Truck Parking is available. Very retro. Late 70's " Days Inn" if I had to guess. NO Amminitys as they advertise. Nothing in walking distance. No breakfast, restaurant closed down. No coffee in room. Did ask desk for coffee and got a cup of their personal stash. No nothing. Ice was even a rare commodity, as their ice machine was broke down. Does have a nice pool and really friendly staff. It was very clean. Did let me have my pet in room.

Very friendly staff clean rooms nice pool area house keeping makes sure you have everything you need clean towels and such I would recommend this place to everyone they go above and beyond.

Accommodations badly in need of upgrade. No trash can, or telephone in the room. Television didn't even have an HDMI port. Staff was friendly, and honestly their saving grace.

No microwave fridge or coffee pot plus paid more than the sign advertised per night as well as shady people and uncomfortable beds.

I feel the staff is very friendly and helpful when It come to needing a long-term place to stay. They are very affordable and with the remodeling they are in the process of doing I believe you recieve the best deal in town. I look forward to all the new changes and wish them the best. The owner and staff will make you feel like your at home for as long as you chose to stay. Love that they are pet friendly and work around the clock to assure your happy. The entrainment on most weekends that happens in the convention center allows a person to meet new people and experience new things at a low cost without driving far.

Have stayed here for almost 3 months in transition to new home, was pleased until today, the maintenance man and 3 pest control people knocked on the door, I yelled 3x I was in the middle of changing my young son's diaper, they did not identify themselves and proceeded to open the door while I was undressed changing my son. Feel very violated, and when complaining to the manager, her response was one of them was a girl? How that mattered I don't know, and then proceeded to tell me she would handle it tomorrow even though the people were 30ft away from her. We were not warned anyone was coming to spray for pests, that I'd have to leave my room with my infant in 90 degrees heat, my privacy was completely violated, and then I asked if they could return and they entered my room anyway. I feel completely uncomfortable now and ive payed over 2000 in last three months. Very disturbing and unprofessional.

The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke I couldn't sleep, 2 out of the 3 lights wouldn't work missing bulb, one blown, the lamp had noway to cut it off or on you had to plug it into the wall to come on or unplug it to cut it off, the pillows were like chunks of cotton sewed up in a pillowcase, the only thing good about it was the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and pleasant!

The town of West Plains tends to leave a stigma on most businesses that are in it. This place is one place that will shake that stigma and will give you an at home feeling. Glad to help you with anything if you will just ask. Also seems like alot of the reviews on here are made by sour people that hate the world so they give it one star. Yet others say it's really clean. People will make up bad reviews all the time but people don't make up good reviews. Go with the good reviews folks. They are the truth. Lol.

My boyfriend and I went here last night and had a room with a jacuzzi and when we drained it it filled up the bathtub and the lights wouldn’t work the shower didn’t work when we complained to staff they asked if we were on drugs. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN wouldn’t send my worst enemy here worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I have stayed longer than I thought I would and that's do to the staff they are the best at what they do. They are friendly and helpful with everything. The owners are awesome I have the best experience with there staff.

Staff is great, price fantastic, we were in a handicapped room, only had one wash clothe and 2 towels, needed better cleaning, sink had grit in and around it, one counter was sticky.

My, Mom & I went there for the first time last week & we are very interested in going back. We ordered off the menu food was great & went Saturday & Sunday for the buffet the food was great. Will be returning.

Great place to host an event. Very accommodating and reasonably priced.

Very friendly people here, even when you wake them in the middle of the night. Cafe is now open 7 am to 7 pm. All you can eat breakfast buffet on Sunday. They also have parking for big trucks.

Nice folks with a very abundant staff. Rooms appeared pretty clean with no unusual odors. Currently pool not scheduled to open in 2017. Location isn't the greatest as its next to the highway but at least it is fairly easy to find. The place is huge and likely to have plenty of vacancy available usually.

The rooms are very neat and clean, the star is very nice, and the food in the cafe is amazing and very affoedable. The cheapest and best hotel in the area.

Me and my husband have stayed there time and time again we are very happy with the front staff they are very helpful, and the owner's are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. The rooms are alway clean if you need anything they usually get it for you right then. The restaurant is open and they have great food. There going to have a breakfast bar from 7 to 12 noon every Sunday. There open from 7am to 7pm Monday threw Sunday we go eat there and there food is awesome. Love the pool area it's great for kid's. Great staff and the new owner's are great people they have cleaned that motel up a very safe place to stay I would go there to stay than any where else.

My wife and I have stayed here from time to time. There are new owners and they have been remodeling the rooms. And fixing the important things and then, everything thing else. The restaurant is know under there ownership and the food is getting better everyday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anytime we have a problem it is taken care of ASAP. Very pet friendly. The owners are always happy to talk to those who stay here.

I didn't stay here just had breakfast at rhondas cafe here at ridge crest inn. It was a very good breakfast. Very sweet ladies for service. And very clean and nice place to eat.

This place is old but really isn't to bad. Has a pool. Great for kids becomes the pool is outside but the motel is build around it which in my opinion makes it a little safer for young kids.

I moved to West Plains and had to stay here for 2 weeks. It was the cheapest I could find in town. The staff was excellent. The rooms were exactly as promised with no hidden costs. I later leased an apartment at Breckenridge and surprisingly, I almost wished I had just stayed at the motel, because their business practices are honest.

I love it here people are friendly and prices are great.

They are very nice the whole staff and the owner is about family and his employees are family to him great place I love it.

My wife and I stayed in one of the rooms on ground level and was very pleased with the clean bright white sheets. The smiling faculty. The very sweet management (Isaac & Amy). The warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the comedic attitudes of basically every one on site. Thank you to everyone at Ridgecrest for a nicely rounded stay. Sierra and Carrie Drake.

The rooms are nice and clean and overall a great stay for the price but the Wi-Fi sucks.

Great place for a night, couple nights, weekly or monthly.

Very friendly staff. And that's the last positive thing I have to say about this hotel. It was a very frightening experience staying here for the night. We found a family of cockroaches in the bathroom. Neither my wife nor I dared bathe in the very dirty bathtub-shower combination. We also did not dare to dress down to sleep that night. We prayed that night that nothing would eat or infect us (and fortunately, it didn't). We left as early as possible the next morning. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs and biscuits and gravy we didn't dare eat. They looked very questionable. The yogurt and milks were in a metal tray that must have had ice in it at one point, but had water in it when we got there, so we didn't dare try those either. The pool was quite gross as well.

What a dump. Just stayed there for the week of Thanksgiving. Our "non-smoking" room had burn marks on every visible surface and an obvious cigarette odor that got worse every day. The walls were dirty and wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was filthy, the chairs were horribly stained, the linens were cheap and harsh, the pillows were lumpy and smelled awful, the towels were like sandpaper and stank of bleach, the toilet was running the entire time, the only visible electrical outlet was in the bathroom and was so loose that nothing would stay plugged in, there were several burned out lightbulbs, the shower was an ancient nightmare, and they didn't give us any soap or shampoo.

Had multiple cockroaches in my room. Extremely slow internet, lots of light bulbs burnt out in my room, room needs updating, no easily accessible outlets to use, old heater/ac units. Toilet didn't flush.

Convenient and great value. Pool open late for kids. Rooms clean. Outside appearance retro and kinda cool. Would stay there again for sure.

Overwhelmed to unexpected guest traffic rates were acceptable. Rooms old but clean.

I had a very nice stay. My wife and I got married there and the reception also. The suite was very nice. Very nice and clean pool in the summer.

Don't recommend anybody to stay here. As I walked into my room the screws to the lock was fallin out, there was shoe prints on the inside and outside of the door, holes was in the sheets in plain view, blood on the toilet seat, also the joining room door had been kicked in and the frame was busted and didn't lock or even close completely. If you have a family or any valuables I wouldn't stay here not only for safety but cleanliness. This is not ny first review for this hotel, my others was deleted.
