Very nice hotel. Not sure if they normally don't have someone come to your room everyday, but I was good with that. The casino is very nice.

Hate the venue, hate the staff. Unfriendly and unwelcoming. I only go for the artist and then I can’t wait to leave.

Absolutely DISGUSTING management. If you are sick with a contagious illness you better go to work or else you will be fired. Have fun gambling there and getting all the germs if you choose to go. Absolutely nasty place. Rooms are overpriced, definitely not worth going not even for the entertainment. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Just Ew.

Everything there is fun. Great games great atmosphere and The Vine is the place to be to see a great show.

Its our first time to stay in this hotel and casino. We find the place so accomodating, very clean, and smells soooo good. The only thing is, they dont have enough restaurants or food courts to cater some Asian customers like me. I like noodles and rice or korean and japanese foods but they only have pizza’s and burgers 😢😢😢. I hope they will be open to discuss this to the management and please open one. Overall is we highly recommend this place. Keep it up!

Only been here a handful of times, couldn't win at all. Machines are too tight in my opinion. Waste of time & money to drive across the state for this. Won't be back.

Great Firehouse concert and a great casino to gamble at nice people and everything was excellent. First time I been there and I can’t wait to go back!

Great rooms, restaurants, service and staff. The ENTIRE facility is smoke free so no choking on smoke as you play. The casino has TONS of games to play. Huge restrooms on either side of the casino means no lines ever. We met some really cool people during our stay! AND I can't stress enough how AMAZING the staff is. We will return!

I went to the Boyz II Men concert, and ordered 2 Double Tequila drinks and was charged $80. Probably will never back. Super disappointed.

My son and I had dinner at the Portico Restaurant. Very impressed with the food and the service. Top notch. It cost a bit, but you get what you pay for. I will go back. Went to the Casino, only thing 'off' was no computer Black Jack games, just poker… not sure why?

The staff are so helpful and very polite, will help you with anything you need help with. The rooms are so awesome, very clean, and quite you don't hear people in the hallway or anything. The casino is also very nice, overall for me I would say it is a wonderful place to come to, look forward to coming back next year.

Brought our Father here for a surprise weekend. Great fun was had by all. Our meals at Sociale were casual and very tasty. Ben and Sarah provide delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. Michelle our server was patient and handled our party with a smile and efficient server skills! Everyone we interacted with on the gaming floor to the Front Desk made us feel welcome and am so happy we chose this destination for our Fathers Day weekend! — with Sarah Nau and 4 others.

The staff are all so helpful and friendly. The hotel room was beautiful. My husband was lucky on the slots and I enjoyed people watching:)

Staff was awesome and very accomodating.

The casino only had ONE table for roulette. We went to Sociale Cafe’ & Bakery for the advertised prime rib dinner and were totally disappointed! It wasn’t edible. I brought home for my dog. A prime rib should never be placed on a flat grill and fried to warm up! It should be cut to order. Don’t waste your time or money.

Many machines to choose from. Nice eating places. Restrooms are clean. A very nice bar! A lot of promotions going on. Nice shows, well known people performs. Nice bands. Easy parking! Met a lot of nice people visiting plus working there! Amen.

I called and asked if they had craps open. The person on the phone told me yes… I drive all the way out here and no craps table open. I'm beyond pissed.

Great rooms awesome place, they give bath robes and matching slippers which my wife truly enjoyed. Despite the Coronavirus going on, this place truly made it enjoyable and safe.

Del Lago has class. The employees are awesome. The promotions and giveaways are generous. I miss del Lago. Unfortunately the governor feels it's more important to butter the bread of the Oneida Indian Nation, which is trying to make up lost revenue, rather than allow an aforementioned and promised phase 4 opening of del Lago. After weeks of bragging about 'flattening the curve', our narcissist governor apparently wants to flatten del Lago. Shame on him.

Very nice looking place and friendly staff. Wide variety of machines if you like the slots.

Went to see Fuel, was an amazing concert. We also rented a hotel room. Beds were super comfy, SO many pillows. Buffet was exceptional, zero complaints. Try the creme brulee, you'll thank me! Had a really great time!

A bit high priced on everything but overall a good time! Service was great at most of the bars. Didn’t win any money but didn’t gamble much. We will come back again when in the area!

From the Resort to the Casino including the Dinner Buffet and Breakfast Buffet, Excellent Excellent Excellent service and friendly staff. Our first time and definitely wont be our last. Thanks Del Lago.

Eating pizza right now from Ciccinos. They said the pizza was warm cause they just pulled it out of oven. Not true! It's dry and cold. Takes 5 minutes to cash out each customer. Not enough workers here. Sorry I wasted my money on this crappy food.

Had a great time tonight. Decided to see a band, "Hairball" Awesome band! Would def recommend seeing them if you like 80's rock. Didnt win anything, only enough to keep me playing.

I like this casino. It's very customer friendly. They do a lot of promotions and fun events. They had a really good local craft beer day the last time I visited. Plenty of slots and table games. Lots of good food. The buffet is better than the turning stone and many of the A. C. And Vegas ones I have tried. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Surprisingly excellent concert venue.

I treated my Mom to a day at Del Lago as she loves to play the slots and had only been there once. We drove 2 hours to get there and as usual, neither of us won anything. We rarely had any line wins that were more than the amount of our bet and no bonuses. Losing is one thing but just slipping $20 after $20 in the machine is no fun! We also attended the Spirit of Johnny Cash concert. It was absolutely freezing in the auditorium and the show was terrible. "Johnny" couldn't carry a tune and either forgot the words or missed the cue of the music. We left 50 minutes into the 90 minute show. At that point we were hungry so we went to the Farmer's Market Buffet. The meal was good but the line to get in was extremely long. We decided that we would wait even though it seemed to be moving very slowly. After standing in line for 45 minutes, the people who were attending the concert started arriving. Many of those people were "Elite" cardholders and went to the "express" line which means they go to the front of the line. At that point, the two cashiers took only those customers and left the rest of us at a dead stop. We estimated we started with about 80-100 people in front of us and now 45 minutes later had to wait for another 50-75 people to be seated before us because they were "Elite". We were all made to feel like second class citizens. Managements response to the many unhappy people who had been waiting in line was "There's nothing I can do. I have to take them first"!

Very nice casino… we have yet to stay there but we have enjoyed the drive. As far as the casino itself, beautiful… their buffet is a must do every time. Playing at the casino has left a lot to be desired. Their machines are so obviously "tweaked" that one can play till the sun rises and not see a payout. When they first opened, it was a fun time, we won rather well. Obviously a ploy to attract another visit… and yup… we bought into it. A couple of weeks ago, we couldn't win if we tried all night long. So my gripe is, they had better make their gaming equipment more "payable" or they might find a failed attraction. A lot of patrons we have spoken with during our several visits have said the same thing. It not a place to go to if you feel like it's a good day to win a chunk of change…

We stayed here while visiting Finger Lakes area. Hotel was new and modern. Location was good for access to highways and easy drive to all the lakes. Staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs we had. Our only negative was that they didn't change our bedsheets even when it was dirty, maybe they didn't see it. Over all, we liked it and would visit again. A bonus for any Tesla owners, there are 8 superchargers in the parking lot of the hotel.

This is a message I forwarded to Del Lago recently. My husband & I have visited several times this year. We are sorry to say that we will not be returning. 2 Sundays ago we stopped out around 9:30 am to play Mississippi Stud. The table was empty and it was a $10 Minimum (It cost $40 to complete a hand). We requested the minimum to be reduced to a $5 table. We asked a pit boss and were told they had just turned a customer for the same request. They suggested we talk to the pit boss who was in charge who replied it is Sunday we can't do that. I guess empty tables are better than paying customers. She responded with they have $5 tables on Monday thru Thursday so basically they are looking for unemployed patrons. Not to mention that Turning Stone, Seneca Niagara as well as all the casinos on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls all reduce the table limits when they have empty tables. Usually they have more than one pit open I have yet to see more than one pit opened at Del Lago recently. Finally people keep saying De Lago is not meeting it financial expectations could this be why?

I do not gamble but I attended a meeting held at the Farmers Market Buffet. Walking through the casino floor, I noticed it was clean, well-lit, and had very fresh air. The buffet had plenty of options for food and dessert. All of the food items I sampled were of a good quality. For a meeting, we sat in the back area that was a little separate from the main seating area. It was nice and relatively quiet in that area, perfect for our small meeting.

The del Lago casino and hotel was amazing. It felt like you stepped out of your car and into a resort in South Florida. The Exterior decor was amazing. The interior was clean and welcoming. It reminded me of the hotel lobbies in Aruba. The suite I stayed in was spacious and a great area to relax. Besides being a place you can gamble money away it was clean. Their was no smoking and even as a cigar smoker I loved it. I would suggest a cigar lounge (exclusive) and maybe a boutique cigar shop. I generally play poker however there was not too much activity in the poker room. Stinks for me, a good time was still had. If I had never been to great casinos prior to this del Lago would get 5 stars because it is that good. I will be back as will the friends I met up with.

I can’t say enough about Del Lago! I’ve been to lots of casinos in Vegas, Atlantic City & all over the U. S. & Del Lago is one of the best! It has one of the best buffets I ‘ve ever been to, & the casino has a really great feel to it! It doesn’t hurt that I Left with more money than I came in with!

We went this past Sunday to celebrate our friends 40th birthday and had a terrible experience. Starting with not being able to get into our room until almost 530 pm. We got to the room and the room was nice. We had a 630 reservation at Portico. We got there and the waiter kept pushing alcohol. We told him we were not drinking and ordered regular drinks. The people who ordered water got room temp water, no ice. We ordered our meals. Most of the food was good, but the one person ordered a medium steak and when it came out it was Gray. It was sent back and 30 minutes later the food was still not back, To make things worse when they took the steak back they took the whole plate leaving him with no food. The rest of the group was finished eating and the steak was still not back, He told the waiter he just wanted it off the bill. The manager then came over and asked why. He told them everyone was done and he didn't want to make everyone wait. The manager then scoffed at him and walked away without saying anything. No apology or anything. When we got the bill they told us the bill could only be split evenly. Some people had 50-60 dollar dinners other had 20 causing everyone to need to use their cash to pay. We then went to the casino and there were only 6 blackjack tables open. 2 25 min and 4 15 min. Bet tables. I specifically called the casino a week before and was told there would definitely be 10 dollar tables and possibly 5 dollar ones. There were many unused tables.

I am very surprised that my free play dropped from. $125 last month to $10. The excuse was that I hadn't played but I did play on July first and won on the free play. I could not stay long and had to leave after an hour. Based on previous visits my card was upgraded that day. Friends of mine who go to del Lago when I do but did not go in July did not have their free play dropped. If I hadn't come in July and won with my free play would my free play still. Be $125 and not $10? I am shocked at this. Dropping to $10 is not justified.

Very nice casino! In fact, it's one of the best we've been to and we travel across the country! Love the non-smoking environment. Really good buffet (too good)! Nice selection of card tables too! Most of the staff was very friendly but not Steve at the Let it Ride table-not personable at all! Wish it had an RV park as well.

This casino is big. I cannot understand why there is no place to sit down other than at a slot machine. Going from slot to slot, machines do not pay at all, unless of course, you play the max. The buffet was very good with a lot of choices. Flank steak was terrible, hard to chew and harder to cut. The turkey was very good. The show, Grease, was great with all the fabulous songs from the movie. Good viewing from any seat.

. Love the casino it takes two hours to get there and two hours to get back. But I would go all the time if I could. The buffet is the greatest. The staff is one in a million. I would give it a terrific review. I give it a ten out of ten. Everyone is so friendly. They really go out of their way to accommodate you. If you need anything they are always there. It's a beautiful place. They also have smoking rooms. And also have elevators and escalators for your convenience. They also have scooters and golf carts if your not able to walk or make it on your own " like I I said they are always there to help you.
