Great room nice hospitality.

This is a good clean hotel. People working here are very friendly and helpful.

Wow. The gal that checked us in was fantastic. Polite and accommodating.
Then Beth stepped in. Said pool temp was too cold and kicked us all out.
Asked for a manager card and she said they keep them locked in the office.
Could be a really good place, just have one person making rules that should be taking care of customers.

Stayed two nights kinda let down rooms were clean but beds not so comfy stay at comfort Inns for that reason so was disappointed! Pool and hot tub was great coffee really bad tasted like water food was ok good choices and fruit was fresh staff friendly would stay again if had new mattresses location near lots of things to do and places to eat.

The rooms had very comfortable beds and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Traveling with 2 young boys can get pricey but they offer a great hot breakfast that satisfied everyone. A big plus to staying there was the pool and it was clean and beautiful with cedar and stone. Staff was friendly both at check in and the breakfast area. Seeing I was with my boys she was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

My friends and I come here to swim as part of our gym membership. It's always clean and the pool is warm. Sometimes the hot tub is a little too hot but we always have a great time. :)

The place is well kept with clean rooms. Service is good. It's a basic hotel in the middle of nowhere. Bed could be better. Only major downside is it's next to a highway and a lot of big trucks pull in to stay so it can be noisy at night.

I recently stayed in a supposedly fancy hotel in Milwaukee which was 3 times as expensive and disappointing in many ways. This hotel was way better than that hotel and exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room had a fridge and microwave. The room was clean and well kept and the Wi-Fi worked great. The staff was very personable and attentive even when we arrived so late in the night. I had a very positive experience here in Rhinelander!

Sheets/Comforter on the bed were dirty. I asked for clean sheets and put them on myself. Requested 2 roll away beds. One had clean sheets, the other had dirty sheets. When I moved the chair in our room to make a spot for the roll away beds I found garbage on the floor that I cleaned up. Called down for breakfast at 9:26am. The front desk told me it was open until 9:30am so I should come down to get what I needed quick. Went down to find the waffle machine torn down, eggs & sausage gone had scraps in the pan, didn't see any donuts or bread only bagels. Meanwhile both the front desk lady & cook sat in the dining room eating breakfast with another person. When I asked if I could get fresh items and waffles made I was told no. The cook told me it ended at 9am. When I questioned the front desk lady right there she said she meant that I could come down as late as 9:30am to get whatever was left. I told them both I had 3 kids upstairs sleeping and my husband. They made no attempt to help me nor did they show any concern. I will stay somewhere else in the future with clean rooms, clean sheets and a staff that is helpful.

Very warm pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was hot. They had a variety of food. The beds were a bit sunken in the middle. Our overall stay was great. We would stay again.

Location is very convenient, lots of stores right near. Rooms are big and nice and clean. Staff here is incredible as well. Very friendly and will accommodate any needs you may have.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hot tub is nice and hot, pool is warm and clean. Cont. Breakfast is great! So many options we couldn't possibly eat them all. The little shampoos and lotion smelled nice, the room and bathroom were very clean! All for $86 for a family of five!

Cat was amazing. Had a smile on her face and a smile in her voice. So helpful and friendly. She's the reason that I will be back to this particular location!

The Comfort Inn in Rhinelander, Wisconsin is a typical hotel located on a main street near a large shopping plaza. The two-story Hotel includes amenities like a small indoor pool with hot tub and lawn chairs. The rooms are standard size and contain down comforters, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, and a granite countertop in the bathroom. Breakfast is included with this day with a variety of baked goods, waffles, fruit, eggs, and juices. The prices are reasonable and staff is friendly for a hotel located in northern Wisconsin.

Room was nice with fridge and microwave. Pool and hot tub is open till midnight and the have a nice breakfast.

Stayed here with my family, 4 of us in room with 2 queen sized beds. Beds were comfortable, everything clean and modern. Room felt a little crowded for all of us, our suitcases, etc. Was not much clearance around the beds or I would give it 5 stars. Room had fridge, micro, tv, desk, and a couple of chairs so it was cozy and we were able to stock healthy food and beer in room which kept us all happy. Bathroom was a great size with a nice amount of counter space to fit a suitcase on and under. Pool and jacuzzi both an awesome size, clean, and well stocked with towels. Was nice to have bathroom in pool room as back up as well as a separate shower. Housekeeping was attentive and great with our needs. Breakfast bar is great! Nice choices, even healthy ones. Orange juice is so good I did not even try the apple juice. The dining room is open all day to watch tv, sit and chat or play cards which was nice when we had family visit. Situated in great part of town with Walmart, Goodwill, Home Depot, Golden Harvest (organic grocery store) gas and other conveniences nearby. Would totally stay here again!

Excellent, friendly staff. I don't know or believe what the complainers are harping about! The breakfast was hearty, and welcomed every day I stayed. For a week.! As a further reference, my company picked it for me, and I was very happy to stay there! And they have all the money they need to pick another hotel.! But there was no reason to go elsewhere.

Very clean, great service! We stayed last year and came back this year for over a week. The pool and hot tub area is a bonus, staff is always friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Cat who was more than helpful with the reservation process and adding an additional night to our current reservation, she was amazing!

Rooms are clean, staff is excellent, pool is perfect temperature, everything is wonderful and it's always a relaxing stay.

Stayed here for buisness for little over a week. The good: breakfast was great, room was very clean, friendly staff whom helped me many times. I had issues with my key card and they fixed it no problem, my toilet chain broke 2xs, they fixed it right away for me, and I fell outside and they gave me a bandaid. Also I like how the pool is open later for adults. I saw bad reviews about the pool levels, but yet I had no issues. Also alot of the bad stuff in reviews I noticed were fixed so they definitely are moving in the right direction. I love that. Also the employee working the lounge always greeted me every morning. She was very very nice I loved that. They also have microwave in room, other choice hotels I've stayed in did not. The bad: I wish they had bacon, they have this cute picture of eggs and bacon on wall but no bacon. Also I suggest them to make their lounge into a restaurant with bfest, lunch, and dinner. Would probably make more money as well. Also they only have two dresser drawers so I had to put all my cloths in my suit case on the spare bed. Also they should look into getting laundry machines for guests like days inn. Also they were not over booked for the Hodag festival but they are the week after, which my company had to move me to days inn which makes me nervous because I don't know what to expect. Also check out is 11am but I can't check into days inn until 2pm. Very inconvenient. The ugly: if you stay here I highly recommend you check the towels.

Rooms were very clean, and seemed recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and staff was especially and nice and helpful. Would stay again.

I went swimming there, I got out of the pool and went to brush my hair is fairy long and curly. Let's just say I pretty much have dred locks now. I work in the hotel industry and this is NOT by any means acceptable for pool standards. The pool chemicals are NOT where they should be! swimmers BEWARE! THIS IS NOT OKAY, I'M PISSED.

My daughter went swimming with her friends at the pool, and my daughter plus one other child now has pink eye and two other children have chemical burns from the pool. I am very dissatisfied with the experience we had.

Love the rooms, Breakfasts are amazing, and love the fact that they let anytime fitness members swim.

Could have been better! Wondering how many times we can stay at this hotel and have the GM not notice one of his front desk employees is always drunk, the whiskey coming out of her pores is horrible. Interventions do work. Require AA and sobriety testing done daily if she is worth keeping around. Being an alcoholic — sober for the last 7 yrs — I am sure of the "all too familiar" smell. Then there is another employee that would rather sit on the bench and smoke for 30 minutes or more instead of getting up to help those parked under the carport and waiting inside for assistance. These employees should never be at the front desk. Smiling and being helpful is great but for the future of your hotel start cracking down on the mishaps. There is also lady by the breakfast area, older, she is quite rude towards co-workers. — these are your issues that made us chose a different hotel for the next stay. Still with choice, but not at your hotel. I can add the breakfast variety was ok. Lots to pick from. Danish is DRY — very dry, even if heated! Make a deal with a bakery to get better pastry and you will be set on the breakfast items. What is taking the crew so long to get that elevator in? With seeing it is still not done we will not be there through the holiday! Never have I seen it take so long for progress to be made on getting an elevator or even painting! Time to hire a new crew!

We had a great time at the Comfort Inn Rhinelander. We were here on business and the staff and management were very nice. Props go off to Mary the GM for making our stay here delightful. I really liked the free Wi Fi. It was super fast. What I really found cool was the indoor pool. I really enjoyed the swim before my show. The hotel overall was well kept and our room was spacious and very clean. The security was pretty good. They kept the doors locked. This is always a plus because when we are on the road nothing means more to us than having a safe clean place to rest our heads. I would certainly stay here again, Thanks again Comfort Inn Rhinelander for showing us great hospitality.
