Very nice place and very affordable.

Standard fare for the corporate overnight stay. Everything was clean, organized and straightforward as expected. I found the gym lacking, as a a set of free weights and a treadmill hardly qualifies for me (get a pull-up bar at least! ). Pool & hot tub included is nice. Continental breakfast was enjoyable as well.

Overall satisfactory. Suite had King and queen bed in separate rooms. Room was clean.

Seriously, wasn't a fan. Was here for work. I'm nor a picky traveler, but they need to seriously deep clean or get new furniture — — given the furniture in my room, I double checked for bugs, there weren't any — — but appearances do matter. No issues checking in/out. Breakfast was fine.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back to Ontario after being on vacation in Cape Cod. What a wonderful experience we had. Lovely room with the best beds ever! We had the best sleep and that's what we wanted and needed. Dan at the front deck was amazing to us. So friendly and he helped us find local shopping and restaurants and he was an absolute delight. Thanks Dan for making our stay a memorable one!

Heated indoor pool was very nice to have. Most indoor pools are too cold for me to enter. The hot tub seemed extra hot, but after a few moments was good. Front desk was very helpful. Bed was comfy. Hallway got busy in the morning & was too loud to sleep in, but breakfast was good.

Awful stay! Kids couldn't swim because the pool was full of drunk adults during kids swim time. Adults wanted to play volleyball. Kids couldn't even get in pool.

This was ok. The room was hot and the air conditioning barely worked. House keeping walked in when me and my kid were taking a nap.

Check in was easy! John was great and he was kind! Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nice but was a little cloudy looking. I think it was because so many kids were I it. A lot of families were here. Hallways were quiet at night. I'd stay here again.

The staff were amazing, the pool was the perfect temp and Hubby loved the hot tub. Noone else was in it whole time we were there. Breakfast was awesome. Couldn't ask for a nicer stat. We stayed an extra night because we were so pleaed.

Safe and clean rooms, friendly staff. Great feee breakfast in the mornings. Not super location if you do not have a car (very few places walkable, especially in the 2 degrees weather). Very reasonable prices. Would def recommend.

What a great experience we had at the Comfort Inn. We originally booked a hotel in Palmyra, but had to evacuate due to emergency flooding. (It was bitterly cold and a pipe broke. ) The comfort in took us in, gave us a suite, and honored the cheaper price from the other hotel. They provided us with toothbrushes, after I had forgot mine in the other hotel. Breakfast was great for our family of 7. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We were treated so well. Thank you so much.

Comfortable bed, close to the highway, and there are take out places that deliver to the hotel. Prices are reasonable.

Been there 4 times in 2 years. Will def be going there again. Staff is so very nice and the breakfast is always good. No complaints.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Every time we left for cleaning, my kids came back to see their stuffed animals tucked into bed or having tea, etc… There are more positives I could mention, but for hotel staff to get out of the typical corporate/ franchise grind — with the freedom to add creative, personal touches to make their customers experience unique is rare find in hotel chains, or any hotel. I have been a diamond member for many years and been to hundreds of different choice hotels. This one is one of the best. Staff here is really good.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, room was clean, and it was a great value. We will gladly stay there again the next time we are in the area.

They could definitely use a bigger tv. Close to casino, nice hot tub room. Ample breakfast including sausage eggs and potatoes.

Nice place, clean, friendly. If you've ever stayed at any Comfort Inn across the country, they are all pretty much the same. Even the breakfast selections are exactly the same across the board. This chain has a very good loyalty program, so it's worth it to sign up. Free nights aren't impossible like some chains, you can actually rack up enough points for free nights pretty quickly.

Good hotel. It's a 2+ Star on my scale, there aren't many options here I would say this is one of the better options. Breakfast was decent for a complimentary amenity. Its very close to many historical sites nearby if you want to sight see too. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Huge family suite. Really liked the setup with a king bed in one room and a separate area for the written and sofa bed. Very clean. Decent service. Main drawback wasa lot of noise in the room above us. We finally called and the front desk seemed to be able to put a stop to it but then early in the morning there was a lot of truck traffic.

Although they are obviously undergoing a refresh (painting and new carpets, at least) I was not inconvenienced by that on my overnight stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and the selection of pillows was good. The small refrigerator in the room contained a freezer compartment (which I appreciated a lot). Breakfast was adequate, although the tea bags offered were not to my liking.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Pool and hot tub a definite plus. Not far from any amenities. Breakfast in the morning. Would recommend and also stay here again. The price was also right.

Within 10 minutes we had a2 bedroom suite. The rooms are clean, staff at 2am. Is friendly and it has breakfast. Thus was all during a snowstorm.
