First time staying here. Obviously a great location as you're right in the middle on Michigan Ave. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and contained all the necessary amenities. Fitness room was above average for most hotels which was nice to see. We had a decent view from our room and we were only on the 7th floor.

We ate and had drinks at the 676. The bloody Mary's were so delicious and could tell they were hand crafted and used quality ingredients. Same went for the food. We ate there for lunch and then dinner the next day. The service was also excellent. I would go back and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for such great meals.

I was expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel. The room was tatlstefully decorated but an odd layout. It was clean, but dusty. Staff were friendly but seemed indifferent upon my arrival as I walked in. The food that was catered for the event was very good. The meeting facilities were average. It just didn't quite match up to similar venues. I'd stay there again, just not by choice.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Nice to have a “hangout” area for the kids separate from the bedroom. Location is wonderful, really tough to find a better spot. Enjoyed our stay and will return.

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. Any time we come to Chicago and we don’t stay here we end up wishing we would’ve. The rooms are big and have a gorgeous atmosphere to them. You truly don’t feel like you’re in a typical hotel. Highly recommend!

Great location on the magnificent mile. Conference rooms are comfortable, if a little cold. Lunches provided by the hotel kitchen we're some of the best good I've had at a conference.

Amazing luxury hotel, got a deluxe suite with king bed. Very spacious room. Hotel is close to all the high end shopping on the magnificent mile. Superb service by the staff. Booked an in-room massage with wind city massage (recommended by hotel) which was amazing. Will stay again when in Chicago.

Absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced for the size. They bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was both a living room and bedroom separated. The bathroom was ultra huge and gorgeous. Loved it. To be home it might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at!

My home away from home! I stayed there 5 days s month for seven years! Every room is a suite. They are all up to date and very comfortable. The staff is friendly attentive and professional. When I go to Chicago I'll never stay anywhere else!

Of all the hotels we have stayed in Chicago, The Omni did not fall short when it came to quality and cleanliness. Our King Suite was beautiful, spacious and elegant. Upon arrival, service was lacking as there was a bit of confusion and miscommunication with both our room and luggage — however, after resolving the rest of our stay was great. Facilities are great — fitness center was very nice. Only recommendation would be a bathroom update — the showers are a bit dated!

Great hotel, perfect location to walk to anywhere in the center. Great shops nearby, 10 minute walk from the River. Great restaurant, friendly service. Spa, pool, gym. It's got it all. Good meeting facilities. Rooms are spacious. The only comment I would have is the carpets on the floors. I just prefer wooden floors in hotels, more hygienic and better for people with certain allergies. But well recommended, both for holidaymakers, families and travellers on business.

We had an Executive Suite and it was absolutely perfect. Our stay was for our Anniversary, and they helped make it so romantic. From a private dessert and champagne waiting for us when we returned from dinner to a his and hers surprise. The view was gorgeous. The restaurant in the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was so quick and friendly. We will most definitely be back. And hopefully for a longer stay next time.

From the bell hop front desk and room. Great. Just have issue when to charge my credit card when we did take anything out of the candies and sodas. But love this place and will go back. Keep up the great work.

Everything about the Omni was top notch. The rooms were lovely and clean and offered great views of the city. Exploring the Magnificent Mile was a breeze. The staff were fantastic. Would absolutely visit again.

My experience so far has been pretty good! It's not my favorite hotel — I don't like the points/rewards/status as much as the other chains. The rooms are quite nice though. Really big with separate bedrooms and the rollaway bed is a real mattress which is cool. The main bedroom looks awesome and the sheets are just fantastic. So soft! The location is great, very centralized to everything and easy to get everywhere. The decor is nice. Pool and hot tub! We get free juice or coffee every morning, but there's no breakfast no lounge. Valet is something insane like $75 or something.

This is a the second meeting we've hosted at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fine. Rooms are decent. I love having the extra space (suite) in my room when I'm on business. I can set up my office in my room and not feel cramped. Basically a good and consistent experience at the Omni.

Amazing view at from night from the rooms facing Sears Tower! Rooms are clean staff friendly. Sign up for Omni Rewards in advance… Kids get an adorable bag with activities and night time milk and cookies. Note: Remember you are in downtown Chicago so hearing sirens ambulances at night should be expected bring ear plugs if it will bother you.

Very nice hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it s five is for the cost I think some small cleaning details could have been a little better. By no means was it dirty. I just think the staff should be held to a little higher standard on some things.

This location is very comfortable, lovely rooms~ This was the second time doing an overnight stay here. The front desk staff were much nicer to my boyfriend and me this time. My first visit we weren't as well welcomed, I'm assuming because of our casual attire and having been traveling all day. Not the experience I'd expected from a luxury hotel~ We ordered room service for food which was quick and tasty! Server was very helpful and polite~

Our room was on the top floor with great views. We enjoyed walking Michigan Ave. The front desk staff were exceptionally wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

Delicious meal. I ordered the hanger steak and fries. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The "chocolate cake" was more of a pudding dessert. It was a little rich for me, but the rest of our party enjoyed it. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Great location! Great views! Loved the restaurant & bar. The staff was very helpful with things to do. I would approach with caution though. We stayed for 2 nights on one of the romantic packages. We didn’t get to do the cooking class cause it was unavailable the days we were there. When we checked in the room wasn’t ready, so they sent us down to the bar with complementary drinks. When I showered the bathroom had hairs on the ceiling that I informed staff about but was never addressed. The sink in our room wasn’t draining properly, we had to call staff to fix it which they did promptly.

We loved our stay at Omni Chicago! Its located along Magnificent Mile (Michigan) and therefore central to everything. The hotel is very nice and the service was great but we had two issues. First, the two separate elevators we had to take to enter and exit the hotel was pretty annoying. The hotel lobby is on the third floor so from the ground floor you have to take an elevator to the lobby. To get to your room you have to take us separate elevator from the lobby to the floor of your room. It's a minor inconvenience. The second issue was with the water pressure. The weak water pressure for the shower meant longer showers to wash everything off. As a gold star member we enjoyed the three Wi-Fi and coffee service. Our suite was on the 24th floor so we also enjoyed the city and water views! Overall because of the excellent service, location, and the comfort of the room and bed, we have a great opinion of this hotel and would definitely recommend to others.

The staff were very polite despite my very limited interaction with them. The room itself was very cozy, clean and professional. I did not take advantage of any of the other services such as the restaurant or the gym so I don't have any input there.

Tried this hotel for the first time due to an excellent sale on Hotwire, and was pleasantly surprised. Competes well with the other 4-5 star hotels in downtown Chicago. Staff was great. Only downside — the mini bar had already been raided by a past guest and despite our notifying the front desk immediately upon arrival, we were still charged. All in all, though, an enjoyable stay.

We didn't know what to expect from Omni, but it was great! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. The staff was very friendly and informative. Along with all of this, it was right off of the Magnificent Mile, and we were just steps from a day of shopping and sightseeing at the Navy Pier.

Customer service is at its best here! I have celiac and when I asked if there was a way to get a small fridge for food items I would have to pick up from the store they brought one right away and were s sweet about it! The rooms are split into two. Areas. It's really nice to have a full couch to sit on to relax. The toiletries are also really nice. We still need to visit the bar and restaurant because I hear it's fantastic. But with so much to do and around here I haven't made it to the hotel amenities. I definitely will be choosing Omni again in other cities after the wonderful experience I have had.

The Omni was great. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was close to everything! One complaint was that it was a bit noisy due to a hospital near by (lots of ambulances). Next time we will request a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Great location — walk almost everywhere 10 min or less. Staff very friendly and helpful. 676 restaurant wonderful option without leaving hotel (food/drinks comparable to other establishments in area (price/quality). They should really push 676 more! Got great deal for off-season (late March).

Perfectly fine stay. Nice sure. Clean and modern. 2 flat screen TVs. Only weird thing was having to take 2 different elevators to get between rooms and street level. Would recommend staying here though I only spent one night here myself.

As a new member to Omni and the Select Guest program, I was hoping my first visit to the Omni Chicago would work miracles in getting my batteries recharged and in reclaiming my sense of rest. You set the bar high, and you exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for your expert and friendly registration desk, your top notch housekeeping, a room service which has no equals (do thank April for steering me to the Root Beer Float :), your courteous doormen and bell staff, and the sheer beauty, comfortableness, and location of the hotel. And yes, there will be a next visit. I have a milestone birthday this year — my 60th, and I can't think of a better gift to myself than to spend it grandly at the Omni Chicago. Such an occasion deserves the best. Thank you, thank you again.

I stopped by the Omni Hotel to meet a friend, who was staying at the Hotel, for a drink at the Hotel bar. I like the like the location, being right of the Mag Mile. The Hotel is very clean, and decorated well. All employees at the Hotel seemed to be polite, and responsive. As for the bar, I had two Martini's. The drinks were very good. The bartender seemed to really know his way around the bar. I had a little sticker shock when I received the bar tab. I guess that is expected, as it is right off Michigan Avenue. I would definitely return for drinks at this Hotel. My friend also related that she enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

Omani Chicago hotel was an amazing hotel to stay in. The location of the hotel was right in the heart of Chicago! So my fiancée was able to show me around the town and we got to go and eat at the restaurants around town. We got to walk around and explore. The rooms were emaculate. The pool and fitness center was awesome. The service was extraordinary!

Staff was very welcoming and able to accommodate my early arrival. The breakfast buffet was amazing; tons of items to choose from, including gluten free pastries and perfectly ripened fruit. Room was spacious and had comfortable bedding and pillows. I'll definitely be returning to this Omni on my next trip to Chicago.

I've stayed here a number of times and the omni never fails to disappoint: impeccable attentive staff, quiet comfortable and we'll appointed rooms, and a great location right on Michigan avenue close to all a visitor to Chicago could want. The rooms themselves are well decorated, the bed is marvelously comfortable, and the facilities exactly what's required for work and play. I'm a long-term fan of the omni and will continue to be.

Location was great! Right on North Michigan Avenue! Service was phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and willing to help. We booked the American Girl Package and my daughter was overwhelmed with excitement and joy when she saw all the items she received including the snacks! The room was nice although there is a need for better soundproofing. Anybody in the hallway was heard and the road traffic was easily heard. Overall the hotel was rather impressive and is definitely someplace I would recommend staying and would stay at again.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Chicago and while it's in a touristy part of town, it's tucked away and quiet. The rooms are modern and well designed to maximize the use of space, with a wet bar, large flatscreen TVs and comfortable furnishings. Omni's Select Guest programs gives you free Wi-Fi, shirt pressings, morning beverages and other benefits, and there's are plenty of other facilities on site including a gym. The bar/restaurant offers a wide variety of foods with something for everyone, and the service throughout the hotel couldn't be more attentive.

Charming hotel in a great location near the Ferry Building! Love the natural accents all over the hotel, and although the rooms are not huge, they are quite cozy and cute. Staff are all courteous and friendly as well.

Everything was perfect. The only problem was the $67 valet parking fee. That's ridiculous. The staff is great. The room was roomy and elegant. I would return if not for the valet fee.

Location is awesome, lots of bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Getting to your hotel room requires taking 2 elevators which is an annoyance but a minor one. Rooms are nice and spacious enough. TV placement was odd, facing dead space rather than a bed or couch. Wi-Fi is free as long as you sign up for their free select guest program. Speeds are about 3mbps which is sufficient for Netflix. HDMI ports are not locked on the TV so you can bring your Roku or other streaming device. Room service is 24 hours.

Excellent location right on Michigan Avenue. Rooms are very nice and a really good size. Water pressure was good which isn't always the case! Service was very good and the breakfast buffet was very satisfying! Definitely would stay here again.

Clean, safe, great location, would return. Booked online, so I had no idea that PARKING was extra SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS! Pool was small but accommodated or needs. Cabs to Pier and museums around $10. They have a free towncar that can take you but it's often booked up. Plan on 20 minutes for the valet to retrieve your car. Staff was much nicer in person than on the phone. Be sure to get the free kids activity bag at check-in. (Even as a gift for a little one back home. ) They are pretty handy.

I rescheduled a hotel reservation for omni hotel through orbitz after the manager told me that it was able to be rebooked if the orbitz company contacted them they would accept the request and I called today and the orbitz representative said omni hotel denied the booking there I will never stay at a omni hotel again after being lied to by a manager at this so call high end hotel.

This is the second time staying at the Omni, and it wont be the last! Our room was a beautiful King suite that faced Michigan Ave and the view was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Kids swam in the pool and had a great time. Will most definitely stay again.
