The room was basic. The TV only had three channels, there was a refrigerator, and size was of room was nice. I would say the accommodations were adequate at best.

Besides a bit of issues with the the toilet, the hotel room is very nice. Beds might be a bit hard, but other than that; good tv, nice people, nice place. The hotel room we stayed in didn't have any bugs, so I don't know where they were specifically, but we didn't have any issues. Although there were no jacuzzi or pool, might be being worked on right now, but keep that in mind.

No hot water Breakfast is very limited Family owed business …

It's a really small dated Hotel. It's not fancy by any means. It is mostly used to house people through the Department of Social Services on a temporary basis. The people who run the place are very kind. I would suggest that if anyone has any issues with their rooms, they would go to the front desk immediately. I'm sure they will do what they can to rectify the situation. It is not a place that I would stay if I was looking for something upscale so to speak. But it is a place to lay your head for the night if you are passing through.

It's a cheap roach motel. Literally saw roaches. Room was absolutely disgusting and smelled awful. The comforter and and carpet literally had cigarette burns in them.

Had a second floor room. The door wouldn't open without "knowing the trick". The sheet was stained and had cigarette burns. There were no hangers. The bathroom window can't be locked. The staff was friendly, but the place is just sad.

If I could give no stars I would! It was awful. Smelly. One small soap. Two towels for 3 women 4 days! Weirdos lurking around constantly. The receptionist was welcoming Made fresh coffee and had bagels. The key to the door never worked and had to go get new keys daily. If you stay there beware.

Absolutely awful. Didn't even end up staying the night because the mattress appeared to have evidence of bed bugs. My "nonsmoking room" had a used ashtray in it and the comforter had cigarette burns. The light in he bathroom didn't work. We had to flicker it to make it turn on. It smelled weird inside and outside of the room. None of the outlets worked to charge our phones. The Wi-Fi was terrible and kept kicking us off the network. Although it didn't much matter because even when we were connected to the Wi-Fi my phone wouldn't do anything because the connection was so terrible. My best advice is stay far away! I wish I could give it negative stars. Completely ruined my weekend getaway!

We booked the room for our cousin's graduation (July 4th Weekend). 3 full beds in one room. There were 5 people staying. Only one soap, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. Good thing we only stayed there for one night and didn't shower because the shower was disgusting with some sort of beetle in it and paint was peeling from the tiles also there was a hole leaking WATER (? ) from the ceiling. There were no accessible plugs and the mini fridge did not work Didn't even want to see what the free breakfast was. Just wanted to leave. We went to denny's. Never staying there again even if everything is booked.

This place should be shut down. People doing and selling drugs right in front of the room. Room was nasty and smell. I should have5 checked room out before renting it. Will never stay at other American best. The managment of these motels should be fired. Carry a gun you might need it. Zero star.

If you just need a place to drop your stuff and lay your head, this place will do the trick. Location was great for quick access to downtown, Belherst Castle, Seneca Lake, and lots of wineries. Some older reviews here should be taken with a grain of salt – room keys have been updated to modern swipe cards, all the sheets were on the bed, and everything was in working order. Bathrooms were bare minimum and the tub didn't drain very well. Biggest turn off was a group of guests tailgating in the parking lot, and lots of trash overflowing an outdoor trashcan by the entry door.

I know this isn't a 4 star hotel by any means and I wasn't expecting it to be. But I at least expected it to be fairly clean, which it wasn't. There wasn't any other rooms in town so I decided to spend a little extra and get a nicer room here with a Jacuzzi tub, it was gross. There was a nicotine patch stuck on the edge of the tub, so needless to say it didn't get used. But I filled it just to see if it actually worked, it didn't. The bathroom hardware was rusty and signs of mold, the paint was falling off the trim and the tile grout was disgusting. The shower had terrible water pressure and didn't even have enough hot water for my fiance and I to both shower. The staff was nice and courteous. The hallway to our room had a terrible smell, but the room its self wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Like others said, there was no fitted bottom sheet and the mattress was pretty gross looking.

Very clean, highly accommodating, perfect for anyone needing bed and bath near all the "goings on" in Geneva, NY.

Never again!. We expected this to be a american owned hotel because of the name, well it is not, the young man who checked us in did not want to be there, he was anything but pleasant. The room left a lot to be desired, sheet had foot prints on them (dirty) we went to the continential breakfast the next morning and the tables were dirty and the garbage cans were full to overflowing, not a friendly face to be found. Would never stay there again.

No fitted sheets. Dirty. No coffee pot. No counter space in the bathroom. 2 towels for 4 people. Had to request more. Got what we paid for I guess.

Worth $40 — too bad I'm paying $110 because everyone else is full. Still uses unsafe keys, instead of modern swipe. And no chain lock. Dirty floor, fridge doesn't work, but the bed is comfy and I'm hoping to get out by dawn.

This is a utility hotel. If you're just looking for a clean bed and a TV at the end of the day, and maybe a coffee in the morning, this place is fine. It is even actually not too poorly located. Though be under no illusions of luxury.

I have never before rated a hotel, but felt that it was necessary since we stayed based on the fact that there were a few positive reviews. There should not have been. This hotel was the only hotel in the area with a room available the weekend we stayed, and we should have just chosen another weekend. The beds had no bottom fitted sheet, just a sheet that slid around exposing and old, filthy mattress. The bathroom was moldy with paint falling off and a bottle opener next the toilet (tells you what kind of place it is). Only a few channels worked. My friend refused to shower the entire time because she felt she would be dirtier after, but I had to. However, I was petrified using the towels because I couldn't tell if they were white or yellow. Both of us had trouble sleeping worried about what we might be picking up by laying in the bed. Hotels like this should not be allowed in business, especially because it cost us $90! That is not cheap for this kind of place. Do not stay here if you can help it.
