This hotel is so freaking amazing. Happy to be staying here for the weekend, the rooms are huge and come with a kitchen. There's a rooftop pool that has just been calling my name. The view is beautiful, right on the strip and right next to a lot of delicious food and stores. Currently enjoying my visit to Las Vegas.

Nice and quiet hotel without all the glitz of other properties. Rooftop pool and first floor splash playground for younger kids. Close enough to everything in Vegas but quiet enough to be relaxing. Two bedroom suite was perfect for us and the kitchen had just what we needed for our stay. Highly recommended and will come back.

Always have a great time here. Staff members are courteous, efficient and at the ready to assist. Property is well maintained rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Even their efficiency room which is meant for 1-2 people are comfortable as well. The pool area on the roof is with barbecue grills is wonderful. Although the pool is only 3ft deep you can get a good swim in. (If there aren't hoards of people) being centrally located on Las Vegas Blvd (between the MGM Grand Hotel and Planet Hollywood Hotel) is convenient for walking if you so choose.

We booked Polo Towers through Interval as an exchange through our timeshare facility. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The suite was fully equipped, clean, functional, well laid out and homey. There is a 3 ft. Deep pool on the roof, which is extremely friendly for those with smaller children. There is no deep end which means there is not as much worrying. Polo Towers also offers a nice roof view of the city. We had a great time but did sign a timeshare agreement with Diamond Resorts. Upon reflection and negative reviews online we are rescinding our contract. If you decide to attend the timeshare presentation be careful.

Awesome! We booked a connected suite for 6 people, but we're worried that it might not have everything we were looking for. But this place has beds, TV's for each, a completely equipped kitchen (with updated appliances) and 2 bathrooms. It's clean and right behind the Las Vegas strip. Very convenient to reach most casinos. Everyone in the family loves the place. Will definitely consider this if we are ever in Vegas again.

My room on the 21st floor was a good size with a small kitchenette and a balcony facing the airport. The A/C worked well and could be set to the temperature I wanted. The room could be connected to the next-door room, to be a living area. For this reason, the bed can fold into a wall unit, so it looks a bit like a sofa bed, but it was very comfortable. There is a swimming pool on the roof and a hot tub that was being renovated when I visited. The reception staff were very helpful and over all, the level of service we excellent. I left a jacket in the cupboard and it was easy to pick it up when I passed through Las Vegas a week later. As a foreign visitor, I wasn't asked to sit through the timeshare sales pitch.

Nice hotel, the pool in roof top is nice. The towels for the Deckchair are free. It's pretty quiet. Only downside our bed is actually a convertible unfolded… The hotel is very nice.

Apartment hotel has a minute from the cheap Strip not far from all super pool kids games.

Nice spacious rooms! Friendly and helpful customer service! Scheduled trips to various locations via shuttle is a plus. And convinient location too. Kitchen is fully stocked and clean! Tho sad that the pool area on the roof was going through renovation so we couldn't get to use the jacuzzi, also pretty neat that you can grill on the roof! Oh and you can probably just call them up and have them bring some up, but there's no extra bedding/blankets for the pull out couch. All in all everything is quite wonderful, I love it.

I love this place. It is disappointing that the hot tub is closed however that's not their fault. I also think it's weird how they removed the light switches in the room and most of the lamps are operated by each lamp. However overall the staff is wonderful the bed is comfortable the accommodations are great. Very cool that you can grill on the roof by the pool. The shuttle transport is nice. One last thing please put a brighter but dimmable Light bulb in the fixture over the shower/tub.

It's an awesome stay! I arrived so early and they just letting me check in without extra fee. The studio room is so big for one person. It's clean and it includes everything, even microwave and all the tableware. And it locates at the main spot! I will definitely book this hotel again for my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel during our first vacation to Las Vegas. We were very impressed by the staff, the cleanliness of the suite and the overall atmosphere of our stay. We are non-smokers so staying at this hotel was a wonderful retreat after spending days and evenings in the smoke-filled casino resorts surrounding Polo Towers. The pool is on a rooftop balcony and was relaxing but make sure to get up early to use the hot tub if you don't want to wait and wait for your turn. The store downstairs has everything you'd need for breakfast or for emergencies and because of this it is overpriced. But that's to be expected. This hotel is right on the strip which makes it perfect for walking anywhere to enjoy a show, casino, eating or shopping. We WILL be staying here again in the future.

The best hotel I ever stayed until this date. My unit was built after the 1 bedroom model: one living room with kitchen, table for lunch and sofa, and one bedroom. Of course, the kitchen is small, but you can find anything to make your life easier: coffee maker, fridge, blender and even a dishwasher. The sofa is expandable and capable to accommodate another guest, maybe your child. Every room has a TV. The bathroom has 2 entries: one from the living room and one from the bedroom.

Good hotel at very good prices. The attention is good and the staff very friendly. Success without a doubt.

Nice hotel off the Strip but still close enough to walk. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. Bathrooms were decent size and the kitchens had useful appliances so we didn't have to buy food for every meal at a restaurant. My biggest complaint was parking. The parking garage was small and difficult to get a spot in, the outside lot was just surrounded by a chainlink fence and I'm not sure it was monitored. Would still return here though.

The room was very spacious and nice with view to the boulevard Las Vegas very good location! We dierón tuallas clean and make the beds and take out the basúra díariamente! Not the olia cigarette! They have a pool on the ground floor for children and on the last floor too, but have only 3 feet of depth. The people of Reservations very attentive! The people in the VIP do NOT HAVE GOOD MANNERS! Beware of them!

The 1 bedroom suite was great and perfect for 4 people. The jacuzzi was out of order but the rooftop pool was slightly heated and very nice. The staff at the registration desk were great and friendly. Our only problem came when we wanted to check out and the concierge told us he could check us out, proceeded to try to sell us the vacation package that "wasn't a timeshare" and kept pushing after we said we weren't interested multiple times. Then when he finally took no for an answer after I had to stop being friendly to him, he told us he couldn't check us out and we had to go to the registration desk to do it. Very frustrating experience.

It's in a convenient location. Parking is included plus valet. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything on the strip. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was very nice. The bed was comfy. There was an extra wide tub and plenty of room in the shower. As others have said, there is a kitchen with full-size appliances.

Perfect place for Vegas. The kitchenette is a major asset in this city which cost very much.

I have stayed here many times during the years, and this recent trip was another great trip. The room, despite being only a studio, was large enough. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the porch, which is a rarity for strip hotels, and the rooftop pool was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for any trips to Vegas.

Its a great hotel, only thing that shows its age is the showers. You have a nice kitchen full size appliances, king sized beds lots of pillows. Right on the strip, easy access to EVERYWHERE. Computers to use, awesome fitness area, kids play area. I give it 4 stars, best value on the Strip.

Good place to book a room, very good location and excellent area!

Public areas and room were really clean and well maintained, customer service was great (Victoria at the front desk) went above and beyond to help us and to give us tips on how to get around on our first time to Vegas, I did not like the pushy lady (Robin) at the far corner of the front desk trying to get us to go to a tour of the facility in exchange of "gifts" (they are trying to get you into resort membership that you will never use) over all it was a good experience I would totally recommend this resort. for cheap meals go across the resort parking lot (Ocean 1 restaurant) They have breakfast menu for $5.99 lunch for $4.99 and dinner I cant remember but is not more than 10 dollars and food is amazing, also they have 3 alcoholic drinks for 10 dollars all day.

Very nice. It's in the center of town. It is comfortable and no noises for more than it is very close to the avenue. You have everything you need.

I was surprised when I arrived and noticed that my bed was actually a sofa bed, but it is extremely comfortable. The toiletries of excellent quality, had never had this type of products in any hotel. Totally recommended. Strategic position on the strip.

Service was well above expectations. EVERYONE I came in contact with was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms feel like you're in the lap of luxury with full kitchens and very clean. The beds were oh so comfy cozy and inviting. The living room was gorgeous! The bathroom was spotless and the maid service was wonderful! I can't thank them enough for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable experience. I didn't want to leave the suite!

Lovely place tucked in behind the Hawaiian Marketplace. Highly recommend the one bedroom suites: comfortable, clean and they have a full kitchen. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Steps away from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. Pool on the roof is only there feet deep but there is a hot tub and great views. Children's pool and play area is down in the ground.

It's a building of time shares between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood. It's fancier on the inside than it looks from the outside, and is in a very desirable part of the Vegas strip. There is a pool on the roof, a gym, and reasonably-priced convenience store inside. The rooms were very clean and of decent size. There is a monorail station at MGM to get anywhere on the strip for about $10/day.

Excellent location, wonderful and friendly staff; very informative. Love that they provide parking for guests, shower gel as an option rather than just bar soap, easy access for walking to different things happening on the strip. I liked the festive Christmas decor in the lobby and the warm heat that was on when you walk in since it's so cold out. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. And to top off all this they have a pool on top that has a amazing view on top! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family along with them. Can't wait to come back to Vegas & book my hotel again.

Polo Towers offers all the comforts of home while away from home. The rooms are a nice size with everything you could need. Best part for me was having a full kitchen. The location is great, with easy access to the strip. Every person on the staff was friendly.

In the center of the strip, but yet no smoke-filled noisy casino to walk through every time you want to go to your room. Quiet, but a few steps out the front door and you’re in the heart of the action. Excellent location. Our one — bedroom was like apartment with full-size kitchen appliances. Friendly and professional stuff. Would come back again.

We had a brilliant stay here. Perfect location near the middle of the strip at a decent rate. We stayed 6 nights and had no issues whatsoever. We didn't get bugged to purchase a timeshare, only asked once when we arrived but politely declined. The room was nice, everything worked, the pool was chilled. We would definitely come back here.

Great views and terrific service. Everything was very clean including the pool and surrounding area. Secure parking and the security team was outstanding, very nice and helpful. The hotel is big, clean and service is good. I got the one bedroom suite. There is a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with a connecting bathroom from the living room to the bedroom. The bed is comfortable and there are two televisions. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. There are a number of amenities such as computer room, rooftop pool and gym. The rooftop pool is ok. Overall there's nothing to complain about. The hotel is nice. There's nothing exceptional but that's not a bad thing.

Loved the set up in the rooms. It was like a mini apartment. We had a wedding party here this weekend and we're all on the 6th floor near each other. It was clean within walking distance to a lot of the places we visited on the strip. We had a balcony and the windows opened, which was nice, and we had a decent view. Id Pay the little bit extra to have the ample space and ability to sleep multiple people comfortably.

The location was okay. It was close to the strip but not directly on it which made parking easier. The room was very clean. We had two rooms with a total of two beds with one couch bed. We had two bathroom and a full kitchen with a smaller "kitchen" in the smaller room. The cleaning service would clean our room fast. And even if we were there, they asked if we wanted them to change our towels until we left and they could clean the entire room. Very good service. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice location if you want to be close to the strip (about a 2 minute walk). Concierge is not all that helpful and are basically just there to get you to the typical timeshare meeting. I found them even pushier than other timeshare condos in Vegas. Rooms were a decent size and clean. They do daily housekeeping which was really nice. You don't see that at a lot of timeshares anymore. Rooftop pool is open late (midnight) and was quite nice with enough bbqs for everyone most of the time.

Great place for large groups or families. Stayed in 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and 2 baths. Decent location just steps away from mid strip. It's a timeshare resort so expect the hard sell when you first check in but after we expressed no interest whatsoever we were left alone and still got very good service from all of the staff.

This resort rents rooms and/or apartments with balconies, well equipped to make meals.
The accommodations of the studio as a result, are clean.
The location is extremely well placed on the "strip" (Champs Elysees in Las Vegas), i. E. About 150 meters.
The staff is responsive and available.
An employee at the reception speaks French, for those who would not be comfortable in American.

Nice place just off the strip. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Not fancy, but good. EDIT: A few weeks after staying here, I received constant calls from their sales people attempting to sell me a timeshare. If you do decide to stay, I recommend giving them a fake phone number.

The location is a little difficult to navigate, because it isn't on a main street, it's right behind the main street. But the people are nice, and our room had a beautiful balcony that was nice to sit on before the sun got too hot. And the AC works great, which is good because the large window will make the room hot if you're not careful and close the blinds.

Old building but extremely clean as most of the hotel in Vegas are Trump that's the price.

We booked the 2-bedroom suite at Polo. The online pictures don't do it justice… the suites are VERY nice, clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Super spacious as well. The customer service was beyond excellent. Everyone went above and beyond, and they were extremely accommodating to requests. I really enjoyed my stay at Polo and will be using them for all of my Vegas trips going forward. Truly an unbelievable deal.

The Polo Towers by Diamond Resorts is without exception a five-star experience. The staff from the time you get out of your vehicle is polished. Yes they ARE employees but at the Polo Towers the employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs; lots of smiles and laughter. Very refreshing. I found the staff to be very helpful and this was really refreshing. What a great vibe to wake up to. Thank you Polo Towers, always a pleasure.

Discreet Hotel overlooking the Las Vegas Strip with countless well-equipped apartments. Ideal for those who want to come and find a foothold, without the traffic in the shops and in the casinos.

The room was great, we shared a two bedroom suite with 4 of us. Two couples. Having your own bathroom, and basically your own wing was so nice. The bathroom amenities are great quality, I did bring my own coffee though. The staff is wonderful, the placement of the building is right off the strip, walking distance to everything!

Really really bad experience. Everything started with a timeshare presentation in 2016, where the salesman was guilting us for not buying anything, saying that he's not gonna get any commission. After that we got our gifts, which included a free 2 night stay. So this January we called to book it, and we were told that we were gonna have to go to another presentation to get our free nights, so we thought we are gonna get some other gifts (as we were promised those 2 nights last year), but when we went to the presentation we were told that we have to be there and we were not going to get anything just because we booked their actual resort (and of course when we were booking nobody told us about that or any other options). What frustrated us the most was that nowhere on our two night stay certificate did it say that we needed to go to a sales presentation, in fact, we had already been to the EXACT SAME presentation the year before. We called the marketing phone number that we were told to call and the woman on the phone said that if we didn't go to the presentation then we would be charged the full value of our two night stay, something like $250. Even though these were given to us as a gift for Already going to the presentation the previous year.

We stayed here for a week when we were in Vegas for the AVN's. The staff here was amazing. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. I loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. It is a short walk to the south side of the strip. There is a really nice pool on the roof that was warm to swim in even in the 50 degree weather. The hot tub up there was really great too and was a perfect temp to be able to soak for long terms.

Staff was so helpful. Had a few events here but they were always accommodating. One thing that stands out the most is the amount of stress they saved me when my sister missed her flight on the day we had to check out of the hotel because of an unforeseen hospital visit. We explained that another flight wasn't coming till tomorrow and they gave us one more night in the hotel, for FREE. They really were awesome the whole trip. I recommend this place to any and everyone.

I have stayed at Polo towers a few times while I was attending a trade show in Vegas. It is not as glitzy as the normal Vegas hotels. However I like the location as it is almost right in the middle of the strip. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel itself has a distinct homey feel to it. You don't feel like you are lost in the crowds as at most of the large hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well kept. There is a mall right next door with several restaurants and live entertainment. I do enjoy staying there, I will be going back again this year.

This hotel has been really nice! Everything appears super clean, there are complimentary toiletries and coffee. The room is quite small, yet well equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, hair blow dryer, iron and ironing board, lots of drawers, tables, elegant furniture, huge TV… I am loving it here. Great service as well, employees have all been respectful and they go out of their way to offer service. Nice view too!

Stayed 6 night's in September 2016. Our room was clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped. It didn't have a kettle, but on request we got one delivered 30 minutes later. Reception, concierge and valet parking staff were all friendly and courteous at all times. It was a bit difficult to get our bearings in the hotel to begin with also as our tower lift doesn't go to the basement garage. But after a couple of times we got it sorted. The hotel is well located for the Strip while being away from any noise at night. We also found the on-site minimart very well stocked for its size and obviously very convenient. All round a good place to stay while in LV.

Friends were staying at Polo Towers. Their rooms were very nice. Would consider staying there based a good impression. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Roomy. Temperature controls for each room is great. An abundance of outlets. Located close to many big name hotels and shops. The rooftop pool is a bit small, but has a nice lounging area. Don't really use services much, so I can't say much there.

Horrible. We had the room for 4 nights and had to go down to hotel manager everyday to get towels and toilet paper. The cleaning crew came to our door and handed my sister a plastic bag for the bathroom trashcan and asked her to give her the trash. Another time, they got the trash but left it outside of our hotel door till the next day. No coffee/tea refill unless we went down to the manager. We did not even have towels upon arrival. Last night of our stay after we complained almost twice a day they sent someone to take care of things. At the checkout they tried to sell us their vacation package as compensation for our horrible experience. Needless to say, we declined their offer to charge us further.

I always stay at the Polo Towers, and I am always very satisfied. I have not had a bad night there. I must also say that the workers are of great help always. I highly recommend people to come and stay here! It also is on the strip, and in the heart of it all! Think about it!

I stayed here at polo towers with my family for one week and three days into my trip an item was missing from my room. I thought it would turn up but it ever did. The last day when we left we were rushing to check out and my two sons were playing with their iPads and in the rush we left one behind. We called and security sent someone to check the room and they said that it was not there. At that point they said they would check the cameras to see who went in the room and then they would get a statement from the cleaner who went in. They said they would call me after they got a statement from her. After not receiving a phone call the next day I called continuously for the next three days. Finally on the third day I was told they still had been unable to get a statement from her because she had a few days off. This was different from what they initially told me which was that they would get a statement the next day. Therefore I filed a police report and after dealing with the hotel for a week with back and forth phone calls I finally was able to speak with a manager who told me that they had completed their internal investigation and that they "did not see the cleaner taking the iPad in the camera". He advised that the only thing I could do was file a claim with the corporate office. I filed this claim on July 15th and provided a receipt for the iPad which was less than 6 months old and a copy of the police report.

Our experience at the Polo Towers was awesome! We stayed this past Mon. — Fri. Check in went fast and smooth took about 15 minutes. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 16th floor overlooking the strip! The room was clean, cool and everything was functional in it. The view was spectacular. The staff was nice, ready and willing to serve any needs we had. Oh and the fitness center has all the equipment necessary for a great workout and the staff there running the fitness center were awesome answering any questions we had and attending to any need we had. Overall our experience was a very good one at the Polo Towers definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a hassle free and enjoyable stay on the Vagas strip.

Nightmare since day one! The rates are obviously cheaper than the well known hotels, but beware, you get what you pay for! My key they gave me wouldn't work, took 20 minutes to get a new one. Studio room consists of a small bed that is a pullout! Dirty too! Still waiting on the maid to bring wash cloths. Too many young partying people and security is a joke. I just got to my car and now someone has spit their gum on my rental. Security said there's a sign that says park at your own risk, sorry! The only decent thing I can say is engineer did help me get the gum off and he was a very nice older man. Zero stars for everything else!

Friendly but restricted… So far it's been an hour wait for a room after check in. Everyone has patience to some degree but when you're left with a reply of "I don't have access to your room, you'll just have to wait" is unacceptable in any place of service. Having to tell the younger children in the family to just play with the free Wi-Fi is good enough (I guess) to keep them occupied and considering its 104°F outside all you want to do is settle down and have a shower after you're long travel here. Possibly someone in concierge could follow up on the issue with an "I'm so sorry for the delay, we are currently organising your room as we speak and we will will keep you posted on this current issue" however we had to make our way to the front desk and follow up on the problem ourselves… something that isn't needed for someone who has traveled over 15 hours to reach the U. S. However… The rooms are very pleasant and large in size! Unfortunate view, they said half view of city but it's more a quarter tucked behind a carpark. One extra star will be given due to the pleasant 2 bedroom rooms. Oh and room service was still in the room as we arrived, please work on getting your guest's into their rooms sooner.

I recommend avoiding this hotel. I've stayed here twice and while the first experience was fine, my most recent stay (June 2016) was a very poor. The staff was extremely unhelpful when I had a concern (the bed in the room I was given was a pull-out couch, not a proper bed, and they did nothing to help me recover an item I left in the room even through I called to report it shortly after checkout) and did nothing to remedy the situation after I contacted them about it. In fact they seemed very irritated that I even brought it up. This is not a professionally managed hotel IMO and I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Very nice room and friendly staff. I have asked coffee filter and got it in 5 minutes, customer service called me in 5 minutes to confirm it. I would love to stay here next time. This is very good facility for family visit to LV.

Very close to the strip. Only had a short walk to get to MGM. The building on the outside looks a bit dated compared to everything around it but the staff was nice and room was good. Could have used a few more pillows but you just have to ask for more. Parking is difficult if they run out of space in the basement though.

It was fine. Kitchenette in room if you need that sort of thing. Wi-Fi was dog slow (1-2 mbps)

If I could put 0 stars I would… The beds are fold out couches and the customer service is the worst I have ever had at a hotel. They had loud construction in the next room over for the first few days of our trip so we had to switch rooms. It takes over 30 minutes just to get any service and the roof top hot tub is just a warm bath tub. They ruined my trip. One of their workers tried to hustle us out of $40. They were soo slow getting a taxi they caused me to miss my flight. PLEASE do not stay here.

The vallet and bell hop were amazing help, they did a great job. We were on the 10th floor it was a beautiful sight. The room itself was beautiful, and very comfortable to be in. The location was great because it was right next to the strip and was easy to go back and forth.

Well located, if slightly dated time share resort just off the strip. The rooms are spatious and well laid out. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness center was well laid out with a lot of equipment.

HORRIBLE experience! If I was able to give it a 0 star I would do it! I had booked my room online when I got there they took almost an hour to check me in, not only that when I arrived to my room someone else was already in my room. It was just such a horrible experience, I went back to the front desk they told me they were going to give me a free night and refund my money back. They made me waste another hour of my time filling out security reports because I had walked in to a room that I had payed and booked for just in case there was stuff missing from the other person that was in my room. After all that they told me they didnt had rooms available so they send me to another hotel this was around 3am and my check out time was 10am it was really upsetting they made my night a complete disaster they killed my valentine's night! Complete waste of my money and time… Finally arrived to a new room and all I wanted was to sleep at that time after all that drama I go to sleep and its 5 am and their calling my cell phone like seriously?! they told me to go back to their front desk as soon as I checked out. I went and they try to blame me for missing stuff in the room I had walked in too with out any prof I was super mad they made me fill more reports and I asked them what was going to happen with my refund and my free night they had told me about but they decided they weren't going to do neither of those 2 things because of the whole missing stuff going on.

Very accommodating staff. The suites are very large and comfortable a full well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal, right in the center of The Strip.

The room, hotel, and pool area are beautiful and perfect for a stay. However, the concierge service was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I understand that selling time shares is part of their jobs, but telling us a meeting is 90 minutes long when it is 180 minutes long, telling a client that you put a hold on tickets when you put a hold on a way to purchase tickets, and then blaming them for the miscommunication is not part of their jobs. Two in our party also got mani pedis this morning that have already begun to fade. I am unimpressed with the service at this hotel. A beautiful building does not erase a frustrating experience.

Rooms and services were great. Prices are reasonable. The movie machine was out of order, and don't count on printing your boarding pass because the printers do not work. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to the middle of the strip. We got our own full kitchen that's complete with a blender, toaster and coffee maker. The staff are very friendly and nice; however, since it's a timeshare, they keep trying to entice you to go to their presentations and buy their "deals". Just be assertive and say no, so you should be fine. My only other peeve is how the walls between the units are paper thin. You can hear other people in the other unit. I don't know how their units are arranged, but it sounded like our bedroom is right next to the living room of the other unit because it was so noisy. Luckily, we have a corner suite, so we had a quiet living room. The other tenants were so loud that we slept in the pull-out bed in the living room. I would still prefer to stay at this timeshare than the other big name hotels. It's much quieter and the pool/hot tub is open until 12 midnight.

Worst customer service experience ever. I worked in the customer service industry for over ten years and I understand that things happen but I have never experienced such fail in my life. Do not stay here unless you want want to be treated like you are nothing and nobody.

Timeshare? not quite, but staying a few nights with convenient location in the center of the strip is very nice. A walking distance to almost all the good stuffs. Get to have my own kitchen, but who use it when you're in las vegas — it was a eat out every meal. Fun. I highly recommend not to try the nail spa with the chinese with rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery. She is no good for the price.

Love this place. I stay here every time I visit Vegas. It's like having your own condo. Great views from the balcony and the rooftop pool is great. Just get there early enough to get a grill so you can bbq.

We stayed here for a week. It was a great experience and we had absolutely no problems. The staff were super nice, and when we called for room service or house keeping, they would call half an hour later to make sure we received what we requested. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on the strip.

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I slipped and fell in one of their bathrooms and gashed my foot. When I asked security for help, they offered me some bandages and to call an ambulance for me, but refused to help otherwise. The next morning I found a used bandaid someone had left on my toothbrush. I can only assume it was their security staff, mocking me. I left in a rush, and forgot a bottle of liquor I had in their refrigerator. I called 2-3 hours after checking out, and they told me they'd thrown it away. I have since tried to complain to their corporate office, but they only make numbers available for their resort reservations, who keep telling me to make my complaint with the security staff at that hotel — the very ones who left a bandaid on my toothbrush. I wound up with 5 stitches, a $2000 medical bill, and no one to even talk to about it.
