Loved it! Very clean, posh, didn’t even feel like I was home at a hotel 😂

Friendly staff, COVID-19 friendly.

Roaches in the bathroom, staff rude. Part of the breakfast is self serve and other parts apparently aren’t, because you attempt to serve yourself one of their CDC scientists will yell at you and embarrass you in front of your son — the cereal, coffee, juice, cinnamon rolls and self made pancakes are fine to be handled by anyone and are impervious to Covid-19, but don’t go near the powdered eggs, they must be served by someone who could possibly be infected! Makes no sense! The COVID-19 signs are too small for 7AM.

The meeting room is nice and the breakfast is awesome. They were very accommodating for my Grandmothers 90th birthday! This is the third even I had there! The rooms are nice, clean and beds are comfortable.

Clean, quiet except when there is a big family with lots of kids who choose to run everywhere. I love staying there and I always enjoy my stay. Also, I enjoy having breakfast there but the eggs are to fake and process. Every thing else is really good. Just a pleasant atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

The hotel stay was great no problems to report.

Nice rooms that look fairly new. We made a mistake and reserved the room a day before we really arrived. Takia at the desk took care of that for us. She is great customer service. Good choices for their breakfast. So far we've had a nice stay.

Rooms were very nice and neat. Beds were comfortable. The stay felt great. They had breakfast. Also shower was nice. Perhaps bigger tv's could be added. They also had a microwave and a mini fridge.

I can't exactly remember her name but it was either Linda or Lucy. The breakfast area was fashionably updated. I loved the fresh cool colors. The shades of blue were my favorite. The breakfast that was offered included pancakes, cereal, whole apples and oranges, yogurt, Greek yogurt, white and chocolate milk, turkey and pork sausage patties, biscuits and fresh made, warmed hot cinnamon rolls. I didn't try them but they looked and smelled delicious. In the breakfast area, they did provide high chairs. The room was very comfortable. Plenty of lamps for lighting up the room. Big TV with numerous channels available. Iron and ironing board which I used and were functional. They also provided a Keurig machine with both regular and decaffeinated k-cups. Other room amenities included a microwave and small refrigerator. Plus, I was able to lower the temperature in the room and get it cold like I like in order to sleep. The shower had an adjustable head that changed the water spray and the pressure. It's probably the best shower head I've ever had at a motel. The bathroom personal care products were Bath and Body Works brand. They weren't watered down like most hotels. They also provided make-up remover wipes.

Nice hotel and staff. Recent update with a light and airy color palette, but room carpet was old and matched anything.

First floor rooms hear echos from tiled hallway and walls are super thin, especially if any room above you showers, you'll hear everything. Doors are constantly being slammed and have no brakes, so they shake the whole place.

Had a great night stay here before driving into New Orleans the next day, very friendly people that run the place, decent breakfast and not to pricy for a nice clean room.

Great place except breakfast was late because someone arrived late to heat up gravy. Didn't get to eat at 7 am, but OK. Brittany was wonderful.

The staff was great and took care of all our needs. The conference rooms were extremely nice and comfortable. Silba was great with getting us set up with great pricing. Overall, everyone was completely satisfied.

Fairly nice, as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The carpet felt soggy, as if too much cleaner had been used. Breakfast was standard, but the bacon was surprisingly good.

We had a very clean room with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was huge and the A/C worked great. They had a very good continental breakfast with coffee and yummy creamers too.

Pros: The staff was professional and courteous, the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and we'll maintained. Pros: The door to my room looked as if it had been pried open. Couldn't get the deadbolt to work and had to slam the door shut several times to get it to close. The shower had no pressure.

It was a wonderful hotel. Right in the middle of shopping for retail and food. The pancake machine was out of order but everything else was GREAT!

Not bad. Not great. The elevator sounded like it was going to fall and explode with us in it. It scared my wife and kids.

Easy check in. Room was a little warm. Bathroom vent doesn't work, hot shower raises the room temp even more. The water is oily so bring plenty of your own soap, and be very careful in the shower, no bath mate, and with the water being oily (not uncommon for Mississippi and Louisiana's water to be oily) you could slip in shower. Be careful. Beds were OK. Firm. Like the idea of fridge and microwave being in rooms. They also offer guests laundry. That's awesome. Front desk, hallways, state rooms all very clean and the kid at front tonight was friendly and welcoming. Good to see this kind of care, it's not common for hotels in Mississippi for front desk to be kind/friendly. We stayed at Biloxi IP hotel and paid twice as much and didn't get what one can get here. The service is kind and friendly, rooms clean, very clean. Just remember, water is oily bring plenty of soap and you will need all the towels provided to dry. But that isn't the hotels issue that is a state that doesn't care about its water quality. Wi-Fi is spotty at best. We couldn't get it to stay connected. Had to be moved to another room during the night, AC wouldn't work. Reason for three stars, even tho the rooms are clean and have the amenities. The AC not working and being moved during the night and the bathroom vents (even in the new room) do not work. These are crushle things in a small room.
