Rejuvenated! The motel made sure that it was a night of celebration for our Anniversary. They have been amazing! Highly recommend and know we will make this a yearly stay for our anniversary.

It’s been amazing! We are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the food at Rye was awesome! Our room and the service has been excellent.

My friend and I went to the spa yesterday. We both PAID and have our receipts. Today the owner calls My friend FOUR times AND emails her saying that my payment got voided. Each time she calls she gets more and more threatening. She says she doesn’t have my information. But if you have been there they ask for every last detail about you on your health report! My address, my phone number, even my doctor’s name! They had everything they needed to contact me and had no reason to harass her! I told her the transaction is still pending and after it falls off I will absolutely pay it. But I’m not going to pay it again until that transaction falls off, especially considering I have a receipt that I paid. We get off the phone, she charged my friend’s card! So now we BOTH have charges on our accounts for the FULL AMOUNT! Not only did the owner NOT apologize she actually insinuated that somehow I could have voided my transaction in their system after I left?! Save yourself the nightmare and spend your money somewhere else!

Rye has great food and drinks. The hotel rooms are amazing!

I liked my stay here. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very nice. Most importantly for a small fee they let my dog stay with me. They even left treats and a bed for her to use in the room. It was very sweet.

Was so excited to staying there with my husband Saturday night. After checking into our room that we thought had a jacuzzi tub, it didn't. The room was small bed was horrible and so was the miniature pillows provided. Whatever I will let that go. We checked out yesterday got our recipe for $138.60 check our account the today and got charged $194.04 on our Credit Card. Called and got that cleared up apparently 'we over charge incase there is a cleaning fee' and it will get refunded again whatever let it go. Then check our bank account and the card we used to hold the rooms has 2 charges for $120.00 randomly 2 days after our check in. Now I'm not happy. Call back apparently we change people the total room fee 2 days after the fact because we aren't sure if the people using booking. Com are scamers… Are you kidding me? I was told I would get my money back but that is not the point I had $295.44 over charged us on one freaking room that wasn't that great to begin with we will not back.

The desk duplicated a pass card allowing another guest access to our room. All 3 of us were very startled. Carter suggested we deadbolt the door. I suggest never staying here but if bvb you must make sure you keep valuables at another location. Who knows what could have happened if we weren't here when the other guest entered our room.

Enjoyed a very relaxing lemon grass exfoliating massage! The staff are friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful hotel with top notch amenities, in downtown Appleton. We have stayed there a couple of times, once was for our anniversary and we got the anniversary package, and everything was perfect. We will definitely go back.

One the best hotels I have ever stayed at for a business trip!
Front desk staff go above and beyond in their efforts to ensure your stay is perfect! They even booked me weeks in advance for my reoccurring visits and warned me about hotel blackouts and price increase for the local air show! My peers were stuck with having to stay an hr away in Greenbay! (In hindsight, I should have given them a heads up) Now the real gem of the Copper Leaf is Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune at t…he bar. Staff members even join in after clocking out to hang out with the guest. Karter is a master at Jeopardy! The main bartender Kevin (spelt with Q, pronounced with K), is the best. He can tell you all the places to go. And he makes amazing night caps and while it is not on the menu, ask for the “Joe Burger. ” Oh if you are working with a client in the area, ask if they have client rates for that account! And I am super debt for their amazing drivers, when I couldn’t find a car to rent, they squared me away in driving back and forth! Also, do not use Axe body spray, “apparently” it “sets off the smoke detector” and then the “fire department” has to come and check out your room. I wasn’t there so I do not think any of that happened. But they laughed about it so that was nice. And when you meet Kevin with Q, tell him “Joe from Texas sent yea. ” In the end, fantastic building but it is pale in comparison to the people/staff!

It was OK… I thought a bit overrated, but we were mostly satisfied. It is very quiet inside, solidly built, with easy access, barring having to park next door in the city garage. The room was very quiet, and peaceful. The hot tub worked great, bathroom was good, the bed was large and comfortable. The lighting wasn't very ergonomic, the switches were in strange places, the bedside lamps are unreachable from the bed, you have to get up to turn the switch. The fire place was a nice touch. There was no view out the windows, only industrial rooftops. We ordered dinner from the Rye restaurant, they delivered it without cutlery, a minor oversight, however the food was excellent. They did bring plastic cutlery after we called to let them know. I do believe they charge too much for the hotel menu, the added charge for room service is quite excessive, and the portions are much smaller than you get at the restaurant. So, it made the food not a good deal at all, although it was done very well as far as taste and preparation. Also, they won't deliver mixed drinks, but they will deliver wine to the room. Overall, we are satisfied, but I am a foodie, and I had back issues making sitting in the restaurant not an option, so the excessive charges for the hotel menu, small portions, and no drink delivery took a couple of stars off for me.

We stayed here for New Years Eve and it was wonderful! The room was beautiful with a fireplace and whirlpool tub. There were party hats, horns and wine glasses waiting for us in the room when we arrived. The room was clean and elegantly decorated. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the events in the area. The champagne toast that was waiting for us upon our return from dinner was beautiful. Very highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or just a night away!

I had a wonderful experience at the Copperleaf! The room was comfortable, the staff was so friendly, and they had the best bartender working on Saturday night. I would definitely recommend if you plan on hitting up the town!

Absolutely loved the staff and room. I was only there for a couple of days, but they knew my name and made me feel welcomed every time I cam back into the hotel. I never ate in the restaurant, but at the bar in the hotel. It was perfect when dining for 1. If you are even thinking about staying here, you should book it now! Very comfortable, convenient shuttle from airport. My room had a very cozy fireplace and bathtub so you could lounge in front of the fire, while bathing. A miracle.

I called to schedule my spa day, and was immediately asked for my phone number in case we get disconnected. Then she said she had to answer another call and told me she'd call me right back; 45 minutes later she called me back… okay so off to a rough start, the solo use of the giant hot tub was pretty amazing, but the rest of my experience was just weird.

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and nice. We stayed in the silver suite. My only opinion was I thought the room was kinda small. Otherwise Can't complain if you want a romantic night with you and your other half I would recommend!

I went here as a Spa customer first during my wife and my first anniversary and had a fantastic time. I returned to pick up a prenatal massage package for my sister-in-law, and I think she'll love it!

I would like to start off by saying I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating! This was a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, MODERN hotel! Very nice! If im ever in this area again I will be staying here. We stayed in a Silver Suite. The view, the lay out, the tub, the living area, everything was above my expectations. Very friendly staff and bed was clean and comfortable. I didnt give 5 stars for the lack of easy parking and unloading. And no vending machines anywhere so definitely bring your own drinks or snacks. Parking was behind the building with no direct entry to the hotel so you had to be out in the weather to get to the entry. (Kinda a long walk when the parking deck is full) I understand this is a downtown hotel but it was snowing and SEVERELY inconvenient with luggage.

My husband and I like to take little getaways to Appleton once or twice a year. We always stay at the Copperleaf unless is is booked, which has happened once or twice if it happens to be a Packer home game weekend. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. There are nice amenities like robes, umbrella, mini bar, yoga mat, and anything you could need in the bathroom. Cookies at check in, yum. We did not eat at the restaurant this time, but in the past enjoyed their breakfast. (Not included in your room price. ) the rooms with whirlpools are nice, but even the copper level room had a whirlpool in the bathroom tub. The hotel is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants that we want to go to which is super convenient. Love this place!

This is our second stay. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time.

The rooms are small, but very well kept. Everything was clean, and newer. I didn't get a chance to hang out at the bar, but it looked like a good spot for a drink after work.

This is a great hotel to stay in for a romantic getaway. There is a nice jacuzzi tub right next to the bed. Bar and restaurant down stairs and it’s located right downtown. Little bummed you have to walk outside to get to hotel from parking lot but overall very happy with our stay!

Very clean and decorated very nicely. Location is great and hotel staff was great. However the spa staff needs work. We arrived on time and we were rushed into our rooms for our massages as if we were late instead of being able to relax (which is what we came there for). Also massages seemed rushed as well. So overall hotel was wonderful and the spa could have been better.

Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Parking conveniently located in the adjacent public ramp was not included with the room but was a very reasonable $5 for overnight parking. We will definitely visit the copper leaf again the next time our travels bring us to Appleton.

Its in a convenient location, but our room didnt have a good view. There also was cracked tile in the bathroom, drain in hot tub didnt function properly, furnace was so loud we had to turn it off, lock on liquor cabinet was broke and they had weird tags on everything that said if you take this or lose it you will be charged $20.00. Would not stay here again.

Staff was polite. Heater in room was noisy. Anytime a neighboring room ran water it was loud. Location was convenient. Just not sure the $200+ we paid was worth it.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary 2yrs ago! We loved it! We had massages and pedicures! We can't wait to to back this coming year! Very relaxing! Very affordable!

It's the little things like a shower cap or tea in your room that gives this all the stars. They are nice rooms, and lobby. Nice bathrooms in the lobby. The bathrooms in the rings have no vents though. They have robes and slippers too if you ask! Comfy beds, great location but the parking garage at night is scary, old and dirty.

My husband and I came back for our 9 year anniversary after staying the night of our wedding. Staff was very nice, the room was fabulous and we had a fireplace and Whirlpool. I love the Aveda products in the rooms. The bed was super comfortable!

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the amenities are great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's a great location. Some big issues I had was the air conditioning situation, their air conditioning unit in each room are motion activated. While this is a great green living perk, it made our room absolutely miserable. Yesterday it was 90 degrees outside and after a long day of shopping all we wanted to do was go back to our room and cool off, walking into our room it was about 80 degrees of stale air. It took several hours to cool off in the room, and of course that is the time we left for dinner and drinks on the Avenue. So once again when we got back from the Avenue, our room was sweltering hot again. For the amount of money you pay to spend one night in a hotel room I would like to be able to keep the temperature at what I'm comfortable at at all times instead of taking hours an hours to cool off. It was all so annoying that there was only two bath towels in our room and two washcloths, the staff was very accommodating and brought more up for us but it was annoying to have to ask for something so simple. Overall I would rank my experience at this hotel as just okay, while the staff was really nice and the place is very beautiful, the negatives were just too much for me I do not think I will stay here again.

My wife and I came here for a quick get-a-way on a Monday night following our wedding. We could not have been happier with our experience. The customer service and amenities were spot on. We purchased the platinum suite with the wedding package. The added touches with the wine, chocolates, and rose pedals were well worth the extra charge. We were slightly disappointed with the $5 parking charge but were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with a shuttle that took us anywhere that we could not reach on foot. The close proximity to fun restaurants & drinks near College Avenue was fantastic. Loren, our shuttle driver, was very sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

The website lied, there was no free breakfast. Very dissappointed. We dont want to go around looking for a place to eat in the morning.

Stayed in the platinum fireplace suite two nights. Too. Was cozy and clean. Staff was friendly. Tried to get room service at 830 one night, said it would be an hour for a slice of cheese cake… Tried to go to the restaurant the next night we stayed, sat at the bar. Great drink selections; however, we couldn't order food at the bar and apparently there were no tables available even though half the restaurant seats were empty. We were told we could order food in the lobby bar, so we went up there. Sat there 30 min with the one waiter/bartender who never paid us any attention. We just left and went some where that wanted our business. They certainly don't like to take care of the people staying with them.

Clean room. Amazing beds and attention to detail was great. All staff including cleaners were friendly and welcoming. Spa was the best!

The location was great, walking distance to small shops and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and well decorated. And of course the spa was amazing!

Front lobby bar is quiet, quaint and relaxing. You can order food off the menu from the restaurant next door (Rye). Bartenders take good care of you. Even a nice place for locals to come and not have TVs and loud music everywhere.

The woman who runs the place assistant manager Jackie Anderson Kroll… where did you get your management license? Because you are a very poor manager… you don't even look like you went to college a day in your life, the simplest question asked, you looked like a deer in headlights… OWNERS, I would HIGHLY recommend doing a background check on this ignorant woman! seems to me like she just printed off a diploma off print shop… Im a manager in a hotel, and my 12 year old can do a better job than this incompetent woman. What is your IQ anyway? 5

Good night stay. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. This was our first stay and we'll stay there again for sure. I only have one complaint, I like a hard bed… And this one was, too hard in fact. It was hard to find a comfortable spot. It wasn't uncomfortable to sleep on but I would suggest softer beds in the future.

Loved the room and service at the front desk was great. Didn't get a chance to try the spa. Location is central and convenient.
