Amazing clean resort with great staff! Maintenance, front desk, and the waiters and waitresses! Rooms are well equipped with all necessities. 10 minute walk to the strip is nothing considering some of the huge resorts on the strip will take you 10 minutes to get down the elevator from your room!

Very nice resort, just off the strip. The room is very large almost 700sq ft. Building clean and well kept, with ample free parking. There was even complimentary champagne in lobby, pop corn and lemonade mix in room. Staff was super nice, and friendly. I would highly recommend.

It’s beautiful inside the rooms were very clean the resort sits behind the MGM the atmosphere is nice I enjoyed myself. It’s not walking distance from the strip even though it’s around the corner it sits on a bus route.

Enjoying my stay at this Resort. I have been very happy with everything. I wish I could give a 100 stars for cleanness and the staff is awesome and I highly recommend this place. When I come back to Las Vegas this is the only place I will be staying at. No Resort fees, no parking fee, free Wi-Fi and only 2 blocks from the strip by mgm casino.

Clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, even beach towels in the room. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Quiet resort but yet it is walking distance to the strip. I highly recommend.

The phones don't work. The Wi-Fi doesn't work the staff said they would send someone immediately to fix the problems that never showed up. For the money I paid I could've had better accommodations at a Motel 6 and saved quite a bit.

Excellent accommodations and very professional and polite staff. I look forward to staying there again upon my return to Las Vegas in four months!

Honestly we’ve been to so many hotels & resorts and this was one of the first times we brought the kids. They LOVED the pool, and the rooms were great for what we needed. The bartender Jason was super nice, the GM and new Manager took care of a very unfortunate situation with such class. A lady accidentally broke glass by the pool and they were forced to close the pool to insure all the glass was removed, which included draining the pool. This meant no pool time for our boys for the rest of our trip. They not only apologized MANY times but also took care of our dinner and drinks for the unfortunate situation. While, of course, we were super bummed about the situation, they did everything to maintain hospitality, and we would HIGHLY recommend this amazing resort to all families.

Unfortunately it’s not as warm as the past years. Being an owner since 2004 many changes came along. Wyndham purchasing Shell Vacation was one one of the changes and myself along with many other owners are disappointed. I use my TS for work and stay an average if 2 nights. Yet they charge additional housekeeping fees on top of the maintenance fees of which I don’t even get housekeeping for my room. They only clean after every 3 nights. But I’m charged additional $70 on top of everything else I mentioned. The lobby is the most uncomfortable to sit with others you meet. Whoever picked out the decor sure racked the Design Dept. Over the coals with the most ugly furniture Just Say’n. Oh I asked for a view “you know being an owner an all” without looking over a Tin Roof or Maintenance and this was my view Tin Roof and Maintenance Bldg.

The desert Rose was an amazing find for us! It’s so close to the strip but it’s far enough away so it’s quiet. They offer free parking. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The breakfast burrito was delicious. The grounds are beautiful. There is a big security presence and it’s locked so it feels very safe. The supervisor at the front counter on evenings was very nice. He came over and introduced himself (his name escapes my mind) and made sure that our stay was going well and if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. Dilon the bartender was amazing and was very attentive to the bar clients. He engaged in conversation with everyone and managed the bar very well!

I really liked the set up of the room. The employees at check in were very nice. The only bad thing is that I left my phone charger in the bedroom when I checked out and when I returned to the hotel after coming back from the Grand Canyon they said that it wasn't turned in. I don't know that an employee kept it, but it should've been visible when house keeping went in to clean the room.

What a super place! Friendly and helpful staff in a very pleasant setting! Clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need (maybe the addition of a kettle and some teabags for us brits would be the only improvement! ). Close to the strip so a good base for sightseeing. Not as elaborate and high end as some of the strip resorts, but the big plus to this is the more relaxed atmosphere! I would certainly stay here again if I get to return to Vegas!

Resort in quiet place but close to the strip, the Excalibur casino is about 5 min. Walk, the Luxor even less. We stayed in an apartment equipped with all the amenities, kitchen provided everything as at home, perhaps better, spotless. There is a nice pool with sunlounges and mats for sunbathing, ping pong and 4 BBQs available to customers. Staff very friendly and not at all insistent, ample free parking. Ideal place for anyone, families, couples and young people. I highly recommend.

The resort would've been worthy of 4 stars had they not called me 2 days in a row trying to solicit me with timeshares. The room was nice and comfy and they supplied everything that you'll need in the kitchen to cook. Wifi worked really well, but the pool was extremely small. Overall I had a wonderful 3 night stay there and it's close to the strip.

Beautiful facilities and location. Each room is like a small, one bedroom apartment. Ours was a king size bed. Full kitchen including full size fridge, stove/oven combo, dishwasher. Cuisinart appliances on the counter top were a blender and coffee maker. Four person dining table off to the side, then a large flat screen TV, large comfy couch, and a couple easy chairs. Plenty of storage in bedroom. The bathroom is where my only complaint is. It is off the bedroom, and has a large vanity, maybe 5 feet, then a door leading into the toilet and full shower / tub combo. The tub is a deep soaker tub and was amazing! The toilet, however, was crammed into that tiny space with it and there was maybe 3 inches from tub on one side, and wall into where vanity on the other. If you are sitting on toilet you are touching wall and tub, there's no space! The bed was super comfortable (Simmons beauty rest made for Wyndham) and I slept well! One block from the strip and parking was plentiful. Over all a great stay! We were there 10 nights.

Very spacious, comfortable, well stocked units. Balconies for each unit and a small central courtyard in every building. It's a small resort — one every nice but small pool and a spa, no restaurant (though there is a bar that serves small bites). There is a nice patio with bbq grills and tables. A lot of families, so it's a good place to bring the children. However, the spa was full of kids even at 9-10pm which was annoying. We thought by going then we could avoid that, but there was no space. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. If you're here for multiple days, it falls on you to clean the room. It's very much apartment style with a full kitchen. The pool area is nothing remarkable. This place is certainly family friendly as most guests had children while I was there. Overall, not a bad deal as I wasn't sleeping much when I was in Vegas.

Great place to stay. Near to strip. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Limited bar food but what was offered was good. Suites only suitable for 2 people as only toilet is in the en-suite in the bedroom. Only criticism room could've been cleaned more often, although fresh towels could be requested as needed.

Desert Rose Inn is a nice hotel just off the Strip. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and although we didn't end up utilizing much, it was well-equipped and a great option for those who want to save by buying groceries instead of dining out their whole trip. The pros: quiet, gated community, within walking distance to the strip, newly remodeled/renovated, nice outdoor patio area, pool/hot tub. Cons: very close to either a police or fire station (constant sirens), corners of bed jut out farther than mattress (constantly hitting knees), no daily housekeeping during extended stays, sales pitch when getting parking tag to attend some sort of presentation in exchange for free food vouchers or a gift card. All in all, I would stay here again, but be prepared to immediately say "no thanks" and not be guilted into attending a presentation so that the people working the booth "can get paid".

Great hotel in Vegas, quiet and no slots.

Had a nice week long stay here. It was clean and peaceful. Near the airport and close enough to the Strip to be convenient. Lyft services were easily accessible for the drivers. Everyone (staff) was pleasant and helpful. Will probably stay there again if possible.

Great if you're here for a while and basically want an apartment for the trip. Very well stocked kitchens and clean. Even come with tiny salt and pepper shakers. Cable TV and fairly decent sets. Downstairs there's a nice and active pool if a touch small. Plenty of games like cornhole and table tennis. Also a nice little work out room.

Great staff! Amazing bartender makes an unbelievably good bloody marry, free Sunday mornings at happy hour! Only thing to note, they do not clean the rooms daily, as this is a timeshare and only clean the rooms halfway through your stay if you are staying a week, or when you check out. The staff is great and will bring you anything you need tho during your stay! Very accommodating and super helpful!

In general a very nice hotel. Nothing special. It's definitely not a place to have a drink or hang out. The suites are quite big with comfortable beds. It's all clean as well. Very close to the strip and still a somewhat quiet hideaway. No gambling here. Not truly serving breakfast. I've come here 4 times now and will probably visit again.

Staff were great, room nice on the top floor, we chose this option as we did not want to stay on strip in a room only and got what we wanted. I would suggest if you can't walk to far this is not the best option, equally can catch a taxi to the strip. Close by you have Hooters hotel or Coco, s restuarant say 2/3 minutes walk.

This was a great place to stay with my family. Literally a few steps from the strip just around the corner. And you are at one end of the strip. So if you want to walk it. Make sure you got a comfortable pair of shoes on. Free parking at thr resort. Card access only. And the condos are very cozy and welcoming. The staff are great. Avoid the people who try to make you buy timeshare. They are extremely rude.

I stayed at the Desert Rose Resort in January, my experience was mixed. My rating of the facility is 5 stars. (Clean, in working order/ maintained). My review of the staff was a mixed one. I encountered some brute behavior and also some behavior that allowed me to believe that some of the staff members were racist. Grisselda, was amazing! Completely professional and friendly! The room was clean. The gym and hot tube were great to have. While working out, the Security guard walked into the gym and give me a super dirty look. Then 3 more staff members proceeded to walk into the gym while I was working out. The same thing happened while I was in the Jacuzzi. When not interacting with rude staff members my experience was very enjoyable.

If you know how to buy you can get 1000 dollars for 10 days for 4 people, from the window had a view to MGM, everything is close.

I highly recommend the Desert Rose Resort. The location is perfect for those that want to be close enough to the strip to walk (10-15 minutes to MGM & New York New York) yet far enough away to have some peace and quiet away from the chaos. The 2 bedroom suite was very roomy, recently renovated and had a full kitchen along with a small private balcony. My roommate also accidently left his wallet in the safe and they called me right away so we were able to retrieve it. I will definitely be staying here again when I go to Vegas!

Insurmountable in equation price quality.

So amazingly wonderful! You can have the fancy, flashy hotels. I'll take the relaxing, just like home, has everything you need, yes I baked cookies in the OVEN and made a smoothie in the BLENDER, resorts. Ohh the staff was great. It took less that 7 minutes to get checked in.

Great place to stay in Las Vegas if you want to be close to, but not right on top of all the action. Clean, spacious condo suite with small balcony, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, complimentary coffee, cocoa, and microwave popcorn. Friendly, helpful staff. We appreciated that it provided some peace and quiet after the hustle and hubbub of the strip, and was completely free of the smell of stale cigarette smoke that permeates the casino hotels. It's located on the South end of the strip behind the MGM and Tropicana. Walking distance to most everything on the South end; Easy access to the North end of the strip via the monorail stop in the MGM Grand. We were there during a cold snap, with daytime weather in the 40's and 50's, so we didn't try the pool or hot tub. Just off the lobby, they have patio seating, an outdoor grill, and two fire tables, but on the evening we used the patio, one of the fire tables was in use and we couldn't find anyone to unlock and light the other one for us, so we didn't get to enjoy that feature either. We did enjoy the bloody mary and mimosa reception for the guests on Sunday morning though! If I had one complaint, I'd say the tub/shower/toilet area (separated from the vanity area by a door) is a little tight and hard to maneuver in. Overall, we definitely would consider the Desert Rose for a future stay and would absolutely recommend it to friends!

Great place to stay. Very nice layout with fully furnished kitchen located within 2 miles of the strip. You will need a rental car and budget for parking to stay here. It will cost you yo park on the strip when you go for entertainment. This is a very quiet place away from the hustle and commotion of bars and casinos. If that's what you are looking for this is your place with a very caring staff. If you want to be in the middle of LasVegas excitement this is not for you.

Great place to stay. Not on the strip as billed but close. If you stay here you will need rental car and budget for parking. Very nice resort with many amenities and concern for guests comfort. Does not have casino, clubs, shopping of major chains which can be a plus or negative depending on what you are looking for. If you want to get away to quiet this is it. If you want night life it is not.

Great room, friendly staff! This resort sits near the Hooter's. Great location. We booked a one bedroom. It has a king size bed and a big, comfortable sofa bed along with a full kitchen. The room cost was about the same as the Hooter's after you add in their resort fee. Desert Rose has no resort fee. Very pleased and would stay there again.

It was the perfect place to stay with family for Christmas. We ended up having 3 rooms for the extended family and it was nice to have the full kitchen for Christmas breakfast. They came and cleaned one day we were there and that helped stock towels, etc. The 2 bed 2 bath was so great since we have a household of 5 and felt like our own apt. I would stay here again it was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful rooms and we'll stocked kitchen. Garbage sat outside of our room for two days after housekeeping stopped by to pick it up. Otherwise an excellent choice. Barbecues near the pool for guest use. Hotel located just off the strip. Would stay here again!

It is a timeshare that you can rent. It is a good deal if you need multiple bedrooms. As with any timeshare, you can expect full kitchen with plates and glasses, nice pool, and gym. There is even a bar. But, unlike hotels, do not expect everyday service — replenishing coffee, soap, garbage bin cleaning, etc does not happen often. It did not happen during our 3 day stay.

Recently remodeled. This is a condominium, not a hotel room. You get a kitchen and bedroom (s). There is a small pool on site and there is now a small bar in the lobby. No on site gambling. Short walk to the Tropicana at the south end of the strip. Shorter walk to the Hooter's casino. Free parking for guests. You do not hear airline traffic from the resort, but evening helicopter runs would be heard anywhere on the strip. There is an on site concierge, but they will encourage you to sit in on a time share presentation. Take at your own risk.

Well-located hotel not far from the strip, 8 minutes from the MGM entrance. Large rooms with living room and equipped kitchen. Ideal for a family stay in Las Vegas. Free Parking. Close to the airport, so some noise nuisance.

It's good. Price is reasonable. However be warned, it isn't great. Many of the rooms have bathrooms and other features seriously showing their age. If you can have a sense of humour about that then it is good. Well located and with friendly staff trying hard. It just needs a bunch of reinvestment.

Located at 10 mins walk from the strip, at the southern end. Free parking, comfortable and clean apartment, full kitchen with a coffee machine and complementary coffee supplies, check-in/out was a breeze, the staff was courteous and professional. Overall the stay was pleasant. The only complaint is that during the day, the room was bright even after the curtains, so I had difficulty taking a nap after a long drive. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend this place and will likely be staying their again.

The updated rooms are great and housekeeping had been amazing. The AC unit is a little loud but it keeps it super cool if you set it that way. Overall I've enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Staff have been very helpful so far, room is nice and quiet with good facilities included and is clean. Large fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker all supplied. Location is ideal being just off strip so quiet at night but just 3 mins walk to MGM Grand and all the nightlife. For the budget I'd definitely recommend to others.

We arrived at the Desert Rose just a hour before the shooting incident at the Route 91 concert. During the ensuing chaos, many concertgoers escaping the carnage entered the facility to find safety. The staff was very gracious to them and housed many for the night. We were impressed to see such compassion and thoughtfulness. In the morning I spoke with the manager and heard her concern to get the lobby back in order as quickly as possible to, again, provide a place of peace a…nd solace to their guests. As for the Resort itself, it was clean and very comfortable. There was a small problem with one of the toilets but the maintenance staff arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Overall, the place was quiet and restful. It's location is super close to the airport, easily arrived at, yet we heard no plane noise. Being just a block off the Strip makes it the perfect location for getting around while having a quiet place to return to each night. The breakfast burrito we ordered one morning was fresh and delicious and so convenient. Overall, an excellent stay despite the horrific events of that Sunday. On another note, the residents of Las Vegas, the police and first responders, and the city leaders acted extraordinarily during this crisis. The excellence with which they did their jobs, the compassion they showed, the courage even the average citizen showed in the face of atrocity was so uplifting and heroic and a model for all.

Newly remodeled condo one block off the strip of Las Vegas behind the Flamingo. The room is a nice size and has a full kitchen. The pool is somewhat small for the hotel and the number of total guests attending.

I think the AC in the rooms needs an upgrade. We were here during the hot part of the summer and had a hard time controlling the temperature in the room. Especially the master bedroom, it was way warmer than the rest of the rooms. It would have been nice to have laundry in the rooms instead of public laundry. There was a hall closet in all of the rooms that has ample room for a set of machines. This was the first resort I've been to that didn't have laundry in each room.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with kitchenette and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for 4 to 6. Central pool and size correct for the size of the establishment. A little out of the night activity in Las Vegas which allows the hotel to be quiet at night. Count 10 to 15 minutes to reach the main lively LV Boulevard on foot.

They have just refurbished the accom to a really good standard.
The lobby and reception area is very modern and comfortable. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
The apartments are very spacious, light and really nice. The kitchen is as well equipped as my kitchen at home. It has every thing you need.
The location from the strip is only 10 walk away so perfect if you want nice accom with no slots, quiet pool area but close enough to the action.

Desert Rose Resort provided fast, reliable and friendly service from check in to check out. The rooms have been recently renovated and prove to be clean, spacious and had all the amenities we need plus more! We got a fantastic deal and definitely felt we got our monies worth. It is a great place to say just off the Las Vegas strip if you're not into being amongst the craziness and want somewhere both relaxing and quiet to go back to! I have seen mention of no room service which is true (this could be available upon request) but we stayed for 3 days and this seemed to be okay for us. At check out I also desperately needed to print some important documents and the receptionist happily showed me to the computer room — I was very impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it — we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 times in that hotel. The first time, we has a good experience but the second time was not that good. We arrive 30 min before the check in time and were exhausted by the flight, the receptionist asked us to wait 20 min, was rude and completely inappropriate. The apartment was nice and renovated. We liked the fact the hotel is away from the Strip and more peaceful. But they told us that there was no room service and we stayed nearly 1 week. I was very disappointed, even the trash bag we had to put it in front of our door like the other clients. Sometimes it could remain there the all day without being picked up. It is not a great image for the hotel. Now in Las Vegas, Casinos are charging fees for parking so keep in mind that. If we would have known that, we would have booked a hotel in the Strip.

We stayed for 5 days in August. I would not recommend staying until the construction is finished or make sure you are in a building where they are finished. Throughout the day there was loud sawing and hammering. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway as well. Even without construction this is an issue. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Our room was never cleaned during our stay but it was scheduled. We didn't press the issue. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was okay. There was hair in the shower when we arrived from previous guests. It was very obvious. The kitchen had everything you needed including a small dish soap, dishwasher detergent packets, and paper towels. The new grill they opened has a very limited menu. There are about 9 items for lunch and 5 for dinner. It was fine in a pinch. I would not recommend the pizza but the chicken tenders were okay.

Great location just off strip. Two bedroom suite with kitchenette was perfect for 5 of us. The facilities here are standard, just don't expect room service or housekeeping. The reception staff and bell men were very helpful. Get extra towels from reception. Easy to park here and uber to the fun attractions. Nice pool and common areas, laundry room and ice machine. Very clean.

I visited a friend staying here and as far as I could tell this was a pretty nice place to stay. They had a one bedroom room and it came with a full kitchen. The kitchen was decently sized with a full sized refrigerator and stove with oven. Considering it is a hotel room it was pretty nice and definitely better than the standard mini fridge. There was a dining room table that seated 4 and a full sized couch, lounge chair, coffee table and TV. It fit 8 of us comfortable during our visit and there were there of them saying in the room. The bedroom actually closed to the rest of the place so it wasn't like most studio hotel rooms and I really liked that. The one downside was that they elevators had no AC and in the summer where it can reach 125 degrees in the area, it was hot. I did like that it was off the strip but within walking distance. It is literally behind the Tropicana Hotel and Casino and Hooters. It is on a great location to most attractions in the strip and because of the stove and fridge allows for you to save money by cooking in your room. That's what my friends did.

The room didn't have a good view and was quite far from the Vegas Strip. The room was nice and the couch had a futon which was great since we had a large group. They also have a lot of outside siting area, which is great for when your friend keeps rolling around and talking in their sleep. I biggest issue was waiting for the room because we got their early and they kept changing the time that our room was ready and only gave us a few towls for a two bedroom.

This hotel is excellent the rooms are very well equiped, oven, fridge, hob, micro wave, dishwasher, with a room for parents for their privacy and a very large folding bed in the living room, the only small default was the Air conditioning a little noisy but the access to MGM and Excalibur on foot is very simple.

Had been to lv many times, stayed in the large casino hotels. The desert rose was such a refreshing change… would have always stayed here if we had known about it years ago. Great relaxing ambiance, comfortable 1 and 2 bedroom units with kitchen dining living room. Close to the casinos, great parking, love the breakfast buffet… only thing we didn't like was the very cold pool!.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and to be honest the whole 2 weeks went by without any real grumbles the room was clean upon arrival and well equipped. The staff were always polite and helpful. The location was practically ideal, very quiet at night. The pool area was OK I guess, nothing special. In reflection, the hotel did do everything it was supposed to a good standard especially for the price, it just didn't light my fire and did nothing for me to want to stay there again.

The hotel was close enough to the strip to walk there no problem. Thwre is a pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. It was easy to check in and out. Overall it was good place to stay.

We stayed there this past year for the SEMA show, It was great, the room was clean with a small kitchen and living room. The staff was super nice. The only complaint was no free breakfast and traffic to get on the road to this place can be heavy at rush hour times. I will defianatly stay here again next year, saved me a bunch of money even with renting at car.

The rooms have am "apartment" kind of feel to them. But upon walking inside the rooms are big and spacious. Even the kitchen comes stocked with baking dishes! There's a heated pool with a small gym good for quick workouts. The front desk also provides concierge service as well.

The location was great, right by the strip. The rooms were spacious and clean. I enjoyed the workout facility, the bbq area and pool. The service was exceptional.

The Desert Rose resort is located in las vegas Nevada. The resort is a good place to stay, because is close to the casinos on the strip. The rooms have plenty of room and are very clean. The service great and the employees are very helpful. Mi and my wife like the place so much that we have stay here 3 times. I give it 5 star.

Large rooms, full kitchen, family friendly, within walking distance of the Tram and good service. Better deal than most of the casinos. I will stay again next time I'm in Las Vegas.

We were given a first floor room where any person off the street could just walk right up and stare in the window, so that was a little creepy. Our coffee table looked like it came from the corner garage sale — nicked up edges, circle rings stained from drinks. Air-conditioning had some sort of issue where it couldn't regulate itself. It would either be freezing cold or very hot in the room. Also, a day after we checked out, they billed us for stealing a toilet seat (Really? Who steals a toilet seat? ) and stealing a bathroom vanity mirror — both of which are untrue. We asked for more towels on numerous occasions and didn't receive any. Yeah… We won't be returning.

Nice and relaxing resort.

I highly recommend the Desert Rose for a nice, comfortable accommodation. Just off the strip, and properly priced for a family to travel. I hate that everything in Vegas is so expensive, this resort offers a full 1BR suite for less than a number of hotel rooms in older hotels. I hope they never change that! Comfy furnishings, nice upholstery/linens, upgraded kitchen and appliances — including TVs. In-room safe, the little extras you expect — coffee, fully stocked kitchen, dish soap. Staff was nothing but pleasant and professional. Worth the block off the strip. We took our car and parked in the free garages for things we wanted to go do.

I am currently exploring what kind of options/ actions (including legal) there are for me to take for the discrimination and the sense of threat that I felt from the front desk and the manager. The room itself is okay just that it is without hair dryer and coffee maker. (Probably you could ask for them) It has full kitchen. But it is a block away from the south end of the las vegas strip. I recommend jockey resort since I believe it has suits with full kitchen and its location is at the center of the strip. It does not come with the breakfast anymore.

The Desert Rose Resort was perfect for our group vacation. The staff was outstanding in every way, handling room modifications, delivering shipped business items to our room, providing us a welcome gift and greeting us personally upon our arrival. We were pleased to encounter such a friendly and helpful staff during our stay, and the facilities were great! Everything was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the daily breakfast and happy hours were a bonus! We definitely look forward to staying with Team Desert Rose in the near future and we appreciate the staff whom is dedicated to providing great customer service and a wonderful family atmosphere for our group vacation.

The check in clerk was unenthusiastic. At first we didn't like the room because it was older, worn, and at street level. We heard a lot of car noise. But the room did grow on us. The morning breakfast was great but wish there was more interior seating in the cold weather. We had a problem with a strange beeping noise in our unit. A maintenance person showed up immediately. That was good. Our biggest complaint is there was only one wash cloth, and although we asked for more twice they never arrived.

Excellent hotel. Worth a visit.
