Beds are not good, kitchen has nothing in it and bathroom is really small. Only one light in the main room.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, but the beds were terrible. The check in office was not on the property. Definitely not worth the money my family paid for this. Would not recommend this place.

The 2 stars are for price and location. You can't get any closer to CMAC without paying a premium. The room was clean but run down, lights burned out etc. No double lock on door. If you are on a budget you can deal with the stuff. I won't stay again.

Great place to stay if your going to a concert. Cheap. You have a place to park. You can walk to the show! but keep in mind everybody else is staying there too … it gets a little rowdy but we went and saw Rod Stewart so really everybody was asleep by midnight lol… decent place to stay if you're not to Fancy schmancy.

We stayed in a non-smoking room, yet the room was reeking of cigarette smell. It was gross. Later, me and my family were leaving the hotel room for the day to go see what we can do in the area. So we left the "make my room" sign out on our door, and when came back, no housekeeping was done. We went to the front desk to complain, And the lady at the front desk was surprised at first that no one came, and then she all of a sudden made an excuse that the maids grandson fell from a building so she couldn't make it. What?! The pillows and bed weren't really comfortable. There was no clock or phone on the nightstand. The only good thing to say is the Wi-Fi wasn't bad. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Rooms are very small, but it is a perfect location for staying the night after attending a concert a CMAC.

Free entertainment. Great party. Don't forget to hang up your towel for the next guy. Nothing worse than a damp towel.

For a weekend stay its perfect! Near cmac for easy walking and a lot of places to see near establishment! We found a brewery right around the corner on the water! It was beautiful!

Absolutely horrid establishment, I have lived there 3 years while I achieved my 2 degrees at FLCC and boy do I have stories to tell about the slum management they have hired at this place. The maintenance is a perverse joke, they hardly fix any problems and drink on the job countlessly. They do not shovel here and they will wrongly charge you for things you have not done (such as when I had to actually have their management see the football sized stain their maintenance man left on my apartment floor). On top of all of this the Wi-Fi does not work 2/3rds of the day and you have to pay for Wi-Fi no matter what. Altogether, go with any other place, and if you do choose this establishment, just remember their slumminess and please do recall what they have done to former tenants. This place is an absolute 1/10 and I cannot wait to be graduating, the owner mark does not care even the slightest about his tenants and I believe that is just wrong.

It is a dump and they rip you off and cops there almost every night. And if there is a concert at cmac good luck getting a parking spot even if u live/stay there. I would avoid living there.

The people that work here are extreamly rude and not happy people at all. They tried to charge me me money for things that was not my responsibly and should have been payed for at the owners expense. By the end of my stay here they wanted $500 more then what I was already paying. I highly recommend to find somewhere else to stay weather it be for a student or just a weekend visit. You will be thankful in the long run.
