There is a lot of potential in this motel with major updating and care. No evidence of bugs or roaches. I cannot recommend it for anything other than a quick stop for a nights sleep and a shower but make sure you check your locks or have one with you. Hotel in poor condition but I was told it was recently acquired by the owners and updates would be forthcoming. For families I would wait until updates are made. Let's see if owners take to heart these reviews. I will be checking reviews monthly to watch for updates.

-5 stars. Do not book a room here! Rooms were absolutely disgusting. We booked a non-smoking room and it smelled like a cigarette was just smoked in the room and there was a cigarette burn in the sheets. The night stand was falling apart and headboard was broken. Bathroom was dirty and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The mini fridge was full of stains inside and out and the shelves looked like they never been cleaned. All around DISGUSTING!

BEWARE! *** There are peepholes drilled in the closet areas of the 400's and who knows which other buildings. They directly look over your bed. I know this because I had to fix electrical issues there. Upon telling management they did nothing. A month later they are still there. Please don't stay here for privacy! They are watching you and God knows what else. I've notified corporate as well.

This Days Inn has seen better days & in deaperate need of a face lift and maintenance from the parking lot to the buildings. Room was clean but not equipped to modern standards.

We checked in Friday and it took us 10 minutes to walk the grounds to find out room, once we saw the room, walked back to reception area and checked out, the place is a dump, told guy at front desk I would not let my cat stay there. He would not return all my money and I have not received credit for the 2nd night, I will give him till Monday. I would not stay there if they paid me. Deplorable is being kind. Sorry but this was the worse place I have ever checked into. Gave them one star to be able to post this review.

Worst Experience. Unfortunately, I was on a tight budget and this was the very first time. I looked for a hotel room within 50-60 per night. As I was searching I saw a good deal and instead checking how many stars and I booked the room and I thought it is like comfort In. But as soon I reached the place, front was old building look, room was dusty, dirty carpet, toilet did not flush after using once, shower area was damaged, even the bedsheets was dusty and very loud music and noise during night and was not able to sleep. Plus, I was so sacred to stay a night at the place, I was so much concerned and worried about my safety.

Way better place to stay, than most in the area! Definitely worth the price I paid. Their courtesy was more than welcoming, as well! Wish I would have just stayed my entire visit @ Days inn, while in the Rochester/Henrietta area!

Very reasonable rate for the room. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was, my husband and I both had the our waffles stick in the waffle iron. We did eat about 8:30 and breakfast was over at 9:00. The continental breakfast started being served at 5:00 a. M. I suggested that the iron needs a bit more spray because there were others waiting to use the waffle iron and the lady host said said "Oh no we only spray it first thing in the morning because it is a commercial machine and to much spray will gum it up". I am sure after being used for 3 1/2 hours before we came in, the spray had been well used up HENCE the reason IT WAS STICKING CAUSING THE WAFFLES TO TORN INTO PIECES GETTING IT OUT OF THEIR COMMERCIAL MACHINE DAHHHH! I have worked on several up scale breakfast restaurants and all pancake grills and waffle machines needs a bit of oil or spray to allow the food item from "STICKING"

Horrible, the carpets dirty, outdated, stinky. Horrible I wouldn't recommend it. It's been the worst choice ever made in my life.

We stood at this same Days Inn back in October 2015, other than having to ask for additional towels since we were 6 people in a room and only got 4 big towels, everything else was fine and that's the reason why we booked again the second time around but this time around July 2016 we had the worse experience ever. First I added an additional night to arrive 6/30 instead of 7/1 upon adding that night I clearly specified that I was driving from NYC and would be a late arrival after midnight, I arrived at around 3am to find out they had already checked me out as a no show and they had already charged my card for 1 night, that was fixed quick, then for two days in a row our room wasn't serviced and we had been gone all day, we had NO clean towels and our bed wasn't made, first time around Saturday 7/2 I let it slide and went to the front office to let them know and got some clean towels, the lady in the front didn't bother to apologize and she just asked how many towels I wanted, second day Sunday 7/3 same thing NO clean towels and no made bed, the bed was the least of our worry's but towels is a different story.

The room we had booked was absolutely unacceptable. This place should be shut down by the health department or at least Days Inn should be so embarrassed by this hotel that they should shut it down. An absolute dump. I don't normally do this type of review… but I just can't pass up the opportunity to warn others. Dirty, cracks and holes in the tub, window a/c units didn't work. The only redeeming thing was that they let us out of our reservation I'm sorry to have to post this type review but I feel the public needs the heads up.

Don't stay here if you value your health. The room was awful. I checked out after 4 hours because there was no way I could sleep in the bed. The bathroom while it was apparently clean still was dirty. There was broken furniture piled in and around a dumpster that was out side my room, made for a great view.

This is the worst place! My husband and I booked a week here. Big mistake! Only stayed 1 night. Asked for refund for the rest of week. The hot water faucet didn't work. The bathletes tub fixtures were falling apart. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable.

First room assigned was in the E-Block: Sheets were un-pressed; chair fabric, soiled; curtain, cheep and partially detached. I needed to look no further and left immediately. 'A 1-star affair all the way. Very nice MOD then assigned me a suite in one of the main buildings: Chairs and couch, clean; bed sheets, un-pressed, but clean; window curtain, cheep, but at least, attached. Bathroom, clean. 'Low end of a 3-star. There, I was ok for the evening. Phone didn't work in either room, but my mobile did. Overall, 2 stars. Probably wouldn't return because of the first experience and concerns about what might present itself the next time, particularly if the lodge were almost full.

Single mother of five traveling from rochester N. Y. To Jacksonville Florida. We stayed here for one night. The place was clean and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Holes in the wall, mold in the shower, there was a wad of hair and dead bugs in the corner of the room. Dust everywhere, the phone in the bathroom was ripped off the wall. The whole facility looked and felt out dated. I demanded my money back and left.

This place is a VERY last resort. We had the clutch go on our standard at 1am on a Friday night, thankfully on West Henrietta Road which is full of hotels. However, most of the hotels were over $100 for a room, and we were feeling cheap as we knew we had an expensive car repair ahead of us. We chose the Days Inn which was the cheapest with no run-around or web bookings. We called ahead and were told there was only one room left, so we rushed over. We checked in and paid, and as the clerk was handing us our key he answered another call and was telling the caller that he had only one room left (uh, I thought we just got the last room? …). Every parking spot was taken, and then some. We get to the room and it's small, outdated and musty, and the door is super hard to open/close but at now nearly 2am we're just ready to drop. The bathroom is dirty, there are hairs from the previous occupants but again we just don't care. We pull back the sheets and someone has clearly sneezed into them as there is dried mucus. But at 2am, we throw another blanket on top and fall asleep. We get up for the breakfast and arrive about 10 minutes prior to its end time to find it's already closed up shop, oh well. Upon checking out, we mention the dirty room (hair, snot) and are told that it's not possible because the room was cleaned prior to our arrival! Oh, so we imagined those things? Good to know.

Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The first room had no heat and the phone didn't work. The second room the phone worked when I arrived and never worked after that. I went out to dinner, and when I returned EVERY parking spot in the motel was filled by patrons of the bar that was next door. Management told me that I could park on a street behind the motel. Added to that, the bathroom was barely useable and everything was worn. Never again.

HORRIBLE! NO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I could post photos. If there were negative numbers this hotel would get it. 1. Customer Service — HORRIBLE. We called for an early check in which was denied. We were told the room would be ready @ 2pm. My co-workers went to the front desk to check into our pre-paid rooms. Waited about 7-10 minutes to be checked into our pre-paid rooms and were not acknowledged. Then a woman comes to check in without reservations and is seen first. After making the front desk person aware of the 10 minute wait prior to the woman showing up, he continued to assist the other guest. When asked if this was a franchise or privately owned Days Inn to make a formal complaint, he lied. 2. Grounds — HORRIBLE. This hotel was in the process of being renovated and the grounds looked like it. Potholes & very uneven streets & parking. Garbage on the grounds. Had to request someone to remove garbage from in front of the room after sitting there most of the day. 3. Vacant Rooms — FILTH & DEBRIS. As previously mentioned they were renovating the property. This should have been done in sections or phases where renovated rooms were blocked off from occupied rooms. One of our rooms was next door to a debris collecting room. The room door was open enough for us to see debris piled up from all neighboring rooms, old wood, broken furniture, toilets, sinks, counters, & mattresses, that looked like they have been sitting for months! An awful sight for someone staying next door.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! i had to switch to three different rooms. The first room was not cleaned, the bed was tossed and it seems like someone just got out of the bed. The second room was disgusting and dirty, the door wouldn't even open. Everything smelled terrible and looked it. The chair was horrible stained, the toilet was revolting. It made me want to throw up. The third room's lighting was damaged. After I disinfected the sheets I laid down and saw a bed bug on the bed. It was revolting. Do not ever stay here. It is atrocious, unclean, horrifyingly dirty. Every room smelled terrible. All the other guests complained of much of the same thing. The staff was also unfriendly and hard to reach. They also refused to give a refund despite the horrible condition of the rooms. This hotel should be shut down.

Asked for a non smokig room, room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns in the blankets. Therr was dust all over the floor by thr Air Conditioning. Thr knobs in the shower didn't work and couldn't control the temperature of the water.

In our original room, the door was opened and it would not lock so we had to go back to the main desk and were told no other rooms were available and no maintenance guys. We finally got another room and in that one, the heat did not work so we were given a portable heater, which took forever, and the room itself was dirty and gross. Definitely don't take a shower there because you'll be dirtier when you get out than before you got in. Doesn't look like there is ever any upkeep. Even though it was discounted for the holidays, we were still charged the full amount after all of the crap we went through. Don't stay there.

It is very nice to find a run down ghetto motel In hennrietta. Makes me feel like I'm downtown they even have a skinny coked up Puerto Rican maintenance blaring there crap music and just hanging out around the front lobby along with a fat Puerto Rican and his fat Rican girl that just sit there, they obviously have no clue how to do contractor work. The plow job was dangerous. Drywall repair in rooms looks awful, trim is dirty. Paint job looks like shit. Tile work is Crap. Landscape is dirty. The caulk job my child can do. Rugs are nasty The tvs are all old. Most rooms have hidden mold problems bathrooms look like they have been in there since the 60s most tubs are painted with rustoleoum tub repair that doesn't stay on the tub. Most of the roofs don't drain where they are suppose to. Metal siding is coming off. Windows are single pane. I could go on and on but I'm done for now enjoy your stay at the ghetto motel where white people are made to feel not welcome. And not to mention the truckers next door always looking for the prostitutes that frequent the hotel. Try not to leave with an std or a breathing problem.

First room they gave us was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes, the second room they gave us didn't smell, but we found cigarette ashes and a used q-tip on the floor. Lamps on the wall were lose and there was almost no toilet paper in the bathroom with no spare roll, had to ask for more at the front desk (the clerk was notably apathetic to our concerns). There was no reliable wireless internet in the rooms. The only redeeming quality was that the continental breakfast was pretty well stocked and the hostess was very helpful and friendly. Very far from worth what we paid for the room, would not stay again.

This was the only hotel within a 75 mile radius that had an available room over Columbus Day weekend. Unfortunately we were desperate and took it. The first room was so dirty and smelly, we asked to be moved. The mattress and box springs were dirty, the blanket had holes in it, the carpet was unvacuumed, etc. The next room was a bit cleaner. At least the carpet was clean, the room didn't smell bad and the mattresses were acceptable. However, the bathroom was filled with black mold and the lamps shades and lamps were dusty and not all working. There was no internet and a missing blowdryer. So disappointing. I got home and threw all our clothes — worn and clean — into the wash.

We got the cheapest motel we could find. That's true no matter how you read it. I'm not such a fashionista when it comes to an overnight stay (why would I stay at a hotel this cheap otherwise? ), but our room really did make it difficult to ignore what a dive it was — the heavy smell of deodorizer, the worn carpet, sheets with holes, bathroom counter that sagged over the toilet, old TV with faded picture (remember those? ). Enough of that. Breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise with good variety and a pleasant hostess.
