Clean and very professional staff.

It’s 1 am and I’ve been woken up 5 times by a barking dog on the fourth floor. I guess pet friendly means that the pets can run the place. If you want to sleep during your stay, I do not recommend.

We held a three day event, the food was Amazing and the staff for our event were attentive and our guest were well fed and pampered. A special shout out to the Joyce’s!

I cannot say enough great words about this hotel and the venue space we used. I hosted my baby shower here and just wanted to commend the hotel and staff. From the Sales manager that sat with me through every detail of my event and a free tour through the spaces and guest rooms & I was also walked through the pool area (which is a WOW factor in person) to make sure that we were comfortable with everything that we wanted and what they can offer. The banquet staff was very attentive and respectful. The food that was provided by the onsite restaurant was sooo delicious that my family still raves about going back just to have dinner. The space was big enough and setup was exactly the way I had pictured it and more. Thank you for making my event stress-free and my family happy. Excellent Service all around!

Clean building and rooms. Bed was to firm for my liking. Breakfast buffet was decent.

The best amenity is the super helpful, friendly and professional staff. We had a family event here. The facility was more than adequate but the staff made it an exceptional experience.

Very good hotel. Very spacious rooms, even with iron and ironing board, coffee maker (and coffee ;), amenities.
And the indoor pool is spectacular. You breathe peace in it.

I was in for out of town for my nephew's confirmation. Shared a room with my sister, a very very nice room. Comfortable bed, better than I average size, and the free breakfast was quite good!

Not good views from few rooms. We used the swimming pool — clean and nice. Kids liked it. Rooms were also clean. Staff courteous. Cleaning crew came a bit early and woke us up… but were very apologetic. Lot of parking spaces available.

I've always enjoyed a pleasant stay here. Staff is courteous and friendly. The attached restaurant is very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stayed for a wedding. Staff was courteous, helpful, and provided excellent service. The rooms are clean, well-lit, comfortable, and pleasing. Fitness room had a good variety of equipment options.

Just met someone in the lobby. The wood decor was a little odd with chopped off birch sticking up out of rocks. Basically needed a new interior design. But receptionist was especially friendly. Never left lobby so can't say much else about hotel.

I absolutely love this place! I took my wife out for a weekend and we both enjoyed this place. What more could you ask for?

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that I wish they had disclosed the 50$ holding fee at check in. Otherwise great stay!

I stayed here with my toddler for the work week while my husband was teaching a course. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel where you can get a continental breakfast with service for drinks. They were attentive and friendly, especially with my toddler. There is a heated pool indoors which was very clean and well-managed. The rooms are spacious with modern furniture and decor. Our room had a wet bar and mini fridge, which was perfect since we have a young child that drinks milk on a regular basis, and since we were fixing lunches in the hotel. There were two flat screen TVs with about 40 channels. And the bathroom had both a shower stall and a tub in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, but a few of them didn't speak much English so communicating was a little bit difficult. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. One of the best selling points for me was that we could walk three-quarters of a mile to a park / playground with sidewalks all the way there. There is also a Mariano's grocery store kitty corner from the hotel, but there's no crosswalk. You can get across the road without too much trouble, but technically you are jaywalking. If you need a hotel in this area, I highly recommend this one.

I loved my room. The free breakfast was superb with multiple options. The staff was very polite and very helpful.

Pool was amazing! No continental breakfast we found out after booking through an online service. They comped the breakfast for us. Nice room and great service.

Overpriced low ceiling hotel. It's safe. Chicago suburbs to many toll stations.

Very nice hotel, great staff, clean rooms. Will visit again. We had 1 issue with the breakfast buffet host. Made us feel not welcome. We were there with our hockey team so had free vouchers and that seemed to not make her happy. She made us get up while we were talking after eating and tried to seat my daughter with someone else since I decided not to eat.

Awesome place with awesome people! Francisco took such good care of us in the dining room and even giving us rides to work when needed. A place is only as good as its people, and this place has some wonderful caring folks working for them…

I haven't stayed here, only ate at the restaurant, which was delicious. I was really impressed with this place and had never heard about it and we're about 15 minutes away. I love that they had several locally grown and sourced foods, which is increasingly important to me; also they're cocktail choices were creative and delicious. My biggest point of contention was the tvs in the bar, which isn't separated from the dining room; I cannot stand tvs everywhere! Other than that though, not to dwell on the tvs, the food and atmosphere was fantastic.

Ate at the restaurant, Glen Prairie. Everything tasted amazing! All the food is local sourced and as fresh as can be. The chef really how's what he's doing!

Easy to find. Employees were very friendly. Rooms easy to find. Have Bar on the first floor.

We attend the Sky Center Black Belt ceremony each year and their banquet hall is always clean and their staff welcoming.

In town for a bowling tournament. Room was nice. Facilities also we're nice.

I had super nice experience during my stay. House keeping was exceptional. Our room was well kept and the bed very comfy.

Great food. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Went with a friend for lunch and now he wants to take his wife there for dinner.

Old hotel that is nicely remodeled to look very modern. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Rain showers are amazing. Second shift gentleman on Oct 14 was friendly and provided excellent service (can’t remember name). Best Hotel in Lombard/Downers Grove area! Stop looking around and stay here! You won’t be disappointed by their excellent service and cleanliness.

Wonderful hotel. I was here during my visit and I had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and handled everything professionally. I highly recommend.

Room was very quite and clean. Room decor seemed kind of dated. No continental breakfast. Overall decent place to stay. Very very nice and pleasant staff.

Was there for a wedding block, nice room. Layout was a little strange due to the TV room having very little light and no windows, made it feel a bit small and uncomfortable. The shower was a really cool rain shower but it smelled musty in there which was disgusting. The hotel staff was incredible and very responsive to my needs for the weekend.

Very nice hotel, staff and accommodations. The Glen Prairie restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and gracious.

Pretty awesome. I didn't use the pool, but my friends loved it. We ended up asking for an extension to checkout and they gave us an extra hour which was super helpful. Staff was great.

It was a wonderful experience! The price was very affordable and we got a free drink and free breakfast (which was very good). The room was clean, in good repair, and very nice. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. :)

The staff are very friendly from my experience. We slept in and were never disturbed at any moment. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the restaurant but the room itself was prepared very professionally and it was very neat and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to spend the night (or many) in this area.

Always great for a stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms nice location. But they always seem to run out of coffee in the morning in the lobby.

Modern classy decor, helpful friendly staff.

I was attending a professional workshop. The venue was set up so all could see and hear the presenter. Breakfast and coffee were provided and were set up nicely. Directions were easy to follow and parking was easy.

Friendly service, and great pool, sadly no hot tub nor ethernet.

I like the restaurant that they have attached and I've been there for several examination administrations in one of their presentation halls. The staff has been very friendly. Restrooms always clean. The facility has been well upkept.

At Christmas, we take a "Mini-vacation" close to home. The Crowne Plaza and Glen Prairie restaurant were great! The room was spacious and had hair dryer, ironing board, etc. The Glen Prairie restaurant featured local farmers which was a plus. The food was unusual and the service was great! Jaimie, Edna, and Oscar were cheerful and pleasant servers. They added to the upbeat nature of the hotel.

I stayed here on my way back from my vacation, I went from denver to detroit and back. This was the best place we stayed the whole trip! Everything here is so cool from the room decor down to the key card holders. The staff was very frendly and helpful… Love this place! And lets keep in mind ANYONE can get bed bugs is does not matter how clean or fancy a hotel is. They should not be rated by bed bugs but how they deal with them, like if they comp your room and try to make it up to you or not. I work at a Holiday inn and I can tell you all that the manager of this place works hard to keep it clean and Im sure bugs are delt with in a timely manner. I will be coming back next trip.

We stayed here from August 19th — 21st, for a quick birthday staycation. I was initially enticed by the 3 1/2 rating of this hotel, as well as the fact that they have a pool, restaurant and bar. However, my partner and I quickly realized that the star rating on this hotel is quite overblown. I will list the problems as I remember them- Upon check-in, the front desk was a bit short and unhelpful. We were given our room keys, but not told anything about the hotel other than where our room was located. We are a young couple, so we are used to indifferent service. It is always a disappointment, however. The room itself was just okay. Boring white popcorn ceiling, a shoddy blue wallpapering job, and a minuscule bathroom. I've stayed and bigger and nicer Extended Stay America hotels. The television was absolutely awful. It is tiny, the picture is terrible, and there were hardly any channels. We tried to watch the Cubs game on what was supposed to be ESPN, but it ended up showing Fox News. We received no help whatsoever from the front desk about this issue. Apparently, "the maintenance guy had left for the day. " The provided HDMI cable did not work, either. (I don't think it was hooked up to the TV. I would've hooked it up myself, but it led into the wall. ) So, no Cubs game for us. Very noisy rooms. We could hear entire conversations in the hallways, doors slamming, footsteps, construction noises in the early A. M. And Roosevelt Road traffic.
