Typical Candlewood but outstanding staff. We spent around 3 months here over a series of 4 stays. On several occasions, the staff were very accommodating.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean rooms and corridors.

Clean and comfy, beds are nice, towels are super soft. Good workout room and great for extended stays. Update: 6-23-18/ newly remodeled and furnished suites! A black/wood grain modernized look with alot more shelves and space. New beds are good, and the room smells fresh.

Excellent staffs and clam environment… By the way the rooms are getting a make over…

Somewhat clean, but they are in the middle of remodeling. In fact, they felt it was fit to start their work somewhere between 7 and 8am. So if you are hoping to sleep in even the tiniest bit, do not book here. The items in their "convenience" store range between ok and overpriced. If you drive 2 minutes down the road, you can get everything at a much more appropriate price. The rooms are clean-mostly, but the room was very hot. We turned our thermostat down to 65 in the hopes it would cool down. I checked it at 3am and it still said 72. The sheets had brown and yellow stains, and small hairs all over. I'm not sure I would be willing to give them another shot in the future.

Friendly environment, tucked away on a nice quiet road. Gotta love the cupboard " yummy snacks ", free guest laundry. Home away from home… Come see us!

New person at the front desk didn't know how to process the credit card machine operations! (50 minutes at length) 50 seconds to 5 minutes is tolerable. Get her trained properly, please! Great location, good price, great accommodations! Enjoyed the room :)

Great stay even during remodel. Didnt cook this time as much as I did the last time… so far always a good week stay!

I really liked the rooms. Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator/stove/microwave. Also buffalo wing wings is in the same parking lot. Thats was the biggest plus.

Comedian Dan West stayed here recently while performing nearby after using Ignite Hospitality Services to make his hotel arrangements, and he was very glad that he did! The room was perfect, clean and quiet. There was a super friendly staff available to help with local directions and suggestions, and there was a laundry room on-site to help get caught up before hitting the road again. This is a perfect hotel for touring entertainers!

5 star service and clean and comfy rooms. What more could one ask for. A wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

I am a candlewood suites regular, and this location upholds the high standards set by the other locations I have been to. The check in and out process was speedy, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. One thing I like about Candlewoods is that they have an on site store as well as a large selection of appliances you can rent, so you can get a meal that's a little better than pizza delivery or a drive thru. You can also check out a movie from a surprisingly well stocked DVD library. The coffee in the room was very tasty, and the pot brews very quickly. I did not use the microwave or refrigerator, but I did notice there was complimentary microwave popcorn in the room. The sink and shower water pressures were great, and the water heated up quickly. There was a snowstorm the night I was in town (December in Wisconsin, who would have guessed? ), and the hotel had salt out right away so it was very easy to leave when I checked out. The hotel's location is also great, very close to the interstate. I'll be back in May for another work trip, and I plan to stay here again.

Nice room. Ice maker in fridge. Stove in room. Quiet.

Heater didn't work properly and the floor was soaking wet in the whole room. I should have said something but I went to bed and counted it as a loss.

Free laundry machine. Soap and food and incidentals are low cost. Good business center.

I am Premier Platinum Elite with Marriott and Diamond with Hilton, and have been for many years. Upon learning that we were staying at the Candlewood Suites, I wasn't excited, to say the least. I have stayed twice at a CS in Meriden, CT and wasn't impressed. However in Appleton I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. All the staff were fantastic. They clean once a week, but what didn't realize was how much quieter that made the hotel. I have never been to a hotel that has many washers and dryers. And EVERY one of them worked. And always free. The kitchen… was much better than Residence Inn which I spend 75 nights a year in. Thick bottom pans which one can cook with. All the towels… ALL were top notch. Two of four pillows were feather. Beds are surprisingly comfortable. No breakfast that I wouldn't eat anyway? I'm ok with that. For those who don't travel as much as I may, hotel breakfasts unless personally cooked are all horrible. Bottom line, this team really performs and cares; I'm staying here again in a couple weeks, and will look forward to it!

Stayed two nights. The room was a bit small for a suite and the decor is a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The "pantry" was convenient and came in handy when we needed a few things like drinks and snacks. The coffee was good too. We did not have housekeeping come during our stay so I can't comment on that, but check in/out was quick and easy.

Located just off College Ave in Appleton, very nice suites with full size fridge and kitchenette. Beds are comfortable too. Also nice that dogs are welcome.

It was an adorable hotel room. Free movies and popcorn at the front desk. Allows dogs and a pretty good workout room.

Clean hotel. My goto place when I'm in Appleton.

Stayed for 1 night. Nice clean room with very little in the way of "noises". Was nice to get a good night's sleep. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The rooms have a smell but the staff and accommodations are great. Free laundry is nice too.

It provides all the necessary amenities you may need. Awesome beds, recliner chair and fridge. VERY comfortable rooms. Three thumbs up.

Extremely noisy. Overwhelmed stuff. Was told I couldn't move to a quieter room because then they had to clean my room. Wtf.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff are always helpful, the rooms are clean and you have the convenience of a full size refrigerator plus a microwave oven and a two burner cook surface. They supply dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, a dishwasher and very high quality pots and pans. The tv's are flat screens. The laundry facilities and fitness area are on the first floor. No extra charge for either. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends! Pat G.

I'm a tour manager and this place is awesome.

Very clean, everything like new. Very comfy bed and pillows! I would stay here again. Full kitchen so I stopped at the local grocery store (which is pretty incredible in itself — employee owned and enormous-called Woodman's) and got food for dinner. There's a recliner in the room and a decent sized desk. Note: no wireless but they do supply free ethernet cord. Rate was $63 with another $6 of taxes. It does a great of doing what a hotel needs to do — provide a comfy place to stay, easy access, and attentive staff.

4 stars I would give it was a great stay for only paying $82.00 for 2 people one night 2 beds and it had a its only little kitchen had a house size frig, a stove sink and dishwasher we didnt really use it seeing as we only stayed one night but we didnt think I would be that nice for what we payed but it was great and the beds were great to we had a great nights sleep :) will stay again.

We booked some rooms here a week ago and they have a great rate for military personnel. The rooms were clean and spacious, close to all the great shopping and the front desk staff was very accomodating and knowledgeable.
