Jackie was very helpful + professional with an issue we had during our stay. Beautiful & clean hotel.

Very nice hotel, staff is helpful and friendly. Jackie was very professional and even my daughter said how friendly she is. Rooms were very clean and tidy, not to mention the comfortable beds! My only complaint is many of the other guests were NOT following covid precautions. No masks while walking around inside the hotel, the coffee area made me quite upset because there was no hand sanitizer there (desk receptionist overheard me and handed me some to put there) There is MANY signs stating masks are mandated to be worn, so unfortunately the employees need to ask their guests to follow these rules since some decide they don’t have to follow them on their own.
Another bonus was having the pool and hot tub to ourselves.

Property seems clean and well kept, problem is It's cheaply made. The issues started at check in. We checked in around 3:30pm and check in starts at 3pm. They had one young lady working the desk. She was on the phone for 10 min. While we just stood there waiting to be checked in. I overhear her telling someone they will have to call back Monday to be helped with their issue (this takes 10 min). There is obviously a large wedding party and family staying at the hotel as they are everywhere. Finally get to the room and it looks nice. Go out for a few hours and come back, all is well. At 10pm the wedding returns. They congregated under the pergola at the front of the property, right below my room. They are extremely loud, through my 3rd story window. They get louder. I called the front desk to ask them to do something about it. She says she will talk o them. Three complaints (one in person) later its 12:30 pm and it still sounds like they are in my room. Front desk tells me she is lone and afraid to call the police for fear of retribution from the guests. I am told I will be contacted by the manager in the morning. At 5am a guest in the next room proceeds to start vomiting, loudly. We give up and leave. We paid over $500 for this exceptionally poor experience. I have never been more disappointed in my life. And STILL NO contact from anyone at the property.

Very nice hotel. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and clean (The hot tub should have been a couple degrees warmer) but otherwise everything was great!

The whole staff has been so friendly and accommodating. The entire building is spotless and very tastefully decorated.

Great hotel. Always very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are excellent and the outdoor fire area is awesome. We will be back!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, room cozy but our bathroom had mold black and pink mold, which does not just happen over night. We spoke to the manager and they cleaned our tub for us. (this was day one) We slept well no problems, bed was comfortable. Day two had the complementary breakfast it was pretty good, scrambled eggs, sausage links and turkey sausage patties available. Assorted muffins, bagels, bread and English muffins. Juice, cereal, yogurts and pancakes. Day two after breakfast we went out for a walk by the lake, lunch ant Bellhurst Castle then we drove to Lake Ontario. Get back to our room four thirty and it's still not cleaned and we had water on the floor. I was lucky that I didn't fall from it. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel, for $200.00 a night, the room was not cleaned, I could not take a shower without clean towels. I complained on the phone to the front desk and the person on the phone said that the cleaning people were behind with their work. Our room was right next to the house keeping room. Shouldn't it be the first room to be cleaned? I also complained to the front desk. I have never stayed at any hotel where they don't clean your room by at least one or three pm. It was four thirty pm, we had to leave for dinner but five twenty. Travelers be careful, if they don't clean your room, your being ripped off, or the room may have sanitation issues.

Whilst visiting the Finger Lakes we stayed for one night at the Holiday Inn. Very pleased we did, nice large clean, comfortable rooms, fridge, great coffee maker. A pleasurable stay, reasonably priced, with a great breakfast included, and great welcoming staff. Thank you to Karen at the reception for assisting with maps, etc… also a great touch, is the constant tea and coffee and fresh lemon water, offered in reception, highly recommended!

This is the best HIE I’ve ever experienced. I am brand loyal too. I want one of the beds to take home with me. I would stay here over and over.

Would be four or five if cleaning service wasn't so slow. Had to request towels, etc. Two days. Location was very convenient. Breakfast supplied was good.

Underwhelmed with the standard of cleanliness here. Stayed for 2 nights. Upon checking in to our room, discovered the sheets were still dirty on one bed with stained sheets. Manager came to change the sheets. Second day, room was never cleaned. The hotel felt dirty. Would chose a different place to stay next time. Trash overflowing in downstairs womens restroom. We did enjoy the breakfast.

Very impressed, rooms are clean and comfortable. Fire pit outside is very inviting. Pool was great, only wish it was open later. Customer service has been great, allowed for very early check in so that I could get to my event on time.

Very good for the most part. Shower could be cleaned a little better — some hair, and some do so in the soap tray. Not crazy about standup shower rather than a tub shower… not easy to shave legs.

Nice and clean. Good size pool for the kids. The elevator was broken the day we were there but you can't control things like that. Will be back next time we pass through.

I stayed there this weekend and wedding and both the hotel and staff were perfect!

Rooms were clean and tidy. There's a nice fire pit outside for hanging out with family. Very nice experience.

Overall a positive experience staying here in Geneva. Visiting family in the area, so the location is perfect. Free breakfast offered with a nice variety of hot items, cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins and fruit. The pancake maker is a hit for those traveling with kids. The rooms are spacious as noted in another review. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. The first morning, they came to the room and we hadn't left yet. I asked if they would come back later. They said no, just bring me the trash and towels. Ran out of tissue, so after two days, I went to get another box from the desk. The first day, I set the empty box on top of the container. The second day I turned the container upside down. We returned to the hotel around 2 pm on another day, our room had not been touched. A rushed job left us without replacements of shampoo or body wash. Have one more night here as I sit writing this review. Hoping for a 5 star experience. We stayed here two other times for 5 or more nights and all was well.

This is a wonderful and reasonably priced hotel in Geneva. We arrived late at night and were able to check in smoothly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a very good contintental spread. Overall, this is a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Booked a room and had to change the date because my dogs stitches came out and I could not leave her. Front desk person was very understanding. Made a new reservation a few months later. Never received a confirmation from this hotel Holiday Inn Express and Suites. I called the hotel to confirm the reservation since it was a 5 hour drive there and I had no paperwork on the new date… I was told by the person answering the phone that the reservation was cancelled. I expected to get a credit back on my credit card. No credit. I called the hotel. Spoke with Manager Alex he pretty much said too bad. You didn't show up so on the new date and we charged you. I told him his front desk staff said it was cancelled. He would not offer any compensation in the form of a refund or other nights in exchange for his staff not sending me a confirmation and giving me misleading information. First front desk person was nice and understanding, second person was not competent and Manger Alex did not care at all if I got charged 350 dollars for being mislead by his hotel. Will NEVER go here or recommend to anyone I know to go here. Not customer friendly at all.

Great clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, great place to come and relax, pool and hottub are great, comfy beds.

Our stay was fantastic! Kurt, the front desk clerk was beyond accommodating. We booked our room at the last minute & it was well worth it! We got an excellent rate, the room was perfect, the breakfast was plentiful & as I said, Kurt was so kind, patient & helpful.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and spacious and good value. Better for families than couples. Location is good and close to all the major sights in the area.

Breakfast was very good, bacon, biscuits, cinnamon rolls among other things. Very clean. Housekeeping was a little pushy on checkout day. Otherwise this would be a 5. Pool and hot tub very clean. Even had a fire pit area lit every night. I would definitely stay here again.

Got to the hotel at 5 pm on Sunday October the 8th and was told that my room was not ready The person at the front desk told me to come back in an hour So after a long car ride I had to fresh up in the back seat of my car before I could go for dinner I would have liked to have a shower before my dinner reservation not impressed But wait it gets better I return to the hotel and get my room key which is right next to the meeting room It just happens that a group of loud children are in there celebrating something Still not impressed Had to request to be moved sure is fun carrying my bags all over the hotel Was planning on staying for two nights but am think that I will be getting the hell out of this hotel tomorrow Very disappointed would expect more My evening was basically ruined.

Lovely area, convenient location. Clean, friendly staff. Nice outdoor fire pit & evening cookies & cider. Jacuzzi room was fantastic.

FANTASTIC! This place was great. Rooms were big and clean, the entire facility seemed to have been recently relocated. The pool and hot tub were SO NICE, kids loved it. Breakfast options were really good too. We used this as home base and drive out to different paths and museums nearby. Great location, well definitely stay here again.

Not a fan of the mini ironing board. A tad pricey as well. Staff was nice though, not there fault.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, bonus pool and hot tub. Wifi wasn't great but we had a great time with our Bachelorette party.

Very clean. Very courteous staff. I was impressed by the overall quality of our stay. And the complimentary breakfast was great. I highly recommend it.

Never get a first floor room. All I hear is the lobby music. Oh and the staff has no idea how to turn it down. Hopefully, I can fall asleep. It's 10:42pm and I'm wide awake listening to lobby music.

The room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. There hot tub was nice and the pool area was kept clean and fresh smelling. There wasn't too much of a chlorine smell, which is sometimes the case. Breakfast was delcious — they even had a pancake machine that made scrumptious pancakes! We would stay again and recommend it. The only downside was when sometime was vacuuming the hallway before 9 a. M. Really?

We came down from webster to visit some friends. And just as any Holiday Inn that I have stayed @ it was a very good stay.
The manager Olivia and her staff were friendly and respectful. They allow a late check out for 1pm. Breakfast was very good. Definitly will be coming back soon this will be my (go to stay) when I go back down to Geneva.

I'm not kidding when I say the pillows are the best. My bed came with two sets. One set firm, one set soft. I was in heaven. Also the complimentary breakfast buffet served from a very early 7am to 10am has an amazing variety of choices.

We stayed for Valentines weekend, our jacuzzi suite was just beautiful! The front desk was so friendly, gave us a late check out, the cookies and hot chocolate was a bonus. We even enjoyed the pool and the spa! We will definitely stay again, and would recommend it to anyone! Oh, and do try the breakfast, it was great!

Aside from the cell phone service and Wi-Fi speed and connectivity, I was impressed by the hotel. 5-star rating is due to the overwhelming comfort provided in the hotel. Guest services was excellent even in a time that would stump just about any other person at the desk (we had some traveling complications with our children and some necessary items that weren't available in their Sundries). They handled the situation with tact and delivered with excellence. The beds were comfortable, beyond comfortable in fact. The common room where breakfast was served was updated, clean, and elegant (although slightly loud with the lack of sound proofing).

What a great time in the fingerlakes. Our first time here and the staff was outstanding! A big thanks to MICHELLE who helped us out the entire trip. She is not only very informative about the area she also has an outstanding outlook about her job and life in general. She is a great asset to your buisness.

Beautiful and convenient location. The complimentary beverages were a huge plus. Staff very friendly and rooms were clean.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed a hotel for several nights with short notice and with many venues being booked, we were a little nervous about the options. The staff at this property is excellent and made our stay quite enjoyable. The pool was clean and just the thing we needed after a long day. Every person manning the front desk was a treat to deal with and the maids were very sweet. I hope this hotel can keep up the good work!

Good stay. Free breakfast was very good, had all the bells and whistles. A little far from the maim attractions.

Very nice! Very clean facilities. Bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely kind and genuine. Breakfast was even good and I'm typically not a fan of continental breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were nice and clean. It had a nice pool that I didn't have time to take advantage of. It also had a very cool outdoor seating area with a gas powered firepit, which was really neat.

Clean rooms, extensive amenities. Great place to stay for anyone visiting the Finger Lakes region.

We are truly enjoying our stay! Nice people working there, good breakfast, I love that they have a keurig in the room too! Comfy bed as well… told my husband we will always stay at Holiday Inn express if they are all this good!

The stay at this holiday inn was great. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Room was great with no issues. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong either. Location was good. Walmart and other shops close by.

It's nice and new and facilities are nice.

I had booked a room using my rewards points. Problem was I made it for the wrong night. I was not able to speak with anyone over the phone that was willing or able to switch my night. Oh no! No place to stay! Velevia Estrada at the front desk steps in. She spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone, speaking with several people, until she got to the correct person who authorized the switch. A huge thank you to Velevia!
