Not a family friendly location. They charge 40 dollars extra for each guest above 2. There is no children stay free. Ffs I'll be spending hundreds of dollars on food, and activities where I end up staying. But they insist on charging extra for using both beds in the fkn room. I'll book a motel 6 before booking this dump.

As much as we wanted to love this resort, we can’t. They oversold and we waited for over an hour for them to “find” us a room — that apparently had been shut down for maintenance. A great 4th floor room with a great view of a wall and smelled brutally musty. Called to change the next day — no answer. Checked out early and left for another resort. Sent a email to them, and in response — “sorry, try us again”. No thanks. Secret garden is the highlight here. Customer service and guest retention is zero.

This was my Husband & I first time in Vegas. The Mirage was so nice and friendly. The view from our hotel window was the best view right out front of the hotel. We had the best time. Food was good drinks were good. We would do it again.

Currently staying here… very friendly and accommodating staff. My biggest issue has been with a glitch in their computer system that has kept me up all night! religiously every 10 to 30 minutes out makes the door electronic sound as if someone had used their key card to come in. I had looked outside into the hallway and noticed a ripple effect of this happening to the other rooms traveling through the hallway. It's very annoying for a light sleeper when it wakes you up at least once a an hour.

We stayed there March 20 and had a great time. Great location and friendly staff.

I liked this hotel because it was nice and clean and not over crowded. All the restaurants had great food. It was quiet in the hallways so not disturbed during sleep. Beautiful waterfall and nicely decorated.

We stayed at Bellagio because the Mirage was closed. My host was incredible. Garrett Cox left nothing to be desired. Our stay was wonderful. The massages were fantastic! I don't even think Bellagio is Garrett's normal resort. I think usually the Mirage. We will be coming back in October and staying at the Mirage! Garrett was so helpful for my entire stay. He made sure everything from our limo to our comps to finding lost cell phone was taken care of. Thank you Garrett!

I was trying to check in, and had a issue where my if was stolen. The front desk manager Alex was extremely impolite and really needs some training in customer service. Very poor attitude in helping guests.

Terry Fator was incredible! Cravings Buffet was a huge disappointment. Sorry we ate there. It's certainly not worth the $35 per person. I kept looking for the great food… it never showed up!

Great show. Terry Fator is so talented. Puppets are very well thought out. Very entertaining and a super nice guy. Does a lot of charity work for children. Veterans. The military, and the blind.

Keeping captive Dolphins is in excusable. Are your patrons that bored with your hotel that you have to provide them with this kind of abusive entertainment? Is there not much to do at your hotel? Captivity kills. Did you not see what happened in Arizona? Dolphins in the desert? Your facility must be run by morons and dimwits!

The dolphins and tigers are spectacular. We had an opportunity to see the 3 week old baby Dolphin amazing visuals. The Lions and other big cats are amazing. The pool area looks amazing with a massive pool area. They also have a ton of gaming areas and restaurants. One of the top pools in Vegas. They have a very cool registration area with a spectacular aquarium behind it. Right next to Treasure island and on the strip. Decent base of operations for a strip vacation walking distance to Fashion Show Mall as well, but drive.

We stayed at a suite in March 2017. It was not an expensive upgrade over the regular room rate. Highly recommended! The suite is approximately 1100 sq. Ft. And has a small kitchen, nice sized living area, king sized bed. The room also features a safe and a large bathroom with tub and shower. And a bidet!

We stopped at the Mirage for a drink at Still. They had a decent beer list, and it was very chill. They had some board games to play while enjoying our beers, which I really enjoyed. They had comfy couches overlooking the casino for some good people watching. The Mirage seems a little quieter than some of the other casinos, which is nice sometimes.

We had a Volcano view room on the 21st floor stayed 4 days the room had 2 queen size beds and had plenty of room for me my wife 1 teenager and 7 year old. Turn down service was great left the room around 11-noon every day and beds were made and fresh towels every evening soon return. Several different restaurants catered to all of our tastes. Drinks are pretty expensive but they were decent at comping while we played a few slots in the evening. Overall a pretty good experience.

The online check in is awesome! No more waiting in long lines! The food at The Pantry (24 hour coffee shop) is excellent. I noticed that in some areas they have outlets to charge your phone while grabbing a bite to eat. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants on the grounds. Close to Grand Canal Shops and the Forum Shops.

Live in this hotel has not been possible yet, but the show with the volcano, traditionally gathers crowds of tourists in the evenings.

Hotel with a beautiful interior vegetal décor and beautiful little waterfalls. What to say about the secret garden of dolphins and space Tigers, Lions…, it's awesome and impressive. Not to mention the show in front of the hotel.

Love the Mirage! Both of their theaters are the best. Small and intimate. I feel like I could sit in the front, middle, or back and still have the best seat in the house. I cannot recommend the Beatles Love Show enough. I've seen it twice, both a little different. Well worth the trip to Vegas. Saw Boyz II Men twice as well and both times were wonderful. They also seem to book some great comedians, which is definitely in our future plans. The rooms are nice and clean, and the lobby/casino areas are easy to navigate and well marked. And who doesn't love the volcano show out front at night?! The Mirage rocks!

The pool is great, dealers are kind, & there are great places to eat. However, The Mirage as a hotel has a lot to work on to show they care about guest experience. My friend visited us for one night, and we left their dog in our room for an hour while we got lunch. $125 charge. On another stay, we asked if we could extend checkout by 30 Minutes & were told we’d need to pay $40-$80. After we were dined near the pool, I asked the waiter to charge it to the room. He came back and apologetically said he wasn’t allowed to — the hotel won’t let him. I had to run back to my room to get my card & pay. We stopped by the front desk later to ask why, and they had no explanation and said we could. We tried again the next day and couldn’t. Again, no explanation.

Nice place. The spectacle of the volcano is very good, a must see!

The Mirage is right in the middle of the strip. Very convenient, close to all the fun. Nice restaurants and wonderful staff. Beautiful pool and grounds. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again. Can't wait to go back.

We love walking through The Mirage to see the gardens and dolphins! The casino has lots of great games and slots. We even watched the volcano erupt with the rest of the tourists, even though I've seen it a dozen times. Beautiful resort, inside and out.

The fountain show deserves so much and the hotel is gorgeous. Will be my next stay when I return.

The Mirage was a good casino. I liked the forest they had.

One of my favorites even though it's a little older than some properties. Affordable prices without sacrificing quality on the strip. Decent restaurants. Acceptable number of shops without anything over the top. Rooms are clean and average in size. Casino is nice enough and has decent table games with acceptable limits. Feels close to everything so getting to other properties on the strip isn't a problem.

Went to Carnegie Deli for lunch. Ordered their legendary Woody Allen sandwich. Wow! It was huge, mile high pile of pastarami and corn beef. Couldn't finish it had to pack it for later devouring. Price is a bit high but when you compare the size it is good for the value. One thing they did close the original Carnegie Deli in NYC so this is the only place you can get this legendary sandwich.

Visited the dolphin and tiger gardens. Amazing. The dolphins are beautiful, as are the tigers. Seigfreid actually showed up and took pictures and signed autographs while we were there. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. One of my favorite places we have visited so far!

The Hotel is very clean Breakfast very varied with many solutions proposed for all tastes.
Great location along the Strip.

One of the classic hotels and casinos in Las Vegas that I went to just to see the Beatles Circus of the Sun Love.

We stayed on the 10th floor, so we often needed to take the elevator. The elevators were nice and quick and we didn't have to wait around for them to come. Unfortunately our room was at the end of the hall so there was a little bit of a walk and the only thing we could see from the windows were the tops of the building next to us, but the room was nice and spacious for 4 people to stay in comfortably. I had no real complaints with The Mirage, I've stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay. The Mirage is in a very convenient location on the strip and I love all of the live plants that the Mirage features throughout the hotel. I wasn't a huge fan of the purple decor in the room, but again overall, no real complaints.

Stayed here many times. Great views. Top notch dinning. Great buffet. Carnegie's is wonderful. Outstanding Steakhouse! Excellent sports book. Room service always good. Since going to an $18.00 flat rate for Valet parking we don't stay here as often. Parking should be free! We always tip quite well and the Valet parking people would reward us for that by having my Truck waiting for us. We refuse to pay a mandatory fee!

Great place to eat and cheap for 23 dollars per person calculating that a burger with drink comes out 13 dollars here you will find a free buffet.! and includes wine and free beer.! Bone takes you to death.!

A little more car Q the Harras or the casino royal. But more good quality and less Q the Cesar's Palace and Venetian.

Well, for starters, you have to pay parking. Keep that in mind. From the parking lot you can access the casino using a hallway. When you enter you have to the disc, some baths and a few steps you have to the register. This area looks super cool because it has a giant aquarium and side bar. A few more steps and you have the main entrance. There is an English-style telephone booth at the entrance. And from there it's a big casino with lots of bars and restaurants. I liked the show beetles Love, but you know that in the show many things happen at the same time which could be a bit distracting. I like the Revolution Lounge. In front of the casino has an artificial volcano that explodes every minute. Anyway, it's on the side of the Caesars Palace and I like that casino better.

The place was very clean and nice, especialmsnt the 1 oak joint. There spend all night with friends celebrating the birthday of M friend.

The Mirage is starting to show its age but still is a lot of fun. The Sports Book has comfortable seats. The problem this year was the amount needed to be bet to receive a drink ticket was $500. The response when we asked why was "budget cuts". Rooms were fine and clean. Staff was very courteous.

I have no opinion on the quality of this hotel but the park is beautiful, paying for visitors, you will have a Vision by meeting white Tigers of Bengal lions, dolphins offering you dizzy jumps.

Went to Las Vegas first thing I saw was a few naked women! 10/10 the Mirage show was just as good! people are nice and stuff for it to be Las Vegas, you can just walk around and say hi and they'll high five you or say hi back! family friendly area, just don't look at some street performers.

We have been here on our honeymoon for 2 nights. So we got a very cheap upgrade to a penthouse suite. It was really cool. 10th floor Magnificent view of the strip. Approx. 100 sq. M. Area. It's fun. We'd do it again. Tigers and dolphins are also very nice.

The Mirage has paid parking and is not very convenient because it has to enter down a street I think it is called Mel Torme and passes Treasure Island as it comes out also affects the poor decisions of engineers in effective their designs. The buffet offered by the Mirage is not worth it for the lack of variety and the price. The customer service is very good. This well kept the buffet and the casino therefore. If I recommend you to hang out at this casino.

The Beatles show Undoomed.

This hotel has a Buffet that serves UNLIMITED Wine and Beer — UNLIMITED. The price of the buffet is WORTH that alone — but the buffet is delicious too. They have all of the flavors; Italian, Fish, American, Chinese, comfort foods. We love walking through the Mirage as well, as the ambiance is totally laid back and comfortable. Their atrium is fantastic to walk through and they always have it decorated so nicely. Their Buffet is the best in the city.

Usually never book the same hotel twice but I'm making my second visit to this very hotel in a couple of months time and cannot wait. In walking distance to everywhere you can go within Vegas strip. Great hotel, Nice casino, amazing rooms. Giant Aquarium at the reception. The waitresses at the casino are on the move and very friendly. If you give a little more tips for your drink, they will come much more often. Great location, great restaurants and good vending machines.
The rooms have very comfortable beds and are great furnished. The location is good, from here you can reach the most beautiful casinos and other hotels on foot.
Breakfast buffet is awesome and huge. Selection from all countries, always freshly prepared. The best is the freshly prepared omelette where you can choose all the ingredients yourself.
Overall a very nice hotel where you feel comfortable. If time permits, I will book The Mirage again for my next Vegas trip. From me a clear recommendation and 5 stars!

Place was clean and secure. Lots of money for nothing extra. Large security deposit on your card for damages, difficult to get straight answers on its removal. We weren't in the room enough to cause damage. Concierge was very nice, luggage handlers very nice. Would stay somewhere else.

It's been a long time since I was there (1993, see Entrance ticket) but I still have it good memory.

Loved the hotel. Way nicer than I thought. I had given my travel agent a hard time about it only showing as 3 stars but it exceeded expectations. Rooms were nice. Liked the mood settings and aromatherapy in the stay well rooms. Right on the end of the strip but still plenty to do and it's rights across from a few cheap but good spots to eat which helps if you're looking to save a few bucks.

The hotel is very nice is located in an excellent area of Las Vegas Strip, has many restaurants both within the hotel and its surroundings, has a large parking lot… and has great customer service. Their bathrooms are very clean and have a great casino for the fun of their guests.

The Mirage was presentable upon entering. There is an aquarium at the front desk, that's really impressive. I can imagine the guest stopping to take pictures, and discussing the variety fish inside it. Aside from the aquarium, the decor was also something to appreciate. With the gold molding and mirrors the guest walking through the Mirage could take in the hues of the gold and Black interior that is enhanced by the subtle lighting, that gives it its ambiance. Although the interior was delightful, there was a moldy smell/scent in the lobby that management should address immediately.

A hotel in the center of the LV strip. Ideal for the CES. Many varied restaurants. Paid Parking which is difficult to get into. A walkway takes you to the reception. The rooms are huge and clean. A few shops and access to the Kingdom of dolphins and white tigers. Every night around 20:00 show of the volcano in front of the hotel.

Very good experience. But they charge the parking lot. $12 a day. That's bad. Clean rooms.

What to say… is the Mirage! Beautiful rooms nice pool good restaurants. Nice show of the volcano too. The lobby is a huge tropical garden.

A classic for a stay in Las Vegas. Comfortable and spacious Rooms but quite noisy. On the ground floor great variety of restaurants and spaces for fun. The spectacle of the volcano (Hours 7pm and 8pm) always has its charms. Great Location to visit the other resorts on the strip. I Recommend the 12 dollar self parking per day compared to the valet at about $30 a day.

It was our 5 times in Mirage. The lobby of Mirage is very already and big with the aquarium in the background, just great. The location of the hotel is ideal, about in the middle of the strip with a bus stop pretty close to the door. Annoying: The mini bar is not to be used as a refrigerator. As soon as you take out a bottle, it will be billed (attention: not possible! ). Room facilities Modern. Clean. Housekeeping responds quickly, staff-friendly and no matter if day or night it is always something to be offered.
Super service and thanks to all of you makes a great impression and great job for the guests.

Rooms are slightly outdated, strange audio ports and switches that control nothing. Beautiful amenities. Spa was luxurious, I had a facial and manicure. Great girls day. Painting with the dolphins is an incredible experience. Highly recommend it. My dolphin made painting is priceless. Good sized casino with lots of options. Try the matzo ball soup at the deli, amazing!

Despite a spacious and well maintained room by the staff, the hotel breathes the old and the boredom.
In this great hotel, not the possibility of serving a hot drink in his room, as in the smallest motel in the USA.
The fridge is so filled that you will not be able to place your water bottle.
On the ground floor the casino is not very busy compared to the others.
Every time you go back to your room, you have to go through it in that smell of car deodorizer streaming to mask those of cigarettes. Unfortunately they get the opposite effect, the carpets are impregnated with this smell and that of cold tobacco, the walls and the ceilings are completely yellowed.
This hotel deserves a real renovation as a whole.

The hotel is spectacular but the Cirque du Soleil LOVE show stands out and is worth every penny of its price, not hesitate to go a second.

Very nice hotel, tastefully designed and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, dolphins are trapped in pools in the garden: — (only because of that 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 5, but dolphins belong in the ocean.

Compared to the other casino hotels, the Mirage is quite clear in size, but this is quite positive. You can reach your room faster than in the larger casino hotels. A highlight is the daily volcanic eruption at the door.

Very nice room, bed, sheets, blanket, bathroom, elevators, etc. Check in and out was easy, and they have great online and in room digital information. despite a $35 resort fee, they do not offer many services standard at most half decent hotels. No airport shuttle, no breakfast, no coffee!, and the fitness center doesn't include use of the sauna. Everything costs extra, so just be prepared to pay and you'll be fine. I thought I was getting a nice hotel so it would come with all the amenities, but was totally wrong.

It one of the very few hotels that have sklights allowing natural light onto the casino floor. It's very lush with lots of foliage. The personnel was genuinely friendly and helpful. The signage is good especially since I don't have a great sense of direction. I only stayed for an hour because that's as long as the free parking lasts.

This was my first time in Vegas and the Mirage was a good choice. The location was perfect. The staff helpful. It was a shame we had to queue for 30 minutes to check in and check out but this seems to be the same everywhere in Vegas. The rooms were clean but are soon due a spruce up. The casino is great. Make sure you have breakfast in the Pantry and all you can eat buffet in Cravings.

Best pool on the Las Vegas strip! Big clean rooms with very nice marble showers and bathrooms. Really nice people that work there. Love the whole place and all the outstanding shopping and restaurants that they offer. Location is very good.

I had stayed at the Mirage many times and LOVED the Buffet, we didn't stay there this year, but still wanted to come enjoy the dinner buffet. I don't recommend it to anyone… Buyer beware… the food wasn't good at all! I had brought friends with me that had never been to a Vegas Buffet and they were less than impressed as well. The selection of foods was terrible, variety very limited… Upon speaking to the manger, he offer to us that he was well aware that the Buffet was less than desirable, said he had been brought in to work on it… So, knowing this he never offered any kind of discount or refund, just a concur that he know the Buffet was poor at best and asked us to come back another time after he had some time to "fix it" … yeah not gonna happen… VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Beautiful casino and building. The casino is nice and well laid out. They have a lot of shops along the way. It was extremely beautiful. I didn’t interact with the staff but I saw them walking around and everyone looked so friendly and had a smile on their face.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Mirage. The hotel is nice and modern without feeling pretentious or ultra modern. Much more comfortable and up-to-date than several of the casinos we walked through (Treasure Island, MGM Grand, and Stratosphere). Comfortable beds and fairly average rooms. No coffee maker in room. One thing we noticed and would have appreciated would be a lounge area that is not either in the casino or at a restaurant. I'm sure it is by design that there is nowhere to sit besides those two locations. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Spacious room, also for 4 adults as was us, automatic check-in and check-out from phone and room directly, very convenient. To improve the shower. Very central location, directly from the entrance hall access to the casino and to all the restaurants. Air conditioning a little too high, you have to wear a scarf and sweatshirt and/or jacket!

All in all enjoyable during a passaeggiata in the area but it is certainly not to be missed. The contrast of fire and water is particular.

The pool is the best part of this resort, but everything was exceptional. We also love the Cravings buffet and Pantry makes a mean plate of French toast and crispy bacon. The drinks at the pool could be purchased in a large 32 oz which was perfect for lounging around all day. The pool itself is gorgeous and made for hanging with friends. The room was clean and the view was great for a comped room. I loved the lighted mirrors for getting ready, my makeup was on point the entire trip because of it!

Was also there and got one of the last Siegfried and Roy Shows. Absolutely class, luxurious rooms, great Service, friendly, helpful. Excellent Restaurant, something for every taste. Highly recommended!

Hotelazo, as almost all of them, right in the Strip. Comfortable rooms, attention of the staff impeccable, … Very good experience.

The hotel accommodation was fantastic. The one downside was the smell at the casino, which seemed stronger than the others on the strip. They let out some type of floral scent to combat the smoking fumes and they may want to tone it down a bit. Otherwise awesome. The bed, bathroom and room itself were clean, comfortable and extremely welcoming after a day out.

The Mirage is between Caesar's Palace and Treasure Island. It has a good location to play and watch the programs. The service is good and rooms are fine.

We didnt stay in the mirage however if I went again this would be my first choice solely for the fact of the entertainment. The casino is full of live and I love how in this hotel all the restaurants and bars are situated in a circle around the gambling area which makes it lively and convenient. We ate at stack while we there which was amazing, cocktail list was to die for and food was beautiful. Wait staff were very attentive and informative and the price was reasonable. Great Ambience. The reason for our visit to the mirage was The Beatles Love show — trust me no words needed if you get a chance to see it GO!

Room was incredibly comfortable and the buffett restaurant was excellent. The easy access to the Beatles Love show made our stay very memorable. The Mirage is a safe bet, even for those who don't gamble.

The Mirage is pretty nice and definitely has a little bit of everything. The elevators are fast and never crowded on my floor, which is a huge problem in some other hotels. The casinos are smoking, but as a nonsmoker, I'm not that bothered by it. If you need any essential items or snacks DO NOT SHOP IN THE HOTEL. You will get gouged shopping here. Luckily, there's a Walgreen's across the street with normal prices. Worth the walk. I'm singing a sweet tune right now because I'm up a few hundred bucks. That's probably going to change shortly though.

I saw the Beatles Love show and visited the secret garden. Both were amazing. I loved watching the dolphins and seeing the trainings that occur around every half hour. The lion's and tigers are awesome too. If you are lucky, you might catch Siegfried wandering around. I did when I stopped there and he is very polite and friendly. Beatles Love is fantastic. If you love the Beatles, you can't miss this show. Amazing performance and visuals.

Came here for my bro's birthday, went to check in at 3 (hotels started check in time) and were told that we would have to wait two to three hours for a mountain view room, when we requested and are told at the time of booking we could have a strip view room. After completing about the wait. We were told it would be an hour. After waiting an hour and a half, we were told one room was ready, and were never informed the second room was ready. When we finally got into the second room, we opened the windows and there was puke down the middle window. After three days of back and forth with the hotel, we got our resort fees comped, but the puke is still on the window, even though we were told multiple times it would be cleaned. The rooms are nice, minus the puke on the window, and the casino is also nice and has a variety of games. I would have given it a four or five if not for the service.

I'm very impressed with the Mirage after our recent stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were ready to assist, from opening the doors, to a pleasant and efficient check in experience. The rooms presented well, clean and organized and no matter where you encountered the staff they were always at their best. The Casino was well managed and offered a lot of variety. The highlights included the Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat; a must see, and a great pool area to relax by. Be sure to catch the Volcano Show as well! The location is in a prime spot as well so if you want to be centrally located on the strip the Mirage is a solid choice for the family.

Went to BLT Burger for lunch and we decided to get our food to go. We were quoted 15 minutes for the food to be ready, it took over 35 and then the food was COLD. We explained to the hostess and she went to get a manager (which took 10 minutes). He showed up, didn't speak to us, didn't make eye contact, just grabbed our food and threw it away and started processing a return. Didn't ask if we wanted new food nor did he even apologize. Oh but wait there's more! While we were waiting for the manager to show up, the waiters brought us our shakes (pre-made by the way) and said it was on the house. But the manager charged us for the shakes! Apparently, per his exact words, he "charged us for what we consumed. " Wow. Just… wow. Trust me when I say I will NEVER eat there again. And I probably won't go back to the Mirage until that cancerous restaurant is no longer doing business there.

I have to admit, I was hesitant to book here. But after staying there this past weekend I'd definitely stay there again. Rooms were clean and front desk was friendly. I never remember it being that live there before. Great atmosphere inside the casino. If you like Hip-Hop, Oak is a great place to get lit.

Best customer service ever! I called to change reservations and get itemized copies of my receipts. I spoke to a rep by the name of Allison. She was so patient and thorough with my request. If ever in Vegas again, I'm definitely staying here!

Casino floor is smoky, especially on weekends. Staff and guests were pushy and rude. Food was good, but overpriced for the portion and quality.

The rooms were nice. We picked the single King room. The view of the mountains and some of the strip (back side of the hotel) was good. The food around Vegas is expensive, but the mirage has a couple places in the casino that were reasonable.

The Mirage is a gorgeous hotel located on the north end of the Las Vegas strip. It's welcoming energy is inviting. The rooms almost all have an amazing view and the front lobby hosts a gorgeous waterfall. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with class visiting Vegas.

We went to play roulette and we had fun us long there, we have good luck. It is very nice and does not have so much cigarette smoke as other hotels/casinos.

Went to the Hidden Garden and actually met Siegfried! It was really awesome, and he even posed for pictures with my 2 daughters. No joke, my wife has it posted on instagram. Totally worth the $44 we spent for admission.

My stay at the mirage was quite enjoyable for the three night stay I took. The his/her bathroom suite was wonderful but I personally stayed in a 2 bed standard hotel room. While I enjoyed the smaller room to near the same extent the dirt on the windows in that corner location seemed neglected. The gambling was great. I personally took part in a poker tournament and played quite a few slot machines. I ate at three locations in the hotel. The pantry was my favorite restaurant of the establishment. After breakfast the first morning there I went back every day. Portofino had a very frightening menu for me. The only item that looked actractive ended up being quite an amazing meal though. The third place I hit would have topped my list but part of the reason I enjoyed it was that I was somehow able to eat all the meat the people at Samba kept bringing. I spent a total of about 1110 Minutes on the casino floor.

I stayed at The Mirage from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the strip accross from the Venetian, and next to Cesar's Palace. The room was great. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were too. The service was good. Quick check in and check out without hassle. There are tons of options for good food, and coffee and booze are definitely abundant there. All in all my family and I had a wonderful time.

Check-in was mishandled multiple times, causing a delay of over an hour. Although comps were provided, the overall experience continued to disappoint. No way of reheating leftovers; after holding for several minutes, we were notified room service could not handle food due to health regulations (understandable) and a microwave could not be brought to the room. Solicitations for "deep tissue massages" were left under our suite door (on the 22nd floor), and not all light switches were functional. Too many other quality hotels on the strip to consider keeping our business with the Mirage. Pros: Hospitality suite was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a great size. Hotel is centrally located on the strip with nice views.

I don't know what the Hype about this Hotel? It is expensive, offers less than other Hotels. During a Storm, it's raining everywhere in the Casino purely …

Our tower room was well appointed with a great view of the strip, a soaking tub and separate shower is a nice touch. Spa services are amazing, we bought day passes and hung out in the large hot tub pool, steam room and sauna. The facility is spotless and well attended. Outdoor pools were closed as it is winter but there one heated pool and jacuzzi open to use. Restaurants and other food options as typical for casinos on the strip. The Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil is the best theatrical performance I've ever seen, highly recommend!

We got a great price for a standard room. It was one of the nicer rooms we've stayed at. All the hotel employees were great, very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Strip — just about anything you'd want to see or do is within a short walk. Front desk and maintenance staff are very courteous and efficient. Drink service while gaming, however, is a bit slow.

I like this casino, almost all who come to las Vegas we went to these majestic buildings, admiring the extravagant luxury that they have here, the buildings, hopefully you Can earn some money in the machines, the cocktails are free, just give tip to the chava who go to serve. Nice and unforgettable experience.

My room was very comfortable, and I really liked the access to the fitness and spa facilities. However, just a couple things could have been improved. The shower curtain in the room was moldy and the shower itself had uncomfortably high pressure. Also, I know this is Vegas, but the price of the food items in these restaurants and convenience shops was kind of a turnoff for my stay. And don't touch anything in the hotel room fridge! The weight sensors will automatically charge you if something is moved. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you're doing Vegas.

Great location and wonderfully spacious rooms. The bed was quite comfortable. Room was neat and had a very welcoming feel to it. Hotel staff were not very helpful. Upon checking out we realized that we left a 400 dollar item In the room. We made numerous calls to the hotel and spoke to various people but, no attempt was made to get back to us. We even called several times once we arrived In South Africa but unfortunately, nobody seemed helpful despite, mentioning the exact cupboard in which the item was left in.

Didn't actually stay, but ate at the buffet and Portofino. The buffet is awesome for brunch. Just about any kind of food you want. The omlette's were particularly good. Brunch price was $35 Portofino was a high-end Italian restaurant. Prices were about $25-$40 for entrees. Appetizers were about $10-$15. The Secret Garden had a nice Dolphin area with informative training sessions every 15 minutes. The large cats display show off the beautiful animals of Sigfreid and Roy. Lastly, The Mirage seemed to be close to the center of The Strip, with loads of entertainment and shopping within easy walking distance.

The rooms are well done. The casino floor is pretty big. The convention area is just a short walk from the main elevators. Nice little shops to explore.

Without Siegfried and Roy no longer the Same! The Show then shortly before the accident, is still seen! Unforgettable!

This hotel is a landmark in Las Vegas, excellent service, excellent food, service in the casino is very good, with luck, allow you to up to 2/3 drinks per lap… of course giving a tip! In addition you can not miss the show of the erupting volcano.

The show is 20:00 and 21:00 Is very good and Free.

I am here for a conference and the check in was easy and the room is good size. Seems to have decent food choices and good location overall. I would probably stay on the other side of the strip just because more options overall for things to do. But no complaints.

We stayed from Oct 29th until Nov 2nd (tomorrow). Were on the 14th floor and have a great view of the mountains and a small portion of the strip. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room also does an excellent job of blocking noise from neighboring rooms. The only negative of the hotel was during checking. We have a late flight, so my wife had called in for a late checkout. However, when checking in, the cashier couldn't understand the notes on the checkout and had us come back later, when we could speak to the person we originally talked to. She handled the situation professionally, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall though, it has been very positive.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. This is my new favorite hotel in Vegas. We had a great time with a very comfortable room. Staff are very friendly and the pool is a sight to behold. I didn't do the Bare as I read it's expensive and not worth it but the free pool is huge and well kept. A big shout out to the dealers there. Very friendly and helpful to the customers. This hotel does understand what customer service is. We are already planning our next trip here.

We are staying in the Mirage for a conference and all in all the stop has been lovely. There are a few small problems like the Wi-Fi takes a few tries to collect and the walk to the conference rooms is sorta long but other than that it's been great. Our rooms are lovely and it's easy to get around and find places in the hotel. Also while the buffet is kinda expensive, the food is great!

I am a Noir card holder and was treated with disrespect by a transportation manager named Jay Tolentino whose department booked my limousine from the Mirage to the airport. He was rude and condescending and because of this I will never return back to the Mirage because of this recent encounter. I have been to the Mirage many times and have never encountered such substandard service and treatment by an MGM employee.

Since 1991 I live almost every year at the Hotel Mirage. Am still satisfied, can only recommend it. Rooms were every few years renovated and are great. The beds are the best there is, cleanliness, state of the art technology. The Pool is the nicest in Vegas. Hotel is located super centrally. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Review: At the reception, it would have to be someone, the German speaks. For a 5 star Hotel, I can expect that. With Spanish and Japanese, you have no problems only German and no one speaks. The Breakfast buffet is compared with last year is no longer so rich and been disappointing. At the weekend there is Brunch, also there is the offer specifically what the Dessert is concerned, very disappointing. Also, much too expensive with 37.64 dollars. I can no longer recommend.

Rooms are great for the price. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are an ok size. The facilities are clean and the pool is very nice. Casino is fair, have plenty of games to choose from. The volcano show at night is interesting, and the hotel offers a lot of great shows. The worst thing about the Mirage is the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is terrible. If you manage to even get connected it kicks you off every 5 minutes. You try to join and it says "unable to join" until you try about 10 times. We were here on a business trip so Wi-Fi was necessary. We spoke with the Help Desk but the guy had no idea what he was talking about. He just suggested continuing to try and connect until successful. The staff does a great job of cleaning the rooms and restocking the bathrooms while you are gone. And most staff is very friendly. Would recommend this hotel if you don't need Wi-Fi.

The staff is absolutely horrible at this hotel. You can never get correct information from anyone because every single person informs you of something different. I will never stay here again. The front desk was completely rude to me upon check in and made me wait 40 minutes at the counter to clarify something that had been taken care of when I originally booked on the phone. They ended up wanting to charge me more for my stay upon arrival. Do not stay here.

We have stayed at The Mirage multiple times and up until this stay, never thought about staying anywhere else. Upon check in we were told the confirmation of what we booked was not available. We booked our trip off a mailer from Mlife as we always do. Braeden at the front desk was not helpful to us at all. He would not listen and tried to tell us he was giving us an upgrade (we had reservations for a suite). He just shoved keys at us and there was no discussion! Upon getting up to this "so called" upgrade with 1 small window in the bedroom only, I called Concierge and Tina was very nice and put me thru to a Stephanie, who was awesome! She made it clear that she was really trying to accommodate our wishes, and she did! The room my mother in law had booked to be close to us, Stephanie said would not be ready until after 6 pm but gave her the key. After we got up to our room very late that night my mother in law (72 yrs old) received a phone call from the front desk telling her she was not suppose to be in that room, and asked how she got the key?. She was very upset and confused! What a way to start your stay! That is it for us, we hold Gold Mlife cards and we will still use their other properties as I am very pleased with the comps they offer. I have never had a complaint on this resort, but after this bad taste I can say this place is very Dark and Dingy, and my husbands eyes burn when we spend very much time on the floor. Thank you Stephanie, you were great.

I can't give a accurate review of the hotel it's self. We went to see the Love show. It was very good the. Cirque de solie always has amazing shows. The center garden area is nice.

I've stayed at The Mirage for years and it's always been one of the quality resorts on the strip. Great restaurants, great pool, nice shops and probably the best sports book anywhere on the strip. Geographically, it has one of the best locations anywhere on the strip. North of Caesars Palace and Bellagio and across the street from Wynn, Venetian and Pallazo. The rooms are very nice and quiet. I've stayed there at least 2 dozen times and can only recall one incident where I had an issue with someone else in another room or in the hallway. *Unlike the Hard Hotel or Cosmopolitan! One drawback is if you're looking for the "smoking hot cocktail waitress" like you'll find at Planet Hollywood or The Palms, you won't find them here. Many of the cocktails waitresses' at The Mirage are between 45-70 years old. Can be a little bit of a bummer…?

Happy in this hotel is divine.

The hotel room was clean (stayed in a 1-king-bed non-smoking). However, the room still faintly smelled of cigarette smoke, but in a hotel where smokers are allowed, what can you do. For my first room, I was told I would have a view of the pool — it did not (I was on the 5th floor). The front desk graciously allowed me to switch to a pool view on the 19th floor the next day (if you want a room with a good view, arrive between 12PM and 1PM and ask for a room with a view of the volcano right away! ). Also, the hotel had recently switched to a satellite television network called "Tangerine" but the service was awful. The satellite connection kept getting interrupted and I could not watch television in my first room. Other maintenance issues involved a cracked light switch for the left light over the bed in my first room (however, the light still turned on). In the 2nd room I stayed in, water started dripping around the overhead light over the bathroom tub in the middle of the night… as if the bathroom above me was flooded. The dripping stopped after a 10 minutes. However, the rooms, overall, were clean and comfortable. The casino floor: I did not like that cigarette smoking was allowed on the casino floor. Its not nice to look at, at all. You can smell the smoke but, thankfully, you cannot see any smoke clouds. The hotel ventilation system is set up to keep smoke clouds out of the air. In the end, I did enjoy my stay!

If you don't mind being a victim of fraud then stay here. I checked out using the computer device in reception. Invoice amount was paid for and when I received my credit card statement they also helped themselves to a further €750, after 6 emails without response I am taking legal action. To add insult I received an invoice from FedEx for $2532 for a HP laptop that was delivered 18 days before I even stayed in the hotel, someone in the mirage has my credit card and is spending lavishly on it. For the first 3 nights of my stay I was in the Trump, faultless, professional and overall the perfect hotel. Avoid MGM group hotels, they have the monopoly of the strip but also as the big fat banker they want the money for passing go too.

Has to be 3 stars. Rooms are ok and clean, towels are rock hard. Comapred to other hotels are have stayed at in Vegas it doesn't come close, but it's $50-$100 per night cheaper. Next time I would defo go for another hotel. Also if you are staying make sure you get a room higher up. First room were showed to hat pet hair on the floor and carpet hadn't been cleaned properly. (pet hair).

The Mirage is old, tired and worn. The clientele has slipped several notches over the years. It feels much like The Hangover with even more tattooed and smoking guests than the movie had. Though I give the hotel 2 stars, their staff is outright killer! Everyone that we had interactions with provided outstanding service. I can't mention them all here, but Shawnti with in room dining and Ash with concierge services are two people that we'll remember their names for a long time to come. I give the employees, their training and on site management five stars.

Overall it was very nice. The food was decent and the pool/aquarium were really fun. I feel that it lacked caricature. With some many great places to stay, I probably wont be back.

Great location on the strip. Lots of good food options. A couple clubs and bars which looked really nice. Great pool. Gambling of course. Very comfortable and quiet room on 24th floor. We did have a suite on 28th floor for one night but wasn't really worth the extra money, the standard rooms are really nice anyway.

First time in Las Vegas. Believe we made a very good choice in staying at the Mirage. The hotel was conveniently located, very clean, the staff very helpful and the room much to our liking. After touring a number of hotels, we found the gaming area was comfortable and easy to navigate. A wide variety of restaurants were available. We especially became frequent customers at "The Pantry" due mostly to the hospitality of Frank Vento the General Manager. He displayed a caring attitude and showed a true interest in us. His staff was courteous as well. I would have no problem staying here again or recommending it to others. Be sure to check out the Volcano show in the evening.

I had an amazing experience at the Mirage Spa and Salon. Ms. Lisa Hardie is an amazing make-up artist that will listen to your wants and needs and help you achieve the perfect look. Ms. Rachel Austin carefully considered all of my hair style options and chose the best one, and really took her time making sure my hairstyle was perfect and stayed put throughout the night. Highly recommend these ladies and the whole salon in general.

Night six till eleven, one hour of free volcano show, as tropical rainforest for theme, the front Desk had an aquarium.

Okay a LOT BUT MANY PEOPLE do not believe me that I live in Las Vegas but jep live there look for the las vegas pebble beach 5213 and when to look out for them will be a few houses of My Father is the cafesita. And My Father works in The Mirage of their work is to clean the rooms. And My Father is Called Paul Velasco.

The hotel itself is fine, but business travelers need reliable high-speed wireless connectivity. The Wi-Fi here is abysmally slow, and even when it looks like you have a full signal pages won't load or will time out trying to load. My visit wasn't during an abnormally busy time so it's likely their Wi-Fi infrastructure just isn't up to par. I ended up relying on using my phone as a hotspot which kills battery and uses up my data plan. You should plan to do the same if visiting here.

The room wasnt all that and the staff was very rude. Too many hidden extra fees. $5.00 to borrow a butter knife and $12.00 when we asked to borrow an extra cup. Not even other top of the line hotels on the strip charge this. we didn't even open the refrigerator and were being charged over $50.00 on things we didnt even get. Luckily after fighting with the front desk we got that removed. what topped it off was that when we booked our room it said nothing about a deposit and when we arrived we were asked for a $100 security deposit on top of the room price and I was told by the Receptionist it would be deposited back as soon as we check out. The day of check out a different receptionist told us we would get it back that same day. A couple days passed and we hadn't received our money back so I called and spoke with a manager who was very rude and told me it takes 5-10 days. It has now been over 10 days and I have not received anything. I will never again stay at this place again. I rather pay more else where but get my money's worth.

Wonderful stay here. Great location and views. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and I am used to Hiltons, Marriotts and Sheratons only. Noise from the hallway can get loud at night but it didn't bother us. The hotel was a really nice place to kick back and relax after doing this around Vegas. We didn't gamble at all but we tried many of the on-site restaurants which were all delicious. Another complaint is that the check-in line is extremely long and it's always crowded on the first few floors of the hotel at night. Occasionally the lobby/atrium area smelled of smoke due to the casino's proximity to these areas. Overall, the stay was impeccable and we would return here but would like to try one of the other Vegas Strip hotels next time (i. E; Wynn Encore, Venetian or Bellagio).

On the last day of our trip here at mirage in vegas. The location and the pool are very nice, but I can't say my fiance and I love the hotel and extra fees. Maybe all hotels on strip are like this, but there are a lot of hidden charges they don't talk about like daily resort fee (30.00 per day). Non-negotiable. Also the hallways and rooms are very loud (not well insulated) so it was hard to fall asleep. Our room has a fridge but it's filled with liquor and beer so there's no room to store leftover food or drinks or anything. If you move the liquor or beer you will get charged for it (warning label notice on fridge). Total money pit. If we visit again, we will look more closely about hidden charges and what's included in room. Probably will stay at hotel a little off the strip.

1) No coffee makers in room. They charge $3.50/cup. Many complaints about this from other guest trudging across street to McDonnell’s – the Starbucks cost $8. 2) No refrigerator in room for guest to use; the one that is in the room is full of beer, etc. And if you take one out to look at it and then replace it, they charge you big bucks as the refrigerator is wired to the office and they can tell by weight. You can’t just immediately put it back in. It’s yours and you’ll be charged for it. You can take out but not replace. I heard many guests’ complaints on this also. 3) Their web page said “Voted best poker room in Las Vegas” and that is why we picked this hotel. Guess what? The poker room has been closed for over a month for remodeling. As each issue revealed itself I discussed it at the desk and was made to feel as if something was wrong with me; but we met numerous other guests scratching their head also asking “What is up with this place? ”.

I took my daughter to Vegas for her 21 birthday. This hotel is Amazing. I did not have a bad experience on anything. Did really good gambling. The Volcano is amazing and the hotel is located within walking distance to many other hotels and restaurant.

Must see the Boys II Men show! Beautiful hotel! Great nightclubs and nice restaurants. Would recommend checking out the hotel if you are in Vegas.

Always a great experience and stay. Rooms are very well kept and clean, it's nice coming into a clean room after a long day on the strip. Love how centered this hotel is on the strip. Tons of good restaurants to choose from. It's my destination hotel every year for CES.

I felt that the room was no different then if I had checked into a Days Inn! We slept on the worst beds, sheets that were ripped, towels that were worn out and stained. I never expected this at a hotel on the strip! A room here is worth $100 or less a day. Anything more, I suggest you look around for better hotels. Management was not able to help or come up with anything that could be satisfying. Sleeping on a good firm bed should be something that they should be concerned about.

Maybe I'm just not the Vegas type, but I found the city completely disgusting and the hotel only slightly less so. The ground floor/lobby — — where the casino is — — smells of a bizarre combination of saccharine sweet perfume mixed with old cigarette smoke. A bizarre combination that made it impossible for me to determine just how the room smelled, though the room was sizeable and rather comfortable (we got whatever the cheapest room is). The weight sensor enabled snack bar in the room was like a booby trap — — one wrong move and you get charged for the $12 peanuts or $30 "intimacy kit. " The 45-minute checkin process reminded me of waiting in a TSA line and made our one-night stay at the hotel particularly painful. And the $28 "resort fee" is a ridiculous way to up the room price. Not interested in staying here again.

Bone when you enter that wonderful hotel 5 star I stayed with my open vocurri bone super cool nice bone, is not to brag about but I miss not lies if it comes and I stayed in the room 595.

This used to be my favorite hotel/casino. I loved the topical feel. Since the renovation it is more "uppity" The good thing is the rooms are really nice. And don't get me wrong, the casino is nice too but now on the fancy side. I have to say, the buffet is great! Lots of selections and the food is actually good. What do I really not like? The stupid resort fee. Come on Vegas. All the money we spend. Do you really have to charge a resort fee? Mirage will always have my heart.

We love the Mirage, especially in terms of its location. You can exit the side door, go down the short mister-laden walkway and enter the side entrance to the Forum shops at Caesar's Palace. Directly across the street is the Venetian with all it's canals and shops as well. On the other corners are the Bellagio with its beautiful water show out front and Bally's… and you don't need a cab or car to see any of this. All of these places offer the best entertainment and shows as well. The rooms at the Mirage are very nice (love their suites) and very reasonably priced. Restaurants are super from the coffee place with its sandwiches and items to go to several super dinner houses. Love California Pizza Kitchen and the Deli Restaurant. But our favorite is the Frozen Yogurt place where you serve yourself (toppings, too) … we hit that place every day! Our family won't stay anywhere but the Mirage!

The Mirage is a beautiful hotel but lets itself down badly with it's cramped "Zoo". The animals have very little space and the dolphins are in small pools in direct sunlight. The Mirage should find good homes for the animals and look into the possibility of releasing or rehoming the dolphins to a far more suitable environment.

Were there last November, had an amazing multi-room suite. Bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower and living room very well maintained, the TV in the bedrooms are automatically be recessed into the Cabinet. In the living room there is a nice sound system, the mini-bar is well stocked and comparatively cheap. The Windows are opaque from the outside to the inside. The look is the perfect setting directly on the Strip, with floor-to-ceiling Windows.
All prima and to recommend that we like to come back.

Super hotel in Las Vegas. Directly across from the Venetian. Rooms are top, Vista also. Surely one of the nicer hotels in las Vegas. Can we only recommend.
