I can only say this is a very darling and out of the way place to stay. Close to downtown and can’t wait to get back to enjoy the “me” time here.

Delicious breakfast, great price, beautiful rooms and within walking distance to everything near Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard District!

Excellent place. Very cosy rooms and lovely decor. Very comfortable. 20 minute walk into Santa Fe which had a lovely relaxed vibe. Shame we only had one night. Breakfast was very good and the manageress was efficient and very helpful. Thanks Mel and Steve Nottingham England… on route 66

Great place! Clean, great location, and affordable. I will stay again. My only complaint is that I'm a single female, traveling alone, and did not feel that the door to my room was as safe as is should be for street-level entry (no deadbolt, just knob lock and chain). If I had a companion along, it wouldn't have bothered me. Thanks Guadalupe Inn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guadalupe Inn. The rooms were clean and uniquely Santa Fe and the staff was extremely friendly. Their chili corn muffins in the morning was worth every penny! Definitely my choice when visiting Santa Fe.

Location is perfect, walking distance to many popular tourist attractions, beautifully decorated rooms, very clean, and extremely kind, accommodating, and welcoming staff! When we arrived, Nava, one of the hosts was very nice and showed us all of the attractions we should visit, and the history behind many of them! He was so friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations, we went to all of them, and loved our stay :) Everything is perfect and so authentic and quaint about this place! The breakfast is delicious as well! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the square and most of the local attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very big and well decorated. The bathrooms could use some updating but the jetted tub was an unexpected feature. Great value. Highly recommend!

Very nice spacious SW themed rooms w/Wi-Fi if you want it. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, waffles, hard-boiled eggs and yogurt as well as bread. Helpful friendly staff good with directions. They let us check out and leave the car there so we could walk to the Georgia O'Keefe Museum and the cathedral. Make sure you mark your route as the maps do not have all the streets.

The room was beautiful. The down side was the "lecture" about the Spanish occupation. I have studied the history of the area and disagree with much that was said.

This is a wonderful little inn! It’s perfectly located to the plaza and fine dining restaurants. It’s a very clean place to rest after a day of self indulgence at Ten Thousand Waves. I loved it so much, I just had to stay another night!

Amazing experience. Lenore at the front desk was super helpful. Warm, cozy, home like environment. Loved the smell of fresh linen in bedrooms — unlike gigantic industrial washing machines.

Location is great, walking distance to town. Cute decor and building. Room was very dusty, causing runny nose interfering with sleep. Bed was bouncy so you feel every turn of your spouse. Don't stay in honeymoon suite because there is no wall to give privacy while you go to the toilet or wash. Plus there is a bathtub and no shower.

Nice clean room. Fireplace and jet tub were fun but mattress too soft for our taste. Breakfast just OK. All in all I would recommend.

Everything was awesome, cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, the hot tub hit the spot for sure! The staff was very friendly :) my only complaint would be the shower head, it was too high for me to adjust (im short, luckily my husband is 6'1) other than than we will definitely be back soon!

Great affordable inn to visit Santa Fe. At a walking distance from historic center, restaurants and the artists neighborhood (rail yard district) … the staff is friendly and the room are comfortable. And it is 5 minutes from REI, for your hiking gear needs, and from the violet Crown Theater, for your movie needs…

We love staying at this cute inn every time we are in Sante Fe! They have a great breakfast every morning and beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms.

We love this place! Super comfortable beds, fireplace, warm cozy adobe, private patio. Friendly staff with a wealth of information on places to see and places to eat. A wonderful B&B! We are so close to the plaza and Santa Fe School of Cooking. Last night we were able to walk to the railyard and have snacks and a drink at the Boxcar. We are nestled in for the week.

One of our favorite places! Lots of room remodeling and upgrades have taken place since we were here 2 years ago. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and very southwestern. Covered, ample parking (rare in downtown Santa Fe). Now this place is an underrated gem.

The atmosphere was very much Old Santa Fe. Our room was very clean and we loved the upstairs balcony.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and charming. A short walk to the left or right will take you to rail yard district or downtown.

Quiet, quaint little hotel in historic downtown Santa fe. Nice amenities, good service.

Pretty conveniently located but not impressed. I think the pricepoint was not bad for what we needed but the amenities did not function that great (read coffee machine). Also the "breakfast" was a joke. Staff was friendly but didn't see much of them. Room seemed to be secure but we were only there one night.

Great location, nice room size, good breakfast, boiled eggs whear peeled, entrance was a tight fit go wide if aproaching as a right hand turn.

So glad I found this place! Was situated right in Old Santa Fe, great architecture, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our room was lovely, and very clean. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. Owners showed us maps of the area and recommended where we should visit next (Los Alamos, Taos pueblos, etc…). My family and I were on a road trip and stayed in 5-10 hotels around the US — this was definitely the best one!

Stayed in room 7, and it was very spacious, quiet, and charming. Front desk service was great at check-in. Location is within walking distance to the Plaza.

I tend to be grossed out at hotels and inns so I can be very particular. The Guadalupe inn ended up being very clean and the beds were comfy (note: pillows are very dense though). The breakfast is very mediocre but not bad. What they do put out is delicious. But the selections small. Only real negative is the walls are thin I could hear people talking in the room next to me but turning on the air conditioning/ fan unit was enough to drown it out.

This place blew me and my group away! We booked the day of, with 5 guests needing a room. It wasn't a problem for Guadalupe Inn. They had a blow up mattress ready to go waiting in our perfectly clean room. The room was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was great! It is more like a hotel than a bed and breakfast but still a small inn so it had the bed and breakfast charm without the weird feeling like your in someone's house. I highly recommend Guadalupe Inn. And I will be staying there every time I am in Santa Fe!

Nice room, good breakfast, decent Wi-Fi. One letdown: shower and Bath had warm water issues.

The Guadalupe Inn was a wonderful experience! Four of us stayed I think Room 4, which had a bedroom and then a separate bed in the living area next to the den & fireplace. The rooms are very cozy, lots of woodwork on the ceilings, and have a lot of character. Big bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Everything was real nice and clean. I will tell you that being upstairs allows the heat from downstairs to come up through the floor, so it can get warm if you are staying upstairs. The breakfast was very good, like a super deluxe continental breakfast. Note, it is not a cooked to order hot breakfast, so don't show up thinking it is. Just know it has a good variety, was tasty, had some homemade muffins and pastries, and did the trick for 2 days. The staff were super nice and down to earth friendly. The downtown area and some very good restaurants are a short, pleasant walk away. I would also add that the area seemed very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful inn and great location. Friendly staff and awesome rooms plus free breakfast. Luxury rooms have their own patio, and honeymoon suite has a large tub (but no shower, fyi).

In a residential area, hard to find driveway, overgrown and crumbling, dark at night. Bed was like sleeping in a roof drain gutter. 1980's 20" TV poorly placed and hard to watch from bed. Bedspread and shams old and smelly. No ironing board, hair dryer, soda machine, ice machine. Missing hot water handle on tub, jacuzzi didn't work. Breakfast didn't have coffee, bagels, sourdough muffins on our second day. Plenty of white wonder bread and apples with brown spots! Had to bus dirty dishes before sitting down. $783 for 5 night in Rm we felt like we were ripped off. This place makes Days Inn seem like the Ritz Carleton! Avoid at all costs. Kevin Vista CA.

Quaint, quiet lovely place! Villa like atmosphere. Felt like our own apartment in a big city. Very helpful and accommodating staff! Called ahead to check in early because we had a wedding to get ready for and they got right on it! We will definitely stay again and HIGHLY recommend this awesome little place.

The Guadalupe Inn Bed and Breakfast is a lovely family run Bed and Breakfast in Santa Fe, NM. It has beautifully appointed rooms in the southwestern style and looks out on the mountains surrounding Santa Fe. They also serve any kind of breakfast quickly and beautifully by a qualified chef. The owners are there to help make your stay wonderful — telling of places to go and things to do.

First of all, I brought up all of my comments with Kay the manager prior to writing this review. We stayed 2 nights in Room Posted office hours are 8 AM — 5 PM. On our 2nd day of our stay, we came back to our room to at 4:30 PM to find our bathroom had not been cleaned. Office manager Kay had already left for the day. We had to contact Bill to get fresh towels (towels were removed and not replaced, essentially we had no towels in our room). Bill provided us with a bathroom cleaning kit and we ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves! When I brought up my concerns with Office Manager Kay the next morning, she told me that she had hired a 17 year old housekeeper and this was her first job. The pros were the gas log fireplace and jacuzzi bathtub in the room. Location is easy walking distance to downtown Santa Fe and covered parking is included.

Lovely room, with a fireplace and radiant heated floors! Nice high rainfall effect showerhead. Next to Railyard shops and restaurants, short walk to plaza. Best price to value in downtown Santa Fe.
