Nice room, fire alarm in the middle of the night but nothing you can do about that.

Amazing experience every time we come here! Hotel management and staff are so accommodating, thoughtful, and kind.

Every time I come they are all great! I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Clean, big rooms and great servise.

Although I live close by in Parish, on December 26, our family home burned to the ground. Holiday Inn was my home for 7 days. I don't think the staff could've been any kinder. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. It was a 5 star experience during a difficult time. Thank you.

The hotel is new and clean. The room was comfortable — had a refrigerator, microwave and safe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. There is an indoor pool that I didn't use, so I can't comment. Unfortunately no pets are allowed — I would give 5 stars to allow pets!. Had a great stay!

Room was spotless and clean. Well appointed. Good quality bedding. Breakfast was poor, inadequate, and poorly organized. Which is ok if paying $80 a night, but I paid more here than at a Hilton in Syracuse. Not good enough and it is the last impression we have.

Throughly enjoyed my visit at Holiday Inn! The rooms were spacious, staff was amazing, and having a sauna was a plus! It also helps that it is close to a shopping mall and several places to eat!

Brand new hotel. Very nice. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Workout center downstairs. Oswego is a very blue collar town and this is a great place to stay.

Relatively new Holiday Inn Express. No problems. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and well appointed. Swimming pool and hot tub were appreciated although the hot tub was not as hot as we like, and the pool was very cold. Laundry facilities are available for a fee, not for free like some other Holiday Inn Express locations. Didn't use the fitness room, but it looked nice.

Very clean and the staff was great. Free breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

It's an H. I. E. What do you expect? But, being a relatively new hotel, all the rooms are new. They have all the modern amenities you expect in a hotel. The pool is nice. And it's a couple minutes from downtown Oswego.

Rooms were adequate, initial room had dried dark red substance all over the toilet. Blood? Fruit punch? Who knows. They have me a new room. Thermostat seemed off. Normal comfortable temp for me is 72. Had to turn to 78+ to feel comfortable.

Bed bugs 100% we stayed in this hotel in mid December! We got a great parting gift BED BUGS! Looks super clean an we really believed it was until our NIGHTMARE HAPPENED! BED BUGS BED BUGS!

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in for the 2-3 star range. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though they were quite busy. The staff was super nice, and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the room was big — it even had a pull out couch. Nice pool, hot tub and decent free breakfast made the whole experience even better!

Excellent pool, excellent hot tub, excellent beds, excellent showers. I've stayed at this hotel three times on three different occasions, and I never leave disappointed.

This hotel is very clean, nicely done new rooms with a great layout, plenty of outlets, innovative lighting and comfortable bed. All for a great price which includes a pretty good breakfast.

This was my 2nd time staying here. I love this hotel the staff and service was wonderful and I plan on staying here again next year. It's close to Walmart and places to eat and not to far from Suny Oswego.

Went to the hotel to book a block for our upcoming wedding and we were shown around the facilty. Rooms looked beautiful, decent sized pool, if I had to make a complaint it would be their patio; although it's nice, there is no over hang to stop rain from coming down.

The hotel is new and the rooms are very well appointed and spacious. Full breakfast was included. Jessica at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. We would stay here again.

This place is swanky. It's got amazing amenities available and the staff is super attentive to your needs. The rooms are very clean and the design is modern. Oh, and the beds are very comfy. So overall it was a great stay.

I stayed here with family members … I was very impressed! The bed (and the extra pillows housekeeping kindly give us) were so comfortable, I never wanted to leave! The staff was top knotch, coffee was always fresh and the breakfast set up was delicious!

From the moment I booked the reservation I knew our family was in for a treat! The Hotel was truly a "Home away from Home! " The attention that the staff provides, the many poofy pillows and soft comforters, the darkened blinds all make you want to come back and back again. Clean fresh fragrances, well designed amenities, comfortable bed, large hot shower with sliding glass doors, fast computers, great pool and work out facilities! Keurig in room, microwave, fridge, built in racks for luggage! (So clean, you think about taking the cleaning crew home with you! ) You know I am critical as some of my followers have noticed of my reviews. This one rates one of the best Hotels we visited. They accommodate all of your requests with a smile and a friendly face. The breakfast was great, cinnamon rolls soft and sweet! Lots of choices, fresh and clean. The lobby has many nooks and crannies! It was my Daughters birthday and the staff specially prepared a sweet breakfast celebration! What a treat this Hotel is and it is nearby the beautiful scenic waterways of Oswego! During breakfast, watching the big HDTV in the lobby, we talked about our next visit to this charming, clean, relaxing, modern, well designed Hotel! Areas have both lit and dim areas giving a sense of privacy. The designs are amazing! In addition they have a great business meeting room as well! I am a fan! We are grateful to have such an amazing place to call Home when we visit Oswego!

Brand new building. Very nice room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom. Free breakfast is a plus. No vending machines and only ice on first floor. Not a huge deal because they have a little market. Would stay again.
