Rooms are large and well designed. Staff is extremely helpful and fun. Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. You can spend days exploring this mystical city on foot.

One of the most horrible experiences we have ever had in Santa Fe! Do yourself a favor and stay at any other beautiful hotel with staff that is accommodating and friendly. Even thought Max the manager made an effort to fix it, our 20th wedding anniversary plans were ruined the first night in Santa Fe. We have stayed in several hotels over the last 8 years and never have we ever had such a noisy, uncomfortable and unpleasant experience!

The Hilton is two short blocks off of the historic plaza. Convenient to everything in the historic district. There is a spacious cocktail lounge & restaurant. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean & recently updated. We enjoyed our stay & will likely stay there again.

We are Diamond Hilton members and have stayed at this location over a dozen times for both work and pleasure. The location is excellent — super easy to walk to downtown Santa Fe. The rooms are decent — the private casitas are especially nice. I have rated this Hilton at 3 stars for two reasons; first, there is a passive aggressive server in the bar area that gives us the hardest time at breakfast. You have to do things exactly her way, or she punishes you. Second, we have had some trouble with a front desk person who tried to tack on a big fee for our service dog. We had stayed at the hotel many times — the front staff knew us, but this one time was enough to keep us from going back again. Our business will now go to the Hotel Santa Fe.

Outstanding staff, very clean and roomy rooms. A great location from the square and shopping and restaurants. A special thank you to the staff members who jumped into action when we lost our 3 year old in the hotel. We found him quickly and the staff makes all guests, even a 3 year old a priority. we will stay here any day.

One of the nicest hotel experiences of my life. I'm a seasoned traveler who recently retired. I visited New Mexico in order to check off state in my travels and celebrate retirement. The lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are generous and beautiful. The location can't be much better. But what makes the hotel is the people who work there. The desk staff and concierge gave my wife and I advice on restaurants, breweries, and shopping that was spot on. I'd love to go back, soon.

I like very much my room and the building! It is so clean. It is an unique to other Hiltons. I have met Scarlett at the front desk. She is awesome! And she was very helpful and she made my day. Thank you so much Scarlett. Definitely I'll come back here. Highly recommend it.

When I arrived on Friday, July 13th after 12 hours door to door from NYC, I was told they were overbooked and I had no room. I was told I was one of six guests without their booked room. They expected me to spend my 1st night at The Drury, then return to them.
I refused to return.
If visiting Santa Fe, I recommend The Drury.

The service is super good here and not a bunch of stuck-up employees that'd you'd find at some little boutique hotels in the area. They really want you to enjoy your stay here. The building is really old, but HIlton has done a fabulous job bringing it up to date and modern inside. I do like that it's right close to all the happenings with the Plaza.

Was charged a parking fee of 19.00 when I did not drive to Santa Fe and had no car of mine in my possession. When called the following monday I was directed to another dept which never called me back. Not able to sleep the night I was there due to the ac unit for the next room over constantly making a chatter noise and the room upstairs sounding like the shower was constantly going. If I wanted such an experience I could have stayed at a place a lot cheaper than 200 a night. I have stayed at a Hilton in most areas I have visited. This one was deplorable from telling me on the phone that check in was available after calling them on the way in. To getting dropped off with luggage we had to drag around for 2 hrs since when we got there they simply told us we were misinformed. No apology for your mistake? Then you charge me for a parking for a car that does not exist and fail to make any effort to correct it?

The room was nicely appointed but it was loud! I could hear water running, my neighbors talking, staff in the hall, etc. Also had some dirt on my robe — odd since it came wrapped in plastic. Breakfast is only included for the upper tier rewards members. Parking was $19 for the night with in/out privileges. Location was very close to downtown, easy to walk. If it had been a more quiet stay I'd bump up the rating, but I wish I had gotten more rest than I did. Staff was friendly on check in.

Usually a pretty good value. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and location is nice. Some rooms seem to need a little TLC, but are still nice overall.

Wait staff was the most deplorable I have ever encountered. Even though the service was horrible I still tipped 15% and the waiter (Mr. Blas) had the audacity to say that’s it that’s all I get… the next day we encountered him again when he said we couldn’t sit on a couch in the bar area unless we purchased something. The breakfast and lunch staff where just as bad. No matter what you asked for they pretended either not to speak English or where so put out that you where bothering them. Although the hotel was nice and clean and front desk personnel were sociable and helpful the bar staff make this a Hotel I could never stay at again. Unless u want to be treated horrible by those you are paying to serve you I would stay away.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. We had a great meal at the attached restaurant & the bar was nice for relaxing with friends. Only flaw with our stay was getting a room with 2 double beds instead of the requested king.

Its a very nice historic hotel. We received a very nice upgrade worth a pool view, too. If you're wondering where the closet is, it's in the bathroom. Unusual, yes, but this is definitely a place worth staying.

So far and honestly, the besst Hilton hotel in the portfolio. Super dog friendly. Convenient location for walking. Great staff, great food and great, great, great… I will come back! Thank you for an amazing experience for me and my dog. Felt like being at home!

The gentleman working the front desk “Mark” did such a great customer service job while I waited to check in, all while also checking in some other lady. A true professional, made me feel like a true special guest. I praised his work to the front desk Manager, Jaime Treto, who put it all together for me and made me understand why Mark was so professional… because it’s the high standard they have for all their customers at all times! These two men were outstanding! Great job sirs! I will come back one time soon.

Hotel is clean and staff was helpful. I would recommend not getting a room with a connected door unless you need it. You can hear your neighbor's TV watching clearly, every channel if you know what I mean. Otherwise, very nice hotel.

What a great and kinda unique hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. The bathroom is massive. Perfect location for wandering around historic areas of Santa Fe, just walk out the entrance.

Great location, well furnished room. Not a bad place to stay. Honestly though, for the extra money you pay you don't really get much more except for being in downtown Santa Fe. These days a hotel room is pretty much a hotel room. I also find it interesting that the more you pay for a room the less amenities that they give you. For example no free Wi-Fi and they don't have any sort of complimentary continental breakfast. Not that any hotel free breakfast is good. I will say that their restaurant is decent and their little bar is pretty nice as well. I guess I'd stay here again but overall it's not outstanding.

Very disappointing! We stayed here two nights on a recent ski trip. The room was supposed to have been taken care of by my aunt, by using Hilton Points, but our credit card ended up being charged $398 for the two night stay. Called the front desk and they tell me I have to talk to accounting. Accounting is out of the office for holiday, left message. Rude Ass accounting person finally returns my message 3 days later and tells me the room was not set up correctly to use points, and there's nothing that can be done. The room was small, stuffy and the beds that were supposed to be queens, barely qualify for full size. Service in the bar was bizarre. Had I known that I was going to end up spending $200/night on a hotel room in Santa Fe, I would have definitely found something better.

Very nice place to stay. It is within walking distance to the town square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had póke stop nearby. We could spin and collect póke balls all night. I would stay there again.

I went only because I worked there as a babysitter. The parents of the kids we took care of for the weekend were having a retreat there so I don't know much about the place in general. The ballroom where we had the kids was very big and nice and the hotel is very nice decorated and clean! The bathroom was always nice and clean!

Great place with a very warm atmosphere. Conference rooms were very nice. Food was very good. Great place to host a buisness meeting.

This was an excellent hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable as were the beds. The location is perfect for visiting the historic part of Santa Fe. While we were there they kept a fire burning in the lobby and in the evenings by the pool.

This establishment is very well taken care of. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. So many amenities they offer. The front desk supervisor is very professional and shows superior hospitality. The GM is very kind and can tell she loves what she does. I applied for front desk manager and hope I get it because you can definitely tell that the owner puts great deed into the company and care for his guests and employees.

Convenient location that is walking distance to the city center. The room is a bit old but well decorated. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is bigger than average. However, the wall is a bit thin that I could hear my neighbor. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options including smoked salmon.

I am not impressed! This is not the quality I expect from Hilton. The room is not as comfortable as cheaper hotels where I have stayed. The bed is very hard; which I hate. However, all of the employees have been wonderful.

It was OK. Honestly I expect a level of service from a Hilton. Room was nice. But at check in, the desk clerk was distracted by several things. Couldn't just check us in. Ladder and hoses in the pool area. The bartender didn't know how to make a Mai Tai. She did claim to know how to make Mohito. She was wrong. Not bad, just unimpressed. All little things, but it's the little things that make a stay.

The front desk and concierge were so friendly and wonderful. The southwest design of the lobby and rooms is beautiful. Favorite Hilton we have ever stayed at! Would highly recommend!

The room was beautiful. I've always had a thing for hotel bathrooms and The one at The Hilton Santa Fe Historic plaza didn't disappoint. The shower was large enough for two and the towels and bath robes were fluffy and soft. The pool and spa area was gorgeous with a huge brick fireplace and romantic seating area. The service was very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the plaza and popular restaurants.

Great, historic hotel close to the plaza. Part of the hotel is 400 years old. Awesome courtyard with large gas fireplace, pool and spa. Secure parking, although it's $19 per night. Breakfast is not included.

My only gripe was that I was given a PURE room which includes a hypoallergenic air purifier. It was nice at first but then when I turned it off, my allergies ran wild. I would figure that it would still be habitable without the purifier on. At any rate, location is close to the plaza which is nice. Service is good. Rooms aesthetically are very nice. You need to pay for breakfast and coffee (other than the one in your room).

Great location close to the square and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and the hotel had the southwestern feel you hope for when visiting Santa Fe. The customer service was excellent. Perry checked us in and was very accommodating. We'll definitely stay there again when we return.

This is a great hotel, with a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The décor is adorable and this is an excellent location for a small conference!

Really cool hotel, great service.

Spoke to Anthony, who while kind, must of been new and misinformed. We went for our anniversary but checked out early. I was told we could choose between continental and buffet breakfast, only to arrive 48 hours later, to find they have been under construction for months and do not have breakfast! I was told yes they have a pool, but not told it was a block of ice, as it is outdoors! I was told we would get strawberries dipped in chocolate as it was our anniverary, they never arrived. I was not told it is an addition $17 a day to park! The room was ok, bed comfortable, but the king room has a barn door style on the bathroom. Meaning the door does not seal, you slide it over but can still see in the bathroom allowing for no privacy to use the toilet or shower, which I find very weird. The internet SUCKS! It took me and two women at the front desk a30 mins upon arriving to get my phone on Wi-Fi and in the rooms it is on and off over and over. They said they are having issues for some time and try to connect to some other Wi-Fi instead of the Hilton Wi-Fi. Lastly, in the rooms, it is very dark and shadowy with not enough electric outlets for modern day, … phones, laptop, tablets. I would not recommend this location.

The customer service was impeccable. The front desk Rep, Perry, won our hearts with his homemade fudge and activity packets for my child. The food service was very warm and attentive.

I was sooo cold. The interior building was more frigid than the December snow outside. I dreaded using the lobby restroom. Worse still, my water ran brown, and I found dog feces on the floor of my room.

Captured New Mexico architecture perfectly! the hotel and the rooms were beautiful, the beds were very comfy, and my wife and daughter loved the bathroom mirror! Breakfast was delicious, and it was very close to everything downtown! Will definitely be back.

Great hotel, excellent location right off the plaza. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

We stayed there in the summer they were remodeling they gave us a room that didn"t even compare to a motel 6 and charged us over 200. And 25. More to park. We stayed at the Rosewood for two days. I can't describe how wonderful it was. Hilton needs work with staff and should never have sold that room. My husband talked to manger all she said is she would pass it on.

This hotel is in dire need of an update. Not up to hilton standards.

The casitas are super romantic.
