Pool was clean and the room was comfortable.

The place is nasty and when something goes wrong minimum effort to help correct it.

Indoor pool & hot tub were totally filthy to point my parents nor I’d use. I reserved room there specifically because of hot tub. If I’d known spa would have been filthy to point we couldn’t use I’d stayed elsewhere & yes I’d seen cheaper places advertised online that didn’t have hot tub!
Noise was unreal up until midnight with people running up & down halls.

Rooms are small but nice. Customer service is great. Pool and hot tub is nice. It was nice place get away at a good price. The breafest was awesome.

This hotel was very nice for the price we got it. When we arrived they had all our stuff ready so check in was really smooth. The lady told me how to get to our room. She also told me where the vending machines were and our room was clean has a fridge and TV and coffee machine and a big plasma screen TV. They also have nice shampoo and conditioner and make up wipes. The shampoo was the Matrix brand which I loved!

Not as nice as the other hotels in Tupelo, but the other hotels were all sold out. Front desk was very nice. The carpet is new which is cool. The indoor pool looks really nice so I may check it out tonight.

The rooms are definitely dated. The carpet looks like it came straight out of the late 80s-early 90s. Some of the light switches and receptacles in our room weren't properly affixed to the walls. The jacuzzi in our room was definitely enjoyable, but one of our neighbors must have locked themselves out of their room; they started beating on the door of the suite next to us at 2:00am. The place may have some idiosyncrasies, but you most certainly get what you pay for.

I'm only rating a star because I don't have a choice. Worse customer experience every. We tried to check in at 2 since that was the earliest we could. Then she there no room open I looked at her and said really it was only 4 cars in the lot when I pulled up. Now me and my daughters are setting wait for 3 because of this evil lady don't like her job. Will not ever reserve this place again when I come back to Mississippi.

By far the worst hotel experience of my life. When we first get to our room at 2am, it smells like straight sewage and the sheets feel unwashed. We called the front desk to request a new room and she suggested we “use air freshener. ” Requested a refund and they did offer 20% discount. Highly recommend spending an extra $30 and staying anywhere else.

The worst and dirtiest place I've stayed in. Had blood on the sheets and found this under my bed. There are needles and birth certificates. Very shady situation. The front desk lady looked like she was high and she was not really sympathetic to my situation of finding needles in my room. The room they moved me to was better. It just had dried throw up on the bed sheets. Do not stay here. If you care about your health then I do not suggest staying there. You would be better off going to Walmart and getting a sleeping back and sleeping outside. They also have bed bugs so watch out!

The room was ok but when we checked in the sheets were dirty. We went down and got clean ones. We checked in late and the two women that were at the front desk was helpful and nice even the morning ladies. One thing I didn't like was the pool it was dirty so I didn't get to go swimming but all in all I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast was ok.

Needs torn down and rebuild it. Checked in and rooms smell old and musty. Found a pair of socks in the corner from previous guest. Went and told front desk about socks and they said "We don't have the best house keepers". They said bed were change according to check off sheet. May have to pray over our room before we go to sleep. Won't stay here again. I'll go to Best Western down the street and pay for cleaner stay. Oh yeah! The pool wasn't clear, to much chlorine. You walk in the pool area and my eyes started burning. Too strong of fumes. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Hotel was musty and smelled of smoke, there were dirty socks left in our room and the pool has so much chlorine that the kids were only able to swim for 5 min. Not worth the money.

We stayed in the Thomas Jefferson suite and love the room. We had a whirlpool tub surrounded by mirrors and had mood lighting. The room also had a balcony but it was inside the building facing the indoor pool and it was steamy hot from the pool. We liked the convenience of the two steak houses pretty much walking distance from the hotel.

Very accommodating the manager V is one of the best he does his best to accommodate your needs. Front desk clerks on nightshift very accommodating nothing bad to say about this hotel I stay here every visit for work.

Was not pleased with this hotel. For the price I paid which was $90 tax included, I felt the quality of the hotel was very poor. The comforters of our beds hadn't been washed. There was stains left on them. Looked like dried food or something. The towels felt like sand paper. Our bathroom wasn't very clean. The floors of the pool area did not look very clean. Did not like my kids walking around bare foot. The pictures of the hotel on the website looked a lot better than the actual hotel. On a positive note, the staff was nice. Will not be back and do not recommend spending your money on this hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, however, there were a lot of things wrong with the rest of our three day stay. 1. There was dried blood all over our comforter. This would not have been a problem if housekeeping had changed the covers the next day after we had reported it. When I went down to complain, the manager went and had the housekeeping rep go and strip our bed, but when she went in she said “there is nothing wrong with those stains”. I don’t know about everyone else, but I don’t like sleeping in other peoples bodily fluids. 2. The water in the hot tub was green. Not really a healthy color for water. 3. The pool water was so murky that you couldn’t see your hand one inch below the surface. 4. Sauna was out of order, which is the reason why we chose this hotel in the first place. Would not have been that big of a deal if they told us beforehand. 5. I could smell weed in the halls, and my wife is allergic. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable after the sheets and blankets were changed, the rooms were nice. And like I said before, the frond desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice pool, bed super comfortable, very clean. Good quick start breakfast. Room has mini fridge, microwave, big screen tv, desk, sitting area, with plenty of space. Excellent value for the price!

The staff is quite friendly, great for keeping a bunch of children, and okay breakfast. However, there are a few complaints to be added that no one has addressed. Problem 1: rooms are a little outdated and had a few issues, some issues were different for each room (i. E, some rooms were too hot, others were too cold, some fridges worked, some did not, etc. ). Problem 2: door locks did not always work/handles did not always work. Problem 3: soda machine would not accept bills, and when I asked the front desk member if they had change, she said no and there was no further help. So that was the extent of some issues. The pool was amazing and warm, hot tub was perfect, sauna available — did not use, but overall, very happy with this stay, very nice staff!

I stayed at the Baymont Inn, Tupelo on my first time in town and really enjoyed myself. My favorite parts were the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great beds and soft linens. The free breakfast was incredible, too. Plenty of options. I'll definitely stay here again.

Very nice rooms, for a very reasonable price. Pool is indoor and heated, hot tub was great, and they were open til 10pm. Staff was really nice, laid back and was even joking around and having fun with us. Free breakfast, was very good, it was free! Beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it gets a 5 star review.

Your GPS might fool you about this location. But if you pay attention you'll get there. Decent rooms. It does have a pool, hot tub and sauna; however the pool is somewhat small but is indoors. The breakfast wasn't bad and runs for a good while which is nice. Easy trip to shopping and the mall area although traffic will annoy you. Bring your own pillow if you want good sleep, theirs are terrible. Otherwise this was a good place to stay. No issues really. Would stay again.

The George Washington suite was amazing and the staff was extra extra friendly! We couldn't have ask for a better stay! We will be back soon very soon!

My go to place to stay in Tupelo. Reasonable rates, decent rooms, and an indoor pool. The breakfast is not that great.

Hot tub and dry sauna, pool. Great price never had any incident. I would recommend.

We've had a pretty good experience here. This is our 2nd stay. Comfortable beds, presidential suites are AWESOME. Nice staff.

Was cussed by the receptionist. Couldn't even get pricing. I called back and she said, oh it's you again and hung up. Extra classy. 10-14-17 5:20pm.

Rooms were clean, the guests were a little rowdy, and I wished management was a little stricter on their more influenced customers. Pleasant stay. Pool was awesome. Would stay again.

They make a Xerox copy of your debit and credit cards with your drivers license. Then keep it on file for 30 days. There is no reason they should do that… so be aware… non smoking room smelled like smoke. Pillows stunk and smelled like mildew and woke up and couldn't breathe. No do not disturb sign. I had to go back downstairs and get one. We checked in at 330 in the morning and asked for an extended check out time but they still woke us up and told us we had to be out at noon even though the person who checked us in said 1pm was fine. We spent a total of 8.5 hours in that hotel and it was too long.

We just checked in… our room stinks, the hallway stinks… The phone needs dusted and disinfected… remote control didn't work, so I went and got replacement batteries from downstairs. Still didn't work. The second remote did. There's only stairs indoors so if you've got heavy luggage or a lot. Request the first floor.

There are visible black spots on the pillow, some mystery stain on my sheets… shower is dirty, there is a surge protector mounted to the wall. Dried up crusty boogers wiped all over the side of my bed. The room smelled like smoke even though it's a non smoking room. The entire second floor smells like weed. I am a guest of the person that paid for it but whatever it was, it was too much. I have manners and I'm grateful to the person that hosted. I've stayed in motel 6's, days inn, and econolodges much nicer and cleaner than this. I say spend the extra 40-80 and get a cleaner and nicer room.

Unbelievably poor: I laid down in our bed exhausted after a 7 hour drive. I noticed a spec of dirt on the blanket. It was gross, but I wiped it off and rolled over. I then noticed a pile of dirt, leaf debris, and stains all on my side of the bed. I told my husband, grabbed my toddler, sat on the floor and held him not knowing who slept in the bed before us and how the dirt got there. It was obvious the room was not cleaned well between guests. The toilet paper was not restocked and the other 'accomodies' were very poorly maintained. Instead of re rooming us they told us they will change the sheets. We waited another 30 minutes for them to examine whether our complaint was valid. Then the housekeeping representative made the comment "Well this is no 5 star hotel it's not gonna be the cleanest" with an attitude as she argued that the stains we're not a big deal.

After a 4hr drive, my fiancé got right in the shower immediately upon checking in on a Friday afternoon. As he was in the shower I looked around and noticed mold and dust behind the tv, TV stand and microwave. There may have been more but we decided that was enough for us especially since I'm pregnant and only 3 weeks away from my due date. We went to the front office and advised the receptionist of the condition of the room as she attempted to contact her manager for a refund. She was unable to get a hold of her manager but said he'd be available the next day and that I could call to get the refund (rather than going back in person) which I did only to be told since we took a shower we would not be able to receive a refund as they were unable to rent the room back out. The room shouldn't have been rented out to us in the first place in the condition it was in. I asked to speak to the manager but Apparently the managers are not available on weekends, the busiest time of the week. I paid nearly $100 for less than an hr in a disgusting room bc of a 5min shower.

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms are really nice for the money. Has a decent size indoor pool.

The room was not bad however the bathrooms needed some maintenance! The toilet was broke and the shower dripped constantly. When we got back to the hotel on Saturday night there were no parking spots at all! We were told to park on the curb or elsewhere. The staff were friendly but told us there was nothing they could do about it because they do not get tag at check-in. Also, they we're allowing families to stay in 1 room that had at least 2 adults and least 7 to 8 kids who we're running around the halls on the 2nd floor at all hours! Not a horrible place but next time we will stay somewhere else.

We stayed here on a mini vacation. Was well pleased with the service, price, and accommodations. Also had an indoor pool and workout area. Very clean facility. It is also located very close to several dining and shopping locations. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed for 3 nights and would stay again in a heartbeat. I am disabled and the staff did everything and then some to make me comfortable and to make whatever they could as easy as possible for me and my family. One of the security officers even helped my son get me in my wheelchair up the curb and opened the doors for us. Our rooms were clean and everyone was polite and helpful. They even are working on a lift for the pool. We will definitely be staying there on all our return visits. They are also pet friendly when the site says no. I want to say an extra Thank You to the Owners and Julie who went beyond just to make us happy.

Decent room; but they claim to have free high speed Internet and they dont. Their Internet is comparable to dial up. Pillows are way too thin. I am a side sleeper and had to have all 3 pillows to be somewhat confortable. I will not stay here again unless this is corrected. The year around pool is a bonus; but after a 12 hour work day I don't care about a pool. I would like to Skype my family with good Internet.

When pulling up to the hotel I was thinking okay not too bad. $71 for the night I can't expect much, right? Well boy was I wrong. Checking in was a hassle. I had to wait for the lady to stop smoking to come in and help. The hallway had the most foul odor that made us all gag. The room was decent and pretty clean but again smelled like cigarette smoke since the lady was smoking outside the window. So nasty. We decided to try out the pool and it was just filthy. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see through it and my kids didn't even want to swim. My husband decided to give it a try and sliced his foot open on something on the bottom of the pool (mystery as to what it was since we couldn't see to find it. ) Then to top it all off the hair dryer caught on fire when I tried to use it. Save your money and go somewhere else. Pay $10-$20 more for the night and you will not regret it. I promise.

Service at the desk was very good. The room was one on the worst places I've stayed in my life, this includes Baghdad. Smelled like there was a trucker orgy that finished up a couple minutes before we got in the room. Nasty.

Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. The rooms were great. The walls were thick so there were minimal noise problems. The pool was warm. The Italian place next door is GREAT. I'd stay here again for sure. Only gave it 3 stars because it's just a normal hotel. Nothing fancy about it. But it's not gross, and the staff were friendly.

Found a used condom while turning the bed down, it was in the folds of the sheets! They obviously do not change the bedding, instead just make it back up! So disgusted.

Room was nice, AC didnt work very well and pool was GROSS, scummy, Breakfast was good. Stayed 7-10-09.
