Hilton Diamond member so from experience I can say that this hotel is not up to typical standards of Hilton Resorts. Badly in need of a remodel 2 decades ago. Sinks don’t drain and have bad odors, showers that are impossible to control temperature and cabanas with spider webs all over the torn covers. This used to be our favorite staycation but no more. The restaurant can’t even pull off a decent breakfast. You can’t blame COVID for everything!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful and spacious. Wonderful fireplace to hangout by. New Years party with a DJ and dancing was so fun! Super comfortable bed and very nice bath and shower. Had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

I just hosted a 2-day event here for 20 people and it was fabulous! All the convenience of Vegas without the noise. Food was delicious (even the vegans enjoyed it)! Spacious. Fun in the pool and the water park. And kudos to a superb staff at every level ~ We'll be back!

The Hilton is such an amazing and awesome casino it is filled with interesting artifacts restaurants the people are interesting as well you never know how or who a person is unless you strike up a genuine conversation the sports book is fabulous a nice place to talk and meet all sorts of people.

My husband and I have being coming here for years! We live in Henderson and love to “Get Away” from time to time! This hotel is amazing the spa and pool are amazing. Such a friendly staff! Food at the hotel is amazing make sure you go to breakfast! The village has a lot to offer as well!

This hotel was beautiful the rooms were nice and super clean. Price was perfect for a staycation. We stayed in the one bedroom sweet it was great and has a gorgeous view of the lake. It’s just a few minute walk to all the water sports.

Very poorly kept. You can tell it was a very nice resort at one point. Maintenance and upkeep is horrible. Cobwebs on lights, plumbing issues, musty smell. I am very surprised Hilton has there mane on the resort. Shopping center inside property, mostly vacant stores.

Amazing views definitely and resort and grocery and restaurants at location, very nice self contained, no need for room service with amenities within a short walk. Rent a slingshot if you get a chance totally enjoyable! Hoover Dam within a 30 minute drive. Red Rock Canyon the other way about 45 minutes… very enjoyable experience. A++++

This resort was beautiful. It was relaxing and perfect for my vacation. The entire staff was so helpful and polite. They really assisted me and knowledgeable. The Spa was much needed and I highly recommend it. It wasn't crowded so I had alone time. Jessica at the front desk was so kind. We were waiting for a tour and no one came to show us around. She gave us a complimentary day pass to the spa. I wasn't expecting that so that was much appreciated. After Jessica's gesture, I decided to book an appointment and the Body Polish was well worth it. I recommend it, especially since my body was dry and not used to the heat, the body polish was just what I needed. This resort was everything I thought it would be and more. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.

This location is so beautiful. Unfortunately it's very run down. 7 years ago we were there and there were stores, restaurants and a casino. This time around the casino was closed. There were no stores. It was like a ghost town. There were still 2 restaurants open. Location is so beautiful with a natural spring in the desert. Golf course looked well maintained from a distance.

Pool closed at 8 pm on a 106-degree Saturday night. Noisy room by the elevator. Not what my family was hoping for after an 8-hour car ride to get here. Wifi doesn't work, despite the resort fee PLUS $100 incidentals fee they don't tell you about online. Website says two queen size beds but they are only full size. The walls are so thin the people talking in the next room might as well be in ours. Pretty is all this place has going for it. Won't stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel at a gorgeous location. Staff was amazing during our stay. We come here often for a little getaway from the buzzing town and what a re-treat it is! Everything just looks magical. The food was fantastic too!

Check in was easy and our room was ready before the 3 pm time. The grounds and room were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool area which was easy to get to and very clean. My only complaint would have to be the morning breakfast within the hotel. The hostess didn’t seem to be in a hurry with seating guests. She was reluctant to make eye contact with new arrivals. It was a very disorganized and confusing process.

Nice property. Used to be a Ritz Carlton with a casino. Now a Hilton and the casino is gone. It's a large property with many twists and turns to get to and from your own room. Pool is simple but still nice. Don't stay here if you want to be close to the strip, it's a 35 dollar Uber to get there. But if you want to see Hoover dam is a good location. Breakfast is tasty. Overall three stars for confusing layout and distance from just about anything. But if you like just hanging at the resort this might just be your place. Follow up edit… Forgot to mention self parking. This property is entirely engineered for valet and Bell service. If you want to save some bucks with self parking it's tough. No luggage carts are available for use and the walk from the self park garage to the room is really long. With a family of four in the 110 degree Nevada heat it was no fun.

Overall nice hotel! Very clean, friendly staff and beautiful landscape! Room was very clean, and comfortable. Beds were a bit small, not what I'm use to from a 2 bed room. Bathroom was large and luxurious! 3 to 4 restaurants within walking distance as well as a small grocery store. Lake views are beautiful! No microwave in room, hotel did offer to send one up so they are available (not sure if free). LV strip is about 30min away & Fremont St is about 20. Very poor water system, during show water temp is constantly changing. If you like HOT Showers, look else where!

I went with a friend of mine who wanted to surprise me and he knew I had never been there before. It was an absolutely gorgeous evening, that felt like a summer evening in Southern California. The wind wasn't blowing the moon was reflecting on the water that you could see Lake Las Vegas, and everyone was happy, of course there's a lot to be happy about when you go to this place. I saw so many places that I wanted to photograph and go to. There's a wonderful charming French Bistro that I want to go get cappuccino at or a cafe latte, and an elegant Italian restaurant there and I would love to go to one day. My friend just wanted to walk, but we saw so much that reminded me of streets I have seen in Italy. I want to go back. Paulette Motzko.

Beautiful property but its like a ghost town! Highly recommend for a large group or wedding since you'll have the whole place to yourself! Keep in mind its far out of the way to everything "Vegas" this will either be a very good thing. Or a very bad thing.

This is a big beautiful place, but it seems almost deserted. The rooms are first class, and the common areas are great, but the dining options were limited in the hotel. There are some nice restaurants in the shopping area next door. The overall service dis not seem like resort level service. I was there for a 250 person three day conference and the conference food was great and the convention facilities were very nice.

This is such a relaxing resort. I had a great experience here, and it was definitely worth the short drive from the bustle of Vegas. It felt like we were staying in Europe rather than Nevada! The spa is cozy, staff are cozy, and there is a great addition of local shops and restaurants attached in village decorated similarly.

Great place to visit and live! The spa is great and if you sign up the pool is included! For $70 per month you get the spa, gym, use of the pool, and discounts off the food! We love it!

Very cozy, relaxing and peaceful… very beautiful.

Location is great. This place is for those who come to Vegas but don’t want to be in the strip 24/7. Only about 25 minutes away from the strip and you will enjoy the serenity of the hotel. It’s clean, and elegantly decorated inside and out. Right next to the lake and it’s Village Walk. You can do so much here. I didn’t really meet any of the staff because we checked in and out from my phone and used a digital key for our door. I highly recommend this place.

I travel all over the country for work this is by far my favorite Hilton Hotel. Will you walk in beautiful Lobby from the lobby you can overlook the courtyard Lake and Shop. Also on Lobby is a bar with any kind of drink you would like at a bar menu that's really good. Rooms are wonderful bathrooms are great restaurant is by far the nicest hotel restaurant I've ever been to the breakfast buffet is great.

I love walking around this area with my dog. There's a great Mexican food restaurant (sorry I don't remember the name of it) that allows you & your dog to sit outside and eat. But even more important… THE BEST SHRIMP TACOS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! This is just a fun & relaxing time for everyone to enjoy!

I was there for a social engagement at one of the conference halls. My only concern about the event was how far away the restrooms were from the hall that we had. The food and drink they served were fine. My children loved the cookies. The vegetables looked a little dry as did some of the finger sandwiches.

Very nice suite, spacious, with several wardrobes, (which I have missed in other 5 * hotels). Made in Italian style, even the courtyard! Even built the small bridge over the Florentine River.
All the buildings around the lake are slightly Italian-inspired.

I travel a fair amount and stay a lot of different types of places, from super budget to 5 stars. This particular Hilton is probably my favorite hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants and coffee options are wide and varied. Of course, all Hiltons have fabulous beds and pillows. The views from all rooms are fantastic. And the price is very competitive. The drive to the Las Vegas strip is about 30 minutes, but I much prefer the look and feel of this hidden gem, much more a sleepy Italian village than the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's quiet and relaxing. A true treat for the soul.

Absolutely beautiful, I celebrated my 50th birthday there and it was the best! Like Paradise on earth. It was nice to get away from the noisy strip and enjoy quiet time. To me it’s like a hidden treasure, I plan to come back in June or July when it’s hot and I can rent a jet ski and hang out at there Awsome pool. Now let me talk to you about the service there, I must say our breakfast server was amazing and I must call him out by name Brinstin… this man was very attentive and made us all feel like he was our own personal butler. He was the talk of our table and really went out of his way to make our time there just perfect. There breakfast was full of various fruit vegees eggs potato’s and many meats. So very satisfied with the whole package. The landscaping is just out of this world and the rooms are gorgeous, lots of detail including crown molding and lots of marble and the 1st time ever I’ve discovered a blow dryer that is like the salons have. I could write for an hour straight but I’m tired and just drove 4 hours back home and I can tell you I started to miss this place the minute I left.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I walked the grounds. Really nice place. This hotel used to be a Ritz Carlton but due to the real estate crash, the original hotel failed. Hilton has it now. You should really be able to score a great price on a room especially during weekdays because absolutely no one is there. It would be a perfect quiet romantic getaway for a couple. The casino and most of the shops in the European village are closed but there are some restaurants and galleries still open as well as a small grocery store. Pretty but small lake. Golf is nearby. However, if you're looking for excitement, this is not the place.

Stunning views, reasonable prices and a much different feel than "the strip". There's a small grocery store nearby. About fifteen minutes away from a nice part of the Las Vegas suburbs called Henderson. Thirty minutes from the strip. Valet attendants are very courteous, rooms are nice but nothing special. Dining choices on property are limited, but again, you're within 30 minutes of world class restaurants. I'd stay here if you're looking for a more serene time instead of the craziness of the strip.

Very outside the Strip. 25euro with uber in one direction. There is a shuttle service to the Strip, 3 times a day. At 11, 13:0bn 30 and 21:30. Located in an artificial mini-city right by the lake. There are some restaurants, a supermarket and other commercial shops all around in this villa. A romantic, relaxing place.

This place is phenomenal. Staff are great, location is beautiful, lots to do right outside the hotel. Next time back in NV I'll spend a couple nights here definitely. Quiet and chill atmosphere — certainly a pleasant place off the hustle and bustle of the strip. Rooms are great and have really nice views. Courtyard had a wedding going on and it was magical. Too bad World's Toughest Mudder is leaving that area because I'd stay there every time I came to race.

This very nice and secluded part of the city is perfect for a couple weekend the service very friendly and there are people K speak Spanish.

Worst hotel ever. They can't pay me to stay again. There isn't enough room to tell my grievances. I made reservations 6 months prior to stay requested both rooms I reserved to be close I was floor 1 my other room floor 6. No excuse! My room was next to the kitchen 545 every morning the smell of bacon permeated the room… good if its for you not so good if not. I had to call the desk at 605 one morning my walls were vibrating from some type of rearranging in the kitchen. Room was freezing. Room was broken into my bag was gone through. Nothing stolen. Wi-Fi on off, on off, repeat. No complimentary coffee or tea in lobby. Ice machine out of order on floor 1. Service in bar abysmal. Not nearly enough staff for wedding goers. Was a beautiful setting for a, wedding the food was great… JUST DON'T STAY HERE. And if you have to. DO NOT STAY in room 1151!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast as well as brunch on weekends! Perfect to relax for a few days!

I called a few weeks before arrival and spoke with sean who was really nice and helpful! We were upgraded to a lake view because it was out honeymoon. When we asked one nice lady (she gave an "in charge vibe") think she was a manager, for directions to find other restaurants in the village area, she escorted us some of the way and gave us good directions. Great customer service! Extremely sensational hotel and view. The reviews were right about it being a very low key area, not many people at all which was relaxing. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was and very professional yet warm everyone acted. I was nervous about housekeeping because of a few reviews I'd read but, our room was cleaned very nicely each night. (We were there 4 nights). Free shuttle to the strip and the restaurant and breakfast buffet is delicious! Totally coming back!

I stayed in the king Lakeview room and it was amazing. I love the convenience of the village. There's plenty of places to eat with nice ambiance. It really is a one stop shop. My favorite was the Mexican restaurant. Overall this stay was a bit pricey for food and drinks, but the trade off was great because I didn't want to leave the property because I'm local and this was as stay cation.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. We had never heard of this place before looking for an alternative to staying on the Strip for a couple days before attending a convention at the MGM. What a sweet little oasis only 30 minutes from the strip. We were here in October and it was a perfect 80ish with no crowds due to the off-season. We rented a sweet little electric boat to motor around on the fairly good size man-made lake then had a good dinner at the Mexican Food Restaurant right there. I am sure it is a lot more crowded in the summer but at this time it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Location is roughly 35 minutes from the Hoover Dam, strip and airport. The hotel area is right in Lake Las Vegas with beautiful views, a small villa of shops and condominiums. Rooms have an eloquent old world feel with new age commodities. Spacious with a very sophisticated bathroom. Some of the hotel did look old and there were a number of vacant businesses in the villa shop area. Food places are limited but price is spectacular and off the strip to allow for a quiet relaxing nights sleep.

I stayed here for the second and it was very nice as it was before however I had 2 issues. The first issue was the television did not work so I had to call a couple of times before Maintenance came and reset. Once it was reset it worked fine until I cut it off. I once again had to call about the TV the maintenance guy was cool but the TV was not. The 2nd issue was I got charged for Valet parking but I left and went to the Strip and came back around 11pm and valet was closed. However although I was inconvenienced a couple times I still love this resort.

Little bit of a mixed review. This place is beautiful. Staff is friendly. Got upgraded to a wonderful room. Had some trouble with being charged more then we were told, but only a few dollars here and there. Had a few great drinks at the hotel bar and paid with credit card. When we checked out we had also been charged to our room. Nothing is an easy fix there, so waiting for things to get corrected is frustrating. Would possibly stay again, but next time we were in vegas we stayed somewhere else just to avoid the hassle.

For a good weekend.

Attended a training session for an upcoming paddling competition and was amazed at both the trainers as well as the views this location offers. The shopping area has an European feel to it, with plenty of options for eating and having a few drinks. The trainers for the paddle boats were amazing as they take their time to explain and work with you on having fun as well as being able to grasp the concept needed to race.

Nice hotel. Great location beautiful surroundings. It is away from the main Las Vegas area, which I really like. The hotel has many floors and is a little bit confusing to get around. The rooms are extremely nice and the staff is very accommodating and very nice.

Off strip stylings are what makes this place attractive. It is resort style with a decently sized pool and screams old fashioned fancy. Staff was helpful and nice. As a gold member we got a free upgrade overlooking the lake. Everything sleeps here after 7 pm and the strip is 30 minutes away but that is exactly what I was looking for.

I always enjoy coming here with my Dad. It is not too crowded and it is located away from the Strip in Henderson, Nevada. The hotel was formerly a Ritz Carlton Resort. The casino here closed a while ago. The hotel also has a spa that contains a whirlpool, a steam room, a sauna room, massage services, and a relaxation room. The hotel is located next to a town that makes you feel like you are in Italy. The staff are also very nice, especially the breakfast staff. I want to give a shout-out to Luis, who has made us feel very welcome at the hotel during breakfast. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Las Vegas, without a desire for the noise.

Property was pretty. Inside of the hotel looked old and dirty inside with major dings on walls and missing paint. Our room had lights that didn't work, toilet that ran, missing knob on furniture and holes in the chair. The bathroom was nice. Fitness center closes at 7:00 which we weren't told when I asked before we booked so was useless for us when we needed it in the pm. Nowhere to eat at a decent place for about 20 minutes away. This property was like a ghost town. Staff was friendly. Won't stay sgain.

Nice hotel and staff. Good price but deceptive as you are charged $25 resort fee. Not bad but we didn't use the resort. Nice pool but needs cooled. The "lake Las Vegas" looks like it would be a fun little lake if we weren't going to the bigger lake :)

If you like nature, this hotel has a great view. We loved being away from the noise and able to go to the Vegas Strip when we wanted. We were in a very bad hotel the first day and decided to switch to Hilton Lake La Vegas Resort; came here because it's a pet friendly hotel, and we are very happy for making that decision. We will definitely come back.

Mixed feelings. I loved the amenities, pool, and most of the stay. But there was this smell is constant sewage outside and room service was an hour late. Which I'd be fine with but they offered us 50% off and then didn't do it. Overall, good but could have been better. Best nights sleep I've had at a hotel!

Absolutely love this hotel. We get suites here quite often and they are beautiful. Tons of space in the suites, balcony views of the lake, bathrooms are gorgeous, everything is perfect. Outside is even more amazing with their perfectly trimmed grounds, fire pit, spas and bars, and lake. The price is high depending on the weekend, but never insane.

I was taking up there for an anniversary the rooms are beautiful too sweet with lovely service is great rooms are clean it was nice walking around the grounds we had the perfect view of the water anniversary I won't forget with big daddy he made it special but you made it better couples massage beautiful bath shower lovely time thank God we did have Barry White or be a whole different review.

We had a family stay occupying 5rooms across the hotel. It's a well invested resort, however, the casino doesn't exist and most of the shops in the town are closed or abandoned. The hotel staff aren't bad (the front desk staff were horrible), and I expected more hospitality. The AC and outlets didn't work and the hallways and rooms had an odd smell. All in all, I'd pay $25/night.

Beautiful place to enjoy.

This is a lake side resort with pool, spa and fitness center. There is a restaurant on the property for breakfast and lunch and an adjacent village with more dining/drinking options. This was formerly a Ritz-Carlton property but changed owners a couple of times as it was hit by the recession, it is somewhat noticeable that rooms and amenities are no longer as well kept, for example quite old gym equipment. And it is not as well staffed. The breakfast buffet was nice, the views from the lake view rooms is also nice. There is valet parking for $10 a day. The location is a bit isolated with not much else than the resort village within walking distance. Overall an ok place but would look elsewhere for a more luxury resort type experience closer to Las Vegas dining and entertainment.

Location was very beautiful. Water at the lake was bit brown and murky, but still the whole area was thought out nicely. I did the skyboard there and overall was a great experience.

Generally, this is a nice place. The premise is solid and the facilities are nice. That said, it's clear that they don't have enough business to support what they've tried to build here. AC is weak, supplies and repairs seem to be short, and they also seem a little understaffed. That said, it's very nice if you just want to get out of town for a weekend without the madness of the strip.

Really is a second tier resort. Disappointing for a Hilton. Tried to order a bottle of wine Friday evening at the bar, ordered 5 times, out of each one, finally gave up. Saturday at 3:00 pm at the pool, out of rum, out of vodka, out of Moscow Mule mix, using what ever alcohol is left to make drinks. Either poorly managed or they are not paying their bills and cannot get supplied. The place is empty during the week. A few people on the weekend, lots of locals sneaking into the pool, under staffed, and no security whatsoever.

Totally different experience from the Strip. So nice and quiet. We were there in March, probably it wasn't a season yet, but we barely saw people over there. Pool was open and quiet. The service was great. Unfortunately, not so many businesses were open in the Village. But all restaurants were open and we didn't have any problems to find good place with good food.

Best hidden gem for us! We purposely didn't want to stay on the strip. We have a son on oxygen and the clean air away from the casinos was very nice. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We loved the European style. The room was very clean. We had new mattresses. The housekeeping, front desk, and other workers were great. We loved the spa. The pool was well kept and very clean. It's nice they have life guards on duty. We were disappointed that it closes at 7:00pm. (Who wants to sit in a hot tub if it's super hot outside! ) We liked the convenience of the restaurants at the Village. We rented a kayak on the lake and it was absolutely peaceful! We enjoyed an outdoor concert under the stars that played a lot of fun music! I like Lake Las Vegas because you still can go to the strip and have the quiet get away by the lake. It is a 30 minute drive to the strip without traffic (don't be fooled when they try to tell you it's 15 minutes). If you're looking for the the raciness and liveliness of the strip, this is not the place. It's more low key and relaxed — which is exactly what we wanted on this trip! I would suggest they take the old casino sign down because that does confuse people. Otherwise, the resort was wonderful!

Nice enough resort, but it's pretty dead so not all amenities were open. The nearby "village" was even more empty with mediocre restaurants and almost no shops. If you're looking for a lively atmosphere, don't come here. It was good for us as a home base for day trips to Death Valley, Valley of Fire and Black Canyon.

This is a beautiful resort with amazing staff. Although some of the village has closed down, there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. The spa is wonderful with good exercise equipment and very relaxing healing waters. We will definitely return to this resort! Loved it.

We came to the resort in the beginning of April for three day. Only half an hour drive from the airport. The check in was quick and smooth, not the same as in the Strip hotels. Maybe it wasn't a season yet, but it was so quiet and we barely saw people. The village very close to the hotel and looks nice. It's soo bad lots of businesses (including the Casino, which is good) was closed. But you still can find 5 or 6 restaurants nearby. And soo relaxing. The pool open till 10pm. There is a bar in there.

This place is beautiful and peaceful but they are a little disorganized. I attended a conference there and they were very understaffed for as many people as were in attendance seminar. Lots of good restaurants, though! Especially the Italian and Mexican. Super comfy beds and views. Pool was lovely!

Wow I've never experienced a Hilton like this one. The van they use to shuttle guest back and forth to the airport and strip is worst than riding a roller coast! The van has serious issues and not a vehicle I would feel safe putting or driving any guest in. The driver himself commented to the 6 passengers after they all spoke up about the van seeming to be falling apart while we were driving on the expressway that "he had let the hotel know that the van had issues but he guessed they had other priorities". I immediately after the ride called the Hotel. First, I talked to Amanda who was very concerned when I let her know my concerns. She let me know Whitney (a hotel manager would call me back immediately). When I spoke with Whitney I repeated my concerns and asked that on my return trip back to the Hotel that another vehicle be used. Whitney let me know that was not going to be possible and the Van just had an oil change and was checked at the dealer recently. I asked her to talk to the driver and rent a van if they did not have another vehicle, but do not put another guest in the Van before it was checked. I also told her if she could not take these steps she did not deserve to work for Hilton. She let me know immediately that she didn't appreciate me "taking my concerns to this level". She was correct, I was out of line with my comment. After my call I called Whitney back to apologize.

First, I want to start off with I NEVER put any negative feedback online, but I had the worst experience ever in hospitality! My spouse and I made reservations at this establishment for our 8 year anniversary! We were extremely excited to be relaxing at Lake Las Vegas, but once we got there our whole demeanor changed. We checked in around 4ish on Feb. 19th and the gentleman gave us wrong information for parking, being the fact we were located on the 7th floor of the hotel! We get to the room and it's musky and warm so we let the air run while we went back out to enjoy the restaurant and plaza by the hotel! It is literally a ghost town with all the businesses closed down except for a handful of restaurants! Once we arrived back to our room it was hot and before I left I turned it down to 65. We called downstairs to the front and they sent two gentleman up to our room to fix it. They gentleman were extremely polite and looked in the vent and he goes, " Wow this filter has not been changed in a long time. " They changed the filter and explained it would start working again! We left the hotel to let it cool down and came back and the air was still not working. We called downstairs and the gentleman who answered sent the same two gentleman to our room, but in their hands were a fan. By then I was just so overwhelmed by the lack of consideration this hotel has accommodated towards paying customers.

The location isn't very good. It's out in the middle of nowhere. The room is pretty clean and the bed is comfy. Service is good and the staff is friendly. The food isn't good.

My wife and I were married here in 2014 and make it a point to come out here a few times a year and always get excellent service. I highly reccomend! This is by far and away your best option for lodging in Lake Las Vegas.

Great location… Away from the strip so it's nice and quiet but nearby incase you want some excitement… The village is dead and many apps are empty. But the Sonrisa Mexican food place is good and the Irish pub is great with craft beer.

Very nice hotel and well-kept hotel, just a little off the beaten path. The beautiful scenery and extravagance of the hotel make it of the nicest Hiltons I've stayed at. Be sure to ask for continental breakfast vouchers when you check in!

It's the best value on Las Vegas Lake. Even at a higher price it would still be the best value. We stayed there to get away from the strip. It was nice and very relaxing. If you want to go to the stip, it's very close. I plan to stay here every time I go to Las Vegas. The only problem is the food, it's not worth the price. Stay here and eat somewhere else.

We had the couples massage it was very disappointing to say it was over priced is an understatement. I have payed less on Maui next to the beach, Not very romantic and the attendees are very poorly trained. Some of the equipment is run down and not working.

This Hilton property is beautiful, clean and the perfect distance away from the strip. We had excellent service from Irene each morning at the delicious breakfast buffet… and the bell boy Joe took very good care of us as well. Loved it!

My friends stayed there. Great room and beautiful place. Our complaint is about the service we recueved while we were there. A very big surprise for us to recieve such service from a Hilton hotel. The clerk was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. The price we agreed on wasn't the price they asked when we checked out, and when we asked to see a manager the guy answered very rudely and said "the manager will not see you, I'm charging your cards whether you like it or not". We were very surprised and warned him that if he will charge me without my consent it's the same as stealing.

Very variable staff quality. Pool staff was bored. Buffet staff was confused many time. Reception desk people was very helpful. Great view. Great location. Crazy cheap shower. The shower look like a 2 star motel.

Great resort. Friendly Staff. If you are trying to get away from the party crowd on the strip, this is the place to be.

DIRTY after arriving at the room finding a dead bug in the bathroom and dirty sinks I called housekeeping to clean my room. And left for a little so they could clean again, while after I return still found that bug and only one of the sinks have been partially wiped out. The entire hotel is just generally dirty didn't find staff to be very friendly absolutely would not stay at this hotel ever again or would avoid at all cost. The air conditioner would not cool the room off and the elevator broke twice during my one night stay. This is not a problem if you're staying on the 3rd floor, and don't want to use the beach or the pool or any of the restaurants or bars. Over priced dump.

Excellent, staff friendly, professional and courteous. Extremely clean. Rooms are comfortable and the bedding feels like sleeping in the clouds. Very romantic getaway and family friendly too. It is worth the price. We will go again.

This is a gorgeous hotel that is perfect for a relaxing get away. It is close enough to downtown Las Vegas that you can still be part of the action (they offer a free shuttle if you don't want to drive), but far enough away you don't have to be part of the party if you don't want to be. Everyone was helpful and very polite. The price was great for such an amazing hotel. The only negative I would say is that the area hasn't really recovered 100% from the recession. The shopping village had a few shops open, but most were empty. The casino on site was locked up with a chain. They are all privately owned, so not the hotel's fault. There are boat rentals available, a beautiful pool, pretty grounds to walk around, but the best part is the quiet. The ability to hear the birds, see the stars and just relax is a luxury when you can still be so close to a city.

Stellar hotel. Service accommodations, superior food and luxe atmosphere combine to make it a wonderful experience. The one thing that was weird was the village. It was mostly deserted and many of the shops were empty. Perhaps victims of the economic downturn.? Who cares. This place is special, and you should check it out.

This Hotel is perfect for those who love to see shows in Las Vegas but do not like the dirty feel of the hotels on the strip. It is well within driving distance of the strip. The lake is absolutely gorgeous when having breakfast at a small shop on the shore. The cobblestone has an atmosphere of another country when walking by the shops. The rooms are stunning, especially the bathrooms. There is a garden in the courtyard that is gorgeous. Now every time I go to Las Vegas, I will have to stay here to meet the expectations.

Beautiful but beware! Service is inexcusable. Making our way from self parking into a main entrance of the hotel in the evening, someone had vomited directly in front of the entrance area. I immediately went to the front desk and informed them. The person at the front counter made a note of it, said he would notify housekeeping etc. The next morning as we made our way to self parking, we went back the same way, to our shock and dismay it has not been resolved. I went to the front desk a second time, and told them this was the second time I was bringing this to their attention, and it was to say the least, repulsive for their guests to have to see this. The new front desk person said it would be immediately taken care of. Upon return from our breakfast some 90 minutes later, a second shocker. No one had cleaned it up! Back for a third complaint! Now a manager was involved who apologized and said someone was working to "resolve the issue" we checked out of the hotel some 30 minutes later, and as we made our way to self parking once again, it was a stark reminder why we will never go back there. As the mess was once again untouched! Every time I went to the front desk, I could not help but hear other unrelated complaints softly spoken but still obvious.

No real complaints outside of the general "oldness" factor. Like, not yet old enough to be cool old, just rather dated. The facilities were fine, the room was standard. Nice large bathrooms. The main negative was the distance to the real Las Vegas. It's a hike. Not something I was aware of — although I was attending a conference on the property probably to keep everyone away from the strip. Something to be aware of before you book.

It situated nicely near the lake. We had a lake view also overlooking the pool. The rooms feel a bit dated with the interior design and pain scheme. The walls seem a bit thin as we could here people talking next door at a normal tone. Not that it was an unpleasant stay but just not impressed. The bathroom was really nice. No complaints from service but valet did stall my car while driving it up to the hotel. No biggie.
