Reviews of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Autograph Collection 5*
Love this place! Perfect location. Great parking. Fabulous staff.
Absolutely love this place. Casino and service were fantastic. Rooms were unbelievable and soooo clean. Front desk staff especially, Willie he personally checked us in, gave us the absolute best deal. We had the best view on the entire strip!
Amazing place to stay! The strip view room we had took our breath away… The Japanese soaking tub was a delight. We can’t wait to stop again!
Beautiful resort. Checkin took a while; not very organized. Instead of a single line, each station with a person had its own line so guests were expected to guess which line would be fastest like a grocery store.
Best Pizza in Las Vegas! And only $1 a slice! No, not really $1, but yes, best pizza.
Efficient service at check in/checkout. Housekeeping — Jasia was GREAT. Abdullah with the front desk helped us solve a hiccup with our reservation.
Best experience on the strip! This places has a very exotic and relaxing feel. The rooms are so comfortable I have to make myself leave. Every time I visit I stay here unless their completely booked!
This hotel is beautiful. We have stayed at a few different hotels here in Vegas. This by far is the nicest. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean.
My favorite hotel on the strip. Great restaurants and rooms.
Nothing in Vegas compares to the Veranda fountain rooms! The view of the Bellagio fountains is amazing and the staff are so sweet and helpful!
What a great, fun, and exciting place to stay! Plenty of food choices, too! Rooms are clean and really nice. Will take a lot to persuade me to stay anywhere else! Fredi in VIP check — in is absolutely amazing! He should be recognized for his hospitality! I hope he never leaves the Cosmo!
Ok, I’m torn between recommending and not. It was my first Vegas trip, so, I don’t have a lot to judge off. It was beautiful, clean, and excellent location. However, the pool hours were not long enough, closing at 6. I would have expected better toilet paper for the cost per night, and drink service at the casino was horrible (for us at least), we never got the two we were actually able to order. Would I stay again? Perhaps, as long as I was with a group to split the room costs.
It’s a beautiful vivacious hotel and casino located in the middle of the Vegas strip. It has some of the best restaurants and nightlife Vegas has to offer! The rooms are spacious, each one having a private balcony that overlooks gorgeous scenery no matter what tower you stay in. I highly recommend this hotel and casino for your next trip to Sin City!
Great experience. Nice modern hotel.
Location is great. Friendly an great service!
•Romantic Atmosphere •Family-Friendly •Thoughtful Amenities •Specious rooms •Helpful concierge •Great hotel bar •Historic building •Large Suites •Good room Service •Quiet rooms.
A lot of my friends were recommending me to stay here and glad I took their advice. Great and gorgeous hotel. Great staff from reception to cleaning crew to room service. Pools were amazing and nightlife spectacular. Next time gonna stay longer very impressed will be recommending to all my other friends place to stay at when in Vegas. Thank You.
Amazing food, wonderful view and the service is awesome!
Horrible experience cheap room no views for way too much money lame boring hotel and horrible customer service.
Great vibe throughout with very nice accommodations. Highly recommend!
I loved every thing about this hotel! The service was top-notch, it was absolutely beautiful, and the restaurants were fabulous!
My all time fav Hotel, Resort & Casino on the Strip! Pristine service every time from the Concierge, VIP and Casino Marketing. The swanky Wrap Around Suite is magical and the gaming has the BEST rewards on the entire Strip!
Excellent customer service, love the balconies and view of Bellagio fountain and strip, fun pool area, immaculate, great food options including STK, love the location—we ALWAYS have the BEST time!
Awesome place and awesome rooms! Service was great! All the staff were just great. Always doing the most! Definitely will stay again!
The best view, the room was clean and big and comfy beds and couch! amazing food and bar’s … 10/10 for my first vegas trip.
Amazing hotel. Amazing huge rooms. Balcony with fountain view was like none other. I can’t stay anywhere else!
Beautiful hotel and very accommodating to guests.
Everything was FANTASTIC! We were on the 20th floor with a suite that overlooked the fountains. Every Staff member that we came in contact with were super friendly and knowledgeable! The Eggs Benedict at the Henry is OUTSTANDING!
Our only complaint was waiting in line 3 1/2 hours for the Thanksgiving buffet and the food was not that good.
We HIGHLY recommend this hotel/resort!
Center strip, for first time visiting this property it’s on our redo list. Some properties confusing to navigate, Cosmo easy to navigate, rooms great size, we had one bedroom suite with fountain view. Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed Holsteins big portions and Hattie B’s was great too. Definition coming back to Cosmo.
Absolutely love it. Always winning there plus it has a great atmosphere and vibe about the place.
Absolutely amazing is all I can say! Staff is incredible, casino is stunning and clean. We love the Cosmo.
Best casino in Vegas. The staff are professional and friendly. Restaurants have wonderful food and the overall vibe is sheer fun!
The staff was nice and we were offered to upgrade the room for a small fee. The room was clean and the they even offered a free bag of goodies for my dog.
Awesome casino where the party never ends. Great comps and very retro.
My Favorite hotel in Vegas. Gorgeous view and absolutely the friendliness staff. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it to friends.
Very attentive staff in rest and casino. Love the variety of slot machines. Very entertaining and types I haven’t seen in other casinos.
I love the Cosmo. It’s my favorite hotel & casino. The wraparound Terrace has a remarkable view of the strip, the room service is delicious and they are so welcoming and courteous to their guests.
Loved our experience. Clean, staff was great and the restaurants were the best. Highly recommend! will be returning soon.
Amazing place I wish they would have heaters in the balcony around this time of the year.
The food is good how ever there is a line everywhere so if I want to gamble go eat and come back it can get frustrating.
Tables are always 25 minimum which is fine for the level of the casino but it won’t hurt to have more tables with 10-15 like the “three card table” which was the only 10 minimum table.
Gym is alright could expect to have more then one bench press machines and if there is a possibility for a warm pool for winter that’s even better.
Amazing staff, fabulous restaurant collection, beautiful views, best location on the strip.
It’s a very modern and clean happening hotel. Great location on the strip. Good restaurants. Great customer service. Room service does take a long time and is pricey.
We stay here all the time! The wraparound terrace suite is the best wouldn’t have it any other way! Service is great too very attentive.
Beautiful property, excellent customer service!
It is a fabulous place to stay! Everything is located inside the hotel (clubs, restaurants, casino, shops, etc). Beautiful scenery and spacious rooms! I love it here!
Awesome experience. Great.
The hotel and stay were great! A couple of bad spots but who doesn't have those? Security needs to be more diligent with mask usage of patrons. I decided not to gamble further as employees simply walked passed maskless patrons on the floor, a blatant disregard for gaming control board requirements. Also, as a local, I would recommend NOT eating at China Poblano. When you request the server to not include a specific item in your meal due to any reason, preference or allergy, and they cross out the request IN FRONT of you there is definitely something wrong. If I am paying almost $20 for a bowl of noodles I should expect a small request to be honoured. They don't know why I specifically made such a request nor did they say anything when they saw me pick out items on a ruined dinner.
The view was amazing. Great place.
Great visit so far. Have two more nights to go. Staff is very friendly rooms are the best on the strip. Everything is super clean and they're taking the safety precaution seriously. I come to Vegas at least two times a year and this is my first time at the cosmo. I like the way the hotel is laid out as you don't have to walk 20 minutes to get to your car. The restaurants are convenient and cover every type of pallet. The pool area, at least the boulevard pool which is the one that is open, is active and relaxing. Casino is fun. I wish I would have had a room overlooking the Bellagio fountain but nonetheless it's nice to have a large balcony to sip coffee on each morning.
We love this place. Great atmosphere, and great service. Love staying at the cosmopolitan.
Fantastic resort and the staff are amazing.
After my daughter lost her beloved stuffed toy dog, they went above and beyond to reunite her with it. A long flight back to the UK 3 weeks after we left the US and I have a very happy family all begging me to take them back. The resort is immaculate and the best of the best on the strip.
Such a great Hotel, the beds are so comfortable. Everything is great.
I love this hotel… very chic and modern. Also, their restaurants are some of the best on the world, a place for foodies and those with great taste. Their nightclub is one of the best in the world as well with the best celebrity DJ’s. At times the line to get in is long but if you enjoy a good music and atmosphere it is all worth it.
Lastly, their rooms are fabulous with the latest in technology and modern art.
Great amenities. Very conveniently located on the strip.
Quality in everything: the property, the food and drink, the entertainment, but most of all, the people! There’s just something different about the team at Cosmo! Professional, of course, but also fun, friendly, and ever so welcoming. I’ve stayed all over Vegas and many other places as well and I’m always happiest to return to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. I had a friend say “I don’t think I’m cool enough to go there! ” I get it, it’s a nice place and all (and, in 2019 America, perhaps we could all do a better job dressing and acting like we belong in public) but it’s really not like that. It’s cool, to be sure, but not pretentious. It’s my happy place!
The service was Awesome! The short ribs were Amazing! Great atmosphere… and music.
Fun place to be. Lots of slots machines. Beautiful place and ambiance. Lots of places to eat, yummy food. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
A beautiful hotel, a busy modern hotel with lots of vibe. But unfortunately u can’t even get a kettle in your room to make a cup of tea. You have to pay $10.00 to hire one. A big joke, every other hotel u have one in the room and u don’t pay for it.
Great atmosphere great views from the rooms and party time everywhere.
Beautiful setting, lots of interesting people, and great service.
Overrated! Beds are extremely uncomfortable and rooms are by far inferior to the majority of the rooms I have stayed in Las Vegas. Worst part is we have a truck so when we pulled in and there was nowhere to park unless we went to the smaller garage that most likely would have been a bad idea I was forced to VIP park my truck for 40 bucks a night. Very disappointing and honestly dont understand the appeal of this hotel besides the balconies. The casino is nice hence the 3 st…ars. I’d come back to play here but won’t stay here. Sorry for the negativity…
2nd time in Vegas, best stay yet! The Cosmopolitan exceeded our expectations in every aspect! We were in town celebrating love, birthdays, and being cancer free with our loved ones, and the Cosmo representatives went above and beyond with welcoming us, assisting us and even enjoying a laugh with us while we went through the check in process. Marcy who assisted us was so pleasant, took her time to build rapport with our group and even had chocolates and a card sent to our room for our special moments and even got us an upgrade to enjoy for our festivities. We thank you for such great customer service, the great atmosphere in the hotel, and most important the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel! we definitely will be coming back!
So glad we picked the Cosmo! The staff go above and beyond to cater to our needs. They are always friendly and willing to help. As for the hotel we were on a floor that recently had the new carpeting installed and you could still smell the freshness! The view was incredible the maid service was fantastic. The pools offered ample area to sunbathe and relax. Definitely worth the money.
This place is amazing! Highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a higher class place, it doesn't look old and run down like the flamingo. It also has less super old lady's chain smoking cigarettes and stinking up the place. The staff is really nice. The pool is great. It's more than a hotel and casino it's a full on resort and definitely comparable to Mandalay Bay. I personally think it's better. Enjoy!
I went there for one purpose, to try a recommended drink (elderflower martini) in The Chandelier. It was a great drink, so unique. But, the experience of being in The Chandelier, made it incredible. Looking around you, feeling like you were in such a cool place, setting it from outside of The Chandelier, it is an experience one cannot quite describe. It truly is one where 'you have to be there' to get it. Some folks were super dressed up, some were in stuff you'd wear to a day at a park. Everyone was the same to the bartenders. Where else can you feel like you're sitting in a chandelier? It was so cool.
The new food options in Block 16 are excellent. Hattie B's is especially good. Being from Portland, I was really excited to see that Lardo was there. If you find Secret Pizza, it's a great late night option to top off for the night. The demographics the hotel targets means you'll witness a lot of drama. But there are ample security guards at night and they're quick to respond to altercations.
We just got home from staying here. We had a one bedroom terrace fountain view room. It doesn't get much better than that! Absolutely stunning! The customer service and hospitality throughout the hotel is emmaculate! We won't stay anywhere else. We loved the Vesper Lounge. And we loved our little bartender Jennifer! We can't wait to come back! When we got up to our room the hotel had a gift waiting. It was a box of chocolates and a card for our anniversary! One of the best times my husband and I have ever had! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ Thank you Cosmopolitan! :)
This is a beautiful casino. They have nice new games. There is a gorgeous chandelier located right inside the door. It's worth going just to see the chandelier alone! The only problem we had was that their system went down while we were there so the games and cash machines wouldn't accept the tickets. Everyone had to go to the cashier to get their tickets cashed which caused a pretty good line.
I don't understand these slot machines, so I'm not particularly hooked. It's such a great place!
Very good service. Clean and comfortable. Courteous staff.
He deserves one more star!
Great location, great value for money, great cleanliness. Excellent services, from the valet parking x $18 to GG, to breakfast in the room, to the pool on the 4 * floor!
If you can take one of the rooms overlooking the Bellagio fountains and Japanese style bathtub!
Centrally located and a beautiful facility. I have not had the pleasure of staying in the hotel itself (only attended business functions there), but if it is anything like the rest of the hotel, I am sure it would be amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, inviting, and courteous. An absolute must-see (but how could you avoid) is the 3-story Chandelier bar where you can have a drink, relax, and take in the ambience. I look forward to going back soon!
It's so pretty! It's very modern. The layout can be a little confusing. Guest of this hotel are a priority. There is a gorgeous chandelier that is simply breath taking and definitely a show stopper. Definitely a destination stop while in Las Vegas. You can't miss it. Trust me.
Very nice rooms, housekeeping is top notch and work very hard cleaning rooms and providing great service. Rooms are expensive as expected this is not only a newer strip Hotel but is is very very beautiful and has lots of nice settings. High limit ($$) players are separate from regular gamble play. They have a booze shake place awesome and delicious. Room service, spa and fitness, gift Shoppes, night club, convention center, wicked spoon buffet high quality, the chandelier is beautiful eat and drink there. A must go especially if you have the money to spend.
We had a wonderful experience once again, at the Cosmopolitan. The front desk informed us of upgrades available to our reservation and recommended a beautiful suite. She even called our room shortly after we arrived to ask is if we were happy with it because she said she would change it if we were not pleased. We were very happy with her recommendation. The room had a great view of the Strip and the Bellagio fountain. The front desk also left a gift in our room as we were there for a special occasion. The food at poolside was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We have been to the Cosmopolitan before and are never disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an upscale pampered experience. Thanks, Cosmo!
The Cosmopolitan is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are luxurious and the team is extremely friendly and super helpful. The facilities are top notch with pool side restaurants and fun activities for everyone. I thought the casino was one of the nicer overall casinos on the strip. Very welcoming and great ambiance. The restaurants are unbelievable, Beauty & Essex was definitely the dinning highlight of the trip. This is a must visit! Holstein's and the Overlook Grill were also well worth a visit. Minor items: the hallway carpets and some of the common spaces need a bit of a refresh but no big deal. The only real downside was the "complimentary" drinks while you gamble. I think they only had 2 waitresses working the entire casino so it took way longer than it should have to get a top up. Great overall location and easy walking distance to most of the other hotels & casinos on the strip. Overall I would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan!
Def a swanky place that is visually stimulating and offers a lot to people other than gambling. It has great restaurants that are fun and different than your average run of the mill restaurant. My favorites are Beauty and Essex and The Wicked Spoon. Both are served tapas style and makes it fun when you're with a group of friends. I do feel like it appeals to the "younger crowd" more with the loud top 40 music playing everywhere. Def a fun place to visit.
Excellent hotel beautiful room ideal young couples very well located. Great places to eat.
Recent Casino Hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. I recommend all the more because the cosmopolitan is right in the middle of all the animations.
You can not miss a slice of Secret pizza… on the third floor… looking for the hallway with photos of Sinatra…
Very nice Hotel in a very central location.
Reasonable Price. Hotel with all The comforts: In practice a small town…
The wonderful room. They made free upgrade from confort to suite with balcony and spectacular views across the city.
What about… The top.
Rather expensive Strip hotel with bsbg branded stores inside.
I went to the Chandelier to have a drink with my working companies. It's a very impressivey Bara. We also liked the hotel in general, there are many different things to see.
It is one of the best strip hotels in Las Vegas, it is very modern, all the shops inside the hotel are spectacular and the casino very fun. At night is only for adults, not recommended for children.
A little expensive but excellent hotel. Very good restaurants and the rooms are very good size.
Rather upscale standard than a 5-star hotel. The normal room category does not even have two armchairs to sit together. The very wide paths to the elevator and the ice are negative as well as the boring equipment of the room. Overall disappointing, next time prefer to go back to Vdara or aria.
This is my favorite hotel in the entire world. All the staff are perfect and so gentle. Thanks for everything!
The hotel is very modern and very clean.
Casino and bar in the middle of the Strip.
My wife and I recently enjoyed a seven day stay in sunny Las Vegas. We stayed at the Cosmo this time, and it was phenomenal. This place pulls out all the stops to accommodate their guests. They do all they can to make you feel right at home. The rooms are Beautiful and always promptly cleaned. I was so very impressed with the place. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sin City.
We came to Vegas for my birthday last year. We decided to stay one of the nights in a suite with a water fountain view. It was absolutely beautiful. I believe it is one of the cleanest, most modern, and exciting hotel on the strip. We enjoyed it so much, we came back 3 months later. If you're at all into modern art and being pampered, this is your place to be.
Excellent just esque tube bad experience with parking.
Great experience, luxury and eye candy.
The Cosmopolitan is a very nice hotel, only If you get a renovated room on a renovated floor. The first two rooms we were given were not clean. You can notice this when you get off the elevator and see a highly stained carpet, which carried over to each room. The shower in both was caked with white deposits. The third room was on a fully renovated floor. It was excellent! If I were given the renovated room first, I would had rated the hotel five stars. What's great about the Cosmopolitan is the customer service. They were very kind and offered no excuses. We even received a call from corporate about our complaints. The problem, however, it took four different customer service reps, a housekeeping supervisor to review the room (she was very nice, professional, and said there was no excuse for the room), a call from corporate, in order to talk to a manager which gave us a renovated room. The rest of the stay was exceptional. The only hassle was during checkout they charged extra for the renovated room, which they said they would not, but quickly refunded the charges when a manager was contacted. I would stay again if I received a renovated room and didn't have to spend the first half day trying to get a clean room.
One of the best in Las Vegas, great environment and service, night LIFE + +
Excellent luxury hotel. Beautiful views. Great location.
I stayed at the Cosmo and this was my second visit. I've experienced staying in a standard room as well as a suite and both rooms were great! The rooms are so cool and the decor is so easy to fall in love with. I love their showers and their jet tubs. There is so much to do inside the hotel too! The pizza restaurant is my favorite too! Front desk staff are super nice and professional! Housekeeping greets you in the hallway! I love this hotel. Whenever I go to Vegas, the Cosmopolitan is gonna be my hotel choice!
Trendy casinos and cared for the smallest details, pity for the wicked Spoon restaurant really a disappointment.
Best Hotel in Las Vegas. Everything is perfect. The rooms with balcony hammer. We'll be back.
Pool, location, food all the madness.
Booked the Terrace One Bedroom — Fountain View. Breath taking views of the fountains. The room was huge the bed was comfortable, and the shower and the soaking tub were over the top. My wife and I loved everything about the Hotel. Tons of restaurants, and bars to check out. Wicked Spoon is the best buffet we have ever eaten at, and the service was top notch. Best hotel in Las Vegas!
Very good very contemporary hotel if you are tired of the typical Las Vegas hotels with themed (which for me is what 1ue gives the plus to Las Vegas) However it is good to get out of the routine occasionally hotel comfortable very clean and with good facilities salts immediately to the Most important street in Las Vegas and a few steps away are the famous dancing fountains of the Bellagio so without a lot of walking you have the show, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Good location.
Very chic and modern hotel in Las Vegas. Had a large, modern room on the 66 floor overlooking the Fontains of Bellagio. Even with balcony, in Las Vegas very rare. Highly recommended.
It's an excellent place. It has very good atmosphere and the service is always friendly.
Superlatives in the hotel industry… Room not too Topen, service and friendliness worldwide almost not to Topen price outside the events super cheap, location and ales others, a class of its own, a must in Las Vegas! Thanks to the team and management!
Architecture without equal. Really wonderful. There's a secret out there… a delicious PIZZA.
The hotel is huge, without exaggeration. 3100 rooms or something, you can get lost. The standard of the rooms is relatively high and it looks like you have recently renovated the rooms in spite of the young age of the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and the views are good in all directions. Wi-Fi is fast, the central location perfect. The prices are not without but also reasonable. Like everywhere in LV, the casino is a mix of colourful Klimbim, crazy people from all over the world and party atmosphere. But also noisy and strenuous in the long run. For a short break this hotel is a good choice.
If Vegas is an absurd city. This hotel is the absurd par excellence. Two-storey room with personal pool. Top of the top. I mean, you're in Vegas.
This hotel is amazing we had a luxury time!
It has a variety of restaurants for all kinds, the casino is spacious and the disco is very very good!
Chic, chic and then a cocktail … Yummy.
A really good modern hotel. Super suites, with balcony. Great view! I'll be back.
Very good casino hotel, high-tech video display view hotel lobby decoration fashion. On the balcony of the room you can enjoy the full picture of the fountain performance at the Bellagio hotel and a bird's-eye view of the tower of Paris Las Vegas.
The room (without lookout/Fontainview) was a little expensive but we booked too late. Other than that, I really liked it.
Sauber and the staff were friendly, too.
The club is also recommended. Would I visit again in any case.
Best hotel in las vegas. Everything is perfect. The rooms with balcony hammer. We'll be back.
Pool, location, food all the madness.
For me, this hotel proved itself to be a hidden gem on the strip. I'd stayed in Vegas many times before and never knew it was there. It's between more popular properties. However, it stands on its own. The unique, lavishly quirky decor is so fun. There's so much to notice, even when you're not doing anything (like standing in the elevator). I found the service, staff, and amenities impeccable. My room and view was huge, and the food options were awesome. My company paid for my week-long stay. But I could see how it's well worth the money. Great job creating a truly special place among others!
Bon me run through. Very high-quality impression. Good smell.
The Cosmo is my favorite hotel on the strip. It is a beautiful resort, with a very hip vibe. It has fantastic restaurants, cool bars/lounges and great rooms. It also has my favorite nightclub in Vegas, Marquee. At a lot of Strip properties you feel like an observer. At the Cosmo, you feel like a participant.
The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas is the most amazing place my husband and I have ever stayed! We have stayed in several different places here in Vegas, but none can compare to this place! The entire staff was friendly and are truly concerned that their guests are having an amazing time, and if you are not, they will do everything they can to make it happen. The grounds are immaculate as are the rooms. Everything is perfect, and the staff can't be beat. The art is none like I have ever seen. The pools are crystal clear, the wait staff and the lovely girls handing out towels at the pool, and the check in staff all had smiles on their faces every day. We will definitely return and it couldn't come fast enough!
Let me start by stating that the Hotel and Casino are top notch and our service and experience was very good. Our room and view was outstanding. Our best Vegas stay experience on the strip. My only constructive criticism would be that we booked and stayed here through the Marriott website (reward stay — points + cash upgrade) and the staff did not do a great job of recognizing membership status (Platinum Preferred) or extending any other benefits (I do realize that this is considered a resort property with Marriott) Even at check in there was no elite line or mobile check-in available. The gentleman at the counter stated that because of my status that my room was being upgraded to the actual room type that I had already reserved and paid additional cash with the points for to obtain. Just a suggestion to the hotel staff and management that the elite benefits and recognition goes a long way for repeat business, which at this type of property is not much of an issue when the economy is good but when things slow down…
Stunning hotel. Simply elegant and beautiful. The bar the Marquee was so much fun for day clubbing! The pool got gross though after a few hours of a lot of people swimming in it. Great bottle service at Marquee they made sure we always had water and on a hot hot day we needed it! The giant chandelier in Cosmo is absolutely amazing to look at. Beautiful hotel.
Beautiful hotel with a very cool vibe. Tons of swanky bars and restaurants, and very comfortable beds. It's a very large hotel with a couple of towers. The Vesper bar has amazing cocktails; excellent lobby bar. If you are traveling with a dog or seeing a show at the hotel in the Chelsea concert venue, recommend trying to get a room in the Chelsea tower. That's the one right across from the check-in area, so it's close to the front for bringing your dog out, and it's in the same tower as the concert venue so you'll have easy access.
Walking into the lobby is amazing. The tall pillars with giant displays on them will make you say Wow. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views. The Cosmo is one of the only hotels on the strip with balconies. The balcony is plenty big and allows you to take in the beauty of the city. On the downside, the dining in the resort is less than stellar. Casinos at the other resorts were much more spacious and accommodating. This resort is better suited for younger crowds looking to party.
A Chic place fit for ALL. There are some surprises. If you have a group going (over 50 people), I can get you in the Rabbit Hole… amazing little secret for Private groups on certain days/evenings. Dining options galore. High Tech meets creative. 2 Towers offer different pricing & options. The only Hotel resort that has amazing balconies. Clean location as opposed to other hotels on the Strip.
I'm staying at the Cosmo for the first time and love it. It's a beautiful hotel with great restaurants and bars. They were also great and upgraded my room which is also gorgeous, especially the 2 person shower. My only negative feedback on the room is there is no desk to work on so laptop use is literally on your lap. Other than that I will absolutely stay here again.
We stayed here while we eloped to Vegas and we were so glad we picked this hotel over others. First things first, the hotel itself you can stay in for your whole trip and you'll still won't see everything. This place is full of character and surprises. It has an amazing location with an easily accessible foot path taking you to the north and south side of the strip on either side of the road. The staff were extremely helpful in getting my wife dressed for our big day and they continued to help us with any questions we had about events around the city. We loved our time here, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else if we revisited Vegas.
LOVE IT! The room had a view that cannot be surpassed. Balconies wrap around the room with seating that is comfortable and clean. The bedroom had fantastic views too. Nice mirrors all along the way to the door to ensure you can check your style — walk and colors. Bathrooms were just top of the line in comfort, efficiency and meet the Las Vegas moods. Check in was a breeze, the staff were just too cool. Atmosphere was electric. Food was great but I hated the lines for breakfast. One area to improve is to provide some coffee cups and night chocolates.
The hotel is very good. It is near the Bellagio and the room with the Fountain view.
The location is great, the hotel is very good. The internet is working properly, it is delicious, the Fountain Bellagio in two steps. The room was clean and the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. C/Strange, but it's generally fine. Nice view on the strip. Checkout can be done on TV just before you go, look at your bill first, then squeeze the checkout, keep the cards in your room, and you can get to the reception not to approach or queue, you can stand up for an hour. Yes, a great choice of tastes for breakfast:)
No Russian TV, but he's not in America anywhere.
Good location.
Super nice that not happen fashion long years, icreible decor and atmosphere, super rooms comfortable and good customer. Super rich restaurants.
Nicely located with easy access to lots of restaurants and shops. For the first timers to Vegas: No bottle water provided in the hotel. No power socket adaptor, hotel sells it for USD$20, but you can get one across the road from the super market at $9. Hotel gym is brilliant, BUT: $20 per entry! Don't assume you get the free acess to hotel gym here in Vegas! And expect long queue when checking in/out during peak season/hours. Other than "everything costs", the Cosmopolitan is brilliant with very comfy beds and spacious room!
If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! Stayed here for two night it was awesome! Booked the One Bedroom Terrace and asked if I could get a better view while checking in, had a bit small talk and she said "I'll see what I can do". She told me the room she got me you can kinda see the fountains. Got out keys and went up to the room and WOW they upgraded us to a wraparound suite! The view was spectacular, and the room was huge. Two full size bathrooms, full kitchen, everything. It was just awesome. Would definitely come back again.
Our room was huge and very nice, on the 23rd floor. It had a great view. I loved the big shower! Water pressure could have been better though. Housekeeping was very nice and would ask us what time they should come back to accommodate our schedule. The Bamboo pool was very nice, although often quite crowded, which made it difficult to find chairs together. Marquee was a little too crazy for me but if you like wild pool parties you'd enjoy it. I never went to the Marquee nightclub. And the third pool was closed, I think because there was a fire? There were a ton of amazing (although expensive) food places in the hotel and close by. The location was very convenient. There's a Walgreen's right across the street which is great for snacks / drinks / etc. Maybe my biggest gripe is that there is no fridge in the room and if you want one it's $25 a day. Overall it's a beautiful hotel.
First time staying at the cosmopolitan and I have to say it was amazing. I stayed in the junior sweet and when I walked in with my wife we were blown away with the room. From the walk in shower with a deep tube in there to the balcony, it was all amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel rooms are great. Casino is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous property. Customer service is absolute garbage. If you need something fixed in your room, you should expect to have to call for help at least three times and wait three hours. If you try to complain to a manager about it, they'll hang up on you. Literally. Ultimately, I was offered a two-night comped stay as an apology, but I declined. The customer service is just THAT bad.
Cosmo has a variety of restaurants, bars and pasta to have a drink. It is always a good choice.
Rooms were a nice size. Great view! Probably my favorite part. Parking is a pain. But overall great experience.
The Cosmopolitan nails ambiance, the "casino scent", and has the Chandelier bar where it's always fun to treat guests to at least a drink. The pizza place is a welcome, delicious, and more affordable NY-style pizza option in a hotel that, for all its beauty, does look like it serves to appease only the snootiest of clientele.
I love everything about the Cosmo, the parking has the notification lights to know where is free. The casino floor isn't huge where it takes forever to get anywhere. The filtration system is great where you don't smell the cigarettes. The collection of food is high class. Marquee is always a fun time. Amazing stylish rooms. It's where I do most my gambling because they offer you more points too.
My room was on the 38th floor facing the strip. The shower tub combo was super sexy! We got the Japanese soaking tub upgrade and it was worth every penny! The Cosmopolitan set the standard from check in to check out. I loved my stay and will definitely go back.
The rooms: very comfortable, well designed and spacious. The funny thing though, you can see whomever is taking a shower from the sleeping area because, well, it's Vegas, so duh! (There are blinds so it can be private). The hotel: great restaurants, friendly staff and shopping. There are 3 pools, bamboo pool being my favorite! :) Dining: oh, you will find some of the greatest dining at the Cosmo. Celebrity chefs, variety of cuisines and great for families, dates, you name it!
The rooms are beautiful but the showers are really weird, since they're transparent and can be seen from the outside. Kind of kinky, in my opinion. Otherwise it's a gorgeous hotel, but the hotel security can be really aggressive and arrogant. Particularly on weekends, they tend to power trip and harass guests for no reason. Really unfortunate for such an otherwise nice hotel.
Stayed at one of the higher floor balcony rooms and the decor and appointments were classy. View of strip was unobstructed mostly. Chandelier bar is great and entry to Marquee was free with room key! Would be my first choice when in Vegas…
It is a great casino, spend the night in a suite, very nice, you have a magnificent view, I really liked it, give it 5 stars for the truth, I was very satisfied.
It is a magnificent Hotel, you must go to secret pizza is going to change the life of that place.
I had a fenómenal. Had the sea of things to do and restaurants to choose from. Especially the breakfast in the primer plants. In addition to play black jack with a deck of double was my favorite because the odds are better. And the decor! All modern, although a chispín tacky almost kietch.
Really nice hotel and Casino. The pools are really nice. It's pricey UT you get what you pay for. Really nice rooms. Great food options.
A good place for one to stay. The cosmopolitan this hermorso.
This hotel is fabulous looking. It's very modern and is in a prime location (the strip). If you're into the touristy scene, this is the best place to be because everyone comes here for the upscale social vibe. Also, gambling here is going to cost you more compared to other casinos around town so be prepared to potentially lose money fairly quick. Honestly this hotel isn't any different than a standard chain, after all it is part of the Marriott Brand. The water in my rooms went out TWICE over a 2 day stay, so I'm not as impressed as I was years ago.
The staff was very friendly and hotel was beautiful. However we had a two bedroom suite with 3 beds for 2 but the hotel only offered only two complimentary breakfasts per day. It was also the same story to get into Marquee, the nightclub in the hotel. It's the same no matter how many beds or people are in the room, so I guess it's not a big deal since most of the amenities including the club and dining are worth the money its just something to keep in mind.
Funky modern hotel tower complex with a great pool, excellent restaurants, and one of the best night clubs anywhere. Very comfortable rooms with easy availability to upgrades. Casino is average at best.
Great hotel. The room was super clean and we were able to go to all the nightclubs and restaurants so easily. Only downside was that the place was packed! But, the vibe was great and we loved the whole experience. Will definitely stay here next time.
Loved the style of The Cosmopolitan. We had an amzing suite with the best veiw. The only downside was the room's frig that was crammed full of mini bar beverages, and no space whatsoever for any of your own items. Removing the items will send charges to room regardless of whether you consumed them or not. Great space, great service otherwise.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I was really looking for a great experience at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The carpet in the rooms are NOT very clean. I couldn't walk on the carpet with bare feet. As for the casino… I did not see one (1) slot machine over $300. GO TO OLD VEGAS if you want with gamble. The bouncers night club were very rude. REALLY! I will NEVER stay at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas again. If you want to good time in Vegas stay at the Venetian.
Hotel staff service was excellent and attentive. Dealers very friendly and helpful. Food options are great, and rooms are top of the line.
Absolutely awful hotel. Dont get me wrong, it looks lovely but I cannot tell you how money grabbing a rude the staff are. I stayed there for my wedding and on the morning of my wedding we were at the buffet and they wouldnt put us on a table next to my friends who were already eating unless we agreed to pay a service charge because the party was bigger than 10! It was a buffet and we werent with the others! Thats just one of many times we were treated poorly. Ive been trying to get a £1300 belt back for 3 months and each time I email I get someone new who then ignores me after I tell then my story! Disgusting!
Not only is this hotel extremely beautiful, excellently located but the staff is beyond friendly. Everyone I spoke to from booking the room, checking in (early! for no charge), room service and valet were incredible! I got married one of the night of our stay (off site, I wish I would have done it there) and they treated me like I was the first bride they had ever had, they were so excited for me and everyone went out of there to help me. I will never stay anywhere else but here!
Super Luxurious good experience and these in the center of it all…
Loved everything about this hotel. Get a wraparound suite. It's worth it. The service is five star also. Eric Urban checked us in and was so helpful. Thanks Eric.
We just came back from a bachelor party… it was alright. The good things are that it is a beautiful hotel that is right on the strip. Everything is basically new… the beds were comfy… slight issue with some money going missing, but it shouldn't have been left on the floor. To the really bad things… no ice for the whole hotel. There are two ice machines on the 14th floor that everything was supposed to use. We pressed the button on one for 30 seconds and got one piece of ice… We called to housekeeping and ordered some bags… after an hour of waiting in the room… we finally just left. The wallpaper was peeling off… slightly bad as it is brand new… That all being said, the showers were very nice. The pools were disgustingly murky from no one ever getting out to use the washroom. I know it is bad to put the rating down to 3 for some of the issues… but no one really seemed to care… so it was a little annoying that we paid 35% more then staying across the street at Planet Hollywood (I have never stayed there, so perhaps the extra charge is very worth it! When I go back I probably won't stay here… it just wasn't worth it for the amount of time we were actually in the room.
Went to Las Vegas for my sister's 50th Birthday and what a memorable time it was! If you want to live the life of the rich and famous, stay at the COSMOPOLITAN! Cannot beat the view off the 53rd floor and all the restaurants have great service and great food! Everything was at a 10! I will forever go back and stay at this hotel!
The hotel is all right, sure, but the people there are the most crooked, churlish, pathetic, useless hack frauds you will ever encounter. They charge your account funds with no explanation whatsoever, every single hireling you interact there will treat you with a shortness of attitude & a total absence of cordiality. There are plenty of other hotels in this armpit of a city that are very superior to this sad excuse for a luxury establishment. Avoid at all costs, literally & figuratively.
This was my first time to las vegas. Had a ball. The rooms are unbelievable. The food was orsom. I don't gamble, but what an eye opener. It was fantastic. Would definately recomend and stay again.
Great place. The rooms are amazing and the casino, restaurant and bars are fantastic. We spent an entire night in that chandelier bar, people watching. Truly an experience. Entertainment is great and it's pool location is quite unique. Has to be one of the top places to stay in vegas.
Amazing hotel. Beautiful building and even better rooms. The staff is very helpful and of course the pools are wonderful. And there are three to choose from. Can't beat that.
Beautiful casino that cost more money than the entire city center combined. It's got a room with a million or two dollars in chandeliers and it's all very contemporary and classy! I've only been in here a couple of times and it's very dark and dramatic but, I enjoyed myself. Very sleek and loved the decor. It makes you feel like top notch class! It's quite a fantastic hotel to check out. It's worth more than most hotels even combined in Las Vegas. It's absolutely excess at it's best which is what we know and love the most about a city like Las Vegas. I've never been inside of the room but, I'm sure they are as gorgeous as the entrance and casino floor of this hotel.
Pool was closed but still charged us the high resort fee. Room is small compared to other same grading of hotels. I won't recommend to others. You would pay higher to Bellagio or less to save some money for buffets. The price is not worth it. They keep charging us whenever we lifted up the drinks in the fridge. Since the fridge is full of their drinks, we must took out some in order to put ours in. Thus, we have to make calls to cancelled the charges. This kinda technology is annoying. They could have avoid this if they leave us some space inside the fridge.
Great new hotel right next door to City Center. The best part about this place is the GIGANTIC crystal chandelier that extends three stories in the middle of the hotel. Oh, and inside the chandelier is a bar! Best chandelier ever or the BEST chandelier ever? Also, if you make your way up to the top floor, there is a hidden pizza shop tucked away down a long hallway. Can't go wrong with some late night pizza.
Shame, shame, shame on the Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas and United Airlines for promoting a scam. On the recent March 15, 2015 morning flight from Houston to Las Vegas, United promoted the Cosmopolitan Hotel by passing out scam coupons on the flight for the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Upon our arrival in Las Vegas, 6 of the 8 golfer’s golf bags did not arrive in LV. Then, we had to wait 3 hours for the next Houston flight to get our golf bags delivered. We thought we would take advantage of the 2 for 1 Brunch Buffet coupon at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. I was in Las Vegas in December 2014 and the dinner buffet was $20 per person, so a brunch buffet coupon sounded like a good deal for 2 people. To our surprise the Buffet cost $35/person and we were charged an extra $15 gratuity charge because we were a group of 8 guys (that is an extra “43% gratuity and tax” for a self-service buffet). So that was a total charge was $50.44 for 2 people. The Buffet was very disappointing, i. E. No fresh seafood of any kind, no shrimp, no crabs claws. The only seafood were oriental shrimp balls that were disgusting. In December, 2014, the Cosmopolitan Buffet dinner was $20/person and it included lots of fresh seafood. Therefore, 8 guys paid $25/person for a substandard buffet (Golden Corral’s buffet is better that the Cosmopolitan) or a total of $201.76 for a bait and switch scam buffet promoted by United and provided by the substandard Brunch Buffet at the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
I have stayed in this hotel on Mar 1 — 4, 2015, but the experience is not as good as expected, I'd pay a bit more to live in Bellagio if time can flies back. Here's the issue: 1. It charges $30/ day as resort fee, but the pool is closed for renovation, thus the resort fee is for internet, gym room and spa only, but I was planned to swim with my daughter when booking. If I know it in advance, I definitely will not pick this hotel. 2. The pillow is very very very soft, like no pillow, I have stay in other Vegas hotels, like Vientiane, MGM, Paris, but the first I prefer using the cushion as pillow when sleeping. 3. One of the wall lighting is out of service. 4. The water is not strong enough in shower room. 5. Both telephone handset didn't work, we nee to use speakerphone when calling frontdesk. 5. As I went there with my 22 mth old daughter, she drinks milk every day, so I bough it from nearby store, but there is no space in fridge for storage, it filled with beers, soft drink etc. I have to pull out all these drinks to keep my milk, with their advanced sensor system in the minibar, we have been charged for $130 in our bill when check out, it is no doubt they remove it when we call in, but to me, this system is not too friendly.
My wife and I stayed here last year and loved it. The room was amazing and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Two things I think really make this my favorite hotel on the strip. It is new and non-smoking so the rooms to not smell like old cigarettes. So many of the other hotels on the strip used to allow smoking so to me even the rooms that are not non-smoking still smell like smoke. Since this hotel is so new the rooms smell fresh and clean, a major plus for us. Second it is owned my Marriott so if you are a rewards member like us you can get an upgrade. I was platinum when we stayed here to we got a complimentary room upgrade. It was a wonderful room with a fabulous view of the strip. The casino was nice and spacious with plenty of machines. It was also not too crowded, we really liked it. This hotel is now our first choice for Vegas vacations.
My husband and I had dinner on November 21, 2014 at Rose Rabbit. Our waiter, Ange was rude and condescending. I asked for a piece of cake to celebrate my husband's birthday. Ange brought the Terrarium which he charged us $35.00. I later found out that there were several other dessert options. When we questioned him, he told us it was all they served. When I asked for a house white wine, he brought me instead the most expensive wine by the glass. We were there to celebrate a special day, but because of how we were treated, do not recommend.
I was looking to book a wedding at the cosmopolitan in July of 2015. I emailed the contact provided on the website and waited 3 days. On the 3rd day I called to try and speak with someone (they prefer you email them) and the woman I talked to said she would have someone call me that day. Finally the 4th day a woman named Christina sent me an email that was pretty generic. I replied to that within an hour and waited another 3 days to hear back from her. When she finally emailed me with some pricing I replied right away and asked her to call me. Another 2 days went by and she asked me when would be a good time for her to call. How about just dont bother. I am booking my wedding with Mandalay Bay which has been hassle free so far. I called and actually TALKED to someone right away who was very helpful. Dont waste your time with wedding plans at the Cosmopolitan unless youre lucky enough to possibly know someone. Your wedding day is supposed to be one of the most important days of your life and I was treated as an afterthought at this hotel.
Amazing hotel! If you want to enjoy Vegas, you must visit here. And if you smoke, you must stay here since their balconies are part of the vacation. Their pool parties at the summer are the best, and you really feel like you completed Vegas. The view from their balconies, if you get a room that face the fountain is breathtaking, and just to sit there and enjoy the amazing view can be an experience of itself.
Good location on the strip! Easy access to shopping and great food within the hotel itself. The rooms with the view were spacious and gave you a great place to view the strip and the Bellagio fountain.
Awesome service and modern resort. We stayed on the 57th floor with a South-facing view and balcony. Pros: 1. Super comfy beds. 2. Room size for the Terrace Studio was really nice (it's worth the upgrade from the City room). 3. The location is superb. It and Bellagio share the middle of the strip IMO. 4. Marquee is a great club. 5. All the bars are great places to lounge and chill (especially Chandelier bar). 6. Great service! Everything is really modern too if you're into that type of stuff. Cons: 1. The Sahra spa is too expensive for the value. 2. The American breakfast (room service) is too expensive for the value. 3. Not as many cheaper tables for blackjack (but there's always at least one $10 table if you look hard enough).
I come to Vegas many times a year and I cant stress how much this hotel is! I always get the wraparound terrace suite fountain view and its the best room in the entire hotel! You get to see everything on the strip, to the fountains, the Eiffel tower, and the Ferris wheel! Lets not forget about the room service! I always order steak and eggs for breakfast and its literally the best thing on this planet! I absolutely love this hotel.
Incredible! Amazing experience.
Super hotel too good.
The most luxurious hotel Ive ever stayed in Las Vegas. I love that the cosmopolitan offer balcony rooms. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed in Las Vegas. I really want to just check out with it. Seriously. Cosmopolitan is on the strip so it's walking distance to just about every hot spot in LV.
Great Hotel with a Prime location in the center of the Strip. The Hotel is not a typical Mottohotel such as doe others, but on Design. Booked we had a terrace one bedroom fountain view. Be sure to recommend. Our room was in the 60. Floor and had a great view of the Bellagio lake and the Strip. Great room decorated and very clean. The only negative: the doors slam and you can hear the water pipes very loud! (No Joke) Otherwise, beautiful young people, tailor-made Pool. Entire Hotel very expensive.
A cheek, what is offered here. The staff is rude, per day, a 28$-fee to the room rate for Wi-Fi, even if you have the Option not want. For the year 2013 is the Neanderthalerniveau. The so-called "adult Pool" is$ 50 Mindestkonsumation required to be on a lounge chair to go and, generally, one has the feeling, in a Ripp-Off Spot to be a real rip-off. The wet bar has no prices written on, but the drinks will be automatically calculated if you drink hardly tapped. Absolutely unsympathisches Hotel! Never again.

We went to the pool party with about 20 people and the service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
