Accommodating staff. Excellent location at the heart of Tribeca. Amazing facilities (has a pool and gym overlooking the oculus) and spacious suites. Will definitely come back.

Elegant beautiful classy luxury.

The Tribeca suite is very nice with small balcony and views of the One WTC. The restuarant CUT is very nice and everyone was very happy. A lot of things to do in the hotel, swimming and spa, and excellent in room bar stock. Above all the staff was on top of everything, and considering the difficulty of operating during the Covid pandemic, the management and staff were exceptional. We felt very safe and pampered at the same time.

I love the energy of FSNYD. I feel like a local celebrity when I leave the hotel. So many secret restaurants & bars. I love the history just blocks away & Classic New York is just subway stop.

When I came here to four seasons hotel the stuffs were very polite and the facilities were amazing.

Gorgeous event space. I was there for a cocktail party and was lucky enough to get a tour of the Hudson suite. It was stunning.

Absolutely stellar hospitality and meticulous attention to detail for available services and in each guest interaction.

We have been traveling around the world and I think four seasons hotel is one of the best! Very friendly staff, in fact because it’s my bday/ anniversary our room was upgraded! (special mention to Megan laws) such classy hotel and most of all a pet friendly hotel! They welcome my baby dog Cody with doggie things in the room! Will definitely book there again❤️❤️❤️

Imani checked us in and she was professional, friendly, kind of soooo sweet! We’d had a long flight and she made checking in amazing. The room was incredible! The bed, bathroom, view and amenities… SUPERB! Alex Warren, Front Desk Manager was also awesome. One evening he secretly sent a bottle of fabulous wine to our room! We loved it! It was such a welcome surprise! When I tell you this hotel sets the standard for all other hotels. They DO. We just stayed at the Wynn in Vegas two months ago and that hotel rivals this one. Phenomenal rooms/service/dining options and amenities. Four Seasons is my FAVORITE hotel! Love them!

Great hotel, absolute top of the line when it comes to hotels. A lot of thought was put into minor details in the designing and decorating of the guest rooms.

We had a very unpleasant stay in this hotel and this will be the last time we will ever stay at a four seasons. The bed was hard and the pillows uncomfortable. There was a very irritating noise coming from outside that kept me up the first night. The next day we asked to change rooms and they said they had one at the other side of the hotel but it was not ready. They also said they never had that complaint before which I find very hard to believe. We said we would be back around 3 to change rooms and they said it would be ready. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was not told of the change. The room was not ready. She said 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours in our room. No one called to tell us it would take that long. This delay messed up our plans and by the time we finally got out, traffic was so bad, 2 ubers cancelled on us because they couldnt get to us. This is not the kind of service you would expect from a five star hotel. The rooms are very average. This was a very disappointing experience which we will not repeat.

There are also metro stations nearby to take you even further. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The room service is very orderly. However, their website claimed to provide Xboxes and PlayStations, but neither was available upon request. They also do not have sunscreen available and the pool is only 4 feet deep.

It was super nice when I visited. They even made the air inside the hotel smell very good! Ididn't stay in a room overnight.

A perfect contemporary hotel ideally located. Has a magnificent restaurant “The Cut”. The dining experience is outstanding both at the restaurant and in-room service. The staff are excellent. Rooms are beautiful. The beds are super comfortable for a goodnight sleep. Details are just perfect.

Very clean and easy to locate. I went to attend a social event hosted at the Cut by Wolfgang Puck, which is located inside the hotel. No valet parking. Restaurant staff was very nice and attentive.

Good location next to ACE lines and WTC. Room service is great. Spacious rooms with large shower and bathtub. They try to squeeze you with the minibar/room service though.

Stayed here during a work trip. Four Seasons is one of the best hotel chains in the world in my opinion. Operating a good hotel seems to be a lost art in some ways these days. They do a classy job here… These days not many places have service like them.

Great location and service. The Four Seasons staff from waiters, cleaning service, front desk, door men, honestly everyone we interacted with were all highly trained, personable, and clearly dedicated to helping the traveler with whatever one needed in a professional and competent manner. We have stayed at many hotels all over the world and find that we can consistently expect a great level of service and quality at the Four Seasons that sets them apart from many of the others.

We, Downtown Magazine hosted our culinary issue cover launch party at The Four Seasons Downtown on May 17th. In addition, we shot our entire fashion editorial, cover and feature for the culinary issue at the Four Seasons Hotel downtown, and Wolfgang’s Cut in NYC. We have never been treated so well, you rolled out the red carpet for our entire team, photography team, interns and staff and on May 17, for our hundred and something party guests. You are everything and more that the Four Season stands for. We highly recommend the Four Seasons downtown New York, for any event big or small, for an overnight stay or week getaway. Pop in for breakfast at the Cut or stay for a delicious long dinner. This hotel and organization, from the doorman all the way to the housekeepers care. In today’s world it becomes more difficult and hard to find this type of service, but we are grateful to have you in our very own neighborhood. Thank you for all that you do for the Downtown brand, this community and beyond.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in! Last time in Manhattan I stayed at the Plaza and IMO this is much better. The hotel is a relatively small and quite that feals cozy and intimate while being clean and modern. The room was large, new, clean, pretty, and most important — very practical. The service is exceptional! The staff truly go out of their way to help with any need (thanks Alex! ). In summary I'd say they got a perfect balance. It's pretty while being practical, great service while not being intruding, cozy while being modern. Even a great smell in the hallway whole leaving the smell in the room natural :) The only downside was that the view from the room was mostly blocked by a nearby building. Although I guess that is pretty common thing in NYC…

Very large rooms with great hospitality from the concierge. Four Seasons is usually one of the top hotel chains around the world, so it might give people the sense that it's really for the wealthy rather the average traveller, but we spent a reasonable price through travel agents so we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful with clean and spacious rooms, modern furniture and state-of-the-art technology throughout the room as it was fairly new. The concierge was friendly and gave us directions to the main attractions. Greeted us every time we left and returned to the hotel, remembered our names and had a warm feeling Overall it was very enjoyable and a luxurious stay.

Private residence is very pretty. Famous persons is ur neighbors. Models and Hollywood actors with paparazzi also u can see here.

Great time in downtown! A beautiful place, warm and at the perfect reception.
We expect no less from a hotel of this standing but it must be recognized that in New York the service is not always up to the task. At the four seasons the staff is very careful but he knows how to stay discreet. The suites are of great comfort and impeccable cleanliness. The room service card (available on the iPad of the room) is complete and delicious, and in view of NYC rates, all cheap because of high quality.

Very clean, employees are polite, everything really well organised and had nice holiday decorations when we were there. The bar is pretty chic.

As an Executive Asst, I frequently book our Executives at this location whenever they are visiting NYC. They have a very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to accommodate changes in our schedules whenever needed. Matt, the Sales Manager always goes above and beyond, out of his way, to help me however he can! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the city!

Fantastic place to stay! The Four seasons downtown is awesome, super friendly staff and requests were handled professionally and very quickly. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. The saying, "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. Extremely friendly staff, modern design, accomodations are incredible, quiet place. I would come back anytime.

It’s a gorgeous hotel with a phenomenal staff. We had a little glitch with our room that was immediately taken care of and we were able to move rooms while it was resolved. The only thing that is odd and a bit frustrating was that we tried to order a cocktail in Cut to take up to the room for a night cap, but they would not allow it. You could only order bottles of liquor through room service. I’ve never encountered that before, but that aside, the rooms and staff could not be better.

All was good, service was excellent rooms were clean and tidy, the location is also very useful if you like to explore lower manhattan. Definite 5 star.

Just stayed at the fours seasons downtown with my two kids. Everything was perfect! the staff was welcoming, the amenities were great, the food. They went out of their way to make the entire experience amazing. What really makes a great service is not the obvious things it's how they surprise you with small things you wouldn't even expect! We would 100% be back!

Lovely comfortable rooms, excellent and unobtrusive service. Could do with maybe a little more on the food options — one restaurant (admittedly Wolfgang Puck! ) does limit options and I'd also have preferred some breakfast tables in the morning as opposed to only room service. Having said that, the food I sampled was superb!

I've never enjoyed a NYC hotel this much. Staff was extremely attentive and pool/spa/gym were top of the line. Lap Pool? Come on son!

I stayed at four seasons downtown 4 nights this past July 4th week with my family. I was so impressed with overall stay, I am actually writing this review. Now, I have stayed other comparable hotels across NYC before, Edition, trump, park Hyatt just to name a few… but this hotel was exceptional. I cannot even think of going back to those hotels. When I come back to NYC, I am definitely coming back to four seasons downtown.

I just needed to use the restroom, and they were accomodating and polite. The restroom is gorgeous! (So are the other parts that I saw. )

Great place to rest on a business trip.

Very nice hotel with a great bar. The doormen, concierge and other staff were great. I'm always shocked at how expensive things are at these hotels (In room dining). $28 for four 4 inch pancakes?
The room was beautiful, we had a corner room on the 11th floor (24? total) with a hint view of One World Trade Center. There was a nice, deep bathtub in our room which looked inviting (we didn't have time to use it).
We got the room through AMEX Fine Hotels so we got $200 of "free" stuff (breakfast and drinks). We had early check-in, noon, and late checkout 4 pm, so they were nice AMEX amenities.
The hotel didn't feel stuffy or snooty, it was a bit like a boutique hotel on South Beach. Cool, funky music playing, high ceilings and nice art and decor.

Unbelievable service from the moment we walked in. Alex checked us in and made my girls feel instantly welcome with some gifts. Moments after arriving in our room, a tray of rice crispy treats with their names in chocolate arrived. Every detail amazing, they knew I was running the NYC marathon and left me Gatorade beforehand and chocolate milk afterwards. The icing on the cake, after I finished the run a cake with my race number and finish time was waiting. Everyone was great, especially Shahid, who made us feel welcome by always knowing not only our family name But also our daughters first name. Could not recommend more!
