They Treat Beautiful everyone They are very friendly and very Treatable excellent Service.

We had reserved a king suite, and when we checked in, they had upgraded us to an executive king suite. Very nice room. My only complaint is that there's not enough plug-ins.

Small room with barely enough room to get past the bed and dresser. No room in the small bathroom to put your toiletries. Location was terrible, busy highway and it was hard to find. (no signs) Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. The breakfast area had no room and the food was ok.

You receive excellent quality for it being so affordable! The room was really lovely and the decor was very well put together. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom water pressure was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip to NM.

The Best Western plus in Santa Fe was a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Everything was great about our stay here except the toilets. The toilets are small and low to the ground. As a former teacher, I recognized these are the size of toilets that are used for primary children in an elementary school. Since I had a knee replacement a couple of years ago, I had a great deal of trouble using such a low commode. I looked around at the clientele at the hotel and noticed there were people much older than me, and much less mobile than me, and some with some with weight issues. I cannot imagine how some of the guests managed with the low toilets. I spoke to the manager (very Pleasant and understanding) who said that he had received many, many, many complaints about this issue. It is however up to the owner to make the upgrade. I would not come back here again because of the discomfort.

Again, I have a new favorite Best Western. Newly decorated, my room was upgraded to a suite and the room was wonderful. I am amazed that some places manage to serve basically the same breakfast fare as another hotel, but seem to make it look and taste better. That was the case here. Friendly and helpful staff. I lost my cell phone. They tracked me down contacted me twice to make arrangements to return it. Had a terrific visit to Santa Fe. Best Western made sure it was comfortable too. This has become an annual trip, I have the exact same sentiments as a year ago. one thing I wish this, as well as other properties would do is move the coffee service away from the food service line. It always creates a bottleneck while other guests prepare their sugar and cream concoctions!

We found the Santa Fe Best Western to offer the best overall value for our stay. The staff at check-in were very helpful and quick to check us in. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was great and items were replenished timely. Loved the workout room. Great stay!

The decor of the guest room was the nicest of any Best Western I have stayed at. Really comfortable leather armchairs in my room along with a leather love seat. Large room with all amenities. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff that answered all my questions about directions. Complimentary breakfast with wide variety of items. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Santa Fe.

This hotel is awesome. Housekeeping is awesome in what they do! The front desk staff is super friendly. We stayed with 2 small dogs. The decor is up-to-date and the rooms are a wonderful place to sleep. The breakfast is always amazing and this hotel is in the center of everything. Great location and great place to stay. We've stayed twice and will stay again.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. I met up with some friends and spent quite a bit of time socializing in the gathering area of the lobby. It was warm and inviting and so nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good. We were their 3 days and the food varied each day. One day we had bacon and the next sausage, different types of omelettes. Highly recommend staying at Best Western.

This property is well kept and clean. We stayed in the family suite which was quite large and accommodated my husband and I and my mother-in-law quite nicely. The sink area was large however, the shower/toilet room was very small and cramped. The room also had a bar area with fridge. We did hear lots of traffic noise from the busy road it sits on but this may due to the sliding glass door being older and needing an update. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were very clean. The pool was well-kept. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was very friendly.

Great value and location. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Beds are comfortable. Although they take dogs there's really no place for them to go to the bathroom, only rocks. But that was not an issue with our pet. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Santa Fe is a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, atttactively decorated, and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was the best of Santa Fe style — not kitchy at all. The location was fairly central to most of the places people would want to see, although not all are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great service and awesome amenities that are usually only offered at 5 star resorts. The room was clean and updated. The property was safe and well lit. The free breakfast was great too. They offered sausage, fresh made waffles hot from the waffle iron, various cererals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and a assortment of fresh juices like apple and orange juice. The staff was very accommodating and professional. I'd definitely stay again!

Great room for the price. Nicely furnished. Plenty of options for breakfast, both hot and cold. Pool was warm and refreshing. Hot tub in pool area was nice, probably around 102 or 103 degree. Would have preferred about 105 degrees. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was very nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable. The Price was wonderful for what you receive. The pool was a nice benefit and having a balcony was great. They did not have the best breakfast but it would not deter me from staying there again. Everything else made up for it.

This hotel projects its southwest location with lots of southwest decor. Good location on a main artery 3 miles from downtown center. Parking is close. Tip: you can get a little street noise on north side of hotel; south will be quietest. Easy to get a good rest on comfortable bed. This is not your cookie cutter standard hotel. Bonus: there is an outlet for charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles at night when lights are on.

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in and check out. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is what you would expect when there isn't a full kitchen but we don't come to the hotels for breakfast so that didn't bother us. It's nice having a mini fridge in the room to keep leftovers when going out to eat!

This is our absolute favorite Best Western! The rooms are spotless. The décor is beautiful! (Southwest themed) The bedding is spotless and so comfy. The breakfast is always excellent! We stay in this particular Best Western every year and are never disappointed. I think it actually gets better every year! I highly recommend this Best Western Plus Inn of Santa Fe. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at the best western in Santa Fe New Mexico. It was awesome. The front desk was extremely nice and was able to accommodate my family at the last minute on our first night in Santa Fe. We had to leave our original hotel late that night due to unforseen circumstances and the Best Western took us in without any issues. We appreciated the hospitality, clean rooms and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wish we could take this room with us on our travels. Cozy and comfortable with the southwestern flare of Santa Fe. Pet friendly, quiet, 10 minute drive to all the attractions. I loved the extra sink next to the microwave, made washing baby bottles much easier. We're vegan so can't say much for breakfast but Thank you for the great stay!

I was presently surprised. When I pulled up to the hotel, I was not thrilled. But when I went inside, my opinion was completely different. The staff was generous, breakfast was good, and there pool was amazing. My only complaint was the suites were pretty warm. We had to request another fan to pump cool air into the front room. Also, the two bedroom rooms don't have a door, so prepare accordingly.

Very good location, nice décor and very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast room does not offer enough room for all guests, you had to avoid the pool room!

Nice stay at a "pet friendly" hotel. Room decor complemented the Southwest location. Clean and bed comfortable to provide a good night's rest. Limitation of not being able to leave pet in room unattended made dining difficult. We have a well behaved small pet that is quiet when kenneled but it would be nice for the hotels to partner with local restaurants that offer patio dining and shared that information. If hot weather that is common to that area pets cannot be left in cars while dining.

Better than budget multi story hotel with free breakfast, indoor pool, and outdoor parking. Beds were comfortable, amenities were typical and breakfast was hot or cold if you wanted. No micro but there was a frig. We weren't there most of the time, but that suited us fine. Shower was hot, decor was Santa Fe style with howling wolf towel hooks and faux cow skin shower curtain (nice). They mailed a postcard for us. We were close to everything driving-wise. Minimal interaction with front desk and staff at breakfast were polite and considerate. If you are low maintenance and just want a decent place to rest in between travelling and sight seeing, this is your place. Cost is better than many places. No complaints. Not too much noise above us or by neighboring rooms or outside. We slept well.

Solid place to stay. The hotel is clean with nice decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. While my side of the bed was good, my wife's side was a bit 'C' shaped and uncomfortable. The breakfast was standard for a Best Western, nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. Good place to stay that is reasonably priced.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. We arrived at 2am, kids were tired and it was so nice to end our long road trip from California to New Mexico in comfortable beds. We all agreed we would definitely stay again. There were 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs. We all fit comfortably in the 2 double with sleeper sofa room. Very few hotels that are nice are pet friendly. The next night the staff was nice enough to extend the pool hours so we could let our overly tired kids burn off energy and relax before bed. Easy access from the freeway and close to everything. We will be staying here again soon.

The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing. It was warm, large, nicely shaped. The hot tub was also nice. There was plenty of parking and even though they were under construction everything was accessible. The woman at the front desk was not exactly friendly but she seemed overwhelmed.

The Best Western Plus in Santa Fe is great. I have stayed multiple times. Good breakfast. Fitness room is better than most hotels and recently upgraded with new bike, elliptical, and free weights rack, in addition to treadmill and weight machine they already had. Staff always friendly and helpful. Convenient location for walking or driving.

The room was clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated. My boyfriend and I ordered a room with a jacuzzi in it, and that was incredible! The indoor jacuzzi and pool were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast had great hot options as well as continental ones. The service was kind and knowledgable! Our only issue was the outside and hallways. The front was blocked off by 2 tractors, and littered throughout the property were old furnishings for sale. Our hallway was lined with new furnishings not yet installed. Hopefully they change all of this out soon, it could affect other people more than it did us. I am disabled and would like to commend them for having a pool aid for those who may need it!

Im a musician from texas who stayed here for the night heading from playing a music festival in northern Colorado and was on my way to southern New Mexico to play a big show for a radio station. However, unfortunately, I let my guard down for the night and accidentally left one of my guitars, among other things, in my truck. When I was getting packed up in the morning (after having a wonderful nights sleep… the hotel itself is amazing & spacious), the front desk called & informed me that my truck had been broken into & called the police for me. After dealing with the police and with insurance to get my window fixed, I checked my email & to my surprise they had comped my room. I am so grateful because on a musicians budget I needed every penny I could to get my window fixed before continuing the last 1500 miles of my tour before I get home. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and other than one neighbor who came and cursed at me because my dog barked literally once while I was playing with him in the room before bed, everyone was so friendly and nice. Thanks Best Western, y'all are truly awesome & helped make my crappy day better!

One of my favorite hotels, really comfortable beds, nice pools and hot tubs, and always a complementary breakfast!

There is a pool inside, cookies on the counter, and free breakfast. I liked the stay very much. The only problem is in a little far to walk to the centre.

Arriving at the hotel late, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helped us get into our room quickly. The room was simple but adequate, being on Central Ave in Santa Fe however, we continued to hear emergency vehicles on the road late into the night. In the morning, there was a shop nearby working a grinder constantly after about 7am. The breakfast was also overrun with children and there was no attendant to clean the tables as they left. The eggs were very runny, though the rosemary and garlic potatoes were quite good. Not a bad stay by any means but nothing spectacular.

Room was large (two queen beds & a loveseat). Very clean. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Friendly service.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Santa Fe. All 5 of us can sleep comfortably in one room and they have a fantastic breakfast.

Stayed two nights in a family suite with my parents. Great value for the money. King bed in one room, two queens in the other. Nice hot breakfast, with a number of choices. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel is easy to access and has a nice breakfast.

Room was very clean. Unfortunately we left a pair of headphones and pillow on the bed, they found the pillow but not the headphones that were sitting on top of the pillow. It's sad they kept the expensive item but returned the pillow to lost and found.

Me and my mom stayed here last Tuesday night through Thursday. Very pleasant experience! The breakfast was awesome, I actually made some maple waffles to take home with me! So tasty! The beds were comfy, and my favorite thing about this hotel was the pool! I went swimming both nights we were there, and the pool was so warm and clean! I would definitely come back here the next time I visit Santa Fe!

Five stars for BWSF! Room was clean as a whistle even after an Anthony Melchiorri style inspection. Friendly staff, pets stay FREE, and a great breakfast. Location was wonderful, lots of parking (I was here off season though) and nice and quiet except for the 7 am garbage truck picking up the dumpster in the parking lot. One of the few times I left a motel thinking about my review and had nothing to criticize except the trash company, which I figure they have no control over.

I have never known the joys of bedbugs until staying at this hotel. Yes — bedbug bites were confirmed by my doctor today. After staying in the hotel Friday night (the only hotel I've stayed for quite some time), I noticed extremely itchy red bumps. 10 on my lower wrist/ hand and almost 20 on my upper arm and shoulder on my left side, as well as a few on my chest and right hand. They are awful! The hotel service had been somewhat rude. Our key cards didn't work when we got to the room. The room smelled like stale smoke. These are all things I can deal with for a delicious Santa Fe Birthday Dinner, but the bedbugs are an entirely horrifying surprise. I called the hotel to let them know so this doesn't happen to another patron, and it was suggested that I got them somewhere else. I most certainly did not! I am just hoping I didn't bring them home!

I'm guessing most of the negative reviews for this place occurred prior to a remodel. The rooms were perfectly good for the price, which is really saying something since most Santa Fe hotels are wildly overpriced. If you have pets STAY HERE. They not only allow them, but there is no pet fee.

Loved it. I have stayed here several times and never had a problem. The rooms have character and are always clean.

Like most retired seniors my wife and I are always looking for good value while traveling. We probably spend more time in the rooms than the younger generation. We carry tablets for reading and keeping in touch so Wi-Fi is a must. Our check list of amenities include, hot breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, and of course a coffee maker. We do a lot of research, reading reviews from several different resources, and normally our picks are pretty darn spot on. Location was good as there are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. There was no portico so unloading the car could be an issue in inclement weather and there was no automatic entry doors. I didn't think the check-in staff was very welcoming. The building itself was well cared for as it was always clean and smelled that way. Our King suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I particularly like the fiberglass shower as they are easily cleaned and sanitized. The Wi-Fi internet speed was fast indeed, but if you went idle for a minute or so you got disconnected, which was very annoying. Breakfast was just OK, adequate as we didn't leave hungry. We typically like Best Westerns, and probably would stay here again.

Well the food was good the pool was good (do they have a pool? ) the bathroom sucked tho 1 out of 5 : (.

We Chose BW Plus Inn of Santa Fe Because of It's Adobe Construction, Good Looks, In-Hotel Laundromat, It's Great Discounted Early Spring Rate + It Was Very Near A Cerrillos Road Bus Stop (With Great Eco/Price-Friendly Buses w/ Amicable Drivers) and Took An Easy 15-Minutes Directly Into Santa Fe's Historic District. Our Suite (2 Beds + Living Area/Balcony/Bath) Was Rather Dark, But Very Clean, Comfortable and Tastefully Decorated In The SF Style. The Lobby Served Daily Continental Breakfast and Had A Portfolio of SF Restaurant Menus, + Internet Computer. Along With It's Indoor Swimming Pool and Fitness Center. It Proved To Be A Good All-Around Winner.

Service sucks but I say I have been to fanciest of the fanciest in New York compared to you guys you suck.

I am a frequent Best Western guest, but was quite disappointed with my recent stay at Best Western in Santa Fe. We had no internet access in our room (we were told it would be working within 24 hours of our arrival and 3 days later it was still not working), our room was not cleaned after the first night, then when they cleaned it the following day they did not fully remake the bed, nor did they provide toiletries for the bathroom. Then on the 3 morning the maid attempted to come in and clean while we were still there WITH the do not disturb sign on the door. Oh, and. We had to have our room cards reactivated each evening upon our return to the hotel because they wouldn't work. Won't return there.

We arrived to find that the building is undergoing substantial renovation inside and out. This will eventually be a good thing, but meanwhile guests have to put up with the noise. The desk clerk, Melissa V, assured us that we would not be disturbed, but when pressed said that the hammering would begin at 8 AM. She then turned on me and said "You don't have to be mean to me! You're rolling your eyes! " I was stunned, and said "It's not a good idea to jump on a guest like that. " She then said "You were the one who started being mean. " With that we canceled our reservations. Melissa's rudeness cost her employers four room-nights, and Best Western's image was tarnished forever in our minds. Stay away from any place that would hire people like this as their face to arriving guests.
