I've been to several hotels during this pandemic and this is by far the worst, so far.
The lady (Giatri — dont know if I spelled her name right) over the front counter doesn't wear a mask in front of myself and other customers and when asked about it she said that she's vaccinated and didn't have to.
A Cigarette butt was under the bed.
They advertise breakfast but then tell you when you are here that they don't do it. They provide an "on the go" bag which apparently stops after 9:45am.
The dining room that the microwave is in is shared by the restaurant and its customers. So if you go down to heat your food they have it closed down and they ask the restaurant to do it for you and the whole time, not once was an apology issued.
Their Ice machine on the second floor has been busted for "a long while now" according to one of the employees and seeing from the other customers reviews looks like it's been busted for a year now, terrible.
The side door with tenant and employee access via a card is busted open to allow the restaurants guests to easily enter through the side. It's very unprofessional and not safe in the least.
The snack bar and drinks are all cash only and they can't even charge to your room. There's an atm right next to it that charges $3.25 per transaction. It's pretty archaic.
We are leaving as soon as possible.
And after leaving we incurred a $40 charge for "stealing" sheets. Not missing but stolen. While discussing the charge with the front desk gentlemen he quickly brought up that we were rude to Giatri (the other receptionist) when in reality was the other family that was also complaining, we only merely asked her why. I'll gladly dispute that charge. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and will gladly go out of my way to tell others.
