Everyone here at Extended Stay Appleton is very pleasant to deal with and they're very knowledgeable people here. The rooms are very clean and up-to-date. Pet-friendly lodging.

No pool Nice rooms with stove tops. Sink. Microwave. Full fridge. Dish network and nice bathroom. No breakfast but they have granola bars and coffee up front. Nice staff. Options available for cooking items and such l. Had problems with the keys to get in my room but good for doors outside. Bad weather knocked out the dish had to wipe it off outside myself to get it to work after no one upfront would do it for over a hour. So I wasn't waiting any longer for them to do it. Over all nice room. Quiet place.

About a month ago I stayed at the Extended stay america in appleton the room was very nice the employees there were very friendly the manager even took time to make sure I had everything I needed she was very helpful this is the first motel that I have ever been too that employees and manager was there for you and cared that your stay was comfortable.

Great. So Linda is the manager and she is the best manager I have ever had, she is beyond helpful, nice and caring. She goes way above and beyond any other manager I have met. The rooms are always clean, you get your own refrigerator, stove and microwave. It's a kitchen in your room which makes the very low price of the room, even better than imagined. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable place with a casual feel. Well equipped room for an extended stay. Was happy here.

Drunk residents everywhere and the entryway smelled of death. Unfriendly staff but the rooms were clean.

Yo fam, if you need a room for a few days. This the place to be yo. You get a sink, stove, fridge, and cabinets! But you should bring your own soap. And the lake is just down the road. If you like fishing.

Room was very clean. We were there due to a house fire the hotel staff was amazing. It had a full size refrigerator and microwave and two stove top burners so it was nice.

We stopped in for work and they are very helpful and friendly. Great place.

The staff is very friendly. The room is average. The entrance was looking nice all summer but now it appears cold and blank. I tried to throw dog pope in the trash but it's been full for a couple weeks now. The trash cans are full and the same cigarette butts have been in them for a while. I understand times are tough and it's hard to find good help that's willing to work for a low paying job. It's a shame that this is what people see when they come to spend money on a room that is rundown, mismanaged and has a don't care attitude. The world has changed and the pride that some had in running a place of business is gone. I do hope things will be better when I return.

Gonna be kinda long but take some time to read it**** I've been here for a month in a half on a extended stay I moved back home from North Dakota. First and far most I'd like to thank the manager we are going through a rly hard time in are life prior to being here we slept in are car for two weeks extended stay has made me feel like I'm safe and at home the manager is very kind and thoughtful I can't thank her enough for working with us. I pay weekly and my tax dropped off after a month witch is nice. I feel house keeping dose good I had a few things but apon asking to fix it they did without a problem and haven't had a issue since only drawback I've found is the internet its slow as molasses I've tried the upgraded version for 2 nights for a 1.99 a night it's definitely worth it Netflix ect works and loads 10x faster and better so if your gonna be here long term I'd consider it but over all I'm please I know alot of ppl get 5 * hotles ect and others may not agree with my thoughts but I can't thank y'all enough for helping me fell at home in a hard time within life ty to the whole team my stays been good and im sure it will be for the next month going forward ty so much rooms also have full size fridges nice showers stove top sink ect :)

Very clean. But most importantly, the staff are the most amazing, caring, helpful people I have ever meet. I absolutely love this place and the staff. Thank you all for everything. Your the best!

I'm bored and this is the perfect time to write my review of this particular Extended stay so here it goes the staff is friendly the hotel is quiet and they have coffee out all day long the room was clean and fully stocked, we were there for about a week and completely satisfied.

Hostel with good attention. Clean and usually quiet. Close to the mall and need for transport to the center.

Very helpful staff. Friendly and super accommodating. I was staying there with my very sick dog so I could take her to the nearby animal hospital, they were so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. The manager even made a personal stop in my room to make bring me a few items and meet my dog. She spent some time talking to me and made me feel at home. My room was decent. I would stay here again.

I have been staying here for the past few days. All of the employees here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, and it's great having a full-sized fridge and microwave in the room. Saves money on having to eat out all the time. Bed is comfy, and the TV and Internet work well.

Amazing service and very pet friendly. Both the desk attendants at 11 PM and 11 AM were happy and helpful. The manager, Jason, provides 24 hour coffee for guests in the lobby. The rooms are very clean and have a small kitchen area, you can request dishes at any time and the staff is very friendly about it. Jason is very helpful and makes himself available for any needs the guests may have. I highly recommend this place for an extended stay!

It's pretty standard. Everyone here is nice. People come and go.

Excellent experience, The rooms had just been redone and it was like staying in a brand new hotel. The Front Desk Clerk (Night shift) was wonderful, as well as the G. M. (Day shift) This is a Pet friendly hotel and that made this place just that much better. The price was well worth it for what you get, Nice kitchenette with two burner stove with range hood, full size refrigerator, and of course a Microwave oven. Hot coffee in the morning with a "Grab & Go" menu. Best Priced value in Appleton, WI. I bet you can't find anything even close to this price for such a nice place.

They sucked… the worst customer service in my whole hotel visting moments. If your considering going here just dont! They really have no idea on what a customer is as sadly as that sounds. The whole time I had questions the woman was on and off the phone … sad.

Nope. If your life is falling apart like a natures valley granola bar (what passes for "free breakfast" here), you may not mind the horrifyingly poor quality stay. Unfortunately my company books me in an Extended Stay once in a while and it's hands down the worst of any hotel chain in existence. To give you an idea of the level of service at this particular location: 1) they planned a renovation of the building that occurred seemingly from all directions around me, and from 8am on throughout the entire day, every day I was there. It involved hammering, sawing, bowling?, toppling furniture, loud trucks driving around the parking lot, chemical fragrance wafting through the air vent in my bathroom. So don't expect special care to be taken to accommodate your sleep. I asked for a room change, and they said all the rooms are like that. Really? You couldn't plan the renovation on one side of the building and then move to the other? Jesus 2) The room smelled like musty dog's balls (typical of any extended stay), and on some days like whatever chemicals were being used by the construction army. The ventilation is so poor the only way to get fresh air is to open the window when it's 28 degrees F outside. The instructions above the stove remind you to open the windows for ventilation while cooking. Ya, in the middle of winter.

Wasn't the greatest hotel. Not as clean as many, and not much of a breakfast. But it is a cheap place to sleep for a night or 2.

Studio apt set up. The staff is super nice, helpful and informative. Location is the best. No pool or fitness but on site coin laundry. Not the hotel if your looking for relaxing pool time. More for OTR travelers or extended visiting.

BELOW average customer service in my opinion. Staff at front desk could take a few customer service courses on how to speak to customers, smile, be knowledgeable about the service provided and the system. I personally was not "wowed" by the customer service AT ALL! Got into the room, and gnats were already present. NOT GOOD for business. Room was however clean in all other aspects. House keepers were by far the friendliest workers there. They greeted, smiled, and were very friendly. They also cleaned the rooms very well. I would not return back to this particular location, however I have been to other Extended Stays in other locations that I would return to. Note to Management/Corporate — Make sure that your front desk staff is fit for a hospitality position. They were not very hospitable to say the least. They need to be FRIENDLY, knowledgeable, making eye contact with customers, making sure that we know all of the amenities included without having to ask, etc.

Just "okay" service quality. I was quiet surprised the reservation I made thru the phone did not come up on official webpage when I tried to search with my confirmation number. I received nothing thru email and so on. Also, when I cancelled the reservation, I only received the cancellation number that they told me and nothing in email as in statements. If this is the case, they should not ask any credit card information at the first hand.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I had to stay for a month due to our house not being ready in time. I have never been so disgusted with the customer service that we received. The very first day we arrived they overbooked apparently and we did not receive the correct room. On the second day we were suppose to move into the correct room. We start moving our belongings to the correct room. However this room was not correct either. So we have to wait a few hours till our correct room was cleaned. We are now going into our last week here and we go to back of parking lot to retrieve our trailer. It is not in the parking spot we left it in. We ask the manager at the front desk and she tells us that she had it towed. WHY? She then tells me she will call and take care of it. I ask the next day where is our trailer she tells me she does not know, she called the tow company and they have no record of it but assured me she was still working on it. It is now day 3 and she still has not given us an answer as to where our trailer is. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. The room and hallways smell from all the different cooking and cultures. I would definitely spend and extra 20$ 30$ or even 40$ to stay in a better environment. There are no activities no swiming, no hot tub, and no fitness. Never again.

Clean, spacious, everything worked, convenient location, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly. Liked this hotel and would come here again.

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, rate for extended time is good and location is excellent. I spent a month at this location and have to say the staff is great! The manager, Jen went out of her way to be helpful. I beleive the staff she has working for her shares the same attitude. I typically stay in my 5th wheel home away from home but was not able to bring it on this trip. So short of paying a $120.00 a night for a room, this will get you all you need and a smile to boot! Thanks Appleton Extended Stay for the great service.
