The staff, rooms and property is just excellent. We are really enjoying are stay! This will definitely be our go to everytime we come to town!

Everything is good here, except for one employee. My company is doing work out here in Appleton so this marks the third week we are staying at this Hotel. From week one there has been this one employee who just is unprofessional. He doesn't acknowledge customers or MAYBE just me. Today was the last straw though. We work overnights so I get back around 7am. I needed to get my bag of groceries for the week out the car. In doing so I left my card key in my room so I needed to get another key. So I go to the front office and low and behold its the guy who has no sense of customer service working at the customer service desk. (Old guy with gray hair, wears glasses and always wears a bow tie and suspenders). I was the only person in line so im thinking this will go quick. He looks at me than walks over to the computer and starts typing, (that took a minute). Than the phone rang, he walks over to the phone and answers it. (That took almost 2 min). He gets off the phone and im like "Finally he's about to help me". Nope. He than proceeds to head to the back room and hold a conversation with another employee. A few seconds later another employee walks out and saw me standing in line and asked me "he was helping you correct"? I told her not only did he not help me, he also saw me but failed to say anything to me. She helped me get my key and I returned to my room.
She was the reason I did not give this a 3 🌟 but it's because of that man I can't give this place a 5 🌟.

Great place, super friendly, close to so many different things (including Lambeau) and fresh fruit when the hunger strikes.

My son arrived to day to be told he didn't have a Room and that it was the reservation is says mistake. Will you need to make your mistake RIGHT. As a seasoned traveler I certainly expected better out of your brand. I need this to be made right immediately.

I really like staying here. The rooms look fantastic. There were some maintenance issues this time though like a cracked sink, the toilet was loosened from the floor, and some screws sticking up from a handrail outside. Happy hour if you check in before 7 p. M. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Was very impressed with the atmosphere. Our bartender Mary made us feel very welcome. She made the price worth it. The chlorine was a little much for the pool though. So much they had to open the doors because it burned your eyes without even being in the pool.

Free, full-bar happy hour for two hours was very exciting. Hot breakfast was yummy with a lot of options. Wifi worked great even streaming movies. Really enjoyed the perks of my stay. Took away one star because my room smelled a bit of sweat but was otherwise clean. Would definitely recommend especially for people in town for business.

My friend and I needed a room to rest after a concert. Elizabeth helped us get comfortable and was terrific to talk to. She was very polite and kind to everyone she delt with to the point I had to mention her in my review. She's a fantastic employee and I can only see her accomplishing everything she sets out to do. I hope her supervisor realizes what a valuable asset she is and the potential this wonderful girl has. Thank you Elizabeth! You are one outstanding individual and a perfect people person! Good luck with your future and keep up the good work!

Decent rooms and great breakfast. Exercise room was somewhat lacking. Big pool with waterslide.

This place was beautiful! The room was perfectly clean, the staff was super friendly, and it felt like I was in a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel! Huge pool and hot tub, room was big. Beds were not the most comfy but overall very pleased!

The suite we had was large with a very nice bathroom and shower with plenty of room and a California king bed. It was clean and there was a very nice lounge and pool for the kids with a water slide.

Always love staying here as they have a very nice pool and water slide. My kids love it! They also have a happy hour for the adults that starts around 5. All employees are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is included and very good.

Tucked in behind a gas station. Beds are firm but manageable. The complimentary breakfast offers more than most hotels. There is a central pool area, laundry, and fitness center.

The room was great! The staff was friendly. They were respectful of my desire for privacy and told me to let them know if I needed anything. Nice and clean, with a good selection for breakfast.

Very good overall. Had some issues with the heat. It wasn't hearing properly. They put in a brand new one. Because the heater is 6 inches from the bed, it comes on for a couple minutes and goes back off. If there was a thermostat somewhere other than in the unit it would work great… Recreation room is pretty cool, lots of stuff to do in there. It's a comfortable environment to be in. And the bar they have on site has free drinks. I'm not sure how many because I am not aloud to drink them but ya. Breakfast is good, same old same old, people at the front desk are nice and very friendly. Overall a great place to stay. I've been here also a month for work.

The staff was always pleasant professional and courteous. My Room was always cleaned. The bar area was always hopping on the weekends. My hat's off to the weekend crew at the front desk. They offered that little extra that you don't normally see in a hotel. One part of me would like to take off 1 star because of the amount of children that were present on the weekends. But I cannot fault them for that. If anything they took care of it. If a family with small children are looking for a place to escape for the weekend I could honestly say that the comfort suites of Appleton should be the place to be. The only thing that I could honestly say I found wrong with the hotel was the coffee that was available for the complimentary breakfast.

Stayed here because my son had a medical appt the next day in the area. Wanted to relax by the pool. When we went into the jacuzzi the smell caught my attention right away. I started looking around and found a substance looking like mold or dirt around the whole thing. Grabbed a towel and wiped some off. It was disgusting and the smell was horrible. Went and got the manager on duty (Nate). He wipes some also and states “I could tell you what it is but you probably don’t want to know. ” That’s it! End of story. It was still there the next morning. I’ll never stay here again.

Rented a conference room. Good access to audio visual equipment. Good service overall. Would do it again.

I have stayed here numerous times without flaw. It's always a great place with an amazing staff. Great amenities include microwave, minifridge, and a free open bar from 5 to 7pm on certain days. Will defintely be staying here again!

The room was clean and spacious. It was centrally located, walking distance from many establishments. The pool was huge! Breakfast was a large spread and everything was very tasty. Highly recommend.

I decided to book the haunted house package deal for my birthday, Boy was that a BIG mistake. The bald guy at the front desk was an complete ass. We asked for a late check out and he came back with a smart remark saying "after 12 we won't like that very much". The rooms were very muggy and stuffy, the Air Conditioner is built in the most stupidest place right dead smack along the bed, which means when it turns on it legit doesn't even circulate the room it just stays in the exact same spot. The Bartender was ridiculous, maybe being that old he should retire. He was so rude to us, didn't even remember what I said or I wanted and gave me a different drink. He also didn't wana take the drink tokens that the hotel gave us. He also followed us around and said we couldn't drink on the porch. The Pool water felt like Lake Michigan it had to be 60 degrees, pool had scum all around it, also the pool room had an area where the celling had caved in yet there are people who stay in pool side rooms! There was dirt dripping down the walls that looked like it was never cleaned. The hot tub had way wayyy too much chlorine in it, it actually burned all our eyes & made it hard to breathe. So will I be staying there again HELL NO! Wouldn't waste my money again!

The pool area was wonderful and our room was clean, except for a dirty pillow found in the bed. All the staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The pool temperature was FREEZING! NO ONE used the pool because of the temperature! Hot tub was like warm. I complained to manager because at over 150.00 a night for two bed one should be able to use the pool. Manager insisted the pool was 82*. No way in hades! More like 65! TV had to be turned on and off at the television itself! We secured two day but cancelled second day and got money back. Beds uncomfortable.

Horrible unfortunately. I've been coming here for 7 years and it has really gone downhill fast. The service was awful. I was trying to get the baby to nap when all the sudden we heard nails being pounded. Turns out they gave us a room next to one having carpet installed. Rather than ask them to wait, we were given the option to move or be refunded $25 on a room we paid $370 for for two nights. I was also ignored at the front desk while a young female employee was flirting with a male guest. It smells bad, the pool was filthy, the breakfast was disgusting, and it needs serious cleaning and updating. For the price, there are MUCH better options! I'm sad we have to change our family tradition and go elsewhere from now on.

We just left Comfort Suites Appleton today. We were only planning to stay there for one night (thank the Lord). We were in town for a family members funeral and many of our other family members from Texas, that we rarely see, we staying there also. Upon pulling up to the hotel I could tell it needed some upkeep but tried to keep an open mind. We opened the door to the first room we were given and were taken back by the awful smell of body odors. We decided to open the window which was filthy and had mold down the sides. We left the room, with the windows open and headed for the pool. The pool was lined with a scum that I was able to easily scatch "hi" in and that could be easily removed. When we came back we noticed a pile of nail clippings by the sofa bed, a mound of dust and garbage behind the bed and the smell was still overwhelming so we decided to get a new room. Before we got our things off of the cart I decided to check the beds seeing as how I was already mortified by the lack of cleanliness of the hotel. As soon as I moved the first mattress I found what I am 99.9% sure was an adult bed bug. We quickly got out of that room and were given yet another room against my wishes to run fast and far (because my husbands family was all there). I did not find bugs in the third room but did find popcorn, a business card, garbage and a 1/4 roll of lifesavers. We were never offered any help or anything, just always another room.

Wish I could give 0 stars and post pics of the nail clipping pile on the floor by the couch, the mold around the window, the insane amount of dust from behind the bed in our first room, and have you smell the overwhelming body odor smell that we encountered in that room, the dead bed bug between the mattresses in our second room, scum around the pool that I scratched "hi" in with my fingernail, and the popcorn, business card, dust and 1/4 roll of lifesavers under the nightstand in our third room. We were here with family we have not seen in a very long time for a funeral and my husband insisted on staying. If it wasn't for him I would've been out so fast! Beyond disgusting hotel! I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight!

Had a month long stay here for work. The pool and hot tub were awesome to unwind in after a long day. Small workout room too. Rooms were decent and fairly clean. Staff was friendly and they got a grill out front to cook your own food on which is a nice touch so you don't have to eat out everyday.

We used this hotel for our wedding block, and stayed here ourselves also. Setting up the block was easy, and guests all had a good experience reserving their rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and all reviews from our guests were great! I would suggest this hotel for any wedding party (they even provided a shuttle), or anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Rooms are OK. Clean, which is my biggest thing, just not updated completely. Overall, the facility is pretty nice and staff is mostly helpful. Nothing much within walking distance if that matters to you.

Nice Large pool and Hot tub. The slide also keeps the kids entertained.

Clean room and nice service. There is a pool with a slide, pool table, and little arcade room. Had pretty good luck with pokemon spawning in the area too!

We had a room with a king size bed, very comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Has a convenience store quite literally 50 feet away from the parking lot. Nice service, maids very helpful, clean, cant think of anything bad to say.

The hotel is nice bit the Internet you get is terribly slow. Hard to even watch YouTube videos. Internet was plain awful. Other than that it's a good value.

If I could give it a 6 I would! here on business for 10 days, 600 miles from home, felt like I was at home… the staff and amenities were AWESOME! … special thanks to Shelby… Nathan… Tang and Olivia for their professionalism and outstanding customer service… whenever I am near I will always stay here! keep up the good job! ammenit.

This hotel was recently renovated and has open bar from 5-7. Pretty awesome.

Either somebody took a dump in our room, or there is a major mold problem. I would have left the place immediately but there was no availability in the area.

I was traveling from PA to Appleton 8 day stay for work, my initial contact was with Tang, she was AWESOME sooo helpful and informative! My 2nd time contacting I spoke with Olivia with concern of old pictures on trip-advisor, she reassured me that the location was renovated fairly recently and, gave me a website where I could view newer photo's! When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised! I was picked up promptly at the Airport by John, greeted by Tang she put me right into my Suite even though it was still fairly early. The Suite was beautiful and, comforting! As my stay continued I was able to meet Nathan the FDM, Zoey took me to wal-mart for groceries, I forgot my debit card in my Suite and Olivia retrieved it and sent it with Zoey. NO TRUST ISSUES THERE AT ALL! Benji, Nicky and Bruce all very very fun and, great bartenders! The Breakfast was always on-time hot and delish! I would MOST CERTAINLY stay again! The only thing I would add to my review is about parents with traveling sporting events, you should be ashamed of yourselves, I have never met so many unruly kids in one place at a time.

Stayed on 1/17/14 The pool was very cold and fumes from the whirlpool are still a problem. Got $25 off room because pool was so cold but that didn't do much for the long faces of my three kids. Are room was better than expected and clean. Breakfast was fine but has not changed in many years.

My name is Jade Lee Anthony and I've been to Comfort Suites Appleton Airport before. I stayed for one night there. I swam there, too. I love this place.

The $89 turned into $101. For that price the internet service sucks. I could not even stream audio without constant buffering, forget streaming video its impossible, worse than dial up. If you need hi speed internet don't stay here. Bill form Syr NY 6/19/13.
