Bragdon House Bed & Breakfast and Wine Tours

What a wonderful weekend we just spent at the Bragdon House. Di’s suite is so beautiful and spacious. Even better than the room was our hostess Diana! We couldn’t have felt more at home and like we were spending time with family. Loved your scones and muffins — so delicious. Our personal wine tour that ended up including antiquing was awesome. Thanks for being so flexible. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home just a few easily walked blocks from restaurants and great views of Seneca Lake. Quick drive to Belhurst Castle. Owners were lovely, muffins were fantastic!

We’re doing the wine tour with Diana only two hours in and (3) winery’s so far with four hours to go. So much fun thus far. I highly recommend this. Diana is taking great care of us! Best way ever to spend a girls weekend away!

The mother and daughter hostesses are very nice and informative people — gave us great tips on day trips and spent one night at the house just drinking wine and eating cheese that we had bought that day.

My daughter and I had a wonderful birthday trip and we cannot say enough about Jen and Diana. From the moment I made the reservation they went above and beyond to make my daughter’s Golden birthday more special. When we checked in we were greeted by a personal note and balloons. They crafted a wine tour with our special likes in mind. Each day we were made to feel more welcome and very special. We highly recommend the lodging and the tour.

Totally WONDERFUL! A few weeks ago, my husband and I went to the area to celebrate a few things. Our experience was very special. We highly recommend staying at the Bragdon House to anyone looking for a beautiful place with hosts who are very caring, helpful and tons of fun! You also have the opportunity to experience a wine trail that is great and has really grown over time. This was our first time at Bragdon House and we are going back!

The Bragdon House is now my most favorite Bed & Breakfast in the Finger Lakes region. While I have stayed at some other lovely places, Bragdon Hosue by far takes the cake! The back patio was the absolute perfect place for my morning coffee and homemade scones. The hosts, Jen and Diana, were the warmest and most fun B&B hosts I have ever come across. It was a short walk downtown making it super easy to grab a bite to eat. We will definitely be staying here for any and all future Finger Lakes visits! Can't wait to go back!

The B&B is charming with quaint, beautifully decorated rooms and the most perfect patio to enjoy your breakfast and a cup of coffee while overlooking the water. The owners Jen and Diana are quite possibly the two nicest/fun people ever. They are warm and make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. Downtown is just a short walk down the road and there are ample wineries within a 5 mile radius. I would recommend the Bragdon House to anyone and look forward to my next stay!

Very romantic historical house, beautiful rooms, perfect, unobtrusive hosts, charming veranda with view of Lake Seneca; the veranda is a wonderful place to drink wine and meet people, excellent muffins and coffee in the morning, 7 minute walk to downtown Geneva and some good restaurants. Don't forget to ask about the wine for sale, or BYOB with a refrig on the veranda to store the wine. We met some very nice people, and we will definitely come again.

My husband and I just visited Bragdon House for the 5th time. This time we came up to celebrate my birthday and our wedding aniversary. Jen and Di are an amazing daughter/mother team. We love staying here. We are treated like family, always a great time. The Phoebe (our room), has a wonderful view of the lake. Thursday we woke up to a beautiful sunrise over Seneca Lake. Jen made reservations for us on a pontoon ride with Canal Side Experience, amazing cruise. The house is home away from home. We will be back. Jen and Di thanks for making us feel like family!

We have been coming to Geneva for almost 6 years and have always stayed at Bragdon House. We like the welcoming atmosphere of the house and Jen & Diana. The rooms are cozy with private bathrooms. We enjoy the screened in lanai as much as possible for the scenic views of Seneca Lake and the comforting atmosphere of being outside. There is a small refrigerator on the lanai for guests to use, which can get filled pretty quickly when all rooms are booked. My suggestion would be to put a small fridge in each room, so leftovers are not monopolizing the space for public use. We love that Bragdon is walking distance into Geneva. Lots of great restaurants and a lovely wine bar. There is also a trail around the top part of Seneca, for those people into exercise or nature walks.

Truly awesome place to stay, well worth extra $ to stay with these professionals over a bedroom at somebody's house at the other hit and miss site online. Jen is fantastic and Di is wonderful. The beds are sooooo comfortable which is another important factor in deciding where to stay. The view from the viranda and screen in porch are absolutely stunning! Also you absolutely need to book a wine tour with one of these two fun ladies. Not only will you have a great time but they have so many connections at the local wineries that you probably won't have to pay for a tasting and you may get a special discount on your wine purchases. That's another added advantage over that other B&B service online. We will definitely be back!

I love everything about Bragdon House! The view of the lake, the quaint little town, and the short ride to excellent wineries are some aspects to enjoy. However, the amenities of the rooms and the care and personality of the team behind the experience is by far my favorite. Book a night or two (or three! ) and find out why this is our favorite hidden gem in the finger lakes.

We stayed, in August, for a 40th Birthday celebration. We absolutely LOVED our stay! Jen and Diane are awesome! They are so warm and welcoming. They both have the most wonderful, fun personalities. The home is decorated beautifully. The outdoor space is gorgeous with an amazing view of the lake. Breakfast was delicious! Jen even made another guest gluten free meals, that the guest commented were fantastic. We also took a wine tour with Diane. I had to do nothing. We told her what types of wines we like, we’d like to hit a brewery, and she took care of everything! She even had coupons for us to use. We had the most fun day! I highly recommend a wine tour! We knew nothing about Geneva and they recommended some great restaurants to eat at, places to get a cocktail. I really can not say enough about our stay. It was perfect! Thanks, Jen and Di!
