We loved how quaint and cozy the Inn felt… very personal with great decor and little touches. Clean, convenient to walking to local restaurants and breweries and art galleries. Comfortable bed and very homey. Def will go again!

The motel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's easy to get to and within walking distance of downtown. And don't miss the breakfast — it's delicious and the best value we found during our trip.

We stayed here for three nights during our first trip to Santa Fe. The location was super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff was fabulous, the grounds were adorable & the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again :)

A beautiful place and service was fantastic!

Truly a home away from home. A short walk brings to the heart of the old town, shops, restaurants and local color. Breakfast can be taken at the dining table or the intimate outdoor enclosed patio. This is my number one choice to stay in Santa Fe.

Super cute! In downtown Santa fe with great amenities and the friendliest staff! I personally recommend to anyone I know coming into town!

Really was 6 Stars for us. Had two great nights here. Super staff starting with GM Joshua Mossman, who allowed me to have had a genuine conversation about this great property and its history with him. Upon arriving Jenni treated us fantastic with great places to eat after we asked her. We loved Bernadette's cookies and the breakfasts that she and Vanessa prepared everyday. We will be back anytime we are in, or close to Santa Fe. The property has great eye appeal and much history going for it. Close in for walking everywhere downtown. Super stay.

Awful customer service, awful room. I paid almost $200 for a room that is functioning and the kitchen appliances didn't work. I called the front office and spoke to a girl name, Jennie and she was very rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place and will never go there again.

This is a darling, rustic motel. Decorations and landscaping were immaculately maintained. Rooms are beautiful, bright and clean. Beds were comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Easy walk to all the sights and restaurants. Oh, and their breakfast was sooo good! Home cooked eggs, beans, sausage and a terrific ranchero sauce. Fresh fruit, yogurt and more. Loved everything about this place!

This nicely decorated and rustic motel was super clean. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Very quiet. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. It was in the perfect location to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. A small but very good breakfast included. Fresh fruit, yogurt, toppings, home cooked oatmeal, soft boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans and ranchero sauce! Great experience!

Great location to center of old town, nice staff, nice rooms, breakfast.

Where do I start. A total gem and an incredible surprise. We were driving by and it caught my eye because it is adorable… but it gets better. The rooms are absolutely lovely, and the staff lovelier still. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but we heard it was amazing. Rooms with private patios to enjoy balmy evenings, parking right in front of rooms for easy loading. The front office manager Jennifer was x so helpful and kind and pleasant. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We will be back.

A very family like environment. The rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast is just beautiful. I had the best scrambled eggs of my life there.

We were very pleased with our charming room, spotless and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. They even greeted our dog with a gift bag with her name on it. A real gem.

Funky, quaint and friendly small motel very close to the plaza in Santa Fe. My wife and I enjoyed our room with kitchenette, and the room's Santa Fe style decor. The breakfast was fresh and homemade, although the breakfast room was a bit cramped. I would stay at the Santa Fe Motel & Inn again!

Personal touch in an quaint New Mexico style motel. Clean and unique rooms that are walking distance from many galleries and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast that out did any other hotel we have stayed in. We will book there again on our next visit to Santa Fe.

A nice place to stay, not very good communication among front desk people but all together a nice small Inn. Perfect location, not too far from downtown and with easy access to out-of-town destinations.

I loved this motel. It has a little kitchenette and the "bedroom" is separate from the seating area. The owners were very nice and knowledgeable about what places to visit. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful to stay the night and close to the historical places and stores… you can walk to them. Restaurants close also.

Our first stay at Santa Fe Motel and Inn started off with a welcome bag of treats for our dog and warm smiles from the staff. The atmosphere was filled with southwestern hospitality. This place has Santa Fe charm on a budget. Our room is comfortable and well appointed. The location is a short walk to The Plaza, many fine shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this establishment and must give our thanks to the manager and his top notch staff.

Just my favorite place to stay in Santa Fe — was there in March and plan on going back at Christmas. Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was tasty! Great location too — right by Tomasita’s.

Rented a quaint casita for the weekend. Walking distance to the Farmers market and the plaza.

Quiet, close to the train station and the historic downtown, and reasonably priced given its proximity to attractions. Lots of SW touches throughout.

Quaint, clean, great location. The breakfast field you up. Our family of 5 stayed in a casita and it was just enough room and quiet enough for a good night's sleep!

If you tend to search out the smaller = quieter & convenient places to stay — that offers the comforts, like : a casita, with a private courtyard — very fresh authentic salsa & eggs w/ beans along w/ a full breakfast — & — someone has built a nice warm fire to enjoy your fresh cup of coffee ✔ Give them a call.

Great prices, wonderful location. We stayed in the casitas in back, with a separate parking lot. Breakfast was good, and staff very attentive. Would definitely return!

Room was clean. Great location. The staff was amazing! We booked the room the day of and showed up very late, after the office had closed. They made sure to have us all set up with a way to get keys to our room. The breakfast the next morning was complimentary and tasted great! The cook also gave us great recommendations of things to see around the town.

Part of the difference is the smaller size and personal attention. More of a B&B experience. Plus, our casita with a private porch was first class.

Location is good, not a long walk from downtown. Breakfast is outstanding! We stayed in a Casita which was clean and comfortable. The smell is a little musty? I think the price is a little high, but overall we are happy with our experience!

Overall about right for the price. Rooms are a little on the small side, but the idea here is character and not size. Mostly clean but could have been cleaner — I did find the usual bits of hair and eyelash on the sheets, but that unfortunately seems to be the standard at a lot of places. No microwave or refrigerator. Good location, and the breakfast is better than the typical free breakfast. No bedbugs in room 2 as of 2/24/2016.

LOVED IT! I visited in December with my 8 — and 10-year-old boys. Parking was free and very close to our clean, quiet room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nicely decorated and had many personal touches. The healthy breakfast was amazing and served on real dishes rather than the flimsy disposable dishes you get at Holiday Inn Express. My boys are vegan and I am glutenfree, so I was surprised that there were delicious choices for all of us: steel cut oatmeal, scrambled eggs, beans, fresh cut pineapple, oranges and melon.

Best place I could imagine! Quaint, nicely decorated, personal, anything and everything you can imagine a hotel/Inn having they do. Friendly staff and awesome breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Every little detail has been put into this place. Wish I didn't have to leave!

The lady who served us up a surprisingly good breakfast, Christine, told me, "When you are here, you are spoiled. " Thank you to the staff at Santa Fe Motel & Inn for soothing a weary traveler. Alas, I must move on… but I shall return! Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in your Motel/Inn. We were two women traveling alone and we found the area safe and secure. So close to downtown and the Railyard. Also Cafe Cafe was fantastic for Italian food and Vinegarette was to a great option for lunch. Everyone was so helpful, room was clean and neat, breakfast was made with "LOVE". Thank you Carolyn and Carrie.

Great find and experience! My husband and I were so glad that we gave this place a shot rather than staying at familiar brand hotels such as the Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc. The rooms were super clean, cozy with comfortable pillows and bed. The staffs were very friendly and personable — they even helped recommend some interesting places around town. The breakfast was above par. We originally reserved for a 1 night stay, but were so delighted of this place and area that we stayed for an additional night in which they gave us an upgrade with a cute little kitchenette and bigger room for the same special rate! Oh. Also, the walk was about 9-10mins. To the plaza and this was worth it for us because it was a nice walk plus we saved some $$ not booking with other hotels that were closer to the plaza and shopping district.

We had gotten into the habit of staying at the Hilton for the sake of the no-risk comfort and location. Not to take anything away from them. But I'm now a convert to the Santa Fe Motel. Our room was comfortable, and everything we needed for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teenager daughters). I knew when we checked into the room and saw the chili's strategically placed and the yellow rubber ducky on the bathtub's edge, that we were in for a treat. When there is that level of attention to detail I know the major issues are all settled. The motel is truly within just a short jog the plaza. We are already in the process of planning a winter ski trip back to Santa Fe and staying at the S F Motel. Breakfast was fab and the system of asking guest to choose a preferred time is smart and easy.
