My wife and I used Hilton Garden Inn for our room block for our wedding last weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with them! All of our guests were extremely happy with the rooms, and they kept the bar open late for us on the wedding night. When our shuttle service we had hired did not show up, Hilton jumped into action and got all of our guests to the ceremony at Burgundy Basin on time, and was kind enough to run their personal shuttle 4-5 times at the end of the reception to get all of our guests back the the hotel safely. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very accommodating. Nice big rooms everything was very very clean. The pool, spa, and bar area was wonderful. My 10 year old said it was the best place he has stayed! Thanks again!

Quoted us the wrong price. Gave us the run around. Rude and unhelpful at the 1-800 line. Manager promises to call back and nothing— Keep passing the buck. Never again.

WOW! Just wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations with everything for my wedding weekend. My Wife and I got married in Rochester on 8/18/18 and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford, along with close to 50 rooms filled with our loved ones. And everyone is still raving about the hotel! I worked with Carol Barlett, who is AMAZING! She answered all my questions promptly and clearly, she was absolute pleasure to work with this past year planning our special weekend. Our honeymoon suite was HUGE, beautiful, complete with a beautiful surprise of chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when we arrived after the wedding! Carol also gifted us with a night extra in our suite, thank you Carol! They kept the bar open for my guest when we arrived back after midnight, and had a room set-up for us all to hang in afterwards to be together. They gave our gifts to our guest without charge as well. If you are looking for a place to stay, you have found it! Perfect for a stay, wedding planning, or really anything else you could need. The staff was wonderful and friendly, clean beautiful hotel with bar, restaurants and pools. BIG THANK YOU to Carol and all the other staff at this Hilton. We will most certainly be back!

Took my family for the Sunday morning brunch. We enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast. Hot foods are made upon request and brought to the table. The coffee was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice.

We had a group booking at Hilton Garden Inn for our wedding. In short, everything was fantastic. The group booking manager, Carol, was great to work with from the beginning. Our guests found the web interface easy to use. The rooms are nice, clean, and reasonably sized. Our suite was enormous — — I've rented smaller apartments. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, and the bar area is a fun place to hang out. What really made this a great place for our wedding was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone really went above and beyond to make things fun and easy for us. I was greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything I needed by the front desk nearly every time I walked into the lobby. Managers, bartenders, and cleaning staff were all great. Our guests had great things to say as well. This is a very well-run hotel, and I would recommend it for any occasion. Thanks to all for making our wedding weekend so much fun!

The room was nice and big and the staff was friendly. Pool area was nice. Had a cool stone floor around it. Hot tub was hot. Pool area closed at 10

Pretty basic for a supposed higher class hotel. No problems. The free coffee sucked.

Hilton Garden Inn was a lovely place to stay. The grounds, lobby, restaurant, facilities and our room were very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable but I would recommend asking for a firmer pillow if needed, as the pillows were not supportive enough for my taste. Otherwise, an excellent experience. I plan to stay at Hilton Garden Inn again, and hope that their other locations are as nice as this one was.

This was an excellent hotel with great service. They even let us check out an hour late with no charge! Our room was clean, spacious and elegant. The TV and remote were a little dated but it was at least a flat screen TV with an HDMI input. There was no Ethernet jack in the room so we could only use Wi-Fi, but the premium Wi-Fi worked very well on our laptops and Xbox One. I really liked the pillows here. They gave two styles for each side of the bed: one feather, supportive one; and a soft, malleable one.

Just as good as other Hilton / Hamptons I've been to. Didn't try the breakfast, bar or gym but the room was clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant staff. Very nice room. A couple of times I was asked told that I could do something with my account to get extra HH award points. I hate having to do anything. I had my HH number associated with the reservation. The staff did say that they would take care of the points for me. Using the points is enough of a hassle. Make getting the points invisible. That is, after my stay, "you've just earned x points! " This is a corporate issue but makes it slightly less likely that I will seek out a Hilton in the future.

Booked 2 months early for 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. Got a call on THE DAY OF CHECK IN and was told they only have rooms with a single bed. To top it off they said for no charge they will put a mattress on the floor for free, but can get a roll away for $10 extra! Really?!

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided cookies in the lobby, and all of the room accommodations worked as expected. I would stay again.

I stay here often for business and have always found the staff friendly and helpful and the facility in stellar condition. I enjoy the food as well and the comraderie at the bar at night. I also use the gym and the pool regularly. This hotel is my home away from home.

The conference room was clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, water and muffins were provided. Over all a very pleasant experience.

The staff were amazing (especially John) they were very accommodating and supportive of our Hockey team. I would recommend staying there.

Lovely Hilton with a great pool open til 10 and a jacuzzi — unlimited free Wi-Fi too. Quite upmarket, only bad thing would be no free buffet breakfast as some Hiltons have.

Really great hotel. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The hotel also has a pool and fitness centre to use. Also, the room comes with a Herman Miller office chair, which makes the room perfect for getting any work done. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in a suite for our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pittsford New York. Our sweet was fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous! What I didn't understand is why there were no Kleenex in the rooms. No paper towels or Kleenex. We also stayed at the Renaissance a Del Monte Lodge and Spa in Pittsford New York. The Del Monte Lodge offered free wine and cheese brought to our door. They also brought us packets of ice and chocolates. We did get some apple sparkling juice into wine glasses at the Hilton Garden Inn. I just feel they could have done a bit better with their amenities. I give them a 4.4.

Stayed in the honeymoon sweet. It was absolutely beautiful. We got to the room and there were chocolate covered strawberries and Champaign waiting for us. We loved every moment of it.

All of the staff that I've met have been extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, especially the ladies who work the evening and late night shifts. The rooms are modern, spacious, nicely decorated and completely comfortable. The rooms and hotel have tons of amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and fun. Also the staff has great suggestions for ordering food for delivery, restaurants to visit and local outings to enjoy.

Had a really nice experience. I mostly came to get a good night's sleep after a wedding so I didn't try out many of the amenities, but staff were very helpful and friendly. Probably the best part was when we hijacked a conference room late at night to play euchre :) they even opened our bottle of wine for us. The one thing that threw me off was that I was assigned to a below-ground floor, because they're situated on a hillside. Would use them again if I were to end up in the area, wish I'd had time to try the hot tub.

Well located and convenient to major roads and local amenities. I was able to go for a run on the Erie canal trail in the morning and also get great local coffee. Our room was clean and modern. Service was prompt and flexible.

The hotel was very attractive and well kept. The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative aspect of our stay was the noisy neighbors, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. We would return in a heart beat.

I went to a Celebrate Solutions! Rally for Tastefully Simple and our even was held in the Erie Room on the second floor. I was very impressed by just the look of the hotel when I walked through the door! The look was very vibrant and inviting, the staff were very courteous and professional, and the service and food were both fantastic!

Small room no free breakfast. Nice lobby. Room for 1 Saturday night was $181 so we moved on for the next night. Expected more. Nice lady Daisy working at front desk.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester started with incredibly with excellent front desk staff that were able to quickly get me setup in my spacious and clean room. About an half an hour after I got into my room I was greeted again by the front desk staff checking up to ensure the room meets expectation (I have never experienced this at any other hotel I've stayed and was very impressed). The staff have been consistently helpful and very professional. The rooms are clean.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was very clean. Beds were so comfortable as well! Nancy at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and so nice about everything. She made our stay so much better. I really liked that when you checkout they give you a little goody bag of waters to take with you on your trip. I would definitely stay there again!
