Get a manager that cares about their customers. The confirmation we had and what the rate they had were not the same. We tried calling corporate to no avail. When we tried talking to the Manager we were told it was "not her problem". Only after telling her the business she would lose and hanging up did she call back and offer to change the rate. It still wasnt the rate we were originally quoted. We stay with a group in the town of Valentine EVERY year, but we wont be staying at the comfort in again until they step it up.

Worked well for a night's stay. Had a good room, bathroom, and beds. The Wi-Fi let me get some things done.

This hotel is showing some age, but nonetheless the owners are doing as well as anyone could maintaining and cleaning the hotel to keep it respectable and the cost per room at a reasonable level, even during the busy summer season.

Really nice hotel. Comfortable and clean with amenities like a pool and exercise room. Staff seems pretty nice too.

Just used to spend the night no big deal no big Thrills it wasn't a bad place to stay would stay there again people are nice and it was fairly comfortable.

Best place in town to stay and the best breakfast in town and I've stayed at all the places in town! Also the Bunkhouse is great to eat at!

Good hotel. The beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The eggs are actually good, which is a first for me as I travel quite a bit. I just wish the fitness center was a bit bigger and had free weights. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and I recommend it if you are visiting or passing through Valentine, NE.

Great hotel, I have a big family this was the only place that I could find that fit everyone without having to get two rooms. They also provided me with a roll away bed. The staff was great and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and pool is heated. They had a great breakfast spread which also help me save money. Plus they have military discount. When I go back to valentine I'll stay here again.
