Super friendly staff, extremely clean, great amenities, perfect location, large comfortable rooms, nice breakfast choices, large lobby sitting area with fireplace and comfortable furniture.

Traveled with my husband and 1 yr old son, the rooms were a great size considering we have a pack and play for the baby. I e will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here on 8/22/2020 for our anniversary. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were impressed. The hotel is beautiful to begin with! the girls at the front desk (Hailey & Breanna) were absolutely amazing and so sweet. They took got us checked in early and took the time to tell us about different wineries and things to do in the area. They made sure we new about the car services that were available because we had discussed going to a few wineries and made it a point to make sure we got back to the hotel safely. Both Hailey & Breanna were there in the morning when it was time to check out and again nothing but sweet and cheerful energy from them. They asked how our evening was where we went and asked how we enjoyed our stay. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great anniversary. So thank you girls and thank you Best Western for having such a great staff.

The 24/7 juice and coffee and tea bar, business center and fitness center… pool and jacuzzi, cute little fire pit area and picnice area with little fountain, nice rooms, nice employees, well practices safety measures for covid, pack and play for infants and free breakfast.

They had great service, great people very friendly and helpful! Very clean rooms also.

Highly recommend this hotel. It's one of the truly "best" Best Westerns my family has stayed at. Extremely clean and rooms are large. The room with 2 beds has space for tables and chairs unlike other hotels I've stayed.

Pool was nice, except having kids running and jumping in making Big splashes! was not enjoyable, my wife had to get out.
hot tub was very nice, relaxing and perfect temperature. At least kids didn't rueion that.
No control over kids.
Clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff,
friendly and courteous. Will recommend to others and will be coming again.

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The people who work there are helpful, happy and beyond wonderful. They made sure there was no issues with our stay! And the rooms are spotless and beautiful.

I always stay here every time and I they are great overall. This trip was my daughter’s 30th birthday and when we got in the room, they had cupcakes and a tower of towels made into a big birthday cake. Super awesome and thoughtful ♥️♥️ The breakfast is always good and wonderful staff.

Everyone here is amazing especially the lady named Sue who cleaned our room… Christian at the front desk bent over backwards to make our stay amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Room was spacious and clean. TV was great and beds were comfortable. Customer service was fine. Complimentary AM breakfast was plentiful, with juice, water, and coffee available around the clock. The hot tub was perfect for anyone who needed to relax after a long hike in the Watkins Glen area, and the regular pool temperature was comfortable. The lobby area was very modern with plentiful space for general relaxation. The two computers available in the "business center" functioned flawlessly, based on my experience of news checking and researching on other possible places of interest in the general vicinity. I would recommend staying here.

Probably the best experience I have had. My husband and I fell I love with the town, environment and people. The staff was amazing and the manager Christopher was beyond helpful. The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was better then any others I’ve had.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at this Best Western was. We were looking for a dog friendly hotel because our 2 pugs were traveling with us. We booked this hotel because it seemed like a good value for everything it offered. It was so much more than we expected. This hotel is so nice! The staff were all so nice and helpful and our room was huge and well appointed. The breakfast is great too with so many good options!

We blocked rooms at the Best Western Penn Yan for our wedding and the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Christian the manager was so friendly and accommodating. He knew all of us by name. There is a beautiful pergola and fire pit for the guests to use and the rooms and facilities are so clean and new. It was the perfect hotel for our wedding weekend and I highly recommend it!

Definitely worth the stay. We brought our 4 month old husky puppy and our 4 year old for her birthday. The staff were amazing and the parks near by are great. If you have kids there is a nice playground across the street or 25 mins away is Seneca lake with another great park and splash pad or there is always the beach!

Great place! Service and staff were wonderful. Christian was very helpful when I was wanting to book the hotel. He added a special touch for us when we arrived since it was our anniversary. When we came into our room, there was a bottle of wine, cupcakes, chocolates and a very nice note. It made us feel so special. We had a wonderful stay and lots of wineries to visit.

Staff was excellent and very friendly! Continental breakfast was good. Overall nice and clean hotel. Slightly outdated compared to other hotels. Mattress was too hard and pillows were flat so did not sleep well. For this reason I probably would not stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. The front desk and cleaning service were very nice and helpful. Our main concerns involved the breakfast service. The hot entrees were lukewarm at best. When items ran low it took too long to replace. I do not think the eggs were regular eggs but some composite. There was no variety on the potatoes. The meat item was cool and one morning there wasn't any and the wait staff said that they ran out. You should never run out of meat. We also like when there is a bowl of fresh cut fruit like some other hotels that we stayed at. In the 3 mornings we had breakfast I only saw one person on one morning manning the counter to make sure that everything was being refreshed. I would give the breakfast a 4 out of 10. Best Western can improve on variety and the heat of warm items and switch to real eggs.

We visited the Finger Lakes for the first time and this was a perfect place to stay. It was located in the center of everything. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, room size was large. There's a nice sitting area out front of the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a pleasant and friendly place. The coffee was delicious as was the nightly cookies. Wonderful staff and comfortable beds. Very pleased with our stay.

As BWs go this is typical of the newer ones… The staff are all very pleasant, the rooms are kept up very nicely The free breakfast is mediocre as expected. The only real complaint as with any hotel of this level is the amount of noise between rooms. You can hear every conversation of medium strength.

The rooms are clean, the staff is phenomenal, the pool and jacuzzi are great, the breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend the spot. Wait never mind because if I tell all you people how awesome it is it'll be busy next time I come back. ;)

Great location close to 5 local winerys and only 20 minutes to Geneva. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean. Nice pool and hot tub area. Great hot breakfast always coffee and drinks available they also have cookies out in the afternoon. The manager Christian was very helpful with an issue we had. We will definitely be returning!

We were given a free night stay as a gift from friends. The room was huge and very comfortable. They had a living room area with couch and fireplace as well as a king size bed. A quiet desk corner was also designed in so that if we had been doing a business trip I wouldn't have disturbed my wife while she was sleeping and I would be working into the night. The only complaint I had was that the TV's mount didn't really swivel to a proper position for watching TV on the bed. But you could still watch TV in bed it just wasn't as easy or viewable as I would have hoped. However, we plan on visiting again for a staycation and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Penn Yan.

This property is an excellent location in Penn Yan. The room as well as the hotel overall is well kept and appointed. The room we had was large with great fridge and microwave. The breakfast had many options and the fresh fruit was ripe. Excellent value and would be my choice again in the future for lodging in this area.

The hotel has a warm, welcoming decor that compliments the warmth of its customer service staff. Situated in the center of Penn Yan, it's easy to access the many wineries in the area. It's also close to a beautiful lake. Across the street is a wonderful walking and biking trail that goes for miles. The gentle clip-clop of horse-drawn Mennonite buggies was delightful to hear and see. It's a beautiful village and the hotel staff is delightful. The front desk team, Megan, Christian and Courtney, are simply wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Finger Lakes.

Always a pleasant experience to stay here. This hotel is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and it simply one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and although we didn't require much they were courteous and polite. This was our 4th or 5th year going over for a nights stay and a winters swim and I am sure we will continue with this tradition. The continental breakfast was good also. I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Penn Yan. Very family friendly.

Super clean, all the amenities of a chain hotel you would expect. Bed was soft. I prefer hard but that is a personal choice. Great price in the area.

I would normally give this stay a 5 star, however this stay wasn't great. The room we were given was 2nd floor King room near the stairwell. All night long (for 2 nights), it was jarring slamming noises, footsteps and anytime someone used their bathroom above us, we heard the sewage noises and water down the walls. I was told they were sold out and we couldn't get a different room. The staff is always good but I did feel less than cared about than other times we've stayed. Only time we complained was after so I don't feel like a bad person for feeling let down by this stay. I'm just hoping we have a better experience someday. Breakfast on Saturday was an issue as well, ran out of food for a bit and there were not enough utensils, it was a busy weekend so we understood. We just felt this stay was lacking the normal service and feel we are used to.

This hotel was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and had many choices. Staff was out to help with anything you needed. I would highly recommend this Best Western to all.

Lovely hot tub, pool, and rooms. The first time I went there was an amazing front desk worker that went out of her way in customer service. Either she was promoted or moved on. The current staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, Coffee machine easy to operate and the coffee was delicious. The first time I stayed, it was quiet, the second time we were in a beautiful mobility accessible room, but the fan from the furnace was loud in the next room. It took a while to get to sleep. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

Clean and friendly. Loved all the amenities. Great breakfast. Coffee and cookies available all day. I am recommending it to my family and friends. Excellent value for the price.

Accommodations and staff were above average. My husband and I were greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The rooms were really clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I had gluten free options for the free breakfast they offer every morning. We'd definitely stay here again! It was one of our best hotel experiences to date!

One of the nicest hotels I have been to! Spotless, nice lobby, good breakfast. Our room was so large and the beds were fantastic. Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and operating.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. It was a last-minute booking. We have never stayed at a Best Western before. Thoroughly impressed! Clean, modern, extra amenties that we have not experienced in a reasonably priced hotel. The pool and exercise room was clean and perfect for our needs, especially since we had the pool to ourselves! Breakfast they had hot sausage, hash browns, eggs, pancakes and waffle iron with chocolate chip and whip cream of you wanted. Muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, coffee, milk, juices… We would totally stay again!

Great staff and friendly. They go out of there way to please you. It's very easy to find and parking is good. Rooms are big and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and they have many big pillows that help meto make you comfortable. We used the Jacuzzi and pool many time and had a lot of fun in them. Thanks Best Western for the nice stay.

The location is very convenient, just by the main road of the town. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our hairdryer is not working, and they replaced it quickly. Outside the main door, there are a pergola with outdoor seats, a mini fountain and a fire pit nearby. The room is spacious and clean and very quiet. The breakfast is good enough to set you off for a hike in the nearby vineyards.

I never experienced hospitality from a hotel staff as we did from the staff at this Best Western! They were all very courteous, professional, and friendly making us feel at home. They were more then happy to accommodate any request and I noticed this when they interacted with all the guests. This staff should provide training to other hotel staff because this staff has set the bar so high no other hotel staff would even come close. Due to the wonderful experience we had during our stay we will always book at a Best Western! Hats off to the staff & manager on duty at the Pen Yan, NY location on 6/24 & 6/25. You excelled in the services & hospitality delivered! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable & enjoyable one! Kudos to the entire team!

Staff was very nice, Room was very clean. Parking was a little tight, but we managed. Their Chocolate Chip cookies were really good too. I would easily stay at this hotel again.

I loved the Best Western Plus Vineyard Inn and Suites! I had a few birthday parties there and we had a good time. Only one bad experience. I was going to have a birthday party at their pool. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction. They said it would be done by the time of the party but we called a few days b4 the party so if we needed to change venues we could. The pool still wasn't done. Luckily the clerk was nice enough to get us a room at the Ramada in Geneva. They called the day before the party to tell me the pool was done but we told them that we were sticking with the Ramada. They canceled our reservation without a problem and without a charge. Other than that the Best Western is a great place to stay. ;).

I am from Penn Yan, so I normally stay at my family's residence, however for this stay we booked a week in this hotel. I have never been there before, nor had I heard anything about it from the locals. I must tell you it is wonderful. Everyone is so helpful, especially Megan. They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities are clean and neat. The food is very good, and you can get coffee from the breakfast bar all day (and night) long. My dog and daughter both enjoyed the stay. I must tell you have no concerns about making a reservation here. You will not be disappointed. The only thing I can complain about is that the bathroom door is a little tight to close once in the bathroom. However the bathroom has granite counters and a very wonderful large Speakman shower head. If you have ever had a wonderful shower, it probably was with a Speakman shower head. The toilets don't clog or even come close, and the place is immaculate. I'm a local and I will tell you you can't find a nicer hotel within fifty miles. Highly endorsed.

I needed to travel and stay in the Finger Lakes unexpectedly and The Best Western in Penn Yan was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Main lobby was small, however, was very classy. Continental breakfast was excellent. Good location on main road that made travel easy. Definitely would stay there again.
