My 2 daughters and I had gift certificates from our husband's fir Mother's Day.
it was a spa day which included lunch, wine and a choice of services. 2 of us got facials, my other daughter had a massage.
we were so happy with the services we received. My technician was amazing! her name is Jackie. Very knowledgeable and advised me on the facial that was best for me. Enjoyed every minute.
as well as my girls. We all left very happy. The waitress we had for lunch was also wonderful. Unfortunately I don't remember her name.

We toured several venues and it was easily obvious we were going to choose East Wind for our wedding. The grounds are gorgeous and there are so many rooms to choose from! Everyone that we had the pleasure of interacting with was knowledgeable about the venue and so incredibly nice to work with. Being a pandemic bride (who changed dates several times), I cannot stress enough how amazing East Wind is! I would not have survived this past year of wedding planning without my coordinator Jennifer. She is an ANGEL! She was there day or night if I had a random question and she was always prompt with her responses. She ensured everything was set up and in order for our big day, and even popped in to say hello the day of! If you’re working with Jennifer, you seriously could not be in better hands! As for the day of, we had Tony as our Maitre’d and Marylou as our bridal attendant. Again, ANGELS! I received several compliments in the day after my wedding how those two looked as if they were everywhere and helped everyone. My wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was without the help of the amazing staff at East Wind! You are in the best hands possible here!

I had my wedding here yesterday and want to share how wonderful Tony (Maitre d) and Myra (bridal attendant) were! My sales manager told me I would love them and want to take them home with me and she was right! For any future brides make sure to request them. Food was wonderful and everything look beautiful 😊

The hotel is nice, the restaurant was great and our waiter Brandon was amazing. But WATCH OUT when you go to the spa! Let me tell you what happened. Due to CDC guidelines you cannot get a couples massage (which is $375 with extra time in a private hot tub and spa shower afterwards) SO I got the essential massage $140 and my husband got the Deep tissue $150 (should be roughly $290) when asked when booking if we wanted to be in the same room when getting the massage I said yes. … no more information was provided. We get the massage (mine was good, my husbands was terrible, **don’t pay extra money for a deep tissue massage especially if you are muscular) they charge us $365! SHOCKED we asked why?!? They said they charge $75 to be in the same room when getting a massage. WHAT?! That was never expressed to me, we would have gone separately. And to think that had it not been covid, $10 more would have gotten us a hot tub and spa shower afterwards, probably another 45 mins of their spa.

Everything about our overnight here was wonderful. The front desk people at night and during the day were kind and professional. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful. The spa was lovely and my daughter said her massage therapist was terrific. We are already planning another overnight.

Best choice we have made can’t wait for our wedding. Penny was such a huge help and we couldn’t be more happy.

If you book a venue with them and need to cancel your reservation they keep more than your deposit and will not refund the remaining balance to you. They will give it back in installments! They keep more than double the deposit! This is thieving. We all have been hit by the pandemic and stealing from patrons is not the way to get through it! Disgusting!

They are screwing my daughter over! They could not accommodate which is fine! They said they were keeping 3500 which again is fine! But give them back the 8100 in one sum not over 8 months! This is disgusting! The wedding would have been December 6 they said they day after they will get there money back! THEY AREN’T HAVING THE WEDDING THERE! Why are you not giving the money back right away! Owners did you spend the money! I will never step foot in your place, I could be invited to a wedding there and will decline, you make me sick to my stomach!

I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at East Wind Long Island. Wonderful staff!

Lovely hotel, by far the nicest place to stay in the area.

I can’t say enough about how lovely my stay here was. Clean, spacious room, great restaurant, beautiful grounds, and amazing spa downstairs with fairly reasonable prices and a huge menu of services. Unfortunately we were here off-season and there was hardly anyone around.

I attended a wedding reception here last year and service and food were wonderful.

Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Great restaurant and convenient location. Will be back and use for out of town guests when needed.

Great place for an event. Rooms are old and at $400 for one night I was shocked I had to spend $3.00 for a cup of coffee. Which I had to get dressed and go to the restaurant and get. Petty nonsense.

E left 3 hours after checking in. Toilet didn't work and room was not in the best condition. Pool was closed down which was unfortunate for my kids and I. The worst part was front desk which didn't seem to care about anything. Got a refund and found another hotel. With no help from front desk. Will never go there again! BaD SERVICE.

Attended a dinner in the large dining room that I attend annually. Coffee and dessert were served too far apart.

What a nightmare this place turned out to be. My daughter wanted to get a message before her wedding. We booked a lunch and spa day for 7 women. We did the best friend package which is listed online at one price but they tried to charge us $15 more a person. They sent my other daughter up to eat lunch in her robe and stated that everyone does it. She was the only one in the public restaurant dressed that way and was being stared at by men. They didn't have enough staff to accommodate all of us so we were there for hours and hours. The staff that were there specifically the girls behind the counter at the spa are confused at best and offered up blank stares. Terrible experience.

Okay, let's establish a few facts. I am from Europe and I stayed for two nights (Thu and Fri) at the East Wind, as I attended a wedding there. Rate for Thu eve: $169, rate for Fri eve $289. What would expect at that price level? Well, what you get is the hotel from the Shining. This place looks like time warp 1983. Apparently though, it only opened around 2002. All the rooms look towards the parking lots. The rooms on the first floor feel like they are on the parking lot. Windows don't open — you know, not everyone loves AC all the time! And you can chose between daylight or privacy. But not both. All the rooms have carpet throughout. Ugly as hell. And how about breakfast? Well, no. You can buy your breakfast at the adjacent deli. 300 bucks don't get you even a bottle of water in your room. Luckily one of the receptionist was really friendly and hot. The other, not so much. So, to me that is a rip off.

Hidden gem! I had a wonderful getaway with my girlfriends, we booked one of the packages. The spa is beautiful and very clean. I had a facial with Karen, she was fantastic! Our package included dinner and a breakfast voucher. We were all really impressed with the food, everything was so delicious. I wish their new shopping village was open, they said this summer. Can't wait, I will definitely be back! If you are looking for an impressive but affordable hotel, I highly recommend a stay.

We have done many family holidays here, and it is always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, drinks are made perfectly, and the servers (who are regrettably not with their families) are always nice and friendly. This is such a pretty building too. A little pricey for everyday dinner, but perfect for family gatherings and date nights.

I loved my Circle of Friends spa day. All of the staff are so nice and very professional. It was a wonderful experience so relaxing and felt heavenly after my massage by Caitlyn and my facial by Helen. I can't wait to go back! I would recommend the East Wind spa to everyone.

My wife and I have used the spa 4 to 5 time a year for facials and massages and have always enjoyed the friendly and exceptional service we received. I recently took a hair cut at the salon and found the stylist provided the same friendly service and a great cut. We highly recommend the Spa & Salon at East Wind.

I attend The East Wind Spa I would say about once a year because I love the whole experience you encounter when you are there. My friends & I always purchase the Circle of Friends Package because everything is included & there is nothing to think about! Our treatment, lunch at Desmonds Restaurant, gratuities & the facility are all included. I cannot wait for our upcoming stay in July & we are actually going to make it extra special & experience the Spajama Party which includes a Balancing Facial or Essentials Massage, Luxury Overnight Accommodations, Spa Lunch in Desmond’s Restaurant, Round of Cocktails at Desmond’s Lounge & Breakfast at Myra’s Café… Again something that is all included so there is nothing to think about & you can just do what you are supposed to do & relax! Love this place… I am so fortunate that it is located right here on beautiful Long Island because it is the perfect getaway that is not so far away from home.

Very nice, clean and professional spa. Had my hair blown out and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Also had a gel manicure which came out very beautifully. Good services and very pleasant spa to relax and get pampered in!

My fiance and I were absolutely amazed at our first glance of east wind. We were greeted with a high level of respect and felt right away that all the staff members were attentive to the needs of their guests. As soon as we sat down and met with Faith, she had us sold. She made us feel confident how perfect our day would be. Every time we visit East wind we are greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Thank you Faith and all the staff at East wind for all of your support and help. We are ready to have a party of a life time. Looking forward to our big day. Cant wait… to celebrate our love. Went there for a post holiday party. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the bathroom were beautiful. Not a bad thing to say about the place.

We worked with Faith when considering East Wind as our wedding venue. Faith and the rest of the staff at East Wind were amazing. The level and depth of support that we received, along with the stunning venue, were the deciding factors that led to us selecting East Wind for our wedding. Since scheduling our event, the level of support we have received has not diminished. The team there is always super helpful and answers all of our questions really fast. We made the right decision in selecting East Wind and we are really excited for our special day.

My husband and I did the couples massage package and it was absolutely amazing. The attention to details was impeccable. It was my husband's first massage ever and he walked out saying he would absolutely do it again. Thank you for making out anniversary a memorable one.
