It's OK. A lot of people renting month to month.

Bad service you pay 80$ for not even 9 hours in your room. Has dog in yard who's mean and are told to leave if you don't like it. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

This is a great little place. Arrived in very late on a flight. Owners were great at communicating ahead of time on the check-in process. Room was clean and more than a good size. Close enough to be able to quickly get back to the airport and pick up a rental vehicle. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Very quiet and clean place. Excellent Wifi and spotless bathrooms. Basic breakfast. Perfect for a quick sleepover while travelling.

Rooms are huge and clean with a microwave and a fridge; close to Fredericton's airport; also a good place to stay the night on your way out east. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and continental breakfast. Friendly proprietors.

I needed a reasonably priced option for a quick overnight stay in order to catch an early flight. This was it. The front desk was professional and courteous. Got checked in very quickly. The room was large and clean. The airport shuttle was quick and easy the following morning. There's a restaurant onsite that would have been fine. It was an easy drive with the rental car to get downtown for dinner though. Highly recommended for a quick stay.

Rooms are very clean and large. Far from fancy but the price reflects this. If you have an early flight from Fredericton Airport there is no better place to stay, it is only a 3 minute drive.

What ever you do don't take Daruis S seriously… rating this as a 2 star motel… are you kidding me… Those are the kind of people that will find anything to complain about so they don't have to leave a tip… My advice Darius you want a room more modern go pay 200.00 on your credit card for your four star hotel… I would recommend this motel… Extremely clean in every corner, walls, floor, carpet… Large spotless bathroom, bed are a little hard to my personal liking, but still comfortable. Very nice lady at the front desk possibly owner and also to top things off there is also a breakfast included all for 85.00 … This week we stayed at the Skyline motel 10 min from here for 80.50$ and it was a dump, filthy, the place should be close down… This is a great motel for the price… You won't be disappointed… Anne.

Visited a friend. Had a drink. It was a decent spot to have a drink. Quiet and relaxed.

I liked very muchos The place, its really confortable, warm, good shower, The only thing is that is really far from everything, but un general is really good.

Fantastic place! During a road trip from Toronto to Newfoundland and back I stayed here twice. The owner is super sweet and the rooms are clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable hotel option while visiting new brunswick. :) I stayed in room number 33 both times because of the massive wall mirrors and deep soaker tub.

2.5 stars If you are not flying-in and you thought that this place reasonably priced, then get ready to drive. New air-conditioning/heating unit, dual flush toilet, new bathtub, vanity and fixtures. Newly asphalted driveway and tidy landscaping, Unfortunately no-one's here to sleep outside. They have done some updates, that part is true. What about the quality of the upgrades? There is vinyl flooring and there's vinyl flooring and then there are people (your truly) that detest them altogether. Old curtains, tables and chairs. Horrible faded pictures and tacky, wall covered mirrors, stained carpets, No pool, breakfast, ice machine, no fitted bed sheets and the ones that are on are one size too small (or many the housekeeper had a bad day? ), laud exhaust fan. Absolutely useless telephone with no instructions or any way to even call their own from desk! Terrible shower drain that takes forever to drain, leaving you in a large pool of water. We only found-out about the complimentary breakfast a half hour before checking-out. Would recommend at $70/night. Follow me as I write my honest reviews.

Clean and sufficient. Wish I wold have known there was a full kitchen in the room. Could have saved a lot by bringing a couple of kitchen tools.

We stayed at the Airport Inn, Aug. 10/11 and was truly surprised at the room for what it cost $65 per night, it is a new motel and everything was so nice and clean. Would stay her again.
