The hotel could definitely use a good cleaning. Floors, walls and furniture were not clean. The pool and hot tub were not available and the price was not discounted for that. Remote control for the TV in my room did not work nor did the remote in the workout room work. My rooms coffee pot was moldy. I asked the front counter for another one, he braught us one that had mold inside as well. He took that one back and then we just had no coffee pot in our room. It just went on and on. Was definitely the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

For my first time in Michigan it was a sight seer, the hotel is nice and big and there's an indoor pool and spa with free breakfast the rooms are beautiful and it honestly felt like a home away from home I would definitely come back again and recommend it thank you for the great hospitality.

Definitely Quality. All the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. My room was clean and cozy. The shower had constant hot water for a relaxing shower at the end of my day. Breakfast was delicious and included individual packs of Nutella! Pool is clean and spacious; the bench outside in the back is a visually pleasing spot for a summer night sunset.

Specifically requested a Jacuzzi suite for my hubby and I so he starts to run the water and this is what the water looked like.

Great place to stay. Drew the general manager was great. Friendly staff. Best customer service. Suite was amazing. Breakfast amazing. Pool and hot tub were great. Close to the highway and restaurants. Will definitely return.

Please don’t stay here! The staff was kind & helpful, however, the room was not clean & some of the furniture was in need of replacing. Didn’t notice till day we were leaving that the comforter had a huge yellow stain but was placed upside down on bed to hide. I got bit by something in my room & am now on antibiotics. Also, beware if you are taking a dog, ticks outside! I pulled two off my puppy after only be outside for 10 minutes. Thank goodness he gets monthly preventative & I saw ticks right away.

I usualy love choice hotels, but this one did not meet expectations. My company will no longer be staying. Very gross hotel, rude staff, and a smell of water damage in the room. Staff was unhelpful and unicomidating.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great continental breakfast. Only disappointment was: We were told at ✔ in, to dial 0 if we needed anything. There was only 1 shampoo in the room so, I dialed 0… was put on hold so long, that I put on speakerphone… needless to say, they never took me off hold (they weren't that busy). I ended up hanging up and had to go retrieve it myself. Overall, we had a good stay. Would stay again.

Nice place. I enjoyed the cigarette scented air freshener in the room. The Lobster Thurmador was the special in the restaurant and it was delicious. But really, it's a Quality Inn. It was clean and the girl at check in was nice. Comfy bed. If you go online to complain about a Quality Inn, you shouldn't breathe oxygen.

Comfortable, dated but, well kept. Free breakfast, Wi-Fi and pool.

Disgusting place, and to the owner who claims I didnt stay there I say this: You do not find my name in your records because this name was not registered in your system, I was a guest with another patron who was just as disgusted with your nasty establishment as I was. Nice try on deflecting though, I guess you have to try to keep your business somehow.

Visiting my family that is staying there while recovering from their recent house fire. The rooms were decent. The price didn't seem justified, but I am assuming they are taking the insurance for as much as possible. Overall decent place to stay.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was decent, and though I didn't go swimming the pool looked pretty nice. The price was decent, too.

If noise bothers you, this is not the hotel for you. I could hear the conversations of the people next door, talking at a normal level. People above me sounded like they had elephants up there. I had the unpleasant experience of staying in a room next to one of the two outdoor entrances. There are two doors, with each slam of the door, my headboard would vibrate. The room had an odd smell, not horrible, just odd. The toilet would run and run, and even at one point flushed on its own over and over. I will not go back.

Nice place, room needed a little tlc. Dusty fake plant over hot tub, and upholstered chair grimy with fingerprints. For $200 a night that is unacceptable. Be warned, private balcony is inside overlooking pool, not outside. But overall, nice place. Good breakfast and service!

This is a clean, well taken care of hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The manager, Drew is excellent at his job. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The beds comfortable. They also allow pets. It cost $35.00 a day, which was cheaper than boarding her. Nice area to walk the dog. The pool & hot tub were clean. The pool was warm & hot tub hot. Great after a stressful day. Give this hotel a chance. You won't be disappointed.

There for birthday party. Pool and hot tub are great, friendly and helpful front desk people. Room was large and bed was comfortable, great for the price. Hot tub in the room was amazing. My key card kept getting deactivated, but they were always happy to give new ones.

Do not stay here. Our bill is incorrect and the manager will not help us, even though we have our confirmation information. after trying to make the bill correct, we now have a higher price than when we started trying to fix our bill. We have pending bills with our charge card company for double the amount of what we should be paying. avoid this place at all cost.

This hotel was just like your basic middle ranged one stop shop… Nothing fantastic about the experience… The staff were quite friendly… Breakfast was not impressive by any means… I especially despise the "do it yourself" waffle machines… They do serve yogurt (the greek stuff too! ), fruit, dry granola and muffins… But nevertheless your basic hotel cheaply mass produced breakfast… The other thing that absolutely blew my mind, was the fact that there is NO elevator in the building… Never really seen a standalone Comfort Inn without an elevator… It was weird… And like 3 stairwells total… They do have an exercise room and a pool… The exercise room was okay but the pool is a straight shot view at everyone eating breakfast… Kinda in an awkward place if you ask me, but it is a decent sized pool… The room service is ASTONISHING! They honestly actually do their job and then some! Kinda thrifty with the soaps, but quite nice at making the room nice and tidy… I would give it more stars… But it wasn't all that jazz… But yes I do recommend staying overnight if you need a comfy spot to crash during your travels…

It was a great value for the price. Breakfast was decent every morning and the rooms were pretty nice. One caveat is that if you put a DND sign on your door in the morning they will not refresh your room until the next day/when you take the sign off. All in all, I would rate it 4/5 stars.

At the price I paid, the room was perfect for a one night stay. It was clean and close to the main attractions in Marshall.

Had problems checking in allowed the night shift clerk to use my cell phone for IT support. The manager didn't care that there's a contract where CLC offers 24-hour stay and billing. Was there a less than 8 hours was not refunded money. Refused to acknowledge the contract. Would give a zero star if possible. This is a poor excuse for a choice hotel management, and ownership. This happened in October 2015 I've allowed a cooling off period before posting. Good luck.

Great room, friendly staff, very clean. Stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi tub. Amazing!

Place is depressing. No elevator. The beds were double. Hasn't been updated in decades Really really. Im turning down a job because this is where they want to put me up. If you think this place is decent I suggest traveling more. Only If had next to no money and no other option I may stay here-otherwise no chance.

Arrived at this motel to find a very clean pet friendly room waiting for us. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good and hot and well stocked at all times. Very easy access to the highway and also to the wonderful downtown area with plenty for you to see and do. Parking was a breeze and the room had all the amenities that you could ask for. My wife and I felt very safe while we were here and our puppy loved the facility. Plenty of grassy areas for him to run and take care of business. We will stay here again.
