The location seems great and the environment is definitely good. Felt safe there and the people were very nice. The hotel has a lender section with books and games that is free, the Wi-Fi is free, it has a free gym and the laundry is also free. Every room includes a kitchenette and dishwashing soap. The room I am staying at is 59/night because Ill be there for a month and so. Its about 120/night if you stay just one night. There is also a cookout/grill outside for all the guests which is very nice and social. Overall I am excited to enjoy my stay at the hotel.

I would have love to give this hotel a 5/5 but there are some downfalls. The hotel is absolute the best. The room was nice and clean. No bugs in the shower. Bathroom looks really nice. I love how they decorated the room. The only problem that I had was the placement of my room. I book my room a week in advance. I traveled all the way from Virginia to Ohio for vacation. I arrived at the hotel and the put me on the first floor. The closest room to the entrance of the hotel. The front desk a told me I wouldn't be able to change my room because they were book. So I had no other choice but to stay in that room. I noticed that night I could clearly hear everyone who was at the front desk talking. Then that morning I was awaken by the laughter and chatter that was going on outside of my room. This was around 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning. I'm still in bed trying to get some sleep from the drive that I had took and wasn't able to because of the noise. I do not understand why if someone made reservations, why would you put them on the first floor? Lesson learn I will specifically make a special request to be on the second floor next time I reserve a room in the future.

The staff was very rude. I requested a wake up call luckily I also set alarm because I never got wake up call. My card was double billed still working on getting corrected. There are much nicer hotels across the street!

No muss, no fuss hotel. Clean, friendly staff and attractive pricing. As they are suites, you can cook in the room and you get enough to get going for a pot of coffee.

Brand new renovated room, very clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again.

Newly renovated rooms from what I see. Rooms are clean and decent for the price. One big complaint, Very Little hot water in the morning two of the days I stayed. I know they are working on it and things happen.

I’ve heard over a dozen complaints with the only reason being, “I understand your concern and we are monitoring it. ” Some upset people ahead of me in line with no offers to do anything about it.

This hotel is located in a safe area with several near by restaurants. It's clean and really a home away from home. The room has a kitchen with dishes stocked in the cupboard. A nice size closet and bathroom. You can borrow a crockpot, toaster oven, boardgames and DVD's. The woman at the front desk is very friendly. We will definitely stay again.

If I could rate the customer service of this hotel it would be a zero. The staff made me feel like a third class citizen. I felt as if they did not want people that looked like me to stay at this hotel. Also, being an employee of this hotel brand I was very embarrassed of how my family and I were treated. They called me and told me that they would cancel my reservation if I felt this hotel was not the place for me before I had even arrived at the hotel.

Very friendly staff, very close to highways for quick travel in town. Building and rooms are clean and neat, Wi-Fi is fast. I'll be here for 4 more weeks and I'm sure I'll be comfortable.

Awesome views of the runway if that's your sort of thing. I enjoyed watching the planes take off all week.

Room is very outdated and had strong mold odor. No ice machine anywhere in the building. Staff suggested of using the ice maker in the fridge but this was a no go because the fridge is probably 20 years old. It made 2 pieces of ice in 3 hours. The AC unit would show error message every few hours and I had to crawl to unplug and replug to clear the error. Very unpleasant stay and people should avoid this IHG property if possible. Note that I'm a platinum member of IHG priority club.

The rooms are nice, if you can get past the initial check in. They pretty much ask for your left arm and first born child.

Great rooms. Spacious, with full kitchen. I did miss daily cleaning services like at regular hotels, and the "fitness room" had, besides a couple cardio machines, a single extremely cumbersome universal gym that could have been 20 years old. It was more dangerous than it was effective.

Efficient kitchenette, additional items for checkout. Clean and comfortable room with outdoor space for grilling. It was great for our extended weekend stay.

If you are looking for a dog friendly hotel, this is the best Candle wood Suites for just that. I have several dogs and I usually bring one out on the road with me. This location has a good grass area, the staff is friendly and nice about allowing you to bring man's best friend. The Candlewood Suites in Grove City is a stickler about everything (ie don't let your rabbies shot record show your pet is 10lbs over, even if they lost the weight). When I am in town for an extended stay, I will stay here. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel on 2/13. Although it was a quick stay for me due the alarm going off and the need for sleep before heading back on the road. BUT I must say that did not take away the fact that the front office staff was extremely nice and handled the situation very well and professionally. Kudos to Andrea who was extremely welcoming when checking me in and Lauvina's great conversation when checking me out. Both girls were amazing. I will most definitely return the next time I am in that area of Columbus. :)

10/10, this hotel was awesome. Check in was easy and I had reserved my room online. I got up to the third floor and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the kitchenette. It really felt like a modern studio apartment. The rest room was large and the entire room was clean. The pillows were awesome. The hotel had a large movie selection to choose from for free to rent in your room and they also have free board games and other small appliances which I thought was super cool. Pretty affordable and good space, I will be coming back.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful. Cant remember the last tme I received this kind of treatment anywhere. The rooms have microwaves, fridge, and for all u cheapskates they even have stoves so you can cook your own meals. The rooms are renovated and have dvd players. They even have dvd movies for you to check out at the counter, free of charge. Highly recommend. BTW I have no affiliation with this hotel. My wife is in the Army and just got transfered from Riverside CA to Ohio and one of her colleagues recommended this place. Just wanted to give credit where credit is deserved.

This is where I always try to stay when I work in Columbus. Can't beat the value. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows (I don't bother to bring my own pillow when I'm staying here). Nice work-space. Functional Wifi (about 1Mbps). Friendly staff. It's nice to crash at a place that feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room.

I stayed at the Candlewood suites for 3 nights. I loved it! It was very comfortable. If I had to move out of my residence, I could live there indefinatly with no problem.
