First, this is a very beautiful hotel, but that is the only positive here. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but the bed was very soft and I did not sleep well at all. The restaurants are all grossly overpriced. We went to their Japanese restaurant MIZUMI and it was absolutely gorgeous, but it was the worst Japanese food I have ever had. The food was prepared poorly, and our bill was almost $250. There is literally only one coffee shop in the whole place, similar to a Starbucks. Other than going to a sit down restaurant, if you want a coffee in the morning you have to wait almost a half hour to get one. I started to get up earlier in the morning so I wouldn't have to wait so long for a good morning coffee. The worst part of our stay came just as were were getting ready to leave our room. I had checked out at the front desk rather that using the TV check-out in the room because I had questions on my bill. I told the front desk person that were were not physically out of the room yet, but would be by 10:30 am. (Check-out is required by 12:00 noon) He said OK and would put us in for a auto check-out time for 10:30 am. Around 10:20 am as we were getting reading to leave the room, the housekeeping supervisor knocked on our door and said we needed to get out of the room now, because we had check out a hour and a half ago. We told her give us a couple more minutes and we would be out. She said that if we didn't get out now, she would report us. I immediately called the front desk to tell them what this person said to us, but the person I talked to was just a young girl and really didn't do anything but say don't worry about it. What a terrible way to end our stay.
