We just stayed here for a little pool time during school break. The kids LOVED the pool, the breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had (large assortment and everything was fresh).

We stayed there for a night and we were very impressed with how clean it was, friendly staff, and how willing the staff was to make us feel welcomed. The only issue we had was the bed was very hard, I have a bad back and the bed made it hurt worse. Overall we greatly appreciate the lower price and the service.

Standard room, no frills. The common areas were well appointed modern and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Close to the venue, even if a bit off the beaten path. The room was clean and comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. Nice continental breakfast. Good customer service and friendly staff.

This hotel is clean, quiet and has a great staff. The hotel is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep. The staff printed out directions to the local shops and restaurants. Monika, at the front desk, was very helpful. I liked the complimentary breakfast and coffee. There is a nice pool and hot tub. The guest laundry is so nice, when you are traveling. There is a business center for computer and printing. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a local pizza place that is out of this world. We ordered some of the spaghetti meals for delivery. They came with a salad and rolls. The meals were restaurant quality.

An amazing hotel. It is the best. It has a breakfast bar that opens in the morning with good food. Good sized rooms with 2 beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. I'm there is also an amazing pool and weight/workout room. So go check it out!

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the hot breakfast had several options including hot cinnamon rolls. They even had soy milk, so my son who has a milk protein allergy could have a bowl of cereal.

Spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. However, the Wi-Fi is not great at peak times and food wouldn't deliver to my location.

Was a great get away during spring brake. Kids loved swimming in pool and hot tub. Room very clean and breakfast was delicious. Would go again for sure.

Ok been here 3 times… this time I had a problem and the hotel manager was all over it made. Thank you sir for your help! We will Be back… pool was super nice, hot tub was perfect! Room clean breakfast was hot and always full of food. Oh yea my son really liked the complimentary cookies!

Very nice Holiday inn Express. Rooms are clean and the common areas are well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is a little hard to find.

The hotel was nice but the pool had way too much chlorine or chemicals and it hurt it has nice staff and is pretty empty.

Staff was exceptional. They were courteous, attentive. It was a pleasure to stay there. The room was clean and spacious. Cleaning staff were very friendly. We'll be booking Holiday Inn Express last again on our next trip to Syracuse.

Wonderful hotel with staff that go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The GM alone gets 5 stars for hospitality. This is a new hotel so rooms are outfitted with brand new furniture, comfortable beds and clean carpets. Bathrooms are new with granite counter tops good sized bath and adjustable rainfall shower heads. Breakfast was adequate. A little off the beaten path but well worth the drive. Finally, for the price you certainly get your money's worth!

Warm cookies at check in. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast with variety of items. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However the chorine smell was so strong. We had to open the door to the pool area. Still didn’t swim long. Because of the smell. A little disappointed since that was the reason for the stay. Over all a great place to stay. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for five nights to attend a funeral and in the midst of a blizzard. We stayed here last summer and had an excellent experience so we returned. Mike, the GM, remembered us and welcomed us back. Matt, the evening manager, was incredibly accommodating. But the real impression was made because as soon as Mike, Andrew or Matt saw us preparing to leave, they ran outside and cleaned our car and shoveled it out. Even Marie, housekeeper, made sure to extend sympathy for our loss. We often book a hotel and expect a clean room with no surprises, this time we received 100 times what we expected. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great stay as usual. Only downsides were that the safe in our room was broken and was unable to be fixed, and our jetted tub was also broken.

The location was very peaceful and the rooms were very clean and big. It offered a variety of activities for the whole family. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel itself was really nice and very clean. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was decent enough. They had a really cool pancake maker machine. The only part of the hotel I wasn't too much a fan of was the location as it was in the middle of BFE, which would be fine unless you get there at 11 like I did.

Location is in the middle of nowhere… Confusing to get to the hotel and to get back to the highway. Rooms didn't have the modern feel of other similarly priced hotels. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Fitness room was okay. Service was great!

Clean, quiet and great price. Front desk staff were so helpful when I needed to borrow a stapler and paper cutter for a presentation the next day. I would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the hotel clerk Andrew was awesome! The only thing I would recommend you request the top floor. Floors are thin so you hear everything. However, a really great place for an awesome price!

The hotel was very nice, but the prices were very high. It seems they jack the prices up when there is an event in town. They did offer hot pockets and other snacks to purchase at the front desk 24 hours which was very convenient. Besides the high room rate everything was great.

Clean, new hotel. Easy check in. Nothing right around the hotel (kinda off the beaten path but not far from the highway). Stayed here and went to a concert. Front desk was helpful with info for taxis.

The rooms are very nice, a nice small fitness center with cardio equipment and weights. The pool room is very nice as well.

Booked this about an hour ahead of arrival and we were in our room in no time. The bed was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty much what you'd expect at most hotels, not great, but not bad. It did the job. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
