One star rating is too high for this hotel. Read all warnings about this hotel. My wife showed up at 3pm and they said the room was flooded, and then gave it to the couple behind her. They would not refund her credit card and she had to scramble to find another room on Memorial Day weekend. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Rooms are ok they offer a monthly rate.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Located right off the highway. On the outskirts of town, so not too busy. Waffle maker added to breakfast. Give this place some time and you will see great things come from here.

Worst place I've ever witnessed. Almost had us walk into a room that was already occupied. Talk about awkward. Then got us a different room and it smelt like mold and beds cracked when we sat on them. Lets just say we ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else. FYI never go here!

So when I first got there due to the element around the place I said to my husband oh my god this looks like a meth hotel only to find out those were the people running it while I was checking in they guy in front of me was was checked into a room with people already in it that should have been my first warning then when I got checked and went to the room I couldn't get in then a second time I still couldn't get it at that point I refused to stay at that Nasty place the doors won't open and the walkway was plywood I learned a valuable lesson tonight never book a room without reading the reviews first for the love of God please dont stay here.

This place is the worst when it comes to the owners they are very very very disrespectial we stayed for acouple months while ourtrailer was beinfg repaired and at first it was ok then they wanted to tell us we had to be in by 9pm… thecops found herion in the parking lot… This place stinks and so does his son rupen they need the state to come in and close it DOWN.

IF you are a drug addict its the place for you. Place including staff ARE meth addicts. Staff goes through your personal belongings. NO CLEAN TOWELS for a week. Toilets don't flush. Police there daily. Owner just doesn't seem to care. They can't get any decent staff they say… Pay better and maybe. We were told meth capital of the U. S. A.

Do not stay here. We stayed here and the TV didn't work so they tried to fix it and it still wouldn't work so they brought us a new tv. It worked on some channels. Then they have "free Wi-Fi" but it doesn't work. We talked to the owner and he couldn't get it to work. Then he said he can't do anything about our experience because he's the cheapest place in town. I don't care how cheap this place is. It was not AT ALL worth paying almost $70 for. I would've paid the extra $15 dollars to stay at the other place I was interested in if I knew nothing worked here. Also their hot tub is out of service as well. This place is so run down and they don't do anything to keep up with it. We were about to go to bed and we noticed someone else's black hairs all over the sheets and pillow cases on both beds. That is absolutely disgusting that they don't even change the sheets and pillow cases. At 1:30 a. M. We had to walk across the parking lot to the office to get new sheets and pillow cases. Our room even had holes in the ceiling with stuff hanging down. I only gave the place a 1 star review because you can't give it a zero. Please stay away from this place.

Stayed at this dump, because my employer doesn't appreciate it's employees or is too stingy. Me and two of my colleagues, were given rooms that, were dirty, beds were uncomfortable, sheets dirty and the curtains did not block outside light. Requested microwaves and fridges, supposedly available. Also, we had to request, soap and towels. The appliances didn't work and the internet was not available. I requested a room change, only to be put in a room that was in worse condition than the first one. Again, had to request, towels and toiletries. The next day, I requested to speak with the manager and, to make a long story short he said, "well your employer pays for $50.00, this is what you are going to get and, He, even haggle". I said, I understand but, we can't get towels? Second day, it rained and the bathroom exhaust leaked water. I was on the first floor! That night, someone tried to get in and of course, the deadbolt or lock, didn't work. This place is really in bad shape and although, it seems the owners, themselves, are working on it's conditions, it does have a very long way to go. The amenities are not operational or functional. You may want to spend, perhaps, a little more and stay, somewhere else; but have peace of mind, you are sleeping on a clean bed.

A real hillbilly dump. No towels, no tv, no nothing. Toilet won't flush. Stale doughnuts. Mud and ass coffee. Just drive by and keep going.

This hotel is nothing like it says. Theres no flat screen tvs like it says. Beds are really uncomfortable and there so called pool has been down even though it says its open. The room smells also. I would give no stars if I could.

I worked here about 8 months ago as the housekeeper. The owner Kenny doesn't like changing the sheets if they don't look dirty or if they looked like they were barely slept in. Rupen likes to work you as if you were a slave. I did everything that wasn't required of me as a housekeeper. They are very rude people. They are very money hungry people. As well as being very racist, they really hate Mexicans the most. They paid me one free room and $100 a week to work 12 plus hours a day. Please don't go to this hotel. You never know if your sheets are actually clean, nor if your towels are clean as well.

Where do I freakn start, the room was dirty they had bugs some was dead on the floor and there was black mold on the ceiling and the ceiling was warped, we asked for a refund and they gave us a suit which wasn't much better it still had bugs and the owner barged right into are room without knocking at 10 at night, he said he was looking for a key, totally not worth the pay! Only reason it has a star is because it won't let me post it without picking a star!

The room floor was gross. There was a hole in the door of the bathroom a fist created. The pool was in disrepair. There were people drinking and listening to loud music in the parking lot. There were trash cans overflowing. On the bright side it was cheap. That should have been my red flag.

Terrible. The front desk guy was nice at first, but after we complained and wanted our money back he said we couldn't cancel the first night due to booking online and their policy. We were told we booked the last room but after complaining, he offered us to look at another one? Upon first walking in, one bed was not made. Ew. We found live slugs around the edges of the beds, one bed was broken, and and we found a dirty sock right underneath the comforter on the floor. Clearly this place was not clean. Still fighting on trying to get my refund, but would rather eat the charge and pay to stay somewhere else than stay 5 more minutes in that room. Don't waste your time.

Very nasty hotel! please dnt waste your time or your money! dead bugs was in the beds and out side the door! I will never go back!

This place deserves zero stars. Even after them telling me that they pushed checkin time an hour behind, the place was filthy! The carpets were not vaccumed, there was a dead spider smeared on the wall. We only had one washcloth and one towel stocked. There was a dead spider in the bath tub as well. I even found a live spider! Who knows if the sheets were clean or not. I feared for going to bed. We only had 2 working likes and 2 with burnt out light bulbs. They didn't have a channel list for the TV either and Half way into watching something, the service randomly went out. I am beyond upset with my visit here. When we went to check in they didn't seem to know what they were doing and someone spilled water all over check in papers as well… how professional.

The owner was friendly. He does not like when people book online. Just so you know. No towels. We bought some at Walmart. Also, no soaps or shampoos. We had to buy those as well. The sheets were not fitted so the shooted everywhere. There was a mascara stain on one of them. No free Wi-Fi unless youre by the office. There was a dead brown recluse in the bathroom by the toilet, and a live one in the spa tub. The fireplaceworks not work. The pool was still down for maintenance and it doesnt look like it will be fixed anytime soon. No ice machines or vending of any sort. The pull out sofa was totally broken and dated. The wallpaper was peeling on the walls. The room wasnt organized and had lots of random furniture that just became an obstacle, not a piece for the room. Massive bleach stain in the carpet. The rooms are not sound proof — we heard the people above us most of the night. The fire alarm in our room was unplugged and hanging from the wall. (If this isnt a hazard, I dont know what is. ) No view of the lake whatsoever.

The rooms are reasonably rated, Everyone that worked there made sure I was at home there. It's not the Hilton but nor do they pretend to be, it's safe, clean. What more could you ask for? I was 100% satisfied.

Free Wi-Fi? Yes if your next to or inside the locked office, you have to stand outside to check in or talk to an employee. Trash piled up outside office. Free Breakfast? Yes if you want the old cookies from a previous guests that WOULD be seen very easily if the bedding had been removed for cleaning, so when was that last cleaned? The room smelled like mold. Pool… oh that's closed too I really wish I could post the picks I have taken in very open areas. So no Wi-Fi, no breakfast and no pool! yes free parking. Why advertise things you can't provide? This used to be such a great place and now has been run into the ground but they will give you $5 off for a filthy room with nothing to go with it.

Clean and safe invirement real honest and nice people and was one of the fue Motal allowing pet. The pool an hot tub closed for services but all in all enjoyed the stay there. Nice big rooms clean and tietty great beds best night sleep in a long time 2 thumbs up for the staff they go that extra mile thanks Ozark inn & suites PS. And the police in the area and super nice.

Booked a room on August 14 and when we got there on the 22nd they said they couldn't find our reservations! One of their employees standing outside on smoke break said they sprayed for bed bugs on August 21st so we told them we would stay somewhere else but if we were charged then I wanted my money back. It's now the 22nd of SEPTEMBER and we still have not got our money back and every time I call the boss is "out" and will call back tomorrow! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. They never clean the rooms. The beds are awful. The towels they provide are dirty and stained and old. I wouldn't stay here.

I really enjoyed staying at this small, but clean hotel West of Lake Ozark. Peaceful and close to Beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, shopping centers and restaurants; this hotel sports a large clean indoor pool and breakfast in the morning. Comfortable rooms with multi channels on a large screen flat screen TV and great air conditioning allowed me to get work done on my laptop. You'll love their competitve rates!

The room was what we expected. Not very clean, small and musty. What we did not expect was the guy running the place watching our every move from the moment we checked in. There were two of us staying but we got back late and instead of driving our friend to the other side of the lake we just let him stay on the extra bed. In the morning as we were leaving the desk guy comes running out yelling at us. "YOU NOT PAY FOR THREE PEOPLE" very loud many many times. When I booked it said up to four people so I didnt think it was going to be a big deal. He blocked our car in and told us we couldnt leave til we gave him $10. And of course we had no cash. Aside from the creepy guy, the pool was closed and they offer no drinks or ice of any kind. The beds are awful and it could definatley use some TLC!
