The owner is really kind and caring but the quality of the rooms is lacking. There's frequently no hot water. I believe the lower room I was in first is infested with bedbugs because my kids starting breaking out and we brought our own covers and slept on top of the hotel linens. There are no phones in the rooms even though they advertise phones. There's a constant smell of mold. The place is basically run down and outdated. I just think the kind owner is just overwhelmed with the upkeep. It seems like he does it all. The receptionist, housekeeper, maintenance, grounds keeper etc. I just wish the rooms matched the heart and personality of the owner.

Very friendly staff and respectful. Clean rooms and they will accompany you as much as you need! Pets welcome! All in all very pleasant stay, stayed for 3 weeks.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean but very basic and uninspired. Bed was very noisy. Had microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi was unusable unless you were outside of room.

We really enjoyed our stat at the Creekside Inn. The owner was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. If we ever find ourselves in Cave Spring again, we will definitely be staying at the Creekside!

Great place love the location great for kids. Rooms are huge best place we have found for around here. Great service also.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a quaint little place. It was very clean and the owner was super nice. We arrived very late due to attending a bike rally nearby. But they were able to accommodate us. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the owner of the inn was very accommodating, when we walked in the room it smelled of mold even though the carpet was new. The sheets were what night mares are made of. They were stained as were the pillow cases and the mattress pad and mattress. Luckily I bring my own sheets and blankets for such an occasion. There was a roach in the room and only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper.

I did not have any type of signal in this hotel with Sprint AT&T or Verizon. This hotel advertised Wi-Fi. They might as well not have. The coverage was terrible it was not strong enough to have a consistent coverage at all. I did not like that. The bathroom was disqusting. The tub had blood on it. The towels smelled musty. The toilet had dried pee all down it in the front. It was disgusting. There was a door with a circuit breaker in it and the door opened which was quite alarming. I would not stay here again.

The room is huge. It's probably meant to have two beds in it. It's pretty nice, but not first class. I think three out of five stars is a fair rating.

They kidnaped me and they made me listen to nickleback.

Newly remodeled room 102 but there is a kitchen sink instead of a bathroom sink. No mirror, missing light bulb and no coat hangers either. Clean room and ok but I think they forgot to complete the remodel. Room is big and looks like it could be a studio apartment.

It's a decent place to stay.

I would like to start off by saying that this is the dirtiest motel I have ever seen. It smelled of smoke (non smaling room) and the room has bugs splattered all over the walls. (i mean clean up the evidence) Black mold in the bathroom, we had 4 people in a double bed room and only had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. When I went and ask for more I was informed it was only set up for 2 people so thats why it only had 1 wash cloth. (who washes with someone elses dirty wash cloth) the pillow cases smelled as though they had not been changed (went and ask for new ones), 1 of the beds were broke and it wood on the bottom was on the floor, the staff (the indian owners) were not friendly at all and for the money we paid we should have gotten better service! I DO NOT recommend this motel to anyone, If we had not of been so tired and thought we could stay awake to make it to another motel we would have demanded our money back and left.

Great historical location. Owners are very polite! Worked at the mill and roads were great.

They have roaches! I guess everywhere around cedar springs is nasty except the RV park. The springs and caves are great! But the service and the owners are not! Bugs are not OK! From flies to roaches.
