The hot breakfast was outstanding. It was nice to use the gym nice and early in the morning, run on the dreadmill (not a misspelling) and see the sunrise.

Everything was great except the pool was very cold. Clean rooms nice staff and good breakfast. Easy walk to the car. Kids were bummed out about the pool so I probably would not stay again.

Nice remodeled king room but no microwave or frig. No luggage stand. Fumes from remodel are strong, very anoying undesirable, Should have been aired out before rental. Fumes strong enough to give headache.

Was very clean, extremely acommodating staff. The location, set back off the strip on the hill was awesome, beautiful view. And the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again. I also loved the big fireplace in the lobby!

Staff is extremely friendly. I had my hands full upon opening my room and a staff member helped to get my room open. Every time I was passed I was greeted with a smile. The only reason I gave a 4 was the carpet in our room was extremely stained and definitely needs an upgrade. I'm sure it's on their to do list since the rest of the place looks great.

Nice big suite at a good price. Pool was smallish but we had it to ourselves. The beds really need to be replaced. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Every retail store and restaurant imaginable is within a couple miles.

Clean but sparse rooms. Definitely a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep in the area. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast in the mornings was nice.

Very friendly staff, clean room, handled need for feather free room without difficulty. Breakfast was good and we had multiple options. We would definitely stay here again.

I never thought I would say I love New York but I'm loving it here at this Hampton Inn. Smoker friendly room. Actually a two room suite with kitchen and pots, pans, dishes. So many places and sights to see. My favorite Hampton Inn so far.

Set up off the road so very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor patio. Great place to spend a night.

The hotel really made me feel welcome here! BIG "thank you" goes to the GM for the nice welcome card and a rubber-duck to go with that. None of the Hampton Inns I have ever stayed-in has done this for me before. That was very thoughtful. Keep up the great work! Great location and very close to various shopping centers and food establishments.

It only took one night to tell me that I was in an extraordinary Hampton. Greeted warmly by front desk man Aaron and upgraded to a king suite within a minute of my walking in. This is a very clean, very well kept Hampton, and clearly the staff takes pride in keeping it that way. What won me over, ridiculously so, was the note that said they were glad I was there: please take home the rubber ducky that accompanied the note. Now I admit, rubber duckies are a joke between myself and my husband. That is not the case with everyone, I know. But it immediately made me feel welcome: it was a little bit of whimsy that meant they seriously think about their guests, we don't just cycle in and out. When I told the general manager about my delight, and why, she immediately insisted that Ducky needed Mrs. Ducky. Who was I to say no? Add that on top of the usual wonderful Hampton service and breakfast, and I will make that my go to hotel for BingHampton stays!

Was ok had a nice big room. Staff not very welcoming even we arrived no info on breakfast. Morning staff was better. The breakfast was ok.

Good, serviceable hotel in close proximity to campus. Rooms were fairly clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK, but fresh eggs are always appreciated.

The general manager of this hotel really makes this place stand out over your typical branded hotel. While you're away from home it's the little things that make all the difference and Joanne obviously knows that! Kudos Highly recommended.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Well I guess you could say never stayed at due BED BUGS. Staff is rude too. The General manager, Joann Muniak, there was a piece of work. She was the opposite of what I would expect a manager to be.
