Hilton Garden Inn Auburn

Great rooms, but sheets were dirty, and shower had really low pressure. Overall great sleep. But breakfast was a bit expensive.

Disappointed again in the Hilton Garden Inn...had to request towels and a phone book which had only partial listings in Auburn. There was not a pen or sheet of paper to use and there was one small soap and one facial soap for more than one of us in the bathroom. On a previous occasion when were stayed there the cleaning person left the door ajar and the room was left unlocked; we were fortunate that our possessions were untouched. On the same visit someone called to see if we were there, and he was given our room number without our permission. I hope that these incidents have not become normal for the Hilton chain because it is certainly up their standards. The next time we are in town, the Holiday Inn will receive our business!!

The people here are extraordinarily kind. The waiter here is super nice especially Lisa Graves. The pool is warm but small. Overall I give this place 10 stars:-) :-) :-) :-)

We went for Sunday brunch. Not too bad, eggs/omelets to order the usual brunch stuff and a carving station. But for $18 could be a bit better.

Great location. Terrific comfortable room. A great restaurant on site. A great breakfast. Very easy convenient check in.

Great and clean rooms. Nice location as there are restaurants within walking distance. They're is also a nice restaurant and bar within the hotel that has a nice menu and plenty of options

My sole reason for the 5 star is the service provided by the front desk admin Nikole. She is phenomenal, warm, pleasant and sincere. She wants to ensure your stay is nothing but great. My first stay here for business and it was a bit rocky… Wi-Fi issues, then housekeeping but Nikole went above and beyond to make it right. That's the difference between mediocre customer service and excellent customer service. Things will happen but it how the staff responds to make it right. It's when accommodations are bad and customer service is bad that makes me choose another place. So thank you Nikole for making stay great inspire of the bumps in the road, you represent Hilton well!

Had a reservation for Saturday April 21. Checked in after midnite. Got to our room — heard kids screaming in the hallway. Cracked open our door to see dozens of kids drinking and partying on the hallway. Went down to the front desk and asked for a different room. Were told after about 20 minutes there were no other rooms. Kids drink in the elevators. The manager on duty didn't seem to care. Absolutely appalled at the conditions of this hotel, and the lack of concern by the employees. Would never stay here.

I came in last Saturday to have breakfast with my parents. I am new to the area and have been trying different places. The hotel is beautiful and the food was great. However my server was rude and straight bitchy. Her name was Vicki and apparently I was a inconvenience to her. I asked for more coffee and she sighed. Never once came and asked how we were doing besides throwing the bill on the table. I don’t know the name of the other girl working besides she was tall and dark hair, she brought over coffee twice and both times asked did we need anything. I would probably come back because the food was AMAZING and at a good price. We didn’t leave hungry but if she was working I would turn back around or ask for a different server. We have been to a few different places for breakfast but by far this facility has been the best.

The hotel has a wonderful location in Auburn — right in the heart of everything! The staff is very willing & receptive of any requests for events, and do their best effort to help you achieve what you want with your event… all while keeping other guests of the hotel in mind.

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Great bar, restaurant, pool and gym.

The most wonderful woman was working the front desk on the night we stayed here. It was pouring down rain and we had a baby that was done being on a long car ride. She went above and beyond for us to the point of inviting the other two kids to come and hang out with her while we put the baby to sleep. She was a light at the end of a dark day for us. On top of that the room was clean and beautiful with breakfast served on-site in the morning. Thank you!

We DJ a Christmas party and ate dinner at the bar before we started, the food my wife and I ordered was delicious. However we did not stay overnight, so we did not see the rooms, but the part of the hotel we did see looked very clean and well maintained.

Stayed here around the Thanksgiving holiday. Clean, friendly, quick service. Has a nice bar downstairs!

Stopped in for the daily all you can eat breakfast buffet featuring made to order omeletes, pancakes and French toast along with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, make your own Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. All for under $10! The food was great, the staff was very friendly. Overall a great breakfast!

Location is good. But difficult to find if you are new to the area. Rooms are very good. The staff is kind however one of the ladies at the check in desk was rude.

Awesome customer service and a clean, well appointed property. We had a large group here for my daughter's wedding which was in the next town. I can not possibly say enough about the wonderful service we received at this hotel. They cheerfully accommodated all of our requests, and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend went smoothly and that all of our needs were met. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast was delicious (well worth the $9. 95! ), and the staff is wonderful. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Service was excellent. The food, well the crab dip was wonderful, my cocktail was perfect, but the chicken Alfredo tasted sour. I lost my sweater and the desk check out person looked 3 different places and found it! I was so happy, I didn't get her name tho

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar has delicious food and good variety of beer and liquors. Good music. The surroundings are very nice and there are several bars and restaurants.

Amazing service and crispy bacon! I think this may have been the friendliest staff we have ever seen at a hotel. We interacted with the them often during the stay (requests like borrowing scissors or needing to hand over a pile of sopping wet towels — you know, the usual with little ones in tow) and every single staff member was fantastic and had a smile on his/her face. It got to a point where I was actually looking for someone — anyone who didn't look happy and I couldn't find one single person. Also if you give the breakfast buffet a try I recommend the bacon. They make a ton and it is perfectly crispy. Yummy!

The friendly staff are five-star! We are from an hour away and were so pleasantly surprised by the staff's welcoming. They were helpful and accommodating. The food was great and we plan a return trip back to the Auburn area with another stop there for dinner! Worth checking out!

The staff was so nice and the room was incredible. The pillows were so soft and the shower has a glass wall it looks so futuristic! I would deffinately recommend this hotel! Nice area, and the receptionist was very kind!
