High quality presentation, accommodations, and extras. If we were staying longer we would have taken advantage of more. Liked the conscientious view if environment and not wasting water. Very comfortable. By mistake I gave a 1 star when first reviewing. That was an accident.

I am so impressed with this hotel and front desk staff employees. We booked two nights. We were driving from NYC and where caught in traffic and wouldn’t be able to make it the first night. We called at 5:30 pm, over the usual cancellation time and talked to Tina and asked her if we could cancel the first night without getting charged and she was extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived the next day and Larry checked us in. So nice. Then at breakfast the next morning we got down to breakfast right before it was about to close and when we got there, there was no more bacon left. I asked the employee working if I could get some bacon. She cooked some more up right away for me, even though they were getting ready to close the breakfast area down soon. I am extremely impressed with this hotel. Our stay was enjoyable and we will be returning. Thank you!

Walls were paper thin could hear a person snoring in the room beside us. We use to use best western most of the time but are finding better deals at comparable motels.

One of the nicest Best Western Hotels we have been in. Well maintained and clean. Great location for our needs. Good restaurants nearby. We'll be back.

Good value for the money. Staff was great. Very clean rooms. Easy access to the Thruway. My only complaint is that on Memorial Day, they didn't lower the flags to half-staff. Other than that, it was perfect!

Not much to sing about. Where do I start. The mediocre "complementary" attempt at breakfast left soooo much to be desired and was No Complement. Or, the information at check in that "We have a No Noise policy after 10pm". But I heard loud foot traffic in the hallway throughout the evening. Hmmmmm. Disappointing.

Clean nice and good food near by. Taco bell and dennys and Wendy's. Pool also and good parking.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Typical breakfast spread, good selection. Great location, short distance off the highway.

From check in to check out, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was quiet, the staff exceptional, the pool clean, and atmosphere wonderful. Thank you Best Western for another great get-a-way weekend!

Great experience. Over the highway to great shopping. Close to Rochester. Breakfast is amazing and wasn't expecting much… the wonderful lady working is awesome. Pool is open late! All round amazing property.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. 75 degree (according to thermostat) room when we walked in. I keep my apartment at 72-73 and was MELTING in this room. After 1.5 HOURS with AC on full blast the room was STILL 75 degrees. Ridiculous. Came back after 8 HOURS and complaints of the room temperatures and it was down to 70 even though was set to below 60. Honestly don’t believe it was below 72 because it was still uncomfortably warm. Came back with my parents (I’m over 25 and neither of them are hard of hearing) and we were all sitting on the bed having conversation and got a RUDE phone call that we had a noise complaint and that we needed to keep it down. Clearly the walls are PAPER THIN. Will be trying the pool and 2-3 person hot tub out tomorrow if they don’t kick us out for my parents snoring before then…

Had a nice 2 day stay. The staff was great, rooms clean and a decent breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here two or three times now. The service is always excellent. Breakfast is convenient. Internet speed is better than most.

We stayed here for a family staycation. The room was clean and neat. The king size bed was comfortable. The pull out bed was not that comfortable at all. We could feel the springs on mattress. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was very nice, warm and bubbly. The pool was nice but not heated. There was nice full breakfast with eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea. The location of the hotel is in a nice area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is also a large mall, Walmart and Target nearby. The hotel allows small pets with a $35 pet fee per night.

Exellent staff. Great stay. Always love the included breakfast. Rooms were very cleaned and beds are super comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer! Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room, in a hotel with many amenities. Nice pool, hot tub, fitness room. 24/7 hot drinks in lobby. A great breakfast with many options hot and cold is included with very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

We stay here on each trip to our sons home. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our room is immaculate and welcoming. Breakfast is a plethora of good morning selections and very plentiful. Thank you.

Small sign so I drove right past it. Front desk person very nice. Front entrance inside a bit outdated, and there were stains on the old couch. Room by pool used for a birthday party was musty and mildewy smelling. Heated pool wasn't even lukewarm, and the bottom looked like it needed repairs. Hot tub was small, railing to get in was loose. Water was beyond frothy. Dumpy looking, so I would never rent a room there.

Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel. By far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good but very busy and crowded. The pool was nice, but the hot tub spa was rather small. I would definitely use this hotel again while in the area!

The top BW I have stayed at. Nice facility and right off highway. The staff were very nice and breakfast was a bit better than the usual fare.

While having breakfast, a bus tour of seniors came into the dining area. I watched the hotel staff assist many with getting their breakfast, helping with seating, etc. I was very impressed with the care and service that they offered. They were patient and friendly. One of the best hotels we have every stayed at! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not very big so the breakfast area and pool were never crowded. Our room had two queens and was very spacious. I especially liked that the refrigerator and microwave were in a separate area with a small counter top and cabinets — almost like a mini kitchenette. Breakfast was great! My kids loved the mini waffles! Would definitely recommend!

The lobby is huge and airy. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom vanity is large enough for everything you need. Fridge and microwave in room. It has a real closet. The AC works well. The carpet is new and clean The whole place is just perfect for what we need! Highly recommend! There is an indoor pool and small gym.

A family member recommended the hotel and we weren't disappointed. The room was a great size, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and we're helpful when needed. The pool was a big hit and very nice. We would definitely stay again.

The visit began nicely. The hotel appears to be in the process of remodeling, therefore we were walking around construction materials (carpeting being installed) down our hallway. Construction is not a quiet activity and this was no exception. The men were laying carpet at 7:30 a. M. A few doors down from our room. What we found most entertaining is upon check in we had to sign a "quiet clause" agreeing that we would be quiet between certain hours. I guess that only applies to guests. My husband was not comfortable on the bed. There was a dripping coming from the outside (we were on the second floor, it was the air conditioner dripping). It was freezing cold in the second floor hallways and in our room. We turned off the AC and added another blanket. On the second morning the orange juice was only water. Another customer said something to the staff and then my husband also said something. Finally the OJ container was changed. The yogurt offered was frozen solid both days. We originally were supposed to stay three nights. On the second day we decided we would check out. We told the clerk at the desk who only said, "I'm so sorry. I hope you'll come back again soon! " On the morning of checkout we again made these comments to the front desk clerk (a different person) and she didn't even give us a comment, only asked what room we were in and are we using the same credit card for billing purposes.

Great hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating of my children. Pool and spa are kept up and have warm water. The entire hotel looks fresh and new. Breakfast was plentiful and many choices offered. Lots of space in the rooms, and lots of counter/work space available.

They have clean and nice looking places to sleep. A good fitness center could have more but not bad!

It was exactly what we needed. It had comfortable beds, a pool and hot tub, and a continental breakfast. We were driving between cities and needed a place to crash and unwind for the night.

We were on a road trip this past New Years and for 60 bucks we got an amazing room here. The front desk staff really knew their stuff and were genuinely friendly.

Getting ready for our third stay here and my group couldn't be more excited! The management and staff are extremely accomodating and make every visit exceptional! The rooms and CLEAN and in great condition.

Excellent location close to various businesses. Room was spacious but the bathroom could have been bigger. Free breakfast was great. Pool was extremely cold and slightly dirty, including a dead spider floating around.

Good value for your money. Close to Eastview Mall and Waterloo Outlets. Room clean and beds comfy. Nice treat Choc Chip cookies in afternoon. Definitely will stay again.

Great place to stay. We were just passing thru heading back to WI. I called & the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice. Clean room, warm pool, warm cookies, comfy beds. Don't believe what other people reviewed on here. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We needed to stay a night. It was nice and clean. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker included in the room. It was $100 for two queen beds. The breakfast was free and good. Wifi was also free but not great since the youtube videos I was trying to watch would crash and not buffer.

Found online during search for pet friendly hotel after 10 hours on the road at local rest area. Disabled and had pair of therapy animals. Website states pet friendly so we headed over, only to get checked in and then turned away in front of other guests. Hotel then changed mind and allowed us back but put us in a room that absolutely reeked of dog urine, so bad our throats burned after having to put the heat up in the room. So exhausted, didn't have energy or desire to cause any more fuss or embarressment to ourselves by complaining.

Nothing wrong with this place. Nice hotel.

I would have given this hotel 4+ rating except for a few things that could have been taken care of by the staff. We stayed two nights. The first night we got there I noticed the hot tub was not working. The clerk at the front desk said it needed to be remodeled. The washing machine was out of order too. Those things should have been on their website notifying people. We got home after our first day there late that evening and noticed our room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and told them. I had to ask for new towels. They did not offer me any compensation at all and when I asked for a discount on a future stay I was told they could not do that. Other then that the hotel was okay.

Just returned from holiday where my wife and I stayed at 8 different Best Western accommodations. Here's how your establishment compared to the others. By far this Best Western Plus Victor Inn and Suites was my pick on this trip. My wife and I found this to be comparable to the Best Westerns in British Columbia. The staff and accommodations were superb. Well done BW.

Just stay here and stop searching. You will love it. We stay at dozens of hotels all the time and this one gets our 5 star rating. Family of 4.

Not a bad place but I stopped after 2days of almost straight driving so I would have stayed anywhere. Helpful front desk.
