First things first, the manager here is unbelievably rude to customers. I came down to Atlantic City during memorial day weekend to enjoy the beach, as I’m sure most people would. I came with a small group of friends and we had a reservation to stay at this Quality Inn from Saturday to Sunday. We had received 3 different emails with 3 different dates of our reservation, so we called Quality Inn to straighten this all out. When being on the phone, of course one of the first things they ask when looking up a reservation at a hotel they ask for your last name and our reservation was under our friend’s name. So giving him the last name he claims there’s “no reservation”. We ask if he can look up the confirmation number and we get to tell him about 3 out of the 10 numbers before he cuts us off and says that there is still no room reservation for us. We end up getting into a little argument with him because he kept cutting us off and we are told to “go to hell”. Does that sound like something a manager should say to a customer? We ended up having to buy ANOTHER hotel room here because all other hotels were booked. The room was nice, but the toilet did not flush. The shower also had black stuff in it making it smell really bad, our guess was that the drain just overflowed.

We've needed some things like the light fixed over the sink. We've been here for 5 days, asked on day 1 it wad never done. We've been alking for clean towels and toilet paper, you have to keep asking and track them down. They said they had a continental breakfast with eggs and bacon, they never had it. I would not recommend at all.

This is the worst QUALITY INN I've ever been too. This is not quality, it stinks the rug smell like it was not shampoo or vacum in years not even months. The lamps are full of dust and the microwave has spots all on it on the outside of the door. The bathroom wall is peeling. This is crazy to think I drove a 2hr ride to come to this dump. They need to upgrade these rooms and stop making it look like its QUALITY in pics cause its not. They should be ashamed for calling this place quality inn. More like the motel in. Look at the real pics of this place.

Good customer service. Only neg I can say is the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the shower curtain bar was on painted plywood. But for the price/location it's livable.

This was the worst place I have Dr stayed. The rooms are clean, but I was told to take my own trash out and I had to turn in my dirty towels to get new ones. The management is horrible. They advertise free breakfast, but there is only some packaged muffins and pop to buy in the office. There are no vending machines on site. No ice. The employees who live on site treat people like morons and actually boss patrons around.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times (30 + nights) with no exaggeration and I’ve never once experienced 99% of the problems I’ve just read about in all of theses negative reviews on here. I’m not someone who ever even writes reviews either but after reading all of these negative comments I feel that I have to give my honest opinion and experience on the place. I normally don’t even bother with letting reviews dictate where I become a patron at because I’ve already learned a long time ago that PEOPLE ONLY BOTHER TO WRITE REVIEWS ON A BUISNESS WHEN THEYVE HAD A BAD or NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE and want to hurt the employee or business in some way, and nowadays leaving a bad review is the outlet and easiest way to do so. Every time you go to a restaurant and everything goes perfect, you probably give your server a good tip, but do you go into their website and write a great review for them every time? No, because you expected the service you received and you were satisfied in the end… that’s always something to keep in mind. Also there are always two sides to every story, and most review websites don’t offer the business owner a way to respond or a way to justify that a situation or claim ever truly happened or not… I’m not saying that all reviews are lies by any means, but I form opinions from my own personal experiences, not by a disgruntled customer for whatever reason that may be.

Room was clean but my problem was I checked in late but discussed the reason with the front desk and thought everything was fine. Then got several knocks and phone calls from the maid and front desk about checking out when I had another day to stay. Communication would have limited the disturbing instances…

Wi-Fi doesnt work but its pretty decent.

Great service, I like to wake up late and the staff here was absolutely wonderful about not rushing me out and that right there is why I stayed a second night. Conveniently located near the parkway also. It's easy to hop onto any main routes and very close to Atlantic City itself!

Worst experience. Hot tub handle broke. Manager was rude and disrespectful calling me out my name, blaming me for the damage that I didn’t made. Also my Apple Watch end up missing inside of my hotel room. I left and stay at different hotel because I could deal with disrespectful from the management. Hotel kept making Charges on my bank account without my permission. After I left the hotel. Please that manager need to fired because no one shouldn’t be disrespected at all.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I saw that they received 3 stars and thought that was decent! I booked my room and a few days later received a phone call from someone that claimed to work at the facility, he stated that he needed the security code on the back of my card (which he has all info on) and told me that he needed it to secure my room. I gave it to him, but then had a weird gut feeling. I ended up calling the facility and they said that no one had called me from there… this lead me to calling my bank and blocking my card, and not having a visa bank card for almost 2 weeks is terrible especially around Christmas time! I made my reservation for New Years Eve… my boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel for check in at 3:30. I asked for a non smoking room, they gave us our keys and directed us where to go. We unlocked and opened the door and it was like we hit a wall of cigarette smell, it was so strong I opened the window in the room even though it was 10degrees outside! I was checking out the room, and my boyfriend sat down on the bed for not even 2 minutes. I looked at the bed… and found a bed bug! I was so skeeved out. I killed it, and brought it to the front desk to complain and show proof of the bug. The receptionist did not seem phased and gave us another room, she told me I could not receive a refund do to the fact that it was a holiday… so Again, another nonsmoking room.

Value for money correct and owner smiling.

My parents stayed here, overpriced and not that nice. Their credit cards were hacked by the number from the hotel. Yet, the hotel acted as if it wasn't that big of a deal. They did no follow up and didn't seem apologetic. The corporate number will need to be called. There are nicer hotels just down the street.

Not expecting a 4-star stay, I wasn't surprised when it didn't come close. We asked for a non-smoking room and was provided with one that reeked of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping failed to tend to the room after the first night of a 2-night stay. The breakfast was adequate but the offerings were sparse, they were out of juice, and the yogurt had obviously been frozen due to it's consistency. There are a number of other hotels nearby and I would recommend a stay at any of them over the choice of this hotel.

The only good thing was the guy at the front desk, very very nice but then the room he showed first looked nice but terrible stains all over so we asked to see another we did not get a good look but at first glance it was way better then what we had just saw. So we checked in the rooms were so expensive so we thought we where getting what we paid for outsides appearance was very nice as well as the breakfast area. The first room floor was very stained. So we asked for a little better of a room long story we start check-in process he said he would cut us a deal but never gave us the deal. So we got to our room started to look around more because we paid for it and he wasn't breathing down our backs we wanted to check for the obvious things you would. Bed stains, bugs, excreta after one minute of looking and properly inspecting we started to smell a strong overwhelming odor which was unusual then noticed mold in parts of the room on the walls which was not a pleasant sight, when I looked in the tub a bug ran down the drain waiting for us to go to sleep. Which never happened once we saw all his dead friend's we left immediately and will never consider that place again. I'm going assume the smell was one of two things chemical spray or the mold I was sick for a half hour after breathing that smell. It's a shame because it has great potential but it's not ran by some who cares. Especially for the price. Do your self a favor and never judge a book by its cover.

Beautiful appearance on the outside: filthy inside One of the worst Quality Inns I ever stayed. A flashing red sign advertising a two-night special as well as its right outside appearance drew us in. We were told, at check-in, the special was no longer possible. Even though, the special was still being advertised as if it were available. The following morning we noticed the floor around the bed full of dog food bits. Not only that but also saw the sink counter crawling with ants. Not to mention, the bathtub would not drain probably. Worse than that, when we reached home, we received a message on our answering machine from a man at the Quality Inn. With a foreign accent, stating that some pillows were missing and that he was going to charge or credit card for it. Believe me. I would not take anything out of there if it were free.

One of the worst hotels in the Atlantic City/ Absecon area. Sure the hotel is convenient but I would of much rather had paid 200 more at one of the Casinos then to stay here ever again. Beds were absolutely filthy with stains the bathroom floor had mold and dirt all in the corners. The smell of mold ran through the entire room. Next time I will stay at the travel lodge and be treated better along with better accommodations. Let's just say I wouldn't walk barefoot in this hotel. Horrible.

The front desk staff was very pleasant but that is about the only positive thing going for this place. I usually don't rate places but I just had to tell others about my experience. First the non smoking room I booked smelled of smoke. Along with the smoke, there was also a hint of a "poop" smell. I imagine it was most likely the carpet as this is a pet friendly hotel. I paid for two rooms and BOTH rooms had no towels or washcloths. When I asked about them I was told I had to wait 30 min because they were washing them. The chairs had terrible stains in them. There are spiders in the room. I don't know if this is because the door had an opening at the bottom or if it is because the room was dusty and damp. My weekend was totally ruined because I booked nonrefundable rooms. $670 wasted! See pics below.

The only thing I found good about this hotel was it's location. It was a convenient location for visiting the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Casinos. However, the hotel room had a slight odor, lime deposit around all faucets and throughout shower, the one bed (in a double bed room) was slightly damp on one side, there were many (7 found) fabric softener dryer sheets stuffed under the mattress, the coffee machine was melted, and the television remote did not work. This was my second time staying at a Quality Inn, but my first time at this one. I can guarantee that I will not be staying at this particular hotel again.

Very Clean well kept Hotel, quite, great expericene. Customer service was great. Price was a little High, but it seems all hotels are high during the summer. Only Negative. There was someone in the parking lot doing drugs, fortunately just one person, eventually they went away. Overall I would say the management really cares about the place, landscape was very nice. Rooms very nice, I was happy I would recommend to anyone.

The Internet connections disaster.

The service was awesome! The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful! The room was decent, couldn't really complain. We're getting what we paid for but it was pretty decent.

Room was smelly and dirty and the bathrooms were not clean. Would not recommed this place.

Beautiful good by expensive… We love!

Rooms were very spacious, although carpet was dirty and pulled up in places. Hot tub only ran cold water, hot water handle was broken. Very outdated motel! Needs some attention. Other than that everything was okey.

Dirty room,,, carpet, bed, bathroom. Mold on wall above window. Wall paper pealing/fall off in bath. Linen smelled. Had to call front desk over up all night crackheads and nothing was done. Not a family hotel.

My husband and I had stayed here a number of times… Rooms are usually well cleaned… and the manager is very accommodating. Definitely would stay here again, and also would recommend this place to someone else!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Front desk staff too rude to be real. Not worth five dollars a night. Stay anywhere else.

First we booked a king bed room non smoking. We get there they tell us there are none left, after we booked it over a week ago. So now they give us a smoking room. Get into the room it doesn't smell, but the walls and ceiling has stains all over it, the ac is loud, the floor was wet for whatever reason, and the bathroom was gross. The lighting was bad, the curtain was being held up by wood nailed to the wall, and it leaked all over the floor when you turned it on. The curtain had mold on it and the floor was so nasty we had to put a towell down in the stall to try and shower. Oh and let me not forget the car parked by our room with bullet holes in it. I don't know who would give the place 5 stars because 1 was even too generous. Would never stay here again and definitely don't recommend it.

My mom and I had to stay there because we were moving and thing got messed up. Anyway we we arrived there's a slightly weird smell but it was ok, didn't smell bad or dangerous. The room is small so if your claustrophobic then I don't suggest it. However the beds were slightly damp not really great. The bed were considerable but I wouldn't want that kind at my house. They were clean however. The place wasn't exactly the cleanest but again it was decent. However they do supply you with TV, mini fridge and small microwave. I can't say anything about the breakfast since I never woke up in time. The Wi-Fi was good however you do have to login everything your computer shuts off not that big of a deal. The staff were very nice and I felt comfortable. They do have a pool and I don't know what was like. However there were quite a lot of little kids. Yes they are pet friendly for $20 extra. Would I stay here I again? Honestly not really.
