Worst hotel I've ever been to. Found a bed bug crawling on the bed. The general manager Kenny Patel refused to talk to us until the next morning and only had his front desk worker offer us a new room at the same hotel or refund us. We went back to our room to grab our stuff and we saw that both beds had 4 or more fitted sheets meaning that they were aware that the hotel room had bed bugs and they were trying to cover up the problem instead of fixing it. We were going to the Packer game the next day. With that being said every hotel in the area had been booked. And it was a huge inconvenience for us to find a new hotel and relocate at 10pm on Saturday night. We spoke with Kenny Patel the next day and he pretty much told us it wasn't his problem. He told us that he did not have the authority to pay for our new room and we would have to contact the manager above him. After leaving the hotel upset after being told that we would not get our hotel paid for I wrote multiple reviews of the Appleton, WI Quality Inn. Kenny Patel called us Monday morning saying he would pay for our hotel if we took the review on this website down. Once again ignoring the fact that his hotel has bed bugs. We spoke again with Kenny a few days later and he once again stated that he would pay for the hotel room if we took this review down. We refused because this is a major health concern and no one should have to worry about bed bugs. The general manager Kenny Patel hung up mid conversation. This goes to show how unprofessional he is and that all he cares about is making money. Do not stay at his hotel! They have BED BUGS and terrible customer service!
