Nice hotel, right on the lakefront. Beautiful view, easy access to the trails. The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Free breakfast was nice, as was the fitness room.

Room was clean and ample. Easy parking. Desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to lots to do.

Lovely place in middle of the way between NYC and Toronto. Great breakfast! We arrived in the middle of the night and the snow and the receptionist was very nice and helped us bring all suitcases from our car into the room.

The room was adequate. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. It had cereal, some sort of meat, yogurt and bagels.

This hotel was just okay. I should have stayed at the Ramada across the street — it was the same price and is much nicer. The hotel has a very friendly front desk staff, and the whirlpool was also nice. It's location is nice since it's in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast setup was nice, I took some fruit to go. My rooms weren't anything great. I didn't have a lake view in my room, I had no refrigerator, the temperature was inconsistent and I kept waking up freezing or too hot. I also came back the second day to an overwhelming cleaning smell that made me feel nauseous due to how strong it was.

This hotel is awesome the staff is superior truck friendly and not far from the interstate. Thank you.

Clean rooms staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the local eateries and sights to see. Plus it’s about a mile from Hobart College. Very convenient.

Staff has been super helpful with all needs. Rooms are clean and cozy with pretty nice lake views. Great location not far from downtown shopping and dining. Overall fantastic stay. Definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. Nice, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Hot tub was relaxing, all for a very fair price.

Pro: — affordable — great (free) breakfast — good shower — fresh cookies at the front desk (pm)! Con: — one of the beds in my room (311) was so bad (soft and noisy) that not only did we not sleep well either of the two nights we were there but woke up stiff both mornings.

Great location, but rooms need to be updated. Breakfast is always solid at Hampton Inn, and the fitness center is what you'd expect from a hotel this size.

The room was neat and well maintained, breakfast was okay. Would have expected more for their current rates. Be sure to look for discounts.

Management goes way above and beyond. Five stars! There were cookies, hot cider, juice, pastries and darling decorations. A tall table with electronic ports and an array of games was in the lobby. Our room was a perfect size and nice lay out. The seat at the foot of the bed was badly stained and the shower needed updating desperately. The bed was comfortable. There were plugs at the desk and bathroom to plug everything in. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal choices, oatmeal, bread, muffins, and much more. The coffee here was a bit too bitter for me but there were plenty of other choices. I would like to have electronic outlets at the nightstand. We could see a bit of Seneca Lake from our room!

We stayed here before and it was nice. But this time things were just ok. We had 1 bottle of shampoo and half a bottle of soap. How does that happen? We will be back. A little more attention to detail.

It was pleasant stay. Lake view room was blocked with tree leaves so I would take out one star. It should be mentioned.

Lori at the front desk was so welcoming! Great pool & hot tub, food was awesome! Also have carrot menues at front des of places that deliver. Was a great place to stay!

Classy place. Free cookies and fancy water at the reception. You get what you pay for and the staff and the breakfast were definitely high end.

I love this chain! I can't say enough about The Hampton Inn's in the States. Great gov't rate, includes free Wi-Fi and the continental breakfast is excellent!

Hampton inn is always a great choice when traveling. Always clean and comfortable. And the staff is always helpful and very friendly. And the breakfast bar is wonderful. Definitely recommend staying for a night or two.

Very close to the head of finger lake. Friendly staff, great breafast, and expected Hilton standards. The location is close to freeway 90. Great stop on the way to Niagara falls!

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was delicious, with hot selections of western omelets, Canadian bacon and fried potatoes. They even had fresh cookies in the Lobby to snack on during the day. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spot next to lake but also next to very active train tracks.

It was very nice and clean with good food. But the jacuzzi was very high in chlorine and it was hard to breathe.

Everything was excellent except for the bed… a little rough for me. Service was excellent, all personals are trained professionals. Breakfast is free and perhaps the best complimentary hotel breakfast I had Snow removal from my Car before I drove to work! ++++++++ very friendly environment.

We chose the Hampton to accommodate our guests for our daughter's wedding in May. The staff was outstanding! They guided us through our wedding block of rooms, and were most helpful with logistics once our guests arrived. They even put our guest welcome bags in each of our guest's rooms. This, of course, is in addition to providing beautifully maintained rooms, great breakfast foods, and very friendly advice and suggestions for area tourism. Special thanks to Autumn, Jessica, Luann, Morgan, Brittany and Velevia. You were amazing.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The towels and bed linens all smelled fresh, and the matress and pillows were very comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was nice (but very slow). The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic (although occasionally clueless). Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay.

First time here with my wife. We would stay here again. Staff was Very helpful.
