Great value for those who need to spend a little time renewing your roots.

After a 10 hour drive, we arrived to a filthy room with holes in the wall, dirty fridge and microwave, sticky sinks and tables, mold behind the toilet, floors not vacuumed — a complete failure! we were shown another room just as bad! To make matters worse, the concierge told us that this was as good as it was gonna get, and that we had one of the better rooms! I immediately got my money back and went next door. Definitely a 0 out off 10!

Loved the staff for letting me check in 4.5 hours early with my toddler grandson who has autism and was in desperate need of a nap. The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Lady's would rent room to my wife nightly (pet friendly not really) but because we have a pet we couldn't rent weekly they choose who gets to stay or not but your pets not welcome on a weekly rate only on a nightly rate. Can have pit bulls there but best to say large breed cause the nose goes straight up when you say my pit bull.

Prepaid for this hotel on Priceline. Room stunk and we had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies for the bathroom and air freshener. Front desk did not seem to care when I told them. The smell was so bad that I am not sure it was even healthy. This place needs to close down.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very big, but very outdated. Breakfast was okay, but it's all cold and you have to get it from a fridge. The window a/c has black mold.

Their name says it all. It is a great value. Attentive staff, clean rooms, without fanfare. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

The best part is that they allow pets and only charged an extra $10 for our dog. The bed was comfortable and the price was decent.

Very well kept for an older building. Overall a nicer motel.

That was a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and there was a very good view right out of my room window in the Fall season!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed … we reserved a large king size room and in the middle of night at 2 am the alarms started chirping on and off. Called the front desk and they said they tried calling maintenance but no one would respond so finally at 3 am in the morning they gave us a much smaller queen room and was told to talk to front desk in morning for a rebate on room… when we talked to the front desk the manager looked at us and said that they worked for 5 different hotels and they didn't care about our problem… and that there was no rebate he was giving us for the inconvenience or the smaller room we were getting charges the same amount… I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

This is the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in! First when I went to go to the bathroom the toilet and toilet seat were dirty and moldy. But that wasn't even the worst of it! We were only in the room for less the five minutes and we had fleas ALL over us! I had flea bites all over my legs and ankles. The fleas were so bad we had to strip down in the parking lot to get out of the clothes we were wearing! All this happened while I am currently 8 months pregnant! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Not a bad place to stay on a tight budget. The buildings are a bit worn and dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. There was a small construction crew working during the day so it seems the owner is trying to improve the property. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge and an old TV. Staff was nice. Free breakfast included coffee, juice, bagels, waffles, yogurt, and premade omelettes. Cereal was available as well. The hotel is located next to a shopping center so there are plenty of options for food if the breakfast doesn't satisfy. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room was clean and welcoming. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was literally just cereal and yogurt. So that's the only complaint I had.

The pool area is great! Room is spacious. Obviously this is not a high end hotel, but it's definitely good for the price.

The view outside the room was amazing. It was clean, very spacious, not-so-bad bathroom, and all the amenities you could need, at an amazing price. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

Stayed here twice in the last few years. Both times thought it was great value for the money. It's not a four star place, but the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and when we returned from our outing, it looked like a brand new room, which is the point. Small glitch with the key card, but it was resolved immediately with a smile. The big question is would I stay here again. Absolutely!

Nice sized rooms. Reasonably priced. Convenient.

What's to like? Our room was interesting. The bathroom door had no lock. But that wasn't as a big a deal as the hair dryer not working. There were 2 lovely rags on the walkway from the office… They remained there for the entire stay. And the "juice machine" dispensed water instead of orange juice. At least the roof didn't leak.

This particular location is probably perfectly fine.
Our experience with the one at 1735 Stewart Ave. In Lexington, KY has been a nightmare. We came up to plan a funeral and memorial service. Drove 12 hours.
We had 2 rooms reserved for a total of 5 people. When we got here they had a total of 4 bath towels in the 2 bathrooms. We called and asked for more towels and were told we would have to go to the front desk and get them. They sent 2. Yeah, really…
Also the free Wi-Fi works only if you are sitting in the extremely hot hallway. As soon as you go back into your room, it disconnects. We were told that if we were dissatisfied with our stay, we could check out and go to a different hotel… wrong answer sweetness…

The Place was fine and clean and tidy. Ours was a large room with really good bathroom. Not the best location though. A bit out of town but it had an Applebee's within easy walking distance.

Yes, the hotel is older but they are working on it. They provide a reasonable free breakfast. Coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day. The room was very clean and the mattress is new and very comfortable. Bring your dogs. This hotel is dog friendly. Every employee we've encountered has gone above and beyond and are extremely friendly. You will enjoy your stay.

A relatively decent place to stay overnight but the continental breakfast is laughable. It is all prepackaged that needs to be microwaved.

Very old hotel. The rooms are okay they are so outdated. The breakfast bar is way under par. Get ready for frozen pancake and egg. Price could go up during holiday season. This hotel is huge you have to drive to go to your room.

We love it. We've been coming for all but a few years. I had to have a transplant last during the last 2 1/2 years, but, we're back.

Excellent hotel! Super friendly professional service, rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, and well accomadated. I will recommend this chain of hotels to all my family and friends!

Rooms are nice, staff is friendly, but the area is only so-so.

My husband and I have stayed in this motel numerous times in the past. We love the location. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, everything was clean. I only have one "complaint". My husband is now disabled and cannot use a regular low toilet. I asked if you had any accessible rooms and was told that there were only 2 rooms that had bars around the toilet, but they were the normal, low toilets. We can no longer stay in your hotel because of this. Is there ANY way you can install handicapped height toilets in those 2 rooms? It would be so much easier on the people that need full accessibility. I hate the fact that we may no longer be able to stay there. Please consider this. We really do like your motel.

Clean and staff are very helpful. Toilet had some issues with overflowing when flushing. They came and plunged it out. We will stay there again.

This hotel was very nice, however, there was about 10-20 mosquitos in the bathroom and mainroom, and the bathroom felt very uncomfortable after a shower. Other wise, very nice stay.

You can expect very kind staff who go above and beyond their duties. The hospitality is amazing for a typical motel. Everything is clean, the lawn is manicured, the pool is wonderful (a bummer that it closes at 9pm) but that's pretty much anywhere you may go. There is always coffee and juice available 24.7 and the continental breakfast is nice. Everything is very close. Perfect location!

My fiance travels a lot for work. They booked him in this room and he was ready to leave as soon as he got there. The place smelled of mold and mildew, it was filthy. There was a dirty hand print in the shower from the previous guest. Needless to say he booked a hotel down the road and left immediately.

I have stayed at this motel frequently for the past 10 or so years, (Including a stint of a couple continuous years in the area for work). I loved this place and the friendly staff, who I now regard as good friends. After my work in the area was complete, I continue to stay with them whenever I am in or near the Corning area… The Lodge has seen a great many changes in the last 10 years, as they are always updating and upgrading. In the summer the pool and courtyard are relaxing and sunlight filled and yours to enjoy when you tire of shopping at the amazing stores and restaurants in Downtown Corning. Your budget will also be happy you stayed here!
