It was a so-so experience. Positives: Guests should take advantage of the Pillow Bar. Great mattresses. Roman style bathtubs are Divine! Negatives: Be aware that the advertised "plush bathrobes" are anything BUT Plush! Housekeeping was not accommodating to our schedule. Bring your own Keurig cups! They charge $6/per K-cup!

Rooms were beautiful and spacious. It was nice to have the tram close by. Staff was all pleasant. We were disappointed that the large pools just closed the day before we arrived, that is why I gave it a 4 Star rating. We wished we had known. One of the small pools was open though l with a couple hot tubs but it was really crowded. We went for the Maroon 5 concert which was SO good! Well worth the trip! We want to go again when the pools are all open as they look so inviting.

Luxury hotel. Impeccable room service and wait staff. Crazy good food 24 hrs a day. Front desk is super helpful 24 hrs a day. Easy to make reservations across town. Valet staff was fast and friendly. Always opened the door for me before my husband. Went for our honeymoon. Will go again. My favorite hotel on the strip!

We didn't realize this place was so kid friendly. The pools were amazing for the kiddos. They have a lazy river, a wave pool (child must be 48inches tall) but to the very left there's a kiddie pool. They also have the aquarium and it's just right for little ones. The food court near the convention center was ideal for us too when we wanted something quick and easy. We had a great stay here with the family and recommend this place for family vacation.

Mandalay Bay is beautiful inside and out! The Shark Reef Aquarium is, in all honesty, the only aquarium I've been to and I LOVE it! I should explain I am a local. I love coming to Mandalay Bay from time to time and take a look at the shops and maybe even dine at a restaurant. I love the fact that ever since the 8/1/17 incident, the staff are very professional and always show empathy and strength. Keep it up, Mandalay Bay!

I stayed at the Delano using the American Express Fine Resorts Program. I loved the perks and amenities that come with the program and found the hotel to be a great place to stay. I appreciated that they elevator made you use a key card to access the floor you were staying on, and that the rooms had electronic buttons for do not disturb, housekeeping, and even a door bell. The rooms were crisp white and very clean. Our room overlooked the future raiders stadium construction. The hotel was so quiet for being in Vegas, I got a full night's sleep with no problem, even when my room was the closest to the elevator! I would most certainly stay here again.

The Delano is part of the Mandalay Bay complex, but it has its own front desk, situated at the end of a long, well-appointed hallway which takes you behind and away from the bustle of the casino, past the Michael Jackson "One" show theater. This hallway is also where Della's Kitchen resides; it's their breakfast/lunch casual coffee shop, but the food is creative and three or four steps above a typical coffee shop. (If you like hot sauce, ask them if they have any of their homemade stuff — no kidding. ) The tower itself is remarkable for having the fastest, most efficient elevators I've ever used, and rooms (all non-smoking) which are very nice, modern, and well maintained. And the staff went out of their way to be cheerful and helpful. Just a great place.

On the level of "bohemianism, " can argue with the belagio.

I did a booking at the Mandalay Bay and received an email offering me an upgrade at the Delano for their Suites for about $15 more a night, so I took it and made sure it was with a Strip View room. The day of checking in I came in around noon, so I thought if I could see about having an early check-in. After receiving my room keys, we went into the room, but it had a mountain view. So we went back down and told the person that checked us in that my reservation was for a Strip view room. She told me that the reservation didn't say that and that it was a normal room. I pull up the email for my upgrade that it specially said "Strip View". She got really annoyed and told me that the rooms are still being cleaned and that I will have to wait about 45 minutes until a strip view room is ready, and that I will get a text confirming it. We ended up waiting about an Hour and a Half. We wanted to just put our stuff down in our and take a short nap since we drove several hours to get there, but instead, we waited in the lobby couches. Then my wife got really annoyed waiting and went back to the counter, this time a different person helped us, he said he had strip view rooms ready and gave it to us instantly. This further irritated me because we felt like the rooms were probably ready long before, and we were sitting around for nothing. Another annoyance was that the pool was CLOSED that day, which was the reason why I even booked here, to begin with.

Booked at Mandalay Bay, the $20 trick landed my wife and I an upgraded suite in Delano and we’re so happy it did. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a sitting area, bedroom and bath and a half. The only thing it was lacking was a view, but the mountains and airport were just fine. If I has to be picky, you only get two towels each cleaning and the water wasn’t super hot, but come on — that’s nothing. The room was so quiet and the lobby areas are great. It wasn’t overcrowded and you never navigated too much traffic walking. The pools are crowded, but really nice. All of the onsite food we enjoyed: buffet and a couple of restaurants we’re surprisingly good. While it’s a short walk to the best of the strip, this property was just our speed. We’d definitely stay here again.

100% will stay at this hotel ANYTIME I am in Vegas in the future. Booked our room early under fair rates, upgraded to a dope suite for a steal right before our trip. Hotel smelled so amazing. Really modern and nicely decorated. There's a lot to do near the hotel also (mini mall type of set up, restaurants close, hotel connects to three other hotels on the strip).

I have now stayed here several times. I feel 'comfortable' here and it feels upscale. My husband really likes the spaciousness of the room. The staff (desk, casino, housekeeping) have always been friendly. This is one of the casinos with a nice mix of restaurants… both high end and lower priced (mall walkway and food court). I'm not a pool person but if I we're, I'd say it's got quite a pool scene. They have concerts there. As for the slots… well, I don't generally win here. I think they might be tighter.

A year ago in October 1, 2017, a mass shot took place at the Mandalay by a man called Stephen paddock who killed 59 people and wounded 851 people. I feel bad for those who have been killed.

The hotel was great, customer service was well within reason. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Throughout my stay security was patrolling the hallways and very curteous. House keeping respected my privacy and did a great job servicing my room. Thank you.

Much more relaxing than Mandalay Bay, but it's not exactly an oasis. The property is pretty shared between the two so you have to deal with a lot of chaos even when staying at Delano. If you've got to be course to an event at the convention center though it's worth getting Delano. Room service food is pretty good. Rooms are nice, carpet is clean and new looking, bathrooms in good shape but a little dated. Some employees are awesome, some unnecessarily argumentative and unhelpful. Pool is pretty fast from the rooms and you have to walk through casino area. All the polls are together but they're is one that can only be used by Delano guests, it tends to be more calm. If you need to leave luggage, try to claim it from bell desk yourself… Waiting for it to be brought to your room is unreliable and will just cost you time.

This is really an amazing place to have a drink. The sky bar is really on top, the waitresses are ultra sexy, so you can enjoy the view on the Strip at 62nd floor. To see to have a drink in good company.

No smoking! Great for meetings. Nicely appointed suites. Excellent service. Adjoins Mandalay Bay which is a short indoor walk away. Pets welcome.

Beautiful hotel with international DJs that happen, crazy night.

Beautiful views from the rooms. Great access to things to do. I wasn't as big a fan of the vibe in the casino compared to some of the other Vegas casinos but it was still great. Food is all spectacular (if not overpriced. But sadly, what isn't). Overall, I would definitely go back.

I recently attended the Choice Hotels convention and it was amazing. Very good service nice clean room. Security is beefed up and it felt very safe. Beautiful hotel I think they did a fabulous job for Choice. I have no complaints at all. I hope to take my family to Mandalay for a much needed family gettaway soon! I would recommend this hotel no doubt!

Hotel was amazing! Clean, spacious rooms, prompt and kind maids, great front desk and food service. We used Uber to get around and the hotel had a designated area for them to pick you up on the lower level. Out of all the Casinos we went through, the smoke smell in this one was the least noticeable. Food offerings we plenty, and the restaurants all had great food. Did not try the buffet due to the high price; did not feel it was worth it at $35 per person. Security was very present and did a great job patrolling the resort, lobby, and elevator area. Would highly recommend staying here. This hotel had much more of a “resort” feel and for the price, well worth it.

This was our 1st trip together as a couple to Vegas my 1st trip ever. It is where my boyfriend became my fiance. He proposed to me in the restaurant at the top of the stratosphere. We stayed at the Delano and it was great. Very nice staff, honest housekeeping, and we loved the pool area as well. If you want to go on the lazy river, and want a raft to float on, buy one from Walmart. They're very expensive if you buy them from the pool float store. We spent $65 for only 2 rafts.

Very happy with our stay. The resort is beautiful, and big with lots to offer. The rooms are modern, big and very comfortable. There are plenty of options for food, there is quick bites and fine dinning. There is also a aquarium exhibit. The pool area is awesome with different pools and a lazy river. The staff was great, very welcoming, we did not have one bad encounter. We were on the 58 floor and had a great view.

We didn't sleep on the spot, but the place didn't make us dream like others on the Strip.

This place is super nice. It has a lot to do for the whole family too. I know casinos aren't a place for kids, but here you can take them to an aquarium they have on site. Really nice people too. The casino floor is really lively. People going here and there makes a bit hard if you have kids, but there is enough space that you can easily get strollers around. Really great place. Really nice.

The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is a nice resort casino has a very good pool your casinos communicate with the Luxor and another casino all around the game rooms very good.

Very relaxing hotel. Easy access to Mandalay Bay and Luxor. Rooftop lounge is a great way to start the night. Valet area is convenient to get in and out. Service is great and unobtrusive. Lots of pool choices at Mandalay. Great experience!

We went through the aquarium with our family including 2 toddlers that absolutely had a blast. It was pretty quick to go through but cool for what it is. The ticket also included a second exhibit about polar ice, it included a nice seating area and a couple interactive exhibits but was not really a must see. Overall it was a fun place to walk through but I wouldn't do it again, nor would I recommend it there are much better things to do around there.

Great place! Was in Aria, Cosmo, Delano. I recommend the suite stage.

Good hotel, a little expensive for Lonque Dan.

One of the finest resorts I've stayed at. The hospitality is excellent with responsive staff. If you are a loyal member to MGM this is one of the places to check out because they treat members very well also. The hotel itself along with the casino doesn't smell like cigarettes but is very fresh and clean. Although it is farther down the strip than the main attractions, there is still shopping, dining, and attraction experiences within walking distance.

Leaves much to be desired service-price, a club beach really mediocre, the facilities look old, the cuisine is nothing special, you charge your room during the stay that are taken out of the sleeve, Nadama lack that you charge for Smile, the only decent are the rooms but in any part of the world there are better places to stay for half of what there costs…

The rooms were very nice. Clean and quit. Loved the no casino in the hotel but easy walk to Mandalay Bay. Will stay again. Staff was very friendly and room service was fast. Only complaint is that they didn’t provide k-cups for the coffee maker.

Absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at! Class act all around! The pool is awesome and the servers are the best. Kelsey at the pool went above and beyond! I even love the smell when you walk into the lobby. Thank you for my awesome vaca!

Vegas Luxury and magic together the bed is too comfortable!

The hotel was very nice. The beds were clean and neatly made. The maid service was prompt as well as front desk help. The casino is very nice and the ventilation keeps the smoke down. If you are staying in the hotel opt for the spa package to workout as the gym is nicer and they have steam rooms, sauna, hot tub, cold tub, and bathroom amenities. Overall it was a great place to stay and a great value.

Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Everything is a good distance given the greatness of the hotel but the pool was nice, although just a small part was open (November 2017).

Spacious hotel with everything you need for a stay in Las Vegas. It is among the best in the city and has good status. Shows and shops within the same hotel. Wave Pool and beach. Parqueqdero for guests.

Great hotel in the very beginning of the strip.

The Mandalay Bay Hotel and casino, I loved it, this in an edge of the las Vegas strip, all the workers of Mándalay bay has been efficient and friendly. In the room that I stay this expanded and cleaned up. The casino is great. It has several pools, a wave with beach. Lazy river-take your own tube (the float) and two swimming pools more.

What's epuede say about this casino? It is a beautiful hotel and the casino and its attractions are very good, the show of Cirque do Solei, ONE by Michael Jackson, is my favorite part of the place, you can not miss the show!

Stayed here for a conference and really enjoyed the entire experience. The entire staff was incredibly hospitable: To the housekeepers you met in the hallway, to the front desk agents during check-in and checkout, and the doorman who helped arrange transportation. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and spacious complement it by an oversize tub and standalone shower. The blackout curtains overlapped restricting any type of light from coming in early in the morning. Great place to stay while visiting Vegas.

I went to the Light club and the music was very good. The casino is also very big and has all the machines from the other casinos.

Pleasantly sober and contemporary. It has nothing strident and its rooms are wonderful. A great variety of places to eat and drink. A good casino shared with the Mandalay Bay very close to the airport and almost at the end of the most touristy part of the strip. Highly recommended for families as well as groups, holidays or work. A great resort with the best pool facility in Las Vegas.

-20. — Valet parking-two cross roads to the centre-beautiful and large rooms with good views-shopping centre in the hotel-near the airport/car hire.

This was a fine place for a convention. Upon check in, the gentleman was exceptionally helpful, going so far as to tell us to avoid touching the mini bar unless we intended to use it because it responds to weight like Indiana Jones. The facilities were good, although not as exceptional as other higher priced hotels on the strip. Meeting facilities were as expected. I have no idea what they could have done better. Great stsy.

Wonderful hotel to walk through and to access other hotels for free. The hotel is accessible by a free tram that starts at the Tropicana and New York New York. Inside the hotel was very clean, organized, and well laid out to find things easily. I didn't stay in the hotel, but attended a 3-day conference at the Convention Center. It had Starbucks and many restaurants inside that were well priced and extremely nice staff.

This casino is spectacular. Not to mention it has the House of Blues! That place is just amazing in itself. I love the food and the entertainment. AND I have never had a bad experience there. The casino is great also! A huge variety of all kinds of gaming.

It is a very good hotel in Las Vegas, you are very kind, they have a very strict security system. If you are looking for is to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Streep, stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spotless. It seems to Me that it is a perfect hotel for older people, if you're a guy you're going to get bored because it is far away from the blowout. Yes! Is the theater of Michel Jackson, the show is amazing! And as I always travel with my dog and there are not many hotels with pet friendly in Las Vegas, Delano itself is pet-friendly.

The rooms are large and modern. The main bathroom is fantastic with a TV, separate WC and both stand up shower and huge bath tub! The staff are friendly and the security in the lobby was an added bonus. While I did not use the pool it looked fantastic. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

When entering the parking lot have the rates for hours and that made me nervous that I was staying there, the downside is that when entering the casino is a bit confusing to get to the check in table, and the lady told us that to stay here the parking fee was n 12 dollars. Other than this the room was clean and the Queen beds are a little short for the tall people. The Mandalay is a little far from the center of the other events/casinos and so it is not very convenient but they have a train running towards the Excalibur. At least they cut the distance from walking this way with the train.

The aquarium is very well taken care of, there are many species.

At the end of the strip… And for me the problem. Overall, little traffic to people, except the millions of participants at conventions.

Nice place for those who love the glitz of the mythical Las Vegas!

I stayed at the Delano for several nights. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at the front desk and the spa. I had a relaxing day at the hotel and spent the night wandering the Las Vegas strip. It was a little bit of a walk, but the lure of a nice hotel, for a decent price, and near several restaurants was worth it. My remaining days in Vegas were spent on adventures outside the city and the hotel made for an easy pick-up location.

Rooms are beautiful, nice and clean the self parking is so far from the lobby, but of course they want you to valet. The parking garage is very organized with green lights to show open stalls. Casino has a good variety of games, but one casino manager made our whole experience horrible. He was not only unbelievably rude to my husband in front of other people, but according to the dealer it wasn't the only incident involving this person. In a customer oriented position, you would think that Mandalay bay hotel would fix this situation. My husband also posted a more detailed review with you folks.

I only stayed at the Delano for 1 night but my experience was excellent. The reception staff was efficient and excellent. The bell staff could not have been better. I had left my bags at the lobby, as I had arrived far too early to check in, but as it turned out I was able to check in much before the usual time. When I called down for my bags, I as told a 20 — 30 minute wait and I needed to be in the room. Not good. So I asked for them to please hurry. However, the bell staff arrived in less than 10 minutes. The elevators are fast, so much so that my ears popped on the way to my room on the 60th floor. Hallways were vacuumed and clean. The room itself is modern and clean with multiple outlets for your gear, although oddly not one near enough to the desk. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it had an easy to use thermostat. The room was very quiet even though I had an adjoining room next to me which was occupied. The bathroom is large and well outfitted with the usual assortment of sundries. Not enough to warrant a reduction in stars was the fact I could not check out via the TV even though I had this option. A quick call to the front desk and I was all checked out. I'll be back, hopefully soon and for a bit longer than 1 day.

Had a great time here. It's so big! The shark reef was definitely worth the money. We got the buy 3 show for $57 deal and it's definitely a great discount compared to buying the shows separately. More than a few bars and lounges that are of some modern chic design. Plenty of food choices as well.

The Delano was a great place to stay in Las Vegas and I nice companion tower to Mandalay Bay. The rooms are suites with a decent size common area with TV and wet bar. The bedroom and bathroom are also good size with TVs in both. The room was newer with no wear and tear. Ironing Board Set Review (for the business traveler) : Ironing Board (9/10) : The fabric was brand new and thick. The board opened and closed very easily and the iron glided gracefully. The one negative of the board was that it was not full size and could have been a little wider but overall, it was top notch. Iron (7/10) : The iron gets points knocked off because it had dirty water stains stuck on the iron that would have stained my clothes during the initial iron. The iron also lacked a "steam puff" button, which does not give maximum steamage while ironing. Luckily, the iron benefited from a good board or this would have been a lot lower score.

Adore this hotel first time staying here room 34122 however floor number is due to change soon. Stayed just 4 weeks after October1 shooting so increased security however didn't feel intrusive. Every member of the Mandalay Bay team that I encountered were fantastic. Room was amazing with great strip views. Lots of dining options. Close to town square and south premium outlet mall. Superb stay.

Excellent hotel. Very good facilities and comfortable.
The only downside is that it is at the end of the hotel area, south.
Advantages, it is of very good quality, has a free train that takes you to the 2 nearest hotels, Luxor and Excalibur.
The casino is big and not as crowded as others that are in the most centric area of hotels over Las Vegas BLVD.

The hotel itself is very good, but we go in the winter, the most unique swimming pool is not open. The popularity of the casino, the show in the field is MJ. Parking fees are available, but MGM's more than 10 hotel universal parking cards.

Very beautiful! My kids really enjoyed the pool area. It is definitely out of this world. The rooms were nice. The View was amazing. Definitely would recommend this Resort. The only thing to keep in mind is that when you are booking any hotels / Resort in Vegas they tend to have hidden Resort fees. So if that is a concern to you make sure to look that up.

Couldn't of been happier with my stay and my room. Stayed in the resort king and the bathroom was very good size with double sinks and a separate tub from the shower. The room size was more than enough for 2 people. The mini store was within a few steps from the elevators so lots of convince. Overall the staff was great and always helpful. I absolutely plan on staying here again on my next visit for sure.

Very good facilities. The pool area, with waves effect, very crowded. Not to stop visiting the aquarium. High priced restaurants.

Imposing casino.
The ideas are just as you would imagine in Las Vegas. Just incredibly overwhelming.

First and foremost, you don't have to wait for endless queues. The prices of the restaurants are totally covered up to the buffet breakfast. It is advisable to visit the restaurants Deshal a little outside. There the quality is absolutely equal and you do not pay even half. The staff at Mandalay Bay is open-minded, friendly and attentive.

Almost everything was perfect. Check-in service (two times for us, and my friends) was kind and efficient. The room condition was fantastic; large size of suite, perfect and cozy bed and pillows that I could sleep really well, cool and modern interior, and great bathroom. The only bad memory in this hotel was check-out service. I have never experienced such an impassive and abrupt service at the reception of the five-star hotel (We really shocked). That's the reason why I gave four stars after such a fantastic stay.

Are stationed in Delano Hotel, but go for the second time at Mandalay Bay Times brunch. The price is $26 per person including juices, teabags and coffee (no cappuccino or similar)

Maybe one of the most beautiful, very comfortable bed is a beautiful view.

The suite is amazing! Fantastic view! It's weird to talk about the smell I know but, the hotel smells great. Very easy processes, check in/out. Parking garage very close to elevators to rooms. The pool is incredible, wave pool, multiple hot tubs, lazy river, and separate Salt water pool. I have stayed at both Delano and Mandalay Bay, and will definitely be coming back!

This visit was for a work conference, but was still a very pleasurable experience. Mandalay Bay does a fantastic job with hosting extremely large scale conventions. The accommodations during the day were excellent with little to no glitches the entire week that convention took place. The food offered was top notch. The convention happened to be the week after the Lag Vegas shooting, and management did an excellent job of responding by having a security staff that was very competent and cognizant of events that were happening.

Great all-around Resort in Vegas! Rooms are excellent and upgrades are frequently available. Several different dining options and I have never been disappointed in any of them. Service is excellent. The pool scene is another good attribute to this location. As with all Vegas resorts, the Cabana scene is somewhat pricing. There are a few different options for nightlife on-premises. Also very good.

The place is very comfortable has two bars and some restaurants which I loved the casino connects with many more hotels and shops that are practically under it.

Excellent resort and casino! Very good and well staffed. Great choices for restaurants, bars, lounge and night club! Live music and great shows almost any bar lounge. Fantastic music and musicians. Definitely the place to be when in Vegas!

Everything about the hotel except the resort fee is good. They have lot of fine dining restaurants and also a good food court. Starbucks fans can enjoy the coffee shop within the hotel. They do have a night club called light but I didn't like it that much. They provide one free drink for male and three drinks for female but those are nothing more than a juice. Casino is pretty nice too. Overall I recommend it.

Great room. Without water the first day and only hot water the second. Beds really comfortable.

Great hotel, very safe, reasonably priced already to be the first or last of the street has adjusted prices for suits. THE VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR! We went to see the show of ONE of the circus of the sun, which is in this hotel and is highly recommended.

Well located at one end of the Strip.

The rooms here are incredibly comfortable. The stand up shower and full bath was a big hit with my wife. The beds are plush, one of the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel. Only reason for a 4 out of 5 is that the options for casual dining are extremely limited. We often had to take the walkway over to Luxor for a quick bite. Otherwise, all in all a very positive experience!

Friendly and helpful staff. Concierge explain to the pricing for the Michael Jackson One and without us know that being M Life rewards member we can get discounts he told us about it and we saved a lot. Hotel is nice, we stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and good looking. It felt a bit empty but it was a weekday so that might be the reason.

A luxurious hotel without much else to offer. That same luxury already mentioned, I do not think the best option of lodging because the location leaves a lot to be desired.

A travel companion of mine stayed at Mandalay during the concert incident. We had a few more travel guests than expected when we arrived. Mandalay staff was more than happy to upgrade and help accommodate our current situation. Would recommend to any traveling companinons.

Quite ok. The rooms are compliant, spacious and luxurious. The view leaves something to be desired, depending on which of the 3 wings and floors. All in all, the price is rather high. The hotel has several restaurants.

Impressively beautiful. Optics and impression are very beautiful. Clean and friendly.

$189.98 a night for the scenic view king suite. No complimentary water, bathhouse not included. They have a weight sensor under water bottles in the room, and if you move one of them it will be automatically charged to your room. They would go this far for technology on detecting water charges! I would rather spend that money on welcoming guests. The location is about a 20-min walk from everything, so it can be peaceful. But feel trapped with a few choices. They have a convenient store like place around the lobby and of course overpriced. Also, the king size bed, they explained, is smaller than a regular king but slightly bigger than a regular queen? I have not been to Las Vegas for 15 years, and realized it changed a lot. No good old Las Vegas generosity anywhere to be found, not just hotels but restaurants or bars.

For all those who travel to Las Vegas, try to stay at the Mandalay Bay. During the week their prices are affordable, the rooms are large, well-equipped. You have Wi-Fi fast, private beach, pool waves, … Also for a reasonable price you can see the aquarium with sharks, spa, massages, … Its thematic restaurants are very good quality price, enjoy your stay in Las Vegas.

Delano Las Vegas was spectacular. You have to stay in a Suite. Unlike most hotel rooms that look exactly the same, The Delano had ample space. 1.5 Bathrooms, tons of storage, Ladies enough outlets, counter space to apply makeup, and space to store all our toiletries. Tram for easy transport back to the Strip. Truly enjoyed my stay. On my top 5 hotels in Vegas.

Love this hotel. Only issue I have is parking is not free for hotel guests. Makes no sense at all. One of the major faults of all hotels, that charge for parking, in Vegas right now. Even valet is not free now. You have to pay for valet and then you feel obligated to tip the driver. Other than that I would definitely come again. Stayed in the scenic room and the view was great.

Very good hotel and resort. Very spacious and large rooms, large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink, etc. Large beds and very comfortable. Large Resort and Giant casino. Average high price, with quite expensive services (restaurants, breakfasts, etc). On the Boulevard but somewhat remote, at one end. Next to Airport so you get easy and economical.

The hotel was really beautiful and the room was gorgeous. The reception and concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were invited to the sky bar for complimentary champagne… which we had to ask for. The glass was barely worth the effort. The staff at the entrance of the sky bar and serving behind the bar seemed disinterested in anyone but themselves, were unwelcoming and gave pretty poor service. Hotel good, staff not.

Very nice and generously designed hotel, it is also worth a short walk through the detail-loving front garden. The buffet is top notch. There are also cosy corners for a coffee.

The rooms were amazing and huge. Bed was comfortable, a/c quiet, and bathrooms were the best I've ever had on the strip. The service was always great, and we loved that it was disconnected from Mandalay Bay getting us away from the crowds and smoke of the casino. Security was top notch as well, checking everyone before they go on the elevators, so we felt very safe here. For the price this might be a new favorite of ours. I'm trying to find something bad to say but it's hard. The location may be an issue but we didn't find it to be that bad.

I state that LAS Vegas is not the place of my dreams. But for the wedding night we could not get better.

Very classy place. Friendly staff and ample amenities. New security measures are understandable. The whole complex is so big that it's a journey from one side to the next. Great parking and easy in and out from their location on the strip.

I attended a conference in Mandalay Bay. They did a good job with the conference and the food. All the employees are very friendly and good vibes.

Mandalay Bay convention center really has a wide variety of spaces to utilize for conferences. Just attended a 15k person conference there and the variety of rooms really was tremendous. Staff were very lovely to interact with. The only thing that really could be a con, is just the sheer size of the center made it take a while to get around sometimes. And also, some of their rooms can be a bit difficult to find. Very labyrinth-like in some ways. But overall a great experience, even just a week after the tragic shooting that just took place there.

The Mandalay Bay is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Las Vegas. I really enjoyed the size of the room. The bathroom is really big. His and Hers sinks are a nice touch. I really loved the soaking tub and standing shower. Got a good night's sleep on the huge king bed. Hotel staff is really friendly and there was plenty if security to make us feel safe. I really hope to stay here again.

Although it's on the South End of the strip, it's a short drive to more central area. Service was great from check-in, room service and other dining areas. Had a corner room with a view of the strip, could have been a better view but due to location it is limited.

We spent 5 wonderful nights at Delano this past year. This hotel has been on our list of places to stay in Vegas for quite some time and it was as great as we expected. A classy resort — from the lobby, suite, to the pool. One of our favorite MGM properties.

This used to be called The Hotel at MAndalay. Now we can say SERENITY with class. It is elegant and it calm and all over great looking. When the rates are good this is an excellent alternative to Mandalay four seasons or any of the high end hotels. Many times they have great rates so take advantage of them. The staff is professional and friendly who go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy every single moment at their property. Rooms are ample and modern. Amenities are high end. In neutral tones and natural materia it makes you feel very relaxed. Gym and spa were amazing. Good quick restaurants cafes. I had an amazing stay and will stay every single time they have good rates.

We absolutely love this hotel and I can't say enough good things about it! The accommodations are top notch but the customer service is even better. Love our room, our views, the pools, the food selections and the atmosphere is energizing! We've stayed at almost every hotel on the strip and we choose the Delano over all of them!

Prepare to get you walk on… This place is huge! Amazing customer service and very clean room. Has some great restaurants, shops and a great casino! It is at the end of the strip so quite a walk to the majority of casino's. Gave it a 4 star because I want to less carpet. It's a personal preference but I think it looks cleaner and nicer!

The room was extra nice although my TV remote didn't work. It was replaced in an hour. The Fleur burger at Fleur was incredible. I wish more restaurants in the hotel were open later. No fridge for your own stuff, only a filled mini bar, one you can't take anything out of or be auto charged for it if you don't put it back in under 30 seconds. Hotel not in the middle of the strip but a tram takes you very close for free! Aquarium is sweet. Ballroom for closed circuit boxing viewing is awesome. Best price for niceness of room. Connects direct to Luxor was a plus.

Nice hotel, great amenities. Room is very spacious, modern and clean. Bed is comfortable, There are 3 Tv's in the room. I haven't dined at any yet, but there are a lot of restaurants in the resort. Convenient location for a trade show at Mandalay Bay.

The service has been wonderful. The room is nice. The only caveat is that it is on the very end of the strip. I love the pool/Beach area here.

Top-notch gaming facility in Las Vegas. May very-well be the very best of Las Vegas gaming and entertainment. The MGM family of casinos and hotel brands have got to be the biggest in the gaming world. Mandalay Bay also offers amazing experiences like the legendary Carlos Santana playing nightly at the on-site House of Blues, or the gorgeous Mandalay Bay Beach Club which has something for everyone (Daylight, Moorea European Beach Club, the main Mandalay Bay Beach Club, and my personal favorite the Delano Beach Club). I would also urge anyone interested in the pools to consider a cabana reservation as mandatory. Worth every penny :)

This is one of my favorite properties on the strip. The decor is in great taste and well maintained. The staff is courteous and friendly. Restrooms are always clean and the variety of shops and restaurants is incredible. I did not stay here in my last visit to Las Vegas, but I did have to visit, stroll around and visit the aquarium and casino!

Excellent Hotel, among the most grandiose I have ever visited, equipped with all comforts: outdoor wave pool, spa, aquarium, casino area, many restaurants, etc. Very large and comfortable rooms with all the facilities, very clean.

So luxurious as to be tacky.

I love the high ceilings and elegant, open feel of the gaming floor here. Mandalay Bay is one of the few casinos on the strip that doesn't always reek of smoke. Great restaurants and a really good, inexpensive buffet. Best bloody Mary in town. The House of Blues there hosts awesome shows and offers the killer Sunday morning gospel brunch each week.

Mandalay Bay is a great place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. Many of the events that I come to in Las Vegas take place at Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand or the T-Mobile Arena so it is always convenient. I find the rooms to be clean and comfortable. I can take a break from the events center or casino, relax on the couch and enjoy the view or sit at the desk and get some work done. In my experience the staff are usually friendly and helpful. They have always done a good job of taking care of any requests. Food and entertainment options are plentiful. My favorite restaurant in Mandalay Bay is StripSteak. My favorite restaurant in the Shops at Mandalay Bay is Burger Bar. There are plenty possibilities whatever your mood.

The Delano is near the South end of the Las Vegas strip as an extension of the Mandalay Bay casino and resort. The rooms are quite spacious with two bathrooms, a guest room and a bedroom. The only complaint that I may have is that they placed me in a handicap accessible room even though I am not handicap. Due to this the bath and shower are quite cramped.

One of the most beautiful, it will be because I love the Orient and it's his style! Also the casino, clean and well organized.

Decor is very classy, rooms are beautiful. We had a bit of an issue with our room and the staff corrected it very quickly and gave us a voucher for dinner. Would definitely stay here again, very nice hotel for a good rate.

Go! Visiting the Squalario deserves the money required.

The room and facilities were fine, but don't make the mistake of leaving anything behind! I didn't manage to get my items back despite dashing back to the concierge desk the very afternoon after I checked out, logging a request online, and following up with 5 phone calls. I got a long story about how the cleaning staff would have logged it and sent it to the lost and found department, which takes up 24 hours to work through requests for lost and found items. While the lost and found department were polite, they couldn't help in the end because housekeeping possibly "claimed" the goods for themselves. Perhaps if the concierge desk had been more helpful and double checked with housekeeping that very day, instead of bouncing me to wait on the lost and found process, I might have had a shot at getting my goods back.

Very nice hotel and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite this time so that was obviously much nicer than a standard room. I definitely recommend this hotel. Just keep in mind that this hotel is basically at the end of the strip so driving or getting a ride will be the best bet to get to other strip resorts.

Came here during Fourth of July weekend and our room was great. We had six people and we still could fit in one room. Our Delano Queen Suite room were very spacious, included 1.5 baths, and had a separate living rooms. There were even three tvs! There was good service; when asked for more blankets and sheets they gave us more. Good location and good pool. TL:DR Best hotel in Las Vegas.

Came to the hotel to eat at Rivea. The restaurant was pretty good and would definitely go back. At night they have great views of the strip. A server allowed us to go in the private room to take pictures of the view and as well, there's a balcony where you can take pictures of the strip. Service at the restaurant was good and not rushed. Would recommend as a nice restaurant to eat at during the evening.

This is our third stay at the Delano and we keep coming back because we love everything about the hotel. The rooms are finely appointed and they are large enough to bring our kids as well. The access to a private pool as well as Mandalay Bay's pool complex is one of the best things about the hotel. The casino at Mandalay Bay is close enough but the separation makes Delano that much better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my 1st time in Vegas. I loved this hotel. I love that this hotel is also close to the Luxar and Excalibur so you if you walk just a few feet in between, you get 3 hotels in 1, compared to the other hotels down the strip that are further apart from the other. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I wish the rooms were more spacious though. The bathroom was spick and span clean; clean enough that I felt comfortable taking a long hot bath in. There was so much to do within the hotel itself. The live band at night was awesome. We had an amazing view on 1 of the top floors & were very pleased with the room layouts, making it possible to have such epic views. Absolutely no complains.

Good Rooms and service prices too.

I've enjoyed my experience here very much! The rooms are great and there's always something to do. The only "bad" things (which are really more just Vegas things) is that the room service is stupidly expensive. I feel like if it cost even 20% less, I would have been a lot more inclined to eat it. Other than that… Love it. I'd definitely come back!

The service was super. Would recommend the hotel to all who are going to visit the pool with the waves wonderful to me, I spent a lot of time not in the pool.

Hotel room was very nice, no problem with noise. It was nice to be on the 'edge' of the Strip, close enough to journey in but then come back to the hotel and relax by their great pool area. Housekeeping was a bit… eager, did not expect a knock at 8am! And I felt like, for ~$33 a night resort fee there should be a mini-fridge available for storing leftovers and such. There was a fridge but it was stuffed full of expensive items that they charged if you moved them. Other than that, a great relaxing place to stay!

This is a review of the Breakfast Buffet only. This is easily the best breakfast buffet experience of my trip to Las Vegas and I tried several from the different casinos. The food is of a much higher quality than provided by other casinos and the same can be said of the staff. I highly recommend eating at the Mandalay even if you're not staying there.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The view was amazing, the rooms clean and spacious. The kids loved the lazy river and the food was excellent. I spent some time relaxing in the spa and in the casino. The tram runs on a regular basis to get you where you need to go.

Visited Mandalay Bay and the House of Blues for the Totally 80's concert. The area leading to the HoB seems to have been remodeled with banks of gaming machines removed & new carpeting and it looks great… less cluttered & congested. I love Mandalay Bay, it's such a pretty hotel/casino that doesn't seem to have aged much.

Excellent hotel. Very modern and chic hotel with a wonder staff. The rooms are huge and clean. For the service and price, it's one of my favorite hotels in Vegas.

This place was amazing. If you want an upscale resort in Vegas that isn't filled with kids and looks like your in a tacky Italian living room (I'm Italian by the way) this the place. The rooms are fantastic and the restaurant on roof is AMAZING! I will be back for sure. The one big down fall is no free coffee in your rooms. Try 4 bucks which is crazy.

Excellent hotel, good service and the best Convention area.

Was recently at the Mandalay Bay for a conference and gotta say it was great. Absolutely beautiful facilities, and a great lay out. I was lucky enough to get a break from the conference long enough to go to the aquarium, which was awesome. Love aquariums. Popped into the noodle box one night for dinner, a bit pricey for what it is, but that's Vegas. If I had the opportunity, I bet staying there would be nice, though it did seem to be at the end of the strip.

Great rooms and fantastic staff. My only real complaint is the lack of complimentary coffee… Anywhere… The room's are nicely appointed with robes, q-tips, and cotton swabs, the Wi-Fi is strong and really fast, and the rooms are really quiet, probably due to some noise deadening panels on the walls. We have full use of the Mandalay Bay pools, as well as access to an exclusive pool for Delano guests. It's a fairly short walk to the conference center and there are dozens of restaurants within a five minute walk.

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Their restaurants were terrific in both food and service. The amenities were all top notch! The location was easy to get to and the trams to the other hotels were an added convenience. I had a wonderful time there.

Walked through the sea monsters exhibit which was awesome. I would pay to go through again. It would have been cool if we could have touched some of the displays to feel what their skin feels like. I visited the shark reef with my family and it was a wonderful, neat and exciting experience that I will definitely repeat. It was a fun hour watching the sea animals swim around.

The hotel is great. I gave it 4 stars due to its location on the strip. Pretty much requires a cab to do anything. I'd tell you more but you know what they say… What happens in Vegas.

This hotel is the worst. Horrible experience compares to Miami. The service desk had two people the entire time… lines were extremely long and the workers very slow. Upon check out they couldn't check lost and found for my computer cord. They told me to fill it out online. This came from what are apparently managers. Doris Rugamas claimed she was a manager but was extremely rude. Told me to wait until lost and found opened. It was 9:02 past the time. However no one could find a worker. She couldn't call the room either. I waited from 8:40 to 9:32. Then Kristin Kocher came out and was extremely rude. She wouldn't give me Dora's name. Despite her level of rudeness and professionalosm… it was clear she was not going to do anything to provide an ounce of customer service.

This is my second year in a row staying at the Delano. The service is amazing, my room is clean and the bed provides one of the best homes away from home I could ask for. My room is a panoramic suite. I will not stay anywhere else.

Gorgeous, suite-only hotel. The rooms luxe: ivory leather and white lacquer furniture with gold trim, a TV in the bathroom so you can soak and watch, views of the Strip depending which way you face. The insides of the closets light up and are painted Tiffany blue. It's a fancy girl's dream come true.

Stayed for a conference. Very large and spacious resort. Room was nice, restaurant options are good and go the full range of budgets. Conference facilities were good. Casino floor felt smaller than others. The dealers were friendly. Sports betting area was very large and nice. I would stay here again.

Delano is really beautiful. The service is pretty fantastic too. My only difficulty so far has been that they didn't have my room ready when I arrived and that they were asking me for more money for a room I thought that I had anyway reserved. The front desk assistant made up for it though by offering to call me when my room became ready. She was great!

The room was modern and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The ability to stay at the convention center makes for any easy walk in the morning. Only complaint is it feels far from the strip.

We had a great weekend at Mandalay Bay. This was my first visit that wasn't for a work event in the conference center. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the event center. We attended the Iron Maiden show and needed our seats to be changed to the ADA access seats. They helped us with no problems. We'll be back for sure.

Fantastic hotel and casino! Great venue to attend a conference. Biggest complaint is the smell of smoke and what they try to use to cover it up. It's like a sickly sweet smell. They would be better off investing in industrial grade ozone machines to clean the air. Not for people with sensitive noses.

Very nice Hotel, however Priced slightly more expensive than comparable Hotels and it is situated at the beginning of the Strip.

We came here on a Friday night without any issue. The traffic was nice and the signage directing us to the parking garage was easy to understand. When we entered the venue we were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor. This is one of the nicer casinos on the trip where they do not have pesky sales people at every corner. After having a lovely experience dining at the House of Blues, we came across a bar with a band playing free live music. This is the sushi bar near the small food court. Anyways, the band was intimate and put on a great show. We definitely look forward to our next visit at Mandalay Bay.

The Mandalay Bay is great for entertainment purposes. The House of Blues is an excellent venue, and the cover band Phoenix is one the best I have ever seen. Everything, from gambling to seeing a show is great. However, there rooms are sub-par and not worth the price. Better to spend the room money elsewhere and cab/uber to the Mandalay.

Told us up front we would not be charged a resort fee. Well since we were sick, we did not play as much as normal. They stuck us bad. It used to be, they remembered what you played before, but now you are a new bumpkin every time, and that is having a gold card. At least at Harrahs, if you are Diamond player, which my wife is, they do not charge you that money grabbing negative-feeling resort fee. You go bean counters! Your casino hosts don't answer their emails either, lol.

Delano is a non-gambling hotel connected to Mandalay Bay, which shares the parking structure and a short walk from each other. This hotel is great for those who just want to relax in peace without the smoke and buzz of a casino. DÉCOR: Simple, modern, and sleek PROS: * Nice and comfy robes available * Roomy living room, spacious bedroom, and luxurious bathroom * TV in every room * Decent Wi-Fi CONS: * The mini fridge is stocked with a-la-carte drinks and snacks with sensor which can tally a big bill easily; there's not much space for your own food/drink if you need to store it in the fridge. * Not many good restaurants nearby if you want to grab a quick bite.

Overall, the rooms are nice and very comfortable. I was a little upset when we first checked in as they put us in a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. However, they moved us very quickly.

About as family friendly as you can get in Vegas. Nice rooms. Good restaurants. There is a wave pool and a lazy river, but honestly they sucked. The waves were non existent and the river was short. I go the sense rom the lifeguards that they were low risk due to the amount of impaired guests always walking with a drink in their hand. Seriously, Disney water parks are better.

Very pleased with this hotel! Stayed for a conference and the rooms are very very nice! Modern, simple, and large! One negative is the mini fridge has dried ks in it that are pressure sensitive that charge you if moved. Would be nice to have one shelf at least to have room for food. Right now they charge you $45 a day for and extra refrigerator.

One of the best hotels in las vegas which has all the fun you are looking. It has a lavish casino, spa and delicious restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the place is very well maintained. It's worth every buck you spend.

A really nice hotel. Rooms ("suites") were extremely spacious, with a dedicated living room and 2 bathrooms. The older The Hotel rooms, in my opinion, were nicer overall, and had a more modern styling to them. The gold and white in the bedroom and living area made the room feel a bit dated to me. The bathrooms fortunately stayed the same with their beautiful finishes. The hotel though is a bit of a walk to the Mandalay Bay pool though, but not bad if you cut through the parking lot (which you defiantly should do if you want to save some time heading to the pool). Overall a very nice hotel, perhaps my favorite in Vegas.

If any of you are looking for really good hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Beautiful hotel. Very quiet and the beds are amazing. It's very rare I get a good nights sleep in Vegas but this place was so peaceful and quiet. Also very clean. It was nice to have the separate living area so you can be up and about without waking your other half/guest. And the bathrooms are great… big clean with a great soaking tub. Staff was also very nice.

The first room I was put in was a smoking room in the lower section of the hotel. Ugh. I asked for something on a higher floor, non-smoking, preferably with a view down the strip. I called down and they found me a room; non-smoking, in the lowest of the middle section, but not a good view down the strip. Two or of three, it's OK. The room is nice but the bathroom is … touched once in a while. There was hair and dust on the shower walls and floor, and the tub faucet leaks. Everything else seems fine.

Was here for a Chevrolet meeting. Rooms are clean and views are nice. All staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool was great. I don't encourage making Vegas a family vacation, but this hotel was the most family friendly of the hotel/casinos that we visited during our stay.

It is always a unique experience when visiting las vegas and when I stay in this Resort is more satisfactory my visit. Wave pool one of the largest in the USA, pool type river with waterfalls, spacious rooms and very clean with mini-bar with beer, wine, champagne, facilities in excellent condition, bathrooms with screens, shower and tub separately. Account with a monoriel that takes you to Luxor and Excalibur, Price very affordable.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were excellent, helpful and timely. The bed was comfortable bathroom and tub were spacious. Having a separate closed off area that we could use as a living room was very nice. I can't recall the last time I was that comfortable staying in a room.

Well, here I am writing a bad review. I used to love this Vegas property, however it has gone completely down hill. To start, at check in there was only one rep checking in with a line of 8 people, second, my original strip view room was not ready an hour after the stated check in time with the answer being "we do not have enough cleaning staff to keep up". Third, there is construction that has been going on and can be heard from my room. Pounding hammers starting each morning at 6am. My calls to customer service are fallen on deaf ears as they simply state each time "we are sorry, thank you for your patience". No efforts to stop it, no offers to switch my room, no offer to discount my rate. To me, that is terrible for a supposed top tier resort at $400/ night that I have committed to stay in for a week. I will never stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at the LINQ Hotel. It's placed perfectly in the middle of everything. The rooms are tight, but all needs were met. The sliding bathroom door is a nice design. However, it doesn't give much privacy. The beds are plush and comfortable. The hotel seemed very clean. I would stay here again.

Got a suite for my buddy's bachelor party. Great view up the strip from panoramic floor to ceiling windows and the automatic shades are a trip. Beds are comfy. Bathroom fan on my side didn't work though, 8 dudes can make that a problem fast ha but at least there's a second bathroom. Overall i'd definitely stay here again.

Love Mandalay Bay one of my favourite Vegas resorts. Amazing spa facilities, good rooms and endless dining options. The Delano tower has recently been refurbished for those who want the newest facilities. The Shoppes at Mandalay and connections to other MGM resorts (via walk or tram) make this a very convenient option to explore the strip and expand your entertainment. Love love Lupo & the Shark Aquarium.

Great king-bed room on the 26th floor… clean, elegantly furnished and comfortable… great shower, quiet and easily accessed without having to walk through too much of the casino (we don't gamble). The aquarium was fun and we enjoyed a great dinner at Border Grill. All of our interactions with staff were great, from concierge, and desk hosts to valets.

Perfect for a visit in Vegas. Always happy!

This Hotel Sucks! We booked it for a special birthday present for my dad. We made the reservations and called ahead to make sure everything was great. On the day they arrived, the hotel couldnt find their reservation even though we payed for everything including the resort fee. Once the useless staff found it, they wanted to charge my parents the resort fee that we had already payed and since my parents were running late for an event, they just payed it. Then at the event that was held by their hotel, we payed extra for my parents to get floor seats but the stupid hotel had them sit on the side stands… Worst piece of crap hotel that is not worth the hassle.

The whole experience sucked like they do. We booked a delux king. Upon arrival they said we got a double queen room we showed them our printed confirmation. They said read the second Paige fine print. It says what ever you might have reserved they have the right to give you what's ever available. Whats the the use of paying for and reserving a particular room?. We paid with Amex platinum. We asked about the benefits of the card of getting upgraded room when available and late check out. They said they never heard of that. Every hotel we ever stayed honored it. We had to pay additional to upgrade to a suite to get a king bed. Big scam to fill suites. Resturant service bad. We ate and gambled at other (made sure unrelated resorts) never stay at one of their resorts again. Let me emphasize. They suck!

Nice looking Hotel with a terrible customer Service and a terrible Management. We were there in july and it took us about 2 hours to get into our Hotel room. We arrived at 3 o'clock. Our luggage was still in the car an no one picked it up to our room. Badest Service ever! Than someone robbed a bag from our room. Noone noticed it and I didn't got any Response from the customer Service. At least they took money from our credit card and I tried to get an receipt, but nothing happend!. I will never ever go to mandalay bay!

I'm here for labor day weekend 9/15… never to return… they immediately charge my credit card for removing a couple of their sodas in fridge just to put my on cold… they reverse the charge but it was hell getting someone to come to the room… to get a luggage cart they need Id n credit card on file. … n you just can't swim were you want you have to b a member or kno somebody who kno somebody. My advice coming here ask a lot of questions even if it don't sound right ask. The cocktail waitress was rude n had her nose turn up… she miss out on good tips… we laugh at her lol… hardly any African Americans work here so in ending I truly understand prejudice at its finest…

Perfect! Rest and relaxation! We had a Suite, the finest was! Pool as the Beach opened. Prices in the Hotel (Restaurant, etc) are lifted. Happy again!

The stay was mostly enjoyable, but the room itself was problematic. When we first arrived there was a very large wet spot on the floor that had an acrid/sour smell. I immediately called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to clean it right away. 3 hours later I called again because no one had shown up. 3 hours after that someone finally showed up (without knocking or anything, they just walked in) and dabbed at the area with a towel and said to just let it air dry. The towel did absolutely nothing, and when it did finally air dry it was hard/crusty and we avoided that part of the room for the rest of our stay. The next morning we woke up to construction sounds at around 7am. I called the front desk and they said that there would be construction in the room below us for the rest of our stay, and they couldn't move us to a different room. Would have been nice to know about that when we checked it, heck, I would have downgraded our room to avoid that. Other minor things: room service repeatedly lost my order, made me feel extremely uncomfortable having them "process" my payment for the same meal multiple times. Also the bathroom did not have a working fan and maintenance didn't seem to care. If the room had been in good condition I would have overlooked the other issues, or if the front desk had been more helpful that would have been fine too. Mandalay's standards just seem to be slipping, and the quality of service is poor. Won't be staying there again.

Our absolute hands down favorite hotel in the world! This place is so well-maintained, smells so fresh when you walk in and the employees are filled with professionalism and courtesy. A little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything in this place is top shelf!

First off, pretty pissed about the lazy river. I've never, ever been to a lazy river that did NOT supply tubes. But no, they want their GUESTS to shell out $22 per tube! Would sure have been nice of them to make us aware of this fact at reservation time, especially considering that 90% of why we chose Madalay Bay for our first time bringing the kids with us on a Vegas vacation was for their pool area! Other than that experience, it's a lovely hotel and we have really enjoyed our stay. Tomorrow we are going to Walmart to buy our tubes. Come prepared.

We went to Vegas for the first time and probably the last time. The signage for the hotel was very hard to see and the valet/check in signs were confusing. The lobby was mass chaos. For over $200/night plus resort fees, I expect at least a coffee pot in the room. There was not one to be found. The shower door didn't seal so we had to mop up the floor after each shower. The TV screen was very dark and we had an excellent view of the roof next door. We actually checked out a day early and still had to pay for the 3rd night, but it was worth it just to get out of there. If I ever go back to Vegas I will stay at the Embassy Suites at the opposite end. At least I know the room will have the amenities I want for a much more affordable price.

Worst place to be, very rude customer service, we were suppose to check in at 4 o'clock, we arrived at 6 o'clock, we were told our room was not ready, we had kids with us hungry, needed bathrooms, they cared less, after yelling at them they gave us the worst suite ever facing the parking lot, I called them and complained they told me they well switch me to a different suite next day and they well let me know when its ready, they never contacted me, my wife and my guest were very desapointed, food buffet was terrible, my god it was discusting, what a shame madaly bay I well never go back again.

My husband and I stayed at the Mandalay Bay for one night (since we live in Vegas) it was for an anniversary and we wanted to stay at a hotel on the strip that was very nice. Let me start with the positives: We had a regular suite which was very nice and we had a good view of the strip from the window. Our bath tub was big and it was cool that you could watch TV in the bathroom while laying in the tub. Every employee we encountered was nice and friendly. The wave pool was amazing and I like how open the beach was. Now for the negatives: We paid 240 for ONE night and that did not include Wi-Fi/gym access/tube access for the lazy river. I'm sorry, but what did 240 a night pay for? The room was nice, but we paid $240 for the room and pool access pretty much. When we checked out this morning it was a horrible process. We waited in line for over 45 minutes to check out when there wasn't even a huge line to begin with. Someone stated that the computers weren't working, but they need to figure out a new process if they make everyone wait in line for 45 minutes because of computer issues. Outside by the pool, we wanted to use tubes to get in the lazy river, but apparently that costs extra. What makes me mad is that it seems like Mandalay Bay nickel and dime the customers for everything.

Definitely should not be 4 stars; 1. Had to sit in my car for 1 hour waiting for valet (lot was full) 2. Large wet stain on floor when we arrived 3.? wave pool; can't bring kids under 48 inches in period. 4. Not that you need it but $17-24 to get a tube for the lazy river 5. And I paid $330 for 2 queen room for 1 night on the 28th floor with extremely slow elevators. In short not worth it.

Located at the south end of the strip. Five star hotel. I had a suite on a high floor. The room was outstanding. Had views of the strip as well as the airport. At night with the lights just amazing. Checking in and out was hassle free. Quiet location.

The room itself was very classy and upscale. However, the service was quite disappointing from beginning to end. It was difficult to find employees to assist with questions and when we found them, they seemed disinterested in assisting at all. We booked an ATV tour and met at one of the rear entrances where shuttles pick up guests. We were there waiting for approximately 45 minutes. In that time, we counted 13 employees that passed us going in and out for shift change. Only ONE smiled at us, NONE said good morning back to our good morning greeting, and NONE of them portrayed a warm and welcoming aura. Yes, they were on their way in and out. However. Just as PEOPLE can't you focus a LITTLE on being courteous and polite? The valet service was more focused on what THEY were doing rather than on the guest. We attempted to park our car on a Saturday night for 45 minutes. Rounding the valet area twice to get directions to the overflow or 'west' valet. The valet kept saying keep going keep going and said JUST GO. Very disappointing. The only light to the whole parking issue was one night we sat waiting for our car and a taxi pulled up. When he refused to take two African American women in his cab, the valet attendant for taxis told him THEN YOU MOVE ON. WE DO NOT WANT YOU HERE AT ALL and refused him service for anyone else. Kudos to the older gentleman who stood up for equality and service. Other than parking issues. Take a cooler.

I stayed here two weeks ago after I had bad experience with stratosphere. Sure room was three times the cost but what you pay is what you get so after my bad experience, I wanted to spend good money on a room and may be keep less for gambling. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and staff was very nice and helpful. I described my experience at the other hotel and they even gave me two free meals at the restaurant downstairs which by the way great! If you want to enjoy Las Vegas, spend money in getting good hotel and it will be well wort it.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is great and the restaurant and bar selection will keep you busy for a week! Catch brunch and happy hour at Border Grill. Citizen's is great for breakfast, late night, and take-away. Strip Steak for dinner and drinks is amazing and lunch at Fleur was pretty good. Grab HH at RX Boiler Room and stop at Lupo for dinner and cocktails! Walk to Mix for the best sunset views ever! Staff is friendly throughout the hotel, but casino drink service could be better. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Buffet service is bad we came in and 30 minutes later the manager came to the table and in a very rude way ask us to leave do to the restaurant was close already this happen at 3pm the cashier told us that it was ok to come in they never mentioned that they were going to close when I explained that to the manager. He was very rude about it and refused to give us a refund I'm very disappointed with the service. If you want a better and friendly service go to the mirage. I'm no ever coming back to this hotel again.

I got a good rate for the Mandalay Bay and gave it a try. Here's a summary of good and bad: Thumbs up: — decent rooms: okay size, nice bathroom with extra toilet and jacuzzi bath tub — layout: quick access to elevators, front desk, casino. Only the parking garage is a bit of a walk — night club and bars: Lights and Minus 5 Ice Bar are in the building — Wi-Fi included in the resort fee Thumbs down: — dining options: some overpriced and less than average sandwich/diners, no decent brunch option — beach: while the pool area is large and has a wave simulator, it is crowded and full of kids. In other words: great for families — only a few stores, not much shopping options I personally didn't mind the location that much — the hotel is located on the South end of the Strip. Cab ride to the Venetian is about $15, to the airport $16. However, there is the DEUCE bus going up the Strip ($8 24-hour ticket) and a monorail is connecting the hotel to the adjacent Excalibur for free.

I am a very frequent business traveler (5-10 room nights/month) and I have never encountered such difficulty with billing. I completed the express check-out, was emailed a $0.00 balance folio, AMEX was charged however I was never provided with an itemized receipt to complete my expense report. Filled in the online form to receive a receipt — no response, called the billing department (no one ever answers) left 4-5 voicemails with billing department requesting itemized receipt, no response, wrote an email to their billing department, no response, sent a hard copy letter to the manager on duty, no response. 10 months later I get a call from a debt collector — saying there is an unpaid balance. I ask them for an itemized receipt and the debt collector provides it within 2 days. Charges are legitimate and I will pay them — but I have been worried sick that either Mandalay or the debt collector will report the debt and impact my credit as a result of their clerical/accounting errors. Mandalay had: 1) my email address, 2) email address of company travel coordinator, 3) my license, 4) my telephone number, 5) license and telephone number and email address of other work colleagues staying onsite (they were combined reservations) and never communicated in any way shape or form that I had a balance outstanding.

Never stayed here myself but, I love the selection of pools. We had friends stay and sneak us into the pool area and it was amazing. It's a bit of a distance down the south side of the strip and really is too isolated from the rest of the hotels for my liking but, if you don't mind cabbing it to the rest of the strip and really want a great varieties of pools this is the place for you! They have a shark tank and it's pretty cool and their hotel is right down the middle for glitz and glam of Vegas. I wouldn't say it's overly decorative and I don't go out of my way to go here but, it has it perks that is for sure! They also have the House of Blues in here which has some great shows sometimes.

This is one of the worst experience I've had staying at a place in Vegas. I reserved a king sized bed and when I arrived they had given my room away and only had a room with two queens available. They told me the only thing they could do was move me to another queen room. I decided to go to the hot tub to relax afterwards and was surprised to find out that it closes at 6:00 PM. This is Vegas so why the hell would the hot tub close at 6 PM? I went the next day to the pool and the drinks were very expensive and they don't even have tubes for you to use in their river or wave pool. I was told I could buy a tube for $20. What am I supposed to do with a $20 tube after using it for an hour? Take it home in my suitcase? I went to eat at the Lupo that night and even though the food was good, it was extremely expensive and extremely small portions. My experiences at Treasure Island we're better and I won't be coming back to this ripoff place.

Wow. What the hell is going on? I stay here at least once or twice a year for trade shows. Got to my room at about 10am. Pulled the sheets back on my bed. Hair and funk on the sheets, hand prints on the desk, funky sticky phone and remote. And red lipstick on the water glasses. I called the front desk at for maid service to clean the room I just checked into. It took almost an hour for them to show up and clean the room. It's midnight. I wanted to mention this to one of the managers. They said they would send them right up. It's been almost 20 minutes now. Nothing. C'mon Mandalay Bay. Let get back to being a high end casino. I feel like I'm in a flop house. Hate to say it. But I'm disgusted and annoyed.

First time going to The Border Grill and it was amazing! Our server Amber was one of the best servers I've ever came across! She made our dinning experience fun and the food was amazing! I can't wait to go again.

Thank You soooo much to Mandalay Bay for awesome service and big hearted employees. We cannot Thank You enough for your honest and heartwarming thoughts. We left some gifts in our room during our stay and we were just informed that they have it. This is without a doubt the greastest experience I have had with any hotel so far. The rooms are also top notch. The beds are comfy — I mean COMFY (you almost dont want to get up), TV has more than the basic stations that you usually get in any other hotel, the bathroom — now thats something you need to experience for yourself and last but not least the luxury setting of the room is remarkable. Thank You again and please thank your hotel staff especially your housekeeping department for awesome service and honesty. Happy Holidays from our family to yours.

Stayed for two nights in Mandalay Bay in a deluxe twin room. The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a good location. You get access to the pools (for you extra resort fee) but not much else. The shark reef is heavily advertised but this is not included in your resort fee, this costs 18 dollars each. I would recommend going to see the fish tanks at the Petco just outside Vegas. It takes a long time to find your way out of the hotel, and wherever you want to go, you will be lead through the casino.

Booked our room though the Mandalay website and received the summer package. We upgraded to a suit at the Delano. The suit was amazing with great views of the pools and city light. The room was top notch and well worth the upgrade (24th floor). We didn't use the cabana special but we use the $50 food/drink credit at the beach club. The pools, the beach and the drinks were great. We stayed at three hotels on the strip during our visit, to get a taste of the each. The Delano was the best! We went to the MIX lounge/club on the top floor for drinks. The MIX is a must with outside, inside seating and views of the strip. We sat outside had two appetizers and 3 beers and 3 wine glasses, cost $100, pricey but the place is great. This was a very nice experience to share with someone special. My whole experience was great.

This place is so awesome. The best thing about this place is the Internet team PNS or CNS. Whichever one it is I don't freaking know, but they are so Hip and cool they made me feel totally NOT like a degenerate! I never knew a group of people like myself who enjoy LOTR and DHD's as much as I do. The cool dude is this Mexican guy named D. Sanchez I heard he owns a Pho restaurant on the side and specializes in Nachos. Talk a bout a system cleaner! You better put the TP in the freezer prior to usage and oh-yeah the other cool dude is Wolf and he's a Wolf that does magic with his balls! Anyways I recommend anyone who requires any type of internet to definitely meet up with the PNS or CNS squad I mean I had this issue with my laptop and they did a cold-reboot and wallaaa it worked! Another thing if you have a wireless device make sure it's capable of 5ghz and not 2.4ghz (which means your device was made when the T-Rex ruled the Cretaceous period) otherwise it ain't going to work on the convention floor son even after a cold-reboot! I had a great experience and hope you do too.

The place itself is nice, but the staff is beyond incompetent. Nobody knows how to communicate with each other and you'll get 3 different sets of directions from 3 different employees.

Great place to work and visit! Even the toilet paper is plush.

Decent room service pricing as compared to other strip resorts.

I earn big money here! I love Vegas.
