Super clean rooms! Comfortable for any occasion. Whether it's be night or one week, staff is very friendly, amenities are great, pool is nice, TV options are wide-ranged. Overall this place is awesome! Good location for travelers.

What a wonderful place to stay. Great beds. Great customer services. Wonderful amenities. Great breakfast. Place was clean and staff was respectful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay In Santa Fe.

Stayed here memorial weekend sat-mon. Price was great, one of the few inexpensive hotels to stay in that I could find. The man who checked us in to the hotel was a tad bit rude (super friendly and talkative to the guest in front of us and very general with my husband and I). Our room was fine (clean and super comfy bed) but the curtains were falling off the rod and we couldn’t close them properly because the long plastic handle was broken off, couldn’t lock bathroom door and no remote for the tv. Had to call front desk a couple of times for that. Breakfast was pretty standard and was fine. Staff didn’t knock after we had already been checked in for awhile and walked in to my husband and I lying down watching tv, which was a bit awkward. Dinner was really good and service from the kitchen staff was great. Prices listed for dinner were inconsistent across the hotel though (prices in room vs elevator vs menu in cafe area). The pool was on the smaller side and had pool noodles all over the place and wet towels hanging on fence. Hot tub jets seemed broken and it was tiny. Sauna was nice just a bit cramped. Fire pit was nice. Parking area was small. If you got back to the hotel late you’d have to park in parking area between inn and outlet mall. Overall it was pretty good for the price, just not great.

Did anyone mention that the Santa Fe Outlet is just next door? Very convenient for shopping. The room is a little small for family of 4, but that did not bother me. Also, nice service and affordable price for the restaurant inside of the hotel.

Clean and comfortable. The front desk was not well attended. The menu was out of date, and there were no liners in the trash cans. Wonderful shower, decent food, all around a good place to stay.

Adequate hotel. Smallish rooms. Loud air conditioner in our room. Clean rooms.

Very clean, staff was great. Room nice for the price. Pool area nice heated, fire pit best part. On off freeway. Could use work on Dinner, Free full Breakfast and coffee awesome. I will come back for sure. Needs out side ash trays.

While this “boutique” inn had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, I’m afraid that this was not the most pleasant experience. Oscar, who worked the front desk when we checked in, changed mine and fiancé’s room from a single to a double because we are two men. After we changed back to a single room, he forgot that he moved us, and a rather old woman walked in the room randomly while we were changing. Overall, the hotel is fine, but the unorganized front desk work superseded the welcoming atmosphere and comfy furniture.

It was very nice the people were great very helpful very nice place to stay I really enjoyed myself here I would recommend this place to anybody if you're passing through Santa Fe New Mexico.

Very quaint and clean, albeit dated. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are smaller than most others you'll find in national chains, but have all the amenities. A great value for the price, especially in Santa Fe.

Loved it. Also right next to the outlet mall. Has pool, spa/hot tub, breakfast, fireplace. Mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Clean rooms. Right on I-25, also close (just about 45-50 mins) to Albuquerque.

Cozy & clean spot to rest your head for the night. Their nightly pet fee wasn't ridiculous as other hotels, which is much appreciated. Staff at check in and check out were personable. Used the gym, which could use a little tlc, but other than that… would stay here again!

Good size hot tub, and nice pool area. Rooms amenities were a bit dated but everything was acceptable and the staff were efficient. Breakfast was meh but what can you really expect.

The room was clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice amenities.

This hotel tries to advertise itself as a boutique hotel. It definitely is not! The lobby smells like a bar, smoke and alcohol. Two free drinks were included with our room. However the bar was closed so we were offered a drink from the store but we could only get a can of soda instead of Gatorade, water or juice! Rip off! The rooms are very small and towels are rough and cheap. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Really glad I got a Groupon because I would not pay full price for this hotel. Will definitely be picking a different hotel next time I stay in Santa Fe.

Not to bad, got here at midnight. Eric behind the counter was smug, rude and dismissive. Breakfast was perfectly generic but the staff was friendly.

Stayed her for a 3 day class. Room was nice except for the dirty towel in the bathroom. This place has a restaurant on site, but I would not suggest eating there for anythinh ither than breakfast. This is Santa Fe, home of good food. I ordered chicken fried steak with green chile mashed potatoes. What I got was 2 frozen patties, mashed potatoes with a side of green chile and cheese. Not worthy of the $15 price tag for it. I would have been better off going to McDonald's down the road. As for the 3 day class, we were put in the restaurant over flow room, which must also be the employee break room and liquor storage area. Multiple times throughout our class, employees were disrupting class by opening the door or stocking the bar. Very poor on the hotel for not notifying their employees that a class was being held there from 9 to 6 each day and to not disrupt it. The cost of the room was a group rate that was equal to the normal rate of other hotels around the area.

It was really great. The staff was wonderful! My room was nice and clean. Dinner was yummy. The waiter was very pleasant. And the breakfast was outstanding.

Good room, although kind of small. Only a double bed for two people and a shower stall — no tub. I was especially impressed by the breakfast. It was way above average for a continental with real eggs and homemade muffins. And even though it ended at 9, at 8:50 they were still rolling out fresh trays.

Rooms were clean, price decent. The breakfast was not great and was not being restocked as it should have been. The toasters didn't work and there was no coffee. I had to track someone down to get things refilled. Thankfully we had leftovers from the night before we reheated and ate instead. We did eventually get coffee!

If there was 0 stars that would be the rating that I would leave for this hotel. The staff was rude and not accommodating. When we arrived the front desk lady was very rude ignored us for 30 minutes. Did not explain anything about the stay. The rooms were dirty bedding had yellow stains. The pool was dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. My room was never cleaned in the 4 nights I was there. The AC unit did not work the rooms smelled. I finally decided to check out and went to finish my vacation at the Marriott suites in Santa Fe which is amazing always. I only stayed here because of the good reviews from help which I am now convinced was false information. Upon checking out I was told that I would be charged for my service dog a daily fee. Nowhere was this stated in anything that I had signed and when asking the girl about this she stated that it was standard in the industry. She pulled out the paper I signed and nowhere was this listed on the paper anywhere. When I asked her again she said it's just a normal fee. This was unacceptable especially since my dog is a registered service animal. I will never return to this hotel it is a disaster. I come to Santa Fe once a month and have never had this kind of experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Santa Fe. In fact we are planning to return and will surely stay here again.

I've had 4 pillows in my room like this and I know that the cleaning people saw this everyday and they where not changed. Wondering what else is covered. When I've entered in the room I didn't know if it was smoking room or not because it had a strong odor and I believe that it could be from the carpet. Carpet at the entrance wasn't replaced (if the place was remodeled) and it had lots of stains on it. Breakfast: there was souvenirs that were empty, one I think was for muffins and one for sliced fruits. The pillows makes me rate this Inn 1star because it was unbelievable disgusting.

It's very nice, clean, and they people here are friendly. The price is pretty good.

The Inn was very nice and clean, the personnel very friendly and accommodable. We reserved room through the Balloon Fiesta Events, paid them by credit card, they sent check for stay to the hotel. When we started to check out, the rate at hotel was higher, we had to leave early due to illness and they would not give a refund. Gave me the run-around why they could not. They had the money but said could not because it they did not make the charge, and could not put back on credit card. So, why couldn't they just write me a check for refund? Duh! Very disappointing. Won't go back.

Wasn't sure what to expect based on the rather plain exterior, but inside the lobby area was very cozy and the rooms were small but modern and nicely furnished. The free breakfast is excellent and includes hot eggs, bacon, waffles, along with the traditional cold items found at other "breakfast included" hotels. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower but no bathtub which is perfect for me but some others may prefer a tub. My only complaints about the room were the lack of easy access to power outlets (I had to crawl under the desk to find one) and the old style through-wall A/C where the only temperature setting is a knob ranging from "cooler" to "warmer" which takes some trial and error to get a comfortable temperature. Location-wise it's on the outskirts of town so you'll need to drive to get downtown or to the other attractions. Finally, the breakfast area turns into a lounge in the evening and featured cheap beer and half price appetizers during our visit. Can't go wrong with that! Overall a great stay.

This inn had the best breakfast ever. Elegant. Choices of home-made oatmeal, two types of eggs, sausage, pancakes,. Etc. Served on ceramic plates and metal cutlery. I am so weary of stirofoam and plastic. A welcome change! The rooms are not large. But adequate. The pool is somewhat small but for the reasonable price we really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the many amenities it offered. I would go there again.

Although it is not located near downtown, this us a great hotel with courteous staff, clean, large rooms, and a wonderful FREE hearty breakfast. Downtown is easy to get to, and you don't have to deal with the traffic or parking issues, and it is QUIET! It is near the mall and the huge flea market, although if your time is limited, there were no great bargains at the flea market. Go to the Plaza unless flea markets are your thing. I'd you have ever been to First Monday in Canton, Tx, you will be disappointed in The Flea at the Downs.
