I do NOT recommend. There was dead bed bugs on the mattress, blood stains on the comforters and mattresses, bed bug stains on the lamp shade, the lock was broken on the door, crumbs all over the floor and was all in all just a horrible experience.

Room was tiny. No fridge or hair dryer. Smelled. No housekeeping service any day. Ceiling was all patched up and moldy.

Good to their guest and help you with anything you need to make sure your stay was satisfied.

Very impressed with my stay at Red Roof Inn. Very clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff and affordable.

Stayed for 2 months. Susan from the front desk made the hotel a perfect place for my family. She would give my toddler stickers and entertain him. I cant express my gratitude enough for her customer service and personality. The whole staff is very friendly and take great care of the rooms.

The bed felt wet (yeah I have no idea either) as well as being extremely movable — — one person on the bed makes any sort of movement, the other person will feel it. The bathroom is incredibly small, and there is no hair dryer. Basic, but cheap.

Absolutely what you would expect for the price. Clean bed and a clean bathroom. Bathroom sink is basically part of the bedroom, that's how small it is. But the price is right. No fridge. I repeat. No fridge. Bring a cooler. For the price you'll not beat a night.

Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days if visiting or passing through. It's quiet enough. Just have to make sure not to get a room with bad pipes next to yours. That noise will sound like a cement drill is coming through the wall. Other than that, it's decent room for the price even if you get the King Superior room that I had.

Good basic lodging. The only down side was no freezer in the little fridge in the room. I couldn't re-freeze the ice packs for my cooler.

I stayed here 28 years ago when I first relocated to Binhamton… stayed for 2 weeks while finding an apartment… loved it… am here now hoping to relocate to the area… staff is great… the lady who took care of my room couldn't have been more gracious… no complaints whatsoever…

Room had a very strong odor. Shower curtain plain stank. Floor had a lot of dirt on it and it took awhile for it to accumulate from the looks of it. I only stayed one night and checked into a different hotel for the balance of my trip. Other hotel was $20.00 more per night and was in a whole different league.

Room was clean and nicely done. Bed was so comfy that I didn't want to get out of it! The pillows were very soft.

I spent a week in room 134. Cristina in housekeeping is Amazing. She is friendly, respectful, and helpful. I had another person from housekeeping one day that was going to skip my room, though I had asked her to come back in about an hour. Then when she did do it, she only did towels and garbage. I don't have services done every day when I stay at a hotel, but my child had been particularly messy the night before and it needed work.

Good value. Clean. Quiet all night and early morning. Nice people. No breakfast but 24 hour coffee in office.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and happily very quiet as well. It's also in a good area with many food choices close by so you don't have to go far. We had a nice stay.

The staff is incredibly nice. Room wasn't so bad. I'ma bit picky though and don't want to seem like I'm stating anything negative, water seemed hard, plastic cups for water wouldn't get replaced, and while the beds can be rolled out of the way, there was no vacuuming done. Found a hair band, some stick on jewelry and chips. But I just needed a room for a few nights, it's not like I'm hosting a party in the room. I felt safe, it's the dead of winter and I was warm, parking was plentiful. Staff was able to help me with anything I needed.

Great value for the cost. The ample water output in the shower was probably the star of the show, followed by Pleasant staff and a giant bed. We had a rude awakening at 4:30 in the morning, but that was a belligerent guest and cannot be planned or prevented. The staff apologized the next morning at checkout. The bed was a bit firm for me, but there were two choices of pillow firmness and the blankets were quite nice. For very tall visitors: the shower accommodated a 6'6" man no problem :)

Decent for short stay. No bells and whistles but great price.

For how inexpensive this room was it was very clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. (Coffee drinkers: coffee in the room, but not great BUT works) No smoke or pet smell. Bed was good. Plenty of spots for recharging phones, laptops and tablets.

I was pleased with the friendly service and that you couldn't hear the traffic from the main road. We booked a standard king room. It was clean and neatly decorated. The room included a king bed that was very comfortable. A flat 30" screen tv, standard bathroom with shower/tub and a safe for your valuables.

The rooms were fairly large and there was everything that I expected (Wifi, fridge, microwave etc. ) but there was no breakfast service.

The heater did not work, and the television automatically switches back to the pay per view menus after 5 mins even when you have a device plugged into the HDMI port.

Price was great. Location is only 5 minute drive to the university. Staff very friendly. Only real complaint was the bathtub was never cleaned from last occupant. Full of hair. I will write that off as an oversight and would stay again.

Very nice accommodation for the price we stay there often as a treat rooms are clean HBO away from Highway so it's quiet nice place for an undisturbed night sleep next to Mall.

Rooms were relatively clean and homey. My door didn't have any weatherstripping at the bottom so there was a visible gap to the outside. It is summer now but I would imaginr that in the winter, there cpuld be cold drafts. Also, things can crawl in. Night manager was friendly. Service was good.

The room was clean. But the walls were definitely paper thin. Upon first arriving to the room, it smelled like 2 week old mop water. The coffee maker in the room was pretty dirty as well.

We stayed as overnight guests during our visit to Binghamton. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities. Staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was handled in an acceptable time. I'd recommend them for overnight stays.

The room I stayed in seemed small and cramped. It doesn't have a full bathroom, rather the shower and toilet are closed off and the sink is in the main room. It had the appearance of being cleaned although it had a strange funky odor. The sheets are rough and the beds are firm and not the most comfortable.

My husband and I needed a pet friendly hotel at a reasonable price. We paid $66 for 1 night, which was much cheaper than the other options. Our king sized room was smaller than I expected, but it was good for one night. Room was clean, and staff was very nice. We will definitely come back the next time we need somewhere to stay with our dog.

The room was tidy and spacious. Sink is outside the bathroom. No issues checking in or out. Only thing it didnt have was a hair dryer.

Clean room, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. If you aren't looking for amenities like free breakfast, pools, and exercise rooms, but just want a clean place to stay, this is it. If you are getting a king bed, the extra few dollars for the larger room is well worth it. Earlier review about thin walls is, unfortunately, true.

Rooms are updated, price was great for a week long stay while visiting family. Staff arw friendly. Beds were fairly comfortable, its close to the highway and other important places. Cleanliness could have definitely been improved as I found numerous dog hairs all over the floor and toilet (we had no pets with us) and refused to let anyone use the bathroom until I scrubbed it myself first. Don't plan on getting any sleep on a Friday or Saturday night as people are on the balcony partying all night long. You get what you pay for with this place, but for a night just to stop and sleep it wouldn't be so bad, just bring lysol wipes!

I've sayed in many a Red Roof and hotels in general. While this one isn't at the bottom of the pack, its not far from it. The AC unit looks like it could fall apart at any moment and seems to work best when im ot in the room. I tend to wake up in middle of the night, overheating, despire the AC bein on the coldest setting. The fridge makes a sound that sounds like somebody snoring when the compressor runs, which seems more frequentl than usual. There were long dark hairs in the shower (I'm a practically bald guy with light hair) and there is a pretty snarly spot in the tub. The toilet flushes loudly for several seconds every time. I somewhat dread flushig the toilet because of this. And then theres the overall odor. Not quite like cigarette smoke, but like maybe months ago there was and it never really got cleaned out. The AC running on the first couple days seemd to make it worse — this seems to be improving, though. All of that said though, the front desk staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. I havent asked for a different room for several reasons, mostly because I dont expect a vast improvement in a different room. But I suspect if I requested a room change, every effort would be made to accommodate without a fuss. I realize I'm paying next to nothing for a room here (relatve to other lodging options), so my complaints are not heavily weighted. But there IS a basic standard expectation when checking into any hotel, however budget or luxurious it may be.

Good price, but the walls are thin and neighbors can be noisy. Great location and an excellent view. Staff is friendly but remember to request room service because it won't be garaunteed. We have always appreciated that they are pet friendly. No big breakfast but there's coffee in the lobby and a dunkin donuts right down the street.

The rooma ate very clean and ypto date and the staff is very friendly I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Rooms were cleanish found a empty nip under the bed besides that it was a good place.

Reasonably price chain hotel in the area. Close to major highway. Mall right across from Inn. Close proximity to fast food restaurant and even a 24/7 supermarket for healthy options. Hotel is cleaner compare to other red roof inns.

Room was clean, staff was lovely, location was great for pulling right off the highway. Room was a little small and dated but for the price great!

Red Roof Johnson City is dollar for dollar a good deal. While mgr room did not babe a tub, the shower was expansive and awesome. Super clean and a great tv. The Wi-Fi was also easy to access and lightning fast.

The roof was red, so thats cool.

Staff was polite, room was awful. The room appeared as if it had not been cleaned at all. The bedding was stained, the refrigerator had old food stuck to the inside and the floor was sticky and had not appeared to have been swept. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Good stay. They tend to separate the quiet people from the others. I was happy as soon as they moved me to the quiet side.

We are spoiled with Priceline, by staying at 3 star hotels for $50 a night. This one was $84 + tax, so naturally we feel like we overpaid. It's not very comfortable, no iron, no ironing board. Breakfast is provided, but basic — coffee, juice and bagels. Showers are noisy, low pressure. Good location, but no elevator for the second floor.

The staff was nice but that's about it. The room was lacking in basic conveniences, like pillows and a hair dryer. The worst part was that the comforter was stained, and the stains looked very questionable, was not impressed. My family and I will not stay here again.

This Hotel was awsome, awsome, awsome, for the money. Very, very clean. I would definetly stay here again. Clean not stained bedding and carpeting, clean bathroom The hotel was recently renovated and updated. Nice tv, refridge, safe, iron, computer desk, plenty of pillows. Places to eat near by. They allow a pet. Love this place. I hope they keep it this nice and I hope their patrons will do their part to as well because I will definetly be back.

If you want a place with breakfast + a smile on the face of the receptionist — better don't go here.

Good price for a decent room. Was surprised that to find out there was only one maintenance man and he did the work of 5. Scott, I think his name was, was super helpful and very kind! Thank You.

They have always treated me right. Rooms are great. Live it. The only place I'll ever stay when coming in from Texas.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rate was ok. Not great, but ok. I would stay again if looking for a place in the area to sleep for a night or two.

Checked into room and immediately found hairs (pubic? ) on the toilet rim and on the bed. Also some small debris in the corner which indicated that the floor hadn't been swept properly. Gross.
